During the storm we had a pipe burst in the laundry room on Wednesday leaving us without water. We scheduled Plumbing 101 for Friday afternoon but they didn't come. We followed up that afternoon with a call and found out they had the wrong phone number and had been in our neighborhood the day before and tried to reach us. Joe felt bad about the miscommunication and made a special trip and came Friday night. He did the repairs professionally, was not high priced, and offered a discount due to the mistake. I would recommend them and plan on calling them back for another issue we are having unrelated to the storm.

FTR Service Company's drain installation service was impressive. Their team was skilled, efficient, and completed the installation in a timely manner. I am pleased with their service and would use them again.

I just had Juan out yesterday to blow out ma AC drain and add a shut off valve. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to to, answered all my questions, checked out the system when he was finished, and told me to call if there were any problems. I have had Baker Brothers come to my house few times and they have always been very helpful, nice and informative through the whole process. My house is 60 years old so we have issues every once in awhile and won’t use another company. I live in North Richland Hills.
