Unbelievable quality of service! Presented the scope of work after the initial inspection and before the service. I appreciated the care that the technician for protecting my carpet and tile. I felt like I was their only customer. I had no hot water and they were able to get me a new water heater on the SAME DAY!! I found my new plumber!

The technician was very thorough and did a great job , he waited while the flooring guys put new flooring under the tank. I really appreciated that.

Delta installed 3 AC units on my flat roof. SInce day1, the AC returns leaked in the ceiling. They were prompt about sending a tech to reseal the returns; but, after 8 times I said enough. Get a roofer out here to look at it. They did and the roofer said the returns were installed improperly and they would get back with Delta. Five times I called the manager at Delta to find out what their plan was, and he said he would call the roofer and call me back. Each time he never called back.To Home Depot's credit they have taken my complaint and are resolving it with their own insurance. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH DELTA MECHANICAL.

Beware of doing business with square feat!

This is the second time we have used Delta Mechanical. Both times they were professional, prompt and friendly. I highly recommend them!

My mother (senior citizen), went to home depot yesterday because her water heater was leaking. She got a quote from Home Depot.

Before home depot finished inputting her information, a person name TRISTAN called her on her cell phone and told her not to pay home depot but to go direct through them and she wouldn't have to pay tax. He quoted her $1,178.00 to install the water heater ($799.00 water heater). Sounds like a good deal right?

Wrong

Too good to be true.

The people showed up at her house today and wanted her to sign an invoice for $1,878.00 before beginning work. That's a SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLAR DIFFERENCE IN EXCESS of what she was quoted on the phone.

She attempted to reach Tristan, ended up with someone out of state, and was then transferred to a wrong person.

So not only did they bait and switch, but backsold Home Depot who uses them as a contractor and played the phone game which disallowed a resolution.

Fortunately I am in a position where I can reach actual Home Depot executives at corporate, and I will be informing them that this company is back selling them (cutting them out), and also advising them of the bait and switch.

This is unacceptable.

Though the installation price was high as I have installed water heaters myself. that said the person installing the water was very competent and and finished in good time, left me with his phone number for any problems I like the water heater, hope this one last as long as the last one.

I had an appointment for 10:30 am. I got a call from the office that Ken was going to be late. I told the woman at the office that was no problem. I was going to breakfast and to let me know 30 minutes before Ken was going to be here. Ken arrived and put the water heater and shut off valve
in about 2 hours. You can tell he really knows his profession. He would line up those pipes by eye. He would cut them. They would fit perfect. Thanks for a great job Ken

Installer was thorough and competent and water heater has been functioning well for a week. Original setup of appointment and payment went well but when installer was not here, it took many calls and questions and more calls to finally have the installer - due between 12:30 and 2:30 - arrive around 4:30. Installation seemed expensive but when all is said and done, the work was completed in time for hot showers that evening and the new unit is working quite nicely.

In recent years Sveto M has installed 3 water heaters for various members of my family. He is pleasant, professional, always helpful and cleans up after job is done. He can come back any time!!

Just spoke with Thomas over at Delta regarding a water heater install, and while we haven't used their services yet, I was EXTREMELY impressed by his knowledge, his attention to detail, and his friendliness--I've spoken to a lot of business reps and customer service folks over the phone, and he really set the bar for the rest of them. He was able to answer every question and then some, really paid attention to us, and tried not to keep us on the phone forever (but he was a real pleasure to talk to). His professionalism really instilled a lot of confidence in the company, and certainly earned our business. Get this guy watching all the phones lol!

Job order 17398569. They sell a quote on the phone which they will not grant when they charge for the job. I have disputed the charge with the card, filed a complaint with Home Depot and also with Better Business Bureau. You are a dishonest business.
I talked to customer service every day of last week to ask for a refund. They kept saying that they would send an email to a manager, who was going to contact me to discuss the refund and never did...
UPDATE: After talking to Natasha, I was refunded the amount I was overcharged, which is fair . However, this should have never happened to start with. Sadly, I will never be compensated for all the time and energy I wasted on this issue.

Arizona Delta Mechanical was the installer for my Home Depot water heater. Dodging my calls seems to be what they are best at! It especially hurt when the person answered the phone told me she could see the person I needed to talk to was at their desk and available.. and they didn't answer at all. Another transferred me to somebody that doesn't exist. And the third time I left a voicemail they never called me back. Great business! Here's the entire story of my experience using them as a contract plumber for home depot..

