Juan and his team were absolutely wonderful! They have the best prices and greatest work in the business. Our 50 year old AC unit went out and 25 year old indoor unit as well. They was quick to get started and complete the job! Very clean, while working both inside and out of our home. I felt comfortable leaving them there to work while I ran errands. Super friendly and easy to communicate with, I will definitely be referring them to anyone in need of service! Air is blowing colder than ever and we’re on week 3. Impressed to say the least. Work is warranted as well!

Arrived and found that this is definitely not what I thought it was. If you're looking for a labor union for robots this is not it, despite the name.

I had an issue with this company which was addressed immediately by the owner and resolved. I appreciated the fact he addressed my concerns and understood where I was coming from. While I never enjoy having an issue, I did respect the fact I received a call and was listened to.

I had someone come look at why my ac wasn’t cooling. They refilled 4lb refrigerant and charged me 250$ without asking my permission to refill the refrigerant.While leaving the guy says there may be leakage in refrigerant in the evaporators coil , it would cost 400$ more for that leakage inspection.I am not sure if it makes sense to refill all that refrigerant if we r not sure about the leak.I would have appreciated a normal 79$ service charge with a detailed diagnosis report.

I want to personally thank Willie Curtis for turning a potential unhappy customer, that has used United Mechanical, for all of our home needs. I.E. a/c, plumbing issues, and any other home needs. My wife and I have been very trusting of this company and want to remain with this company for all our home needs.Again, I was almost ready to lose my faith and Willie saved the day.I would encourage those of you who question your home contractor give United Mechanical a shot at your needs.They are so honest, trustworthy and are there to make sure that CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS KEY.

I have used United Mechanical for close to 10 years on all of my properties. Any time I have an issue relating to plumbing or HVAC I contact United Mechanical and a professional service tech arrives within the estimated time I was given over the phone. The service techs are always professional, friendly and clean! I have used companies in the past where this is not always the case. If you want a job done the right way I would certainly recommend giving United Mechanical a call!

Last time they came to light up the boiler, it would cost me about $200. This time they came to replace the pump blower relay ($39.50). Total cost $669. I talked to the manager. He said that it took a little over 7 hours on this job. He only charged me 4 hours. Yes, just a relay and they charged me $669 for it. OVER CHARGE. OVER CHARGE. I will never call them again.

Really like these guys. Unlike other firms which I have used, I don't feel UM ever tries to up sell what is not needed. The mechanics are on time, knowledgeable and fix the problem. I use them for both HVAC and plumbing and could not be happier.

After purchasing our dream home, we found out there were SEVERE plumbing and air conditioning problems. Including BLACK mold and several broken pipes underground and in the walls! United Mechanical was our saving grace! Their teams worked for days, tirelessly to repair all the problems. We will forever be grateful they were able to repair everything so quickly and precisely so our family didn’t have to be sick any more. All the guys were very polite and clear on the repairs they were making. They even wore booties every time they entered my home and tip toed when the baby was sleeping. I highly recommend them for you and your family!!

I've been using them for years. Best price. Best service. This last time, with a plumbing issue, I decided to call around for estimates. They were less than half of the nearest offer... and I'm sure they performed better than the more expensive one would have.

Destroyed my apartment and overcharged me 125 dollars an hour for 6 hours of work when they only worked 4, terrible service and abusive charges. 80 dollars plus tax just to show up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would give them 0 out of 5 stars. My bill was $1035 dollars for a plumber to show for 4 hours all they had to do was stop a small leak

Great service and great work, I had another ac company working on my commercial building for two days and they could not fix the problem, so I called united mechanical and they was at my business in one hour and fixed the problem in a few minutes, 5 star service all the way!!!!! And it was a very good price as well!! They are the real deal!!

My time with this company has been quite the journey. Starting out in the field as a plumber apprentice for a few months and now currently in the safety department, there is a lot of room for growth. With the proper attitude, time, and work ethic you are able to be promoted within the company.There are many opportunities for everyone regardless of the work you do. Whether a plumber, sheetmetal tech, office employee, warehouse employee...etc. This is a company that treats its employees as family. If you want to learn more and take classes in your field or safety, all of that is available to you. It's what you as an individual take from it. The opportunity is there to everyone.

A/C went out a few weeks after my daughter was born. Called them a little late in the day, said they might be able to come out, closet guy was in grand prairie.. Ater I told them my situation they immediately had him come my way and fixed within 15mins. Awesome guy and cheap fix. Thank you.
