George arrived on time but I didn't hear the doorbell right away. He waited and gave me time to answer the door after I saw I had a missed call. He replaced two leaky, corroded valves under my kitchen sink. In less than an hour, my kitchen faucet was up and running smoothly again with no leaks and brand new valves. Thanks George and Zeke!!!

Fantastic. Mitch came out on short notice to fix a leaking pipe the wall of my garage, spent all day fixing it, explained the problem to me, and went out of his way to document what had gone wrong and how it was fixed. Grateful for the ability to do laundry again. Thanks!

My kitchen sink was backing up I called around to get rates, Zeke was very honest and fair, they showed up in less than half an hour and explained the repairs to me in detail. He showed me the pipes it was corrosion. He offered a free whole house inspection I am going to use them again for sure.

Drain Masters Plumbing Co. was beyond professional. They answered right away and got us scheduled for an estimate the very next day. Tony is a true professional and helped come up with a great recommendation to fix our leaky sewer pipe. We had met with several otter companies and they weren’t really trying help. Tony and his crew came out the day after the quote and executed the job. In the end, his recommendation saved us quite a bit over what other plumbers proposed. We are happy, satisfied clients!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tony & Mitch. They did a five star job on my water heater and shower. I would recommend Drain Masters Plumbing for any plumbing needs you may have.
This company was great! Super responsive and came out right away to fix what I needed. Tony was friendly, quick, and was able to get done exactly what we wanted. He fixed our water hookups for our laundry machine that were leaking. Always happy to support a local small business. Thanks for your great work!
Had a leak in the main water supply line to the house from the water meter. I noticed standing water in the yard the same day I got a $250 monthly water bill (it's normally about $85).
I called Drain Masters, and Jose and Tony arrived right on schedule two days later. They were very professional and friendly. Really good representatives for the company.
I was amazed how quickly they dug a trench to expose the leaking water line. We had discussed replacing a big section of the water supply piping between the meter and house to (hopefully) prevent future problems. And, again, these guys do FAST, QUALITY work. The longest wait we had was waiting for the adhesive to dry and set so that we could check it for leaks after the repair.
I recommend Drain Masters to any homeowners looking for this type of repair assistance. It was a little pricey to be honest, but I know from personal experience that it would have taken me three-days or so to repair the leak on my own. Jose and Tony had it repaired in less than six hours.

Have had a kitchen drain that has become very slow. Called this morning and spoke with the office, told the young lady about my concern and she said that a technician would call within 10 minutes. 5 minutes later I get a call from Zeke.
An hour later and right when he said he would be there, Zeke arrives and begins to assess the situation. He clears a very stubborn clog quickly. Very professional, polite, responsive and clean.
I hope not to have any other need for this service but if and when I do, I will be calling Drain Maters. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a professional service such as theirs!
They were just super.
It was later in the afternoon so I asked for next day service,but someone was in my area-he was here and finished in just over an hour.
They pricing was fair and I'm very pleased.

Zeke is the owner of Drain Master Plumbing Company. He has been plumbing for over 25 years. The important thing you need to know about Zeke is that really cares about the customer and his customer service is top notch. He stands behind his work 100% of the time. I can not say that it true for most people in his trade. And I should know my father was general contractor for over 30 years. I made the mistake of removing a angle stop that rusted on. Well I got it off but I could not get the new value on. That when I called Zeke. It was at this point I decided to do no more pluming in my house. Its way easier to pick up the phone and call a professional. Plus the company has a 24 hour answering service which came in handy because I called them in the night and had a plumber come out that same night. Zeke is a fair and honest owner that looks out for his customers.
The owner, Zeke, and his employee Jose did a fast job at finding where the leak in my restroom was. They quickly got the job done and on to the next!! Zeke was very friendly and professional, he gave my husband and I a military discount for being in the service, which we greatly appreciated.
A few days later, we came across another problem that my insurance claim representative found. I quickly called Masters Plumbing and they came back out that very same day! I very much recommend them for any of your plumbing issues. Thank you once again Zeke!