I purchased a water heater from Home Depot. When the contract installer (Arizona Delta Mechanical) came out to put it in, it did not fit. I asked the installer what size I needed to get. He was not allowed to tell me per his company's procedures and said to call the company directly. I called the company three times, and without going into great detail, they completely didhrf my call all three times. I'm a pretty darn nice guy, so don't know why this happened, except I think they just did not want to deal with it. I then called Home Depot six times asking for help with this situation. I never heard back! I ended up going with a local plumber, Strong Built Plumbing to get my water heater. It cost me more because they only install commercial grade water heaters, but it was worth it because the service was A-plus. After this experience, I will never go back to home Depot for anything, ever! Just know if you're shopping for water heater, there are better options than Home Depot.

Quality service and accommodating for last minute add on.

Arizona Delta Mechanical did a fantastic job replacing my water heater. Originally I had one of “big name” companies come out but their estimate was outrageously high. I was out in touch with Arizona Delta Mechanical after inquiring at Home Depot. My technician, Sveto, was able to come out that day. He worked fast and did a great job. As a plus, the cost was A LOT less than the original company that called. I’ll definitely use these guys again!!

So disappointed in Home Depot for using this company. I am on my 3rd schedule appointment with them and I still have no water heater! They originally came out Tuesday, they brought the wrong size water heater, rescheduled me for Friday instead of making me a priority. My time frame came and went, no call that they couldn't make it that day. Rescheduled for today from 10-12. No call. Just no show. I called the office at 12p, 2p amd 4p, and they still can't tell me when they are coming out! Beyond angry with this company, they need to learn to use a phone and call costumers when they are late!

Update 10/18 well I was ghosted again on my 3rd appointment. Management is allegedly involved but I have yet to hear from them, and they promised it would get done Saturday. Nope. No one showed up or called. I called them Sunday and I wasn't even on the schedule for jobs to be done. I finally just canceled my order. No way I'm giving my money to this company after the way I have been treated!

Very disappointed with their customer service. I had a water heater that needed servicing (covered under a less than one year warranty, therefore, the water heating company pays 100% of the cost). The water heating company told me I was to receive a call from DELTA MECHANICAL, who had ACCEPTED the work order. I never received a call, so I called them. I explained the situation to the customer service agent and she was a very poor listener; she was not comprehending what I was saying. She finally told me the manager said the water heating company covered the parts and labor, but not the service call, which was $185. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager sent me to voicemail and then never returned my call. I contacted the water heating company and thankfully they set me up with a different repair company because DELTA MECHANICAL WAS TRYING TO HUSTLE ME FOR $185 DOLLARS! SO DISGUSTING! A good manager would have apologized and tried contacting the water company, but the manager at Delta Mechanical wouldn't even speak to me. What does that suggest about their customer service values?

Horrible professional experience with this company. Delta Mechanical blew off (no show) two scheduled appointments with me. I will never use this contracted firm with Home Depot. Absurd they even have a existing contract with HD. Run!

Great, fast, friendly, honest service with Hector. I didn't catch the young man's name with him but nice kid. Both were super personable and did great work on the toilet removal and installation. Great clean up, no mess left behind, no water or mess on our carpeting as they hauled old item away. We are so excited to have a nice, new toilet! Thank you.

Charity helped me with scheduling. She was very pleasant and professional. George installed new toilets and was very efficient and extremely professional. He left the job clean and even took the packaging to the garbage bin.

Bought a water heater through Home Depot, which is contracted with this company. They charged me $1,000 to install a water heater!! Not only did it take less than an hour (so $1,000/45min), but the installer was not personable at all! When I called to get more info and voice my displeasure with the cost, I was basically told too bad so sad.

Bought a garbage disposal from Home Depot and Delta Mechanical was the contracted installer. Ruvin, the tech from Delta was here on time(right on
starting time of appointment window). Ruvin was professional, courteous and very efficient as the install was less than 15 minutes. I would strongly recommend Delta Mechanical for any appliance installation(disposal, water heater, etc.) or plumbing issue.

