ABSOLUTELY amazing! Woke up this morning to ALL of my drains backing up (including toilets!). Happy Monday! Texted Authentic Plumbing and he immediately replied saying that he would be there between 12 - 2. And then HE SHOWED UP EARLY! Incredibly pleased with the service. Took him about 30-40ish minutes and he had us back up and running again :)

Let me just tell you. HIRE AUTHENTIC PLUMBING!! They came out and worked on my water lines and shut off valves and installed new copper piping and fixed the old connections from my shower. Eddie did an absolute amazing job!! Super professional and an amazing job.. Could Not have asked for better!!

My water heater was under warranty. The manufacturer shipped that parts and I contacted a few plumbers to perform the installation. Authentic Plumbing was the first to respond – within minutes. I had a plumbing crisis on a Wed at noon. Eddie came that afternoon, did an estimate. Then worked Fri, Sat, and Sun until it was done. He was awesome! On time, explained the situation, cleaned up after the work, really professional. Strong recommendation.
A couple months later, I had an underground gas leak and had the gas shut off until it could be repaired. Eddie engineered a fix for me very quickly, got the permit, made arrangements for the inspection, and took care of the problem very professionally. Again, I strongly recommend this company.

Eddie is extremely kind a professional. He works quickly and efficiently. We had a couple quotes for our garbage disposal and were met with rude and pushy people. Eddie came and immediately put on the little booties over his shoes just to give a quote. He explained what was going on and gave me options for a plan to fix it and was kind and informative without being condescending (which was a problem with our previous quotes). Authentic Plumbing is incredibly easy to work with and amazingly communicative. I could not recommend this company enough and will always use them for any plumbing needs. If you need a plumber for any job, definitely use these guys!

Eddie at Authentic Plumbing was great. I highly recommend him. I had several tasks for him. He arrived on time, inspected, gave me a quote, went to the store to get parts, and then came back and took care of all the work in the same day. He was professional, friendly, and communicated well.
I have feedback about one thing. Not negative though. He had to replace two faucets and I think he should've checked with me to find out which ones I wanted. Not a big deal for me though, because I would have went with cheap ones. But maybe another customer would be more picky than I am. I think the easiest way to get that done would be to open a webpage or app for the store that he plans on going to and let the customer see which ones are available.

My tub faucet was leaking as it had about 9 yrs ago. My handyman at that time tightened something and it was ok until a few weeks ago.. i have a handyman now who is not a plumber.He came out and was able to stop the drip but not fix the issue. He recommmended I call a plumber. Authentic Plumbing came highly recomended. Eddy, came and was able to fix the issue within a few minutes. They don't charge for diagnostic visit and if there is any further issue he told me what would need to be replaced and the cost. He also wore covers over his shoes which I greatly appreciated! In addition he checked the pressure regulator outside my home! I cant say enoug good about his service!

Eddie replaced a sink and a tub cartridge in less than an hour. He made sure to explain our different options and costs and that there was a warranty included before getting started. The sink and tub faucets work better now than they did when I moved in years ago! We’ll definitely call them again the next time we need any plumbing work!

Honestly can't say enough good things about Authentic Plumbing. Not only is their work exceptional, if you have products currently under warranty they will try to help you get the new parts as well. Eddie helped me return my water heater to Home Depot (still under warranty), and a new tub spout from Moen (lifetime warranty). Goes way above and beyond!!

More than 5 star quality. Eddie and Summer are extremely professional and diligent. We first used them a year ago for our bathroom renovation and the quality of work had us keep them in mind if we ever needed plumbing in the future. Jump forward to this week, we had a kitchen sink leak and needed it fixed asap . Eddie Castillo of Authentic Plumbing is awesome! He's the only plumber I'll call while living in Sun City. I've called twice and both times he came out the same day. First time he did several hours of work repairing leaky pipes. Second time I thought I had a slab leak in this old house but he quickly diagnosed it was the A/C drain pipe leaking and he didn't charge me a penny for the diagnosis. On top of that, he took the time to answer some other questions about my plumbing and also to recommend some other companies to fix my A/C and flooring issues. It's really nice to find someone you can trust. I really admire Eddie and his work ethics.
