They were very cooperative and fast to respond when we had a sump pump failure. They came and started drying out our basement and were very friendly and fast to arrive to the house

Mike and his team did an excellent job on remediating water damage in our guest bedroom. Called them on a Wednesday evening to see if they could give me a quote to repair water damage from a hole in our roof. Mike was at our house first thing the next morning and gave an honest and informative breakdown of what all would need to be done. He did not pressure us into anything at all and was very professional. Because of this, I decided to go with Midwest Flood Restoration and his team was at our house the next morning to complete the job. They were thorough, efficient and very polite! Can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend!

As a new home owner of a duplex, I was completely stressed out when I found that my upstairs tenant had caused water damage.

Robert came in and assessed the damage, gave me an estimate, and explained the damage and next steps to me. He even showed my tenant's boyfriend the moisture readings in the apartment. Fortunately or unfortunately, this was just less than my home insurance deductible.

The day they scheduled to tear out the upstairs kitchen and other remediation, I had a bunch of work meetings. When they were finished, they personally delivered my house key to my job, which was nice assurance and much safer than leaving the key in the mailbox or hiding it somewhere!

I was really pleased that the removal of the fans and the mold could be scheduled on a Saturday, so that I could get my birds out of the house for the day.

They took lots of pictures of the tear out and process and provided these to me promptly after paying. I really appreciated the thoroughness!

Just a good experience all around, considering the awful situation.
I sincerely hope that I never have to deal with water damage again, but if I do, I will be calling Midwest Flood Restoration to do the work!

Midwest has finished cleaning my basement and it looks and smells wonderful. I had never heard of a soft clog until a plumber came to my home. I wonder how much is spent before one realizes it is not a do it yourself job. Midwest gave m.e another first, they did not take advantage of the fact that I am unable to over see anyone's work. Robert and Andrew came upstairs often to let me know how the work was going and informed of some unrelated issues I needed to be aware of as well.

I had Midwest flood restoration out here when our pipe broke upstairs in the kitchen .they had there guys out here promptly and got everything fixed fast .they are a great company to have do your flood restoration.

The professional from the time of my first call for help until the job was complete were superb. Everybody was helpful and understanding, but started working promptly. I recently was having rain water come up through the basement floor. The carpet was so soggy and this was not the first time it had happened. This time, the carpet was so saturated, I knew I could not salvage it. The water was located in 2 of the bedrooms and was it was getting worse. I was desperate to not have the water get to the family room carpet. I called Midwest Flood Restoration late Friday night. I was so thankful that Mike called me back later Friday night and said he would be here first thing on Saturday morning. On Saturday morning he arrived at 7:45 am!! He looked at the situation and we decided the best thing would be to get the 2 bedroom carpets removed. Much to my surprise he said he could have a crew here by 11:00 am. The crew was here at 11:00 am and pulled the carpet, moved furniture and hauled all the wet carpet out in bags, NO MESS! I was very, very thankful. Mike and his crew were so very kind, helpful, timely and professional! It is certainly a pleasure doing business with a company that has these timely and high work ethics! This is my second time writing a review of Midwest Flood Restoration. Last year we had a faulty pipe that caused damage to our kitchen floor. Midwest Flood Restoration did an excellent job. This past Spring, a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom, damaging that bathroom and the one adjacent, and dripping down onto the pendant lights in the newly renovated kitchen below. Midwest was able to help identify all the areas affected, which was extremely valuable information, and again their service was excellent. They are consistently professional and perform consistently quality work.

Midwest Flood Restoration provided professional, friendly, and expert service that put me at ease throughout the process. Having a flooding situation can be a nightmare! Not with this company. They put my worries and concerns at ease. Would I use them again? You bet I would. Hopefully I won’t need to but if I have another disaster they are the company I will call. They are very reliable. Also the crew was very friendly and polite. They also separated my items that were wet from the dry ones. Bagged the wet ones and boxed all the dry items and sealed the boxes. I was so impressed! On July 4th weekend, we went into our basement and found that our ceiling was buckling from water from a broken pipe. We called Midwest Flood Restoration and they were at our house within a few hours. The guys were courteous, knowledgeable, and worked fast. They even worked with our insurance company so we didnt have to. Everyone we had contact with in this company was great. We would highly recommend to anyone and, God forbid we have something else happen in our house, we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

I called Midwest Flood Restoration after mold formed from a plumbing issue. They responded promptly, and came to provide an estimate at a time was convenient for me. At the time of the estimate the process was explained thoroughly. I was also provided a pamphlet explaining the equipment and procedures used. On the day they started, they were there on time, and the owner of Midwest Flood Restoration was there to make sure everything was squared away. During the entire process they were EXCELLENT at communicating, worked with my budget and truly made this dreadful situation pleasant!