Georgi was awesome today, wasn't supposed to come till 12 to 2 called at 9:55 was here in 20 minutes. I had already drained my water heater so took him 35 minutes, did a Very efficient job. Georgi was pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Delta Mechanical, very reasonable, great company.

Totally dropped the ball. Had an apt to install our fascet after our countertop install. The blew off our apt. Apparently they scheduled the apt with a guy who had the day off. When home depot trying calling they hung up on her saying call volume was too high. Now I have to wait till 2-6 pm for an install. Been up since 7:30 am on a Saturday waiting for them already. Guess I have no plans today! Garbage tier service. Garbage tier professionalism. If home depot sent you here, ask to have them set you up with another company.

Delta Mechanical installed a water heater in one of my rental properties in late 2010. Now it's leaking. Delta said the warranty on installation had already expired, so we called another plumbing company. This 'other' plumbing company said that it didn't seem like the water heater was installed to code i.e. pan missing, amongst other plumber jargon, etc. The customer service woman I spoke with at Delta continually reiterated that they passed inspection, but also shared that water heater installation codes change yearly. With that comment, I suggested that in an effort to provide great customer service and stand by their work that Delta should come out, for free and inspect and fix their work if it's an installation issue. She flatly refused. With that, I will no longer use Home Depot for water heater installation as long as they only use Delta Mechanical as their vendor/contractor. As I shared with the CSR, we have several rental properties and water heaters need to be replaced every 7-10 years. I'll be using another company going forward. This is from Denver, Colorado.

One of the best companies that my warranty company has sent out, They arrived fast, fixed my plumbing problem the right way, the first time and we have not had any more plumbing issues or problems since Delta Mechanical came out to our home, we will for sure use them again.

Called for a new water heater at 9:30a, job was completed by 2:30p. Easy to deal with, professionally installed and no hook! Working with Home Depot/Delta Mechanical was very easy and straightforward. Price was competitive.

Very satisfied with product and service. He was very clean and knew what he was doing. He did a perfect job.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The air conditioner has never worked properly. Every summer it does not work, they send out a tech who puts a band-aid on it and says this will never happen again - well the following summer it happens again and I hear the same thing. I have called 6 times in the past week and have never received a call back to set up an appointment for someone to come to fix it, yet one more time. I am in the process of writing a complaint to the Home Depot Corporate Office, Delta Mechanical Corporate Office, the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency of the Attorney General Office in New Mexico and Arizona. This unit is a lemon and needs to be replaced at no cost to me.

This is the company Home Depot is contracted with for toilet disconnect and reconnect when you get flooring install done by HD. Initial visit and three toilet disconnect and reconnect of two toilets went great. Then the problems started.

Toilet flange on first floor sat too high. The repair is to remove it, and install a new one at the correct height. I got scheduled and rescheduled no fewer than four times in less than a week. Three of them I left work to meet them at the property. On the third visit (Wednesday) I get on the phone with the dispatch office and the tech still at my house after the tech tells me hes only quoting the job. Have to schedule for a work visit. Its now promised for the next day (Thursday _ visit 4). The last straw was when the scheduled time for the visit to do the work with the tech on Thursday rolls around, I get a call saying they need to bump me to Saturday, no explanation. I accepted it and then promptly fired them after I found a company that followed through on what they said. Estimated and fixed, literally the same day (Thursday). Never again with these people..

Had a water heater installed, everything was seamless. Great experience from start to finish, could not be happier with the work preformed.

Delta installed my water heater via a contract with Home Depot. The installation was botched and done poorly. They used incorrect materials, and the water heater failed at multiple points. I now have to replace my water heater at only 3 years of light use. Their customer service was rude and defensive, stating they would refuse to cover it because passing inspection is their bar for quality.

Do not use Delta or have an install performed contracted through Home Depot. Multiple other vendors have told me they do poor work that I have since consulted.

Super great service. Had a toilet installed and turn off valve replaced. Ken was on time, worked fast, and did a great job on the install! Company interactions were very professional and timely. I highly recommend them. Pricing for the install was VERY reasonable. Only issue I had is that they wanted to charge $75 to pick up the toilet from Home Depot so I decided to pick it up myself. I feel like Home Depot or Delta should have covered this cost since I ordered the product and service from Home Depot. Or at least it shouldn't cost 3x the price of hauling the old one away.

Hectar did a great job installing my faucet, new garbage disposal, and solved a p trap issue for me with great expertise.

