We were impressed by the level of HVAC knowledge, low pressure sales pitch and professional of the installation of our new 4-ton HVAC residential system. I found MJM because of the other well-known companies in town were pushing products and plans we did not need. We highly recommend their service and price. Had Ray come out and give me an estimate on replacing garage door springs. He came back on the date he promised to complete the service and delivered quality work. Ray was very professional and completed other required work prior to completing the job. Highly impressed with his vast knowledge and his quality of work! Klassen plumbing did a great job of replacing my hot water heater in my condo. They were professional and honest, and replaced it for a fair and reasonable price. I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Hired them to fix a leaky faucet that had been fixed previously by another service and still leaked. They came quickly, worked well, and was worth the little bit extra money.

On the other hand, their office management said they'd get back to me for estimate on further work, and still haven't called, but they deserve a separate rating from the workers.

This company did the plumbing when we built 7 years ago ! We have had all kinds of leaks and problems. We are having to have it replumbed at this very moment ! Shoddy work at best . Worst service ever. So do not use unless you want to spend lots more money and have your walls cut into. I would give them a zero if possible .

I noticed water leaking from my water heater and called Merz at 12:55. Having never used them, I was expecting the usual...they'd be out tomorrow to look at it, realize it needed replaced, order a new one, be out the next week for install. Nope, not with Merz! Within 2 1/2 hours of finding the leak I had a new water heater installed. For having an unexpected expense, Merz made the whole situation as painless as possible. I will definitely be using Merz for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks!