We called on a Saturday morning. They were at our home within two hours and we live over an hour outside of Saint Louis. The worker was extremely professional. He did everything he said he was going to do. We couldn't possibly be happier.

Cleaned, sanitized, and dried out our basement after a sewer back up. Very professional and thorough clean up. Haven't had any problems with odor or mold. Great job.

We came home from a week long cruise to find a waterfall in our beautifully finished basement. While we were gone a pipe had burst in our 1st floor bathroom and water could have been flowing for the entire week damaging both levels of our home. After shutting off the main water supply, we called Midwest Flood Restoration. They arrived at dawn the next morning, reasuured us that all would be well, then tirelessly worked for 5 days, removing wet drywall, pulling up carpeting, hauling away our damaged personal items, packing up items to be saved then drying out/sanitizing the entire area. We were ready for reconstruction in less than a week! Midwest Flood Restoration workers were truly our heroes and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of flood restoration work.

Rich and his crew did an excellent job cleaning up the mess from the water damage I sustained in early May. They were professional and courteous the whole time they were at my residence. I greatly appreciated the speed with which Midwest Flood responded and am now working to permanently fix the problem so water will not be an issue again in the future. Mike contacts the insurance company, work men have always been prompt, very professional, gets the work finished. Very satisfies customers.

I called Midwest Flood Restoration after we suffered water damage from a refrigerator leak. They came out almost immediately, assessed the damage, explained the process, and provided a quote. I gave them approval to move forward and they were able to have a crew out that afternoon. They prepared the damaged area and set the blowers and equipment in a reasonable time. Midwest’s staff cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. All communication was efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. They helped make a bad situation tolerable. It was great finding such a competent service!

Midwest is quite literally the ONLY reason we were not completely taken advantage of by our insurance company (fyi if you have Traveler’s insurance then CHANGE COMPANIES BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!). Midwest was courteous, consultative, generous, etc. etc. I really mean it. They were super nice. They helped us with things that went way above and beyond what they had to do. Mike helped us fight an insurance battle over a water loss that has been going for 5 months now. It has taken 5 months to get this cleaned up and the reconstruction put back together because Travelers outright denied facts and drug their feet for so long. Thaknfully we documented well and Mike helped us along the way; so, we have been taken care of almost totally so far. Although, we still have some property to go through; but that’s another story. Bottom line, Midwest is THE company to use for any kind of mitigation/restoration job. Mike is professional, honest, hardworking; and his team is too. I simply cannot say enough kind and encouraging things about this company. Every other party we have dealt with in this endeavor has been difficult, problematic, and mediocre, at best; and some have been downright terrible organizations that are no different than criminal in my opinion. However, Midwest Flood Restoration has been an absolute saving grace in what would have otherwise been a horrific loss. Thanks Midwest!! :D

Midwest responded quickly to our basement flood/sewer back up where 2 feet of water created an absolute mess. Within 3 days all the damaged items were removed, hauled away and the basement was sanitized and dry. Mike was especially helpful with the insurance company and all the requirements and stipulations they have. If, God forbid, another incident like this should occur I would not hesitate to use them.

I have used these guys TWICE now and would not choose anyone else for my restoration needs. They work with the insurance company, on my side, which takes a load off my mind and really helps get one through the arduous process of insurance claims. They work hard to be flexible to crazy schedules and are quick to complete what they need to do. With courteous service, technicians you can depend on to be on time, and work that not only restores, but often makes it better than before, there is no one else I would rather call when I need work done. Had the company out for a damage repair estimate. Employee did not even offer to wear a face mask. Called the following day to ask if I wanted to accept their bid, but never gave me a price or paper to turn into my insurance. Called back to see if they could send me anything with a price estimate and was told they didn’t want to do the job. Unprofessional throughout the whole process and wasted my time.

Once they found out insurance was covering mitigation, they stretched out the time that their fans blew in the house all weekend and conveniently couldn't get them until 3 days later increasing the bill. It was a sewage clean up and mitigation and didn't even clean up right next to the sewer. When taking out 2 feet of walls, they ripped the tape and mudding all the way to the ceiling which now the whole walls have to be replaced and that's not covered by insurance.

Absolutely pleased with the work performed. Very fast, professional and after being quoted by 4 other contractors , the price point was amazing.
