I know all these septic repair operators stay busy, but Donahue was one of only a couple of the eight that I called who actually returned my call in a timely manner. He arrived the same day and after making a quick test and diagnosis, returned the next day with the new pump even before the promised time and had my system up and running again. The charge was very reasonable -- I was expecting a lot more.

The only plumbing company that I'll ever use. They are honest, trustworthy, and respectful, while providing high quality work and customer service. A++

Contacted Do It Right Plumbing with an issue involving replacing the Anode Rod in my water heater. Upon arrival of the plumber named Ryan who assessed the problem thoroughly, it was decided that the replacement would not be possible. He determined, with great surety, that the old rod would required a greater cost to remove than I had anticipated. Although, Ryan continued trying several other removal methods we mutually agreed to stop any further attempts. Ryan was very pleasant, personable and professional. He communicated very well, every tactical possibility to meet the challenges of the service call. Ryan is a valuable asset to your organization and should be recognized for the favorable image he displays in the name of Do It Right Plumbers. Had a maintenance coil cleaning and now I have a leak , 4 months later. . 1200 repairThey take no responsibility.Manager would not even get on the phone to discuss the issue.

Alto was referred to me by another customer. So I set up appointment, I'm gonna cut to the chase. I was charged $250 for the first 90 mins and $175 per hour after, and I was told it would be $2 per additional foot to run the snake beyond 100 feet. He ran the snake an additional 50 feet. I paid almost $800. I had to call another company out to actually clear out the wipes stuck in the drain. They charged $198 and actually unclogged the drain.
I spoke with the person that referred me to Alto, whose opinion I trust because he is knowledgeable, I explained to him what Rick did and what he charged me...he couldn't believe it and was not happy as that's not what Alto even charges for multi dwelling plumbing issues.
I'm told they get commission..I guess being a woman that doesn't know much about plumbing, Rick decided I would be his target that day.
The person that referred me is going to try and help me recoup some of the money back, he felt really bad, and has not had this type of experience(work or price) with Alto before, and knows who Rick is.
All it takes is 1 person/employee to give a business a bad reputation.
Due to the experience I had with Alto, I will not recommend this company, and I advised the person that referred me(even though he meant well) not to refer them.

You cannot rely on this place. On drove in from Beeville and arrived 10 minutes before 12, their normal closing time and they were closed. I called and all they could say is due to a software update they closed 30 min early. Google maps showed they were open.

Do NOT use this company. They didn't even try to address the problem through our home warranty company. They voided our warranty. Very unprofessional. Tried changing the app (3) times in one day after agreeing upon a time when initially setup the appt. Workers got mud all over the house.
