Russ is awesome!

Great service! I called Russ for a refrigerator supply line and valve install and he was able to make it over to the house within 10 minutes. Russ was very nice and professional to my wife and kids who were home. And instead of simply replacing the faulty line and valve with the same one that was causing us issues he understood the situation and upgraded parts so that we wouldn't have another issue again.

Russ has always been available sooner than later. We appreciate his promptness.

This is not the original Russ that started the business. The person who came to our house had on a mask but after doing the 5 minute repair took it off & threw it onto our kitchen counter. He then proceeded to stand there & talk to us with no mask on. We are clearly seniors & he showed no respect for us or concern for our safety. Also the charge for the work done was not reasonable. I would not use this service again.

Russ called me first thing in the morning after an overnight email about a water leak. He fit me into his schedule and took care of everything exceeding my expectations. Would highly recommend Russ!

Expected a little more dialog at first encounter. Entered my house without asking or waiting to be invited in. He gave some insight to issue but offered little in terms of suggestive improvements. I'll be looking elsewhere to someone who has my best intentions in mind.

Russ stopped by quickly after contacting him for what we thought was a leaky pipe in the upstairs bathroom of our new home. He took the time to examine the issue and explain the noises we were hearing weren’t leaks but normal expansion of cold pipes related to the layout of the plumbing and what to do (or not do, more specifically) about it. He also didn’t charge us a dime for his time. Calling Russ is well worth it for your plumbing needs. Will contact him again next time there is a real issue!
