Tyler H. did a furnace annual building inspection for us and was thorough, thoughtful and polite. He was on time as well. He fixed the things that needed to be replaced such as the filter and humidifier pads (as well as cleaned the humidifier) in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up the space well afterwards. He also educated and installed an air purification system and dynamic filters on both of our units, which we have been happy with. We’ve used the company numerous times and always have a great experience! Highly recommend!

The morning before Thanksgiving this year my daughter comes in my room in a full panic saying that the basement is flooded with two inches of water , I had no idea where the water arrived from so after doing some research I contacted SOUTHWEST PLUMBING and the dispatcher got the next available professional to my home within hours of my call. After JAMES M diagnosed the complication and came up with the most efficient and long lasting solution to my problem, they had a crew to my house the same day to get my sewer line repaired where they found my old cement line had to be repaired do to it being damaged by roots and also collapsed from the Deterioration of the old pipes. The crew and the whole company made this overwhelming experience a great one for me and my family and I appreciate southwest plumbing.Thanks for saving holidays
