Tried to stay local,,,, tried to help our local contractors,,, got burned, BAD. I should have read the reviews, and I should have listened to them. I should have seen that the company owner reviewed himself with a 5 star rating. Not only was he late for his arrival, he charged $550 for a 2 hour repair, and neither problem ended up being fixed. We ended up stopping payment on the check we gave him, and were threatened with court action (which we will gladly be attending with video of the non-repairs). This owner was rude to nearly everyone he came into contact with (all captured on video). I would not recommend this business to anyone, anywhere, at any time.

Gave a customer terrible diagnostic, they called a real plumber and fixed it immediately.

I went through Angie's list and found this guy. Tried to stay with small business being a small business owner myself. He agreed to install a tankless water heater for us and he did so. When i reviewed the bill he added $100 into the tax. When I confronted him on this he said it was a processing fee from Square and he had no idea. I told him he can't hide charges like that and he should refund me we talked about installing a instant hot water device for 250 and using that as a credit. We scheduled 3 separate Saturday mornings and he never showed for any of them. Only one he reached out to me to let me know. I finally decided to cut ties with him and just ask for a straight refund, he said he mailed it on Feb. 15th. As of today (4/29) still no check. I have contacted BBB and Angie's List. At this point, it's not about the money. It's about integrity and doing the right thing. STAY AWAY!!!

Called for an estimate. Rob came out gave me a quote, asked me to remove a section of baseboard to give him better access. Said he'd be back in a couple hours with different equipment, and never came back, did't reply to txt, or phone message. Could have at least been professional enough to say he didn't want the job.

The company repaired my main shut off valve and a pipe. The next day it still was leaking he told us 2 days in a row he would come back out but never showed and now won't answer or return are calls. They over a warranty and won't come back out. Highly don't recommend them. Took my money which I think I was over charged and won't come and fix a simple mistake.

Terrible customer service skills. If you can't make it call. Was supposed to show twice for an estimate. Never showed or called to say he was going to be late. Total doucher.

That reply is an out and out lie. Nobody called at all. And he knows he is lying to try and save face. Karma is out there good luck.

We have worked with Rob twice. Initially he was great. This last time we are having issues. The sewer line that he worked on 2 weeks ago is backing up again. He offered a 6 month warranty for his work, which sounds great. However, We have been trying to get him back at the house for the last 5 days, giving grace because of the holiday. We have called him 5 times and still no one has came out and there has been no communication. Started great, but doesn't honor his warranties it seems.

We agreed on an AO smith 12-year warranty water heater. He installed the one with a 6-year warranty there is a 350 $ difference between the two models

He said it is a commercial quality system. paperwork states it is residential. he lied and said he purchased the unit for 850$, and he can prove it , He tried to call a cell phone, it was his other cell phone. the unit is only 400 $, the unit was dented. he said it came like this from the factory, he threatened to take away the unit, knowing that we need the water heater at that time of year, but I told him to take it, then he backed down. I hope there is a no star rating

They were very honest and knew what the problem was right away. They were very polite and respectful. Highly recommend.

Repaired my sewer line from my house to outside, did a outstanding job. Definitely recommend

Hired Rob to fix a leak. He came while I was at work. He Lied and stole $400 from my pregnant wife.

Could not have asked for a more courteous, professional or qualified plumber than Rob. Pricing is extremely fair. I highly, highly recommend.

We were backed up so we hired rob and he pulled Through for us would use him again

We had multiple items Rob showed up on time fixed all of our stuff in a timely manner with a really good price this man knows what he’s doing would definitely hire him again

Had Rob the owner out to investigate a gas leak. He did fix an old connection behind the stove. Failed to check out the crawl space and when I called him back said he could come back the following Monday. Never showed up and then I called back to check up. Then again gave a day he would come back and despite me calling him 2 times to confirm never showed up. Lied directly to me on the phone that he was coming. Spend the money and go with another plumber.

Rob was wonderful on time would hire again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Rob Werner, Owner/Operator, came out on Thursday, August 8 to fix a plugged shower drain. Thought it was corrected so I paid $145 for call. That evening, the shower drain backed up again and I called him. On Friday, August 9, he promised he would be out and kept me waiting all day. Long story short, he finally showed up and determined it was more involved than he thought but did not have the proper equipment to do it because it was being used by one of his employees who was in Detroit. It is now Tuesday, August 13 and it is still not fixed. Jason, his employee, was to be here on Monday........NOT!!! I just finished a conversation with Rob; and he was argumentative, unapologetic, and rude saying that he thought Jason had come here yesterday. He so frustrated me with his arrogant attitude that I ended the call with an expletive I never use. Again, this company is a farce. Please do not use them. Rob has no concept what customer service is all about and needs to find another profession, one that requires no customer interaction.

Still waiting on him to return and put the access panel on and show me where the shut off valves are that I paid him to install, this is now 3 days that I have been told he would be here no show!!!!!! Wasted another day September 21 called him said he would be here after his meeting yesterday morning called around 230 he got very upset,I said I didn't want to waste another day waiting and not have him show for the fourth time, he stated he was still in a meeting and I was very annoying we will be going to court update, hired Downey plumbing they came out, informed me that there weren't any shutoff valves installed , Rob stated he did put them in I will be requesting a full refund

Rob install a tankless hot water heater we had multiple plumbers say that it cannot be done he came out give us an estimate shut up the following day had it done in about four hours what a wonderful experience

Very professional job and very polite do they wonderful job installing a tankless water heater definitely would highly recommend