Drain Masters Plumbing came to our rescue! Our water heater went out and they came out quickly to replace it. I feel comfortable referring our friends and family because I know they will be well taken care of. Zeke is awesome and professional and you can tell he really cares about his customers.
First company that came out of google. Diagnosed what was wrong with my water system. Fixed within a couple of hours. Explained the entire process and technician is friendly. Pricing is decent.
Best prices anywhere, fast reliable service. I've used them on all three of my properties, never had any of the b.s. or price gouging after a job is done as with other major companies.

I have used Drain Masters for years. The service level from this company is outstanding. They really care about your problems and treat you like family!!! They are reasonably priced and NEVER overcharge. They take care of my mom and are very delicate and understanding with her. I appreciate that! Today, they came out to my house and did some work. The day after Christmas we contacted our Home Warranty Company about our food disposal not working. Within one hour we received a call from Zeke with Drain Masters Plumbing Co. and he was able to come to our home quickly. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 5 minutes. I exclusively use Drainmasters Plumbing. Over many years I've had only great experiences. I don't know how big their workforce is but I can say that both Zeke and George are consumate professionals. They have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to get any plumbing job done. But the biggest factor to me is that they have that old school touch of courtesy and follow-through that is seemingly becoming scarce these days. As much as I would like to keep them a secret, I had to give them a review so that others are inclined to keep their business flourishing. Give them a call.
What a horrible business. Absolutely horrible. Called for service for possible slab leak. Water oozing out of my hardwood floors. Their technician spent all of 5 minutes looking at it, used moisture meter and said yep, there's moisture. And then he reported it as dog urine and left! 10 minutes later, I went to my refrigerator and stepped in moisture. Pulled out refrigerator and water was squishing up from under the floor. Took a video of the water running over my feet when I pressed on the floor. Drain Masters technician never even looked around for a possible source of the moisture. Worthless company. They should close their doors. Do not recommend!!! 0 stars!! But this site forces a minimum of one star.

Our experience with the Drain Masters team was great! They are are reliable, responsive, professional, and respectful. We contacted many different plumbing companies to try to solve our problem with a corroded sewerline, and many other companies would arrive late, take forever to give an estimate, or lacked professionalism. Drain Masters was quick to come up with a solution that minimally disturbed our home, give an estimate, and get the work done. When unexpected delays occurred, Zeke went out of his way to take care of us. Even when we later needed assistance with re-installing a toilet after I re-installed the flooring, Tony quickly took care of us the morning after I called (and I called at 11pm). They are definitely are go-to plumbing company moving forward.

Tony and Zeke came out to replace my water heater. They provided a lot of information, and fast service. They brought us up to code, and told me to return some of the supplies I purchased that weren't needed. I was noticed of any changes before the work was done, they were honest from the initial phone call. Drain Masters has always been able to get us in within 12 hours.
Zeke gave us excellent customer service, and found my drainage problem immediately. Was very timely when it came to the repair and did a wonderful job. My family and I will continue to use him for the years to come. Truly do appreciate your enthusiasm when it comes to your craft, thank you!

We have used this company for years and will continue to. Zeke has fixed our issues in the past and does a great job. We had an emergency a couple of years ago at 7pm on a Saturday night. Our shower wouldn't shut off and we couldn't get a hold of any plumbers... until we reached Drain Masters. They were fast, efficient and honest. We have been loyal customers since! Drain Masters (specifically, Zeke!!!) is THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY IN SAN DIEGO!!!
When I called, Zeke answered within two rings. I told him what I had done (confession #1, five pounds of cooked pasta down the disposal)... I believed that I could go to Home Depot and pick up a plumbing snake and fix the problem myself. HA!
Zeke agreed to come out and help me clear my drain. Truthfully, I was completely prepared to pay for the service call in exchange for the benefit of learning how to clear the drain myself from a professional plumber. I would like to thank him for his understanding and patience. It can't be easy to have a customer with a do it herself attitude.
Zeke instructed me in the steps of plumbing diagnosis and how to use the snake. He watched me unfurl 25 feet of cable into the drain and pull it all back in (manually is no joke).
I think he knew that the clog was further down than the 25' I had to work with, but he let me try! And I am grateful for the learning experience!
At this point, Zeke told me that the little snake I had was not going to fix my problem, despite all the girl power and elbow grease I had applied.
He went to his truck and came out with a set up (and a smile!) that made my little bit of cable sag in defeat. LOL
Zeke spent over (at least) 45 minutes snaking my outgoing drain, just to be sure it was as clear as possible given the age & condition of the pipes.
His price was amazingly fair and he gave me a 30 day WARRANTY!!! What plumber does that??? Certainly one who stands behind his work and knows that getting it done right the first time effectively guarantees satisfied customers.
I was impressed with his manner, his professionalism and his interest in allowing me to be an informed customer (confession #3, he's now stuck with me as a customer FOR LIFE).

