VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME TWICE WHEN I ASKED FOR A QUOTE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

Called these guys over phone to ask about an estimate of gas plumbing service at my place. I got a very bad experience from a technician who was very rude. Very much disappointed on the way he replied. Would never suggest these guys for any one.

Brigham's plumbing is soooo dang rad. He's efficient, quick, honest, and GOOOOOOD. Highly recommend!! My toilet was wrecked and man did he fix that puppy right up.

Tony came to look at my dishwater and shower valve set. I purchased some items at Home Depot and he Reccomended I used higher quality fixtures. He said could arrive next business day with all the items and do the repair/install and be completed within 4/5 hours. He was on time, incredible pride in his workmanship and honestly best in class. Could not be happier!

Call and get other quotes before using these people. First off, they showed up 4hrs late saying they were held up at another job. What should have been a simple job, slow leak from a valve under the kitchen sink, was now a 4.5 to 5 hour job. We were told the pvc wasn't long enough to cut and replace valves and they were going to have to cut a hole and lengthen the pvc and they had to come back because they didn't have the parts. Belmar was booked solid for the next two weeks, thank God. We called a different plumber, he showed up promptly and replaced all the old valves in an hour and a half for $250.00 which is 1/3rd the price Belmar was quoting. beware.

Eddie was professional and courteous. He was on time and explained what was wrong and what was needed for repairs. I will definitely be calling Authentic again when services are needed.

From the first contact with that company to the scheduling and arrival of the plumber - they kept you very informed of what was going on. Russ, who was very nice, gave me options as to how to proceed once he assessed my problem. They were very knowledgeable and offered a warranty to guarantee their service. Russ explained how they would be proceeding and again kept me up to date on what was happening and what was going to happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You completely earned this good review, and all our business from now on.

Replace both of our hvac units, left a mess everywhere, left insulation all over clothed and closet, even after being called back out 3 times. Never have received the paperwork or warranty information on the units. Everyone that came out to the house were nice and cordial. The owner or co-owner that originally made the sale would not answer calls at all. I would not use this company again. The units worked as intended.

The company repaired my main shut off valve and a pipe. The next day it still was leaking he told us 2 days in a row he would come back out but never showed and now won't answer or return are calls. They over a warranty and won't come back out. Highly don't recommend them. Took my money which I think I was over charged and won't come and fix a simple mistake.