We had an absolutely STELLAR experience. We worked with Eriberto and he was the utmost professional while installing our new inline water heater. Eriberto was able to fit us in just before the holiday weekend working until the job was complete late that evening. He was incredibly precise, knowledgeable, and did a beautiful job with the install. We would highly recommend Delta Mechanical and plan to request Eriberto for ALL of our future plumbing needs.

Recommended by Home Depot, Delta was fairly priced. Took a bit longer than expected to install the water heater and softener and work through some glitches but they were responsive.

Eddie, our installer, arrived a little later than the predicted 3-5pm time frame. Unfortunately, once he unpacked the new water heater he found damage that could not have been detected from looking at the box. To his credit, he located a replacement and went and got it for us at a time of day when other workers might have rescheduled the installation. He stuck with the job and got it done well under difficult circumstances. We appreciate his efforts.

UPDATE: Delta contacted me to sincerely apologize as most companies wouldn't even think to do. This tells me that they do care about their customers and are a out providing top notch customer service.

My wife and I purchased an RO system and water softner from home depot on December 11th. We paid for delta mechanical to install on December 17th. After install, our RO leaked. Delta came out numerous times because the RO continued to leak despite their efforts to fix it.
At one point i was told that the faucet must be defective and that delta would return it to home depot which was a lie. I ended up returning it for a new one. Long story made short, delta consistently reschedules their appts regardless of situation and the office staff are rude and do not care. They do not take pride in their work at all. After sending a different technician, our RO was successfully installed in mid of January.

BEST at wasting time and being unprofessional. Had a scheduled appointment for sink/garbage disposal installation set between 8am-10am, called at 9:45am after not receiving a call from company or tech. Person on the phone said the tech was leaving the other job and would call within the hour. No call received within the hour, called the company back at 11:30am. Person then says the tech took the day off and was not coming. At this time it’s noon and this company has wasted my entire morning. Asked to speak to the supervisor and was sent to a voicemail.. OUTSTANDING at worst customer service, being unprofessional, and outright disrespectful to their customers. I would have rated this company/experience a 0 but 1 star is the lowest reviews will display.

Delta Mechanical replaced my polybutylene water service line in 2004 under the CPRC. The replacement material that was used just failed after 10 years of service. Delta Mechanical informed me that there was only a 1-year warranty on labor and materials. Why they replaced a defective material with another material that would fail prematurely is just bad business. So I went with a competitor and had a copper service line installed.

Called home depot was told I would receive a email and call from Delta in a hour or so 5 hours later after I called home depot they called me. Want 999.00 to replace a easy electric heater. INSANE PRICE PLUS THEY MARKED UP THE HEATER TOTAL 1700.00 FOR A WATER HEATER.. STAY AWAY I LEARNED MY LESSON. GOT A LOCAL PLUMBER 800 INTALLED. SHOP AROUND!!!

Georgi Dobrev of Arizona Delta Mechanical did a phenomenal job in installing our new kitchen sink and removing and disposing of the old. Georgi communicated prior to his arrival, actually arrived a little early and completed the task without a hitch. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had. He was diligent in completing the job, and it was completed in a timely manner. Georgi was a consummate professional in his dealings with us. We rate Az Delta Mechanical and Georgi very highly and would strongly recommend them. We will certainly call them if future plumbing needs should arise.

Appointment was 5 days in the making. Set for between 10am-2pm. Here is is 4pm, no show and no calls?

Ken knows his stuff when it comes to a toilet install. He was in and out in about 1/2 hr. Good personality, very knowledgeable, and knew exactly what to do. I'm impressed with Delta and the staff, and , will use them again in the future.

1. Donna said Tamaka Perez double booked the technician cause they had been booked since 8am on Saturday all day
2 Donna said that she made an appointments with Videl who is a more reliable than the other tech been with the company for 18 years
3. Donna said she is going to forward my complaints to supervisor but if the supervisor doesn't respond the close at 6pm so call back
4. Donna said supervisor has many complaints to respond to and may not be reliable to make a return phone call addressing my concerns
5. I said i would have checked else where but was told by Tamaka Perez I got the last appointment at 2pm on Saturday.
6. Customer service answered the phone and looked at my order and was dumb founded and said they were transferring me to Tamaka Perez but just transferred me back to the que which went to voice mail.