A few years ago, Zeke replaced our water heater and he provided the best customer service. This is important when your engaging with customers in person. Sunday night the bathroom drains began to back up. I called Drain Masters and left a message with the answering service. Within 10 minutes I received a phone call from Zeke’s wife. It’s a family owned business and that’s what I really love about Drain Masters in Spring Valley. She politely asked questions and made an appointment for the next day at 1 PM. Zeke was on time, professional, courteous, and the service was affordable. I’ve used Drain Masters many times and have never been disappointed.
George came in and took care of business. My sink piping popped off and they had responsive repair and and definitely didn't tell you to wait until Monday. It is so hard to find good work over the weekend. Everyone is home and that is when most problems happen. Drain masters was excellent.
Zeke was professional, efficient, explained everything very well. You just don't find people like Zeke very often. We will call him again and will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Just had Tony from Drain Masters out to clean a backed up kitchen sink. I had a different company out who could not clear the drain and wanted to charge me 1500.00 for a hydrojet and camera.... Tony arrived early, knew exactly what needed to be done, cleared the drain in no time, and charged a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company. They do not have young, inexperienced people trying to rip you off because they don't know what they are doing. Thanks again!

My property manager always gives Drain Masters a call and they do a great job! Kevin had my sink unclogged and ready for me to wash my dishes again! He even checked out the bathtub to make sure it was draining properly.

My kitchen sink had been plugged up for two days. I contacted a plumber and he was unable to clear the blockage. I then contacted Drain Masters. The initial call taker was professional and had a wealth of information. He told me someone would call me to make an appointment, and I promptly recieved a call within 30 minutes and had an appointment scheduled the next day, between 8am and 9am.
Zeke showed up on time and prepared to work. I explained the problem and showed him the sink. He quickly went to work and was very mindful of excess water spillage. He maintained a clean work area. He ran a metal snake tool into the drain, and within 40 minutes, the drain blockage was fixed. He was kind enough to explain possible drain blockages and what to watch out for when using kitchen sinks. He assembled the pipes back together and ensured there were no leaks.
I was very pleased with Zeke’s work performance and plumbing knowledge. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. In this day-and-age of substandard work, Drain Masters is a solid company, with exceptional customer service. In addition, they are BBB accredited.

I called Drain Masters at 8 AM today for unblocking my toilet. I got an appt for the hours 2-4PM, which was what I requested.

Excellent service! I called them for help one Saturday morning and had an appointment scheduled for that afternoon. Zeke was very friendly and professional on the phone.
I was replacing a shower cartridge on my own and unfortunately, due some mineral buildup, the cartridge wasn't coming out! The stem on the cartridge broke and made it very difficult to get the rest of the cartridge out! That's when I decided to call for help before I made matters any worse; Tony and Mitch showed up later in the day and were able to get the rest of the cartridge out and install the new one without having to replace the shower valve, which would mean breaking my shower tile to replace it (not to mention much more expensive!). These guys took care of getting that cartridge out and had my water service back on quickly. I will definitely come back for help from them.

First off, I want to Thank Zeke for all of his hard work. Zeke and his team were honest, on-time, professional, and finished their work on time.The quality of work was excellent, and in addition to that they were all incredibly friendly.
