At-Ease Plumbing fixed a broken pipe in my crawlspace for a reasonable price and was punctual. It was a very pleasant experience .

Their customer service was great and they did a great job repairing my pipes and fixing my water heater. Also, I called around to several different companies who I felt were just haggling me on the cost. Not only were they very straightforward with me with a quote but also much more affordable then all the others. They didn’t use fear to make me choose them immediately like the other companies did. I will definitely be using them again if needed!

Joe Rhead diagnosed my problem as a slab leak on the hot water side, re routed the hot water from the water heater up through the attic and down the wall to the back of my kitchen sink. It was brilliant! He figured out the problem and came up with a solution that did NOT involve digging up any of the slab. He worked his tail off to get my home up and running that day, and he is my hero! I cannot recommend him strongly enough to equal what he has done for me!

They scheduled to install the water heater 2-4 they never show up and no one called me.I call to ask what happened they told me forgot to put someone but they have someone in 45 min of course again no one show up.Again call them and the said someone else will be there in 45 again.After 5 hours someone come and install my water heater.Then i have to call them again because the price was different of course higher called them 5-6 time and left a few voice mail no one called me email or text me ...today is Monday still no one cares about me and i have to call.I know the thinks can get bad we are a human being but no one to call you or text you or email you this is not acceptable

We ran into an issue with our main drain getting backed up. We called and the technician came out very quickly. Our issue turned out to be a sewer problem, but the tech was professional and recommended a sewer company that could continue to help us. Will definitely use these guys again if we come across another plumbing issue.

I was really impressed with your customer service and the unbeatable price. I requested a quote to replace the water heater. I had already called 3 plumbing companies before this company. I was surprised at the price that they offered me almost half the others were also very professional. We agreed on the time when they sent me an invoice. On the day of the service it was on time and of course I was skeptical because of the price that they might not be doing a good job. In the end I was very happy with the service.