7 i should get at least a $250 discount.
a. My service is no longer an emergency its on a regular work day
b. I had to go with no water for 3 days
c. I just had wrist surgery on Thursday
d. I had to walk next door with buckets to get water from the outside faucet so i could wash my face, brush my teeth, wash dishes, and flush toilet.

1. I told Luis that I wanted to file a complaint cause Delta Mechanical the company that partners with home depot to install water heaters did not show up for the appointment on Saturday.
2. Luis took the work order # and PO#, checked with Shamika in installations and told me i never made an appointment to have a water heater installed through home depot and said he could not help me. Basically calling me a liar
3. I asked for a supervisor cause i could not understand how home depot refers you to a company and them washes their hands if you have a bad experience.
4. i was transferred to Antonio who is not a SUPERVISOR who said all they could do is send a compliant to Delta Mechanical.
Antonio said I needed to deal with Delta Mechanical for any consideration.

Reputable and reliable service.

Was on phone while driving and failed to stay In lane

On February 8th. our hot water heater stopped working and we needed a replacement installed - hopefully the same day. Because it was a Saturday morning, the local plumber we typically use was closed. We saw an ad on the Internet for Delta Mechanical and gave them a call. The gentleman we spoke with informed me that they worked with Home Depot and were the preferred installers for Rheem water heaters.

I chose the size heater I wanted and the warranty length, gave him my credit card info and was told that the installers would be out around 4:00 PM. They arrived around 1:00 PM, quickly disconnected my old water heater and installed the model I selected earlier. They informed my wife that per code, we needed an expansion tank and a drip pan and gave her the price of each. She told them to proceed.

When I heard the prices, I was shocked and went to see them. The expansion tank sells for $29 and they charged me $95. They charged me $65 for the drip pan and when I asked why, they said they had to add labor to the price of the pan that included installing it and custom fitting the PVC piping to drain into the floor drain. It was already installed and plumbing connections made, so I had no choice at that point.

My water heater was installed with no leaks on the same day that I called, so I was very pleased with that. I am not pleased with the price of the add-on items. Please note that although the address of the company is in Arizona, I live near Castle Rock, Colorado. If you deal with this company, be sure that you know the price of any extra items they tell you that you need!

Eddie of Delta Mechanical did a great job installing our new hot water heater. It was a frustrating project because the first Rheem gas hot water heater was defective and Eddie had to return it to Home Depot. The second hot water heater was damaged. Luckily the third hot water heater worked. Eddie stuck with the job and kept us informed. Through no fault of Delta Mechanical, we did not have water until 10:30 p.m. I am grateful Eddie persevered and was able to successfully complete the installation on the same day we called Delta Mechanical. Excellent work at fair prices. Thank you, Eddie and Delta Mechanical!

Delta Mechanical was sent out by Home Depot to replace a Reverse Osmosis system. Their plumber, Aaron, was very efficient and personable. So far, so good, everything seems great!

Our 19 year old water heater finally gave up Sunday night. Scheduled a replacement with Home Depot Monday morning and our new water heater was installed the same day within hours! Service technician was timely, communicative, and professional. Exceptional customer service!

We hired Delta Mechanical through Home Depot to have 4 bathroom faucets removed and install 4 new Delta faucets in our house. The reason for getting new faucets was because the hot water in all four faucets had no water pressure due to the corrosion in the handles. Faucets were 15 years old. We determined to purchase new faucets.

Ken the technician showed up on time and accessed the problem before he began to work diligently to remove the faucets. Two of the faucets were very difficult to remove, but he successfully removed them. All four new faucets were installed and working properly. He checked for leaks etc. I would highly recommend if you have any plumbing problems to ask for Ken. He is a very respectable guy.

They scheduled to install the water heater 2-4 they never show up and no one called me.I call to ask what happened they told me forgot to put someone but they have someone in 45 min of course again no one show up.Again call them and the said someone else will be there in 45 again.After 5 hours someone come and install my water heater.Then i have to call them again because the price was different of course higher called them 5-6 time and left a few voice mail no one called me email or text me ...today is Monday still no one cares about me and i have to call.I know the thinks can get bad we are a human being but no one to call you or text you or email you this is not acceptable

In 2014 our water heater suddenly began leaking and we needed a replacement right away. We were able to purchase a Rheem heater at Home Depot and have it installed by Delta Mechanical the same day.

The Delta plumber arrived on time, removed our old heater and installed the new one very quickly. He did an excellent job and we have been very pleased with the installation.

The water heater- not so much- but that has nothing to do with Delta. Yesterday we decided to replace it due to recurring problems with the circuit breaker popping randomly. I called the office and spoke to Marcus who gave me information on replacement models available, gave me prices on all costs that would be involved and scheduled the appointment. He was very informative and a pleasure to work with.

George was scheduled to come out today between noon and 4:00 PM but he called at 10:00 AM and asked if he could come now as he finished his earlier jobs faster than expected. “What?” I thought- can you come early? When does that ever happen? I’m the guy who usually has to wait until one minute before the time window expires for a service person to arrive.😔

Of course you can come early.

After he arrived George got right to work, removing the heater and loading it into his truck. Because the heater is under warranty, I had to meet George at Home Depot to exchange and pay the difference for the new heater. (This is a standard procedure for exchanging Rheem water heaters when having a plumber do the work and was thoroughly explained to me by Marcus yesterday.) This was painless but took a little time as HD was very busy. (Saturday morning)

Back at the house, George had the new heater unloaded and installed very quickly. In fact the whole job only took 2 hours including draining the old heater and driving to and from Home Depot. And to top it off George was a lot of fun to be around!

I have no regrets about choosing Delta Mechanical and will use them again.

The new hot water heater was installed quickly and efficiently. The technician called ahead, arrived early and had it completed within 30 minutes. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable! Awesome service!

I bought a house and didn't realize how hard the water is in the desert.

After a year, just a month ago ,I bought a water softener and Delta mechanical installed it.
Water softeners are kind of complicated when you have plants to think of, animals to think of, your own hair and skin excetera excetera.

From the beginning to the end everyone was professional courteous and gave more than 100%.

We ended up having some complications but they were addressed immediately professionally and accurately.

From Amber to Tonya., Yolanda, Ken, Frankie, George when needed, and everyone in between , everybody was pleasant and professional to work with.

Of course most businesses are, when things go right but when things need adjustment, how a company deals with that is even more important...

Delta Mechanical gets an A+ on every level!

My parents whom are former military recently purchased a water heater and an install service which has been a terrible experience. Not only did Arizona Delta Mechanical swindle and take advantage of a senior citizen and former military, they also did a bad job and the water heater is still defective. The company Home Depot had us use Delta Mechanical failed to properly install the water heater and it kept tripping the breaker. We called them and they said to call an electrician. 200 dollars(called an electrician) later we found that there is nothing wrong with our house and they were just trying to get away with swindling veterans. We asked them to come back and fix what they failed to install properly and they claimed they cant until my mother gets a covid test result, yet these dishonest people didn't even wear masks in the first place so which is it? Are they really concerned for their safety or is it just an excuse to not do their job. They have now charged an additional 1500 dollars (3000 total now for a broken water heater). So we have no choice but to do a charge back for all of it. I would NEVER use Arizona Delta Mechanical for ANY of their services. If you are a veteran, be very careful as they will try to take advantage of you and your loved ones. I will be reporting this to other agencies as well. Buyers beware, DO NOT USE Arizona Delta Mechanical for anything.

Despite 4-stars, I would use Delta Mechanical again. I had scheduling issues due to the techs being very busy and had to push the install date/time out after already taking off work. However, once the tech was here, the install went GREAT. Eddie Castillo was very professional, polite and efficient. He kept the area clean and made sure everything was set up perfectly. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I had to do a repipe job with them and the crews they sent over were very professional and did a nice job. I was expecting a rough experience and to have mismatched paint and stucco fixes all over the house after the fact, but you can't even tell they were here!

We purchased a King water conditoner from Home Depot. Paid $600+ dollars for installation a week later. Delta calls us the hour of installation to tell us we should have been charged $850+ dollars for the install and they cant come do the job until we sort it out with Home Depot and reschedule. They wouldnt take cash, a card, no effort to resolve the issue. We called King directly for a preferred installer in the area. Saved us time and a lot of money. Would not recommend this company.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! I had the unfortunate pleasure of using Delta Mechanical because I went though Home Depot to have granite counter tops installed. Besides the typical rescheduling, they were supposed to reconnect our new faucets after the granite countertops got installed. Well to my discover, the stem to pull the drain plug in one of the sinks didn't work properly. Also the tech had told my wife that there was no way to install our new garbage disposal and that we needed to buy a smaller one instead and that even with buying a smaller unit couldn't guarantee it would fit. Well, that is not the case, it can be installed but needed the pipes under the sink to be rerouted.
Also, they didn't mount the dishwasher to the cabinets/granite to keep it for tipping, so when you pull down the door to open it doesn't fall over. They had left so much extra plumbing lines dangling under the sink (about 2ft worth) that it could've been trimmed to look nicer as well as allow more space under the sink.
I was told by an office person that I would have to contact Home Depot to help me with my garbage disposal issue etc.

I will say besides the terrible customer service and always being on hold then going straight to voicemail every time. Mario, the original tech that had came out to disconnect the plumbing was very cautious about cleaning after himself and had great customer service. Kudos to Mario!

I just wanted to express my appreciation to Delta Mechanical for their professional and outstanding service. I had new floors put in and they came and removed and reinstalled my toilets. The whole flooring project with a different company was not so smooth and to say the least very frustrating and stressful. I waited patiently after they scheduled to finish a job 3 weeks after leaving me with 1 out of 3 toilets in my house because the floors were not put in. I had family staying with me and had to move my grandmothers 90th bday to a different location. After the 3 weeks they wanted to reschedule me because the worker who was suppose to come and finish my floors was still in California. I was not happy!! They rescheduled me and I finally got my floors done. I called Delta explaining what had happened because I had to have them come back out due to the flooring company's mistakes in scheduling and they were able to accommodate me and send someone. The technician who was suppose to come out was delayed from another work order but Delta was on top of things and sent another technician to come and install my toilets without having to reschedule me. Now that is customer service! Keeping your customer happy and satisfied!!!!! Gavin and Eriberto were both professional and friendly! Thank you Delta for not making me wait another day longer to have my new toilets installed.

Totally professional! Had Delta reconnect my sink following a kitchen remodel. Price was better than the local plumbers and outstanding workmanship. Would definitely use them again. My plumber called ahead to let me know about when he would arrive, was super efficient, and even took the time to give me advice on future plumbing work.

Had the worst experience with the technician that came out to install a new water heater. As soon as I opened up the garage to greet him he doesn’t even introduce himself and starts ranting about how “he can’t fix it” and “i can’t do this” and so on, instead of explaining to me why he can’t do it or if there’s even a solution we can come too, he just takes pictures and leaves. Never have I dealt with such a rude unprofessional person. Do not recommend this company.

Scheduled an emergency hot water heater replacement through the Home Depot website listed phone number. A scheduler from Delta Mechanical took the call. 4 hours later I had a new hot water heater installed.

I ordered a new water heater install in a rental property in Colorado from Delta Mechanical. Firm price quoted and set up for install the next day. At 11:30 the next day the installer called me to say they were on there way and would arrive about noon. I said thanks, I will let them know. At 2:00 PM I called the installer to see how it was going and he said it was done and he was on his way to the next install. I asked if there were any problems and he said no everything was fine. A few hours later I received a bill on my e-mail for $500 more than the quoted price. When I called Delta to find out what was going on they gave me a song and dance about problems that increased the price. I asked if there was a problem why was I not contacted and why did the installer tell me everything was fine. After all he was in, installed a new hot water heater, and out in 2 hours. They said my tenant signed for it. I asked to speak to the manager whose name is either Tom or Tim depending on who you speak to. He was not in so I left a message. I have called several times over the last month and he has never been in nor has he ever returned my call. Absolutely terrible customer service and clearly the feel they can just change the price and charge whatever they want and not even speak to you regarding their actions.

We scheduled a new replacement water heater through Home Depot and Delta Mechanical. In less than 18 hours we had a brand new water heater installed in our home. Matt the service representative for Delta Mechanical was awesome, very friendly, professional, understanding, nice and knowledgeable. He said he would take good care of my beautiful wife and I, and he did. Frankie the installer was also awesome, he was on time, friendly, hard working and also professional, well trained and experienced. If you need plumbing services I recommend calling Delta Mechanical and asking for Matt and hopefully he will schedule Frankie or a coworker like him to do the repair/install. Thank you.
