This place is great. Used them a few times for repairs. Most resent call was to replace a water heater. From when I called to when the job was completed was only a few hour total. Couldn't be happier. Friendly workers.

They came out to do an estimate. Guys we're on time,did great job, and cleaned up after themselves! Helpful in answering any questions about their work. They roughed in a basement bathroom for me for a great price. No surprises when the bill came except the offer of a discount for promt payment. WOW

My kids flushed a huge wad of TP down the toilet, which got stuck and froze in my line going to the septic. Majeski was able to come out with their water jet and cleared the line first try!

Great customer service, respectful as they went about the business of clearing a clogged drain in our bath tub--very good about informing us of what they were doing as they took care of things, and just all-around good Business. I had a new Furnace Installed in middle of this frigid winter. Majeski Plumbing and Heating was awesome! Employees were professional, polite, and prompt. I will definitely use them again!

They arrived almost an hour late without an apology. A courtesy phone call would have been appreciated. They then sent us a bill $200 over the quote, totaling almost $800, for less than an hour of work for a simple task with minimal parts. When we called to question the bill they could not justify the increased cost and also claimed they had no way of itemizing the charge. The bill just states labor and materials with a round number. They did allow the original quote, but still VERY questionable business practices. It's clear they will take advantage of customers if you aren't careful. Would not recommend.

We have been very happy with Majeski! We were new to the neighborhood, and the previous home owner highly recommended them. . It wasn't long after moving in that our boiler went out and we needed a replacement. They were fast, polite, explained everything clearly, and didn't leave a mess. We had to call them again last spring for a sump pump issue, and we had it taken care of within 48 hours. AWESOME!

I've used Majeski on a few occasions and they are always professional and have a knack for being able to fit you in even on their busy days. We had a main line backup and they were able to get out here the same day.

We built a house and were told to use this company by our builder. This company was one of the only competent and reliable companies our builder recommended. Their front end staff is wonderful, the workers were clean, professional and courteous. They can get you in within a few days of calling and they were always on time and made sure we all our questions were answered and followed up to see if they could improve (Nope!). We had one small issue with our washer and they came the next day to fix it and apologized for the mistake. Highly recommended!

I hired Majeski to replace my a/c, furnace and water heater after a different company quoted me thousands more than Majeski. They were able to come out same day to look at the unit, provide a bid, and answer my questions. Shortly after the crew left, the office called to set up the install date, which was only 3 days wait (amazing in 90 degree weather). The install crew was amazing, right on time, clean, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend.

We had our master bathroom remodeled by Majeski. Corey and his crew were exceptional. Our bathroom turned out beautifully. Majeski Plumbing has done several jobs for us. All the employees are professional and very skilled plumbers. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service. Our old water heater broke days before Christmas 2020 causing water damage. They were able to get one installed before the holiday. 3-months later, it broke while on vacation and flooded our entire kitchen/ceiling below. We had to file another claim with our insurance and are NOW being kicked off our insurance since Majeski said it wasn’t their fault the new water heater broke. The fitting used was fastened too tight, causing a slow leak that eventually broke loose. Majeski told us to sue the fitting manufacturer instead of them. I will never recommend them to anyone. This has been 2-years on ongoing hell and construction.

I did not end up using this company, but I just wanted to say that the customer service was phenomenal and I would definitely choose them for the knowledge of any future plumbing issues.

This is an excelent choice. I have had many 3 AM disasters and fiascos and they are great too work with. Sometimes you cant fix something for sure in one trip, sometimes issues are complex and vexing. This is when you really get too see the difference in a company, after all anyone can do a good job when its EZ.
In one infamus case they came out every day for a week and replaced practically everything tracking down the problem. Lets just say it was a dooozy too diagnose, in the end it was a huge pain too repair as well since my house has terrible access.
Many companies would try too jack up the bill or turn it into a huge hassle but no, that wasn't even a question. I only paid for a single repair and trip. I'm pretty sure they lost money on me that time and probably a few other times. But too their credit they did so with cheer, clearly this is a company that takes pride in their work. You dont get that much these days. So no need too think twice on this decision.

I have hired Majeski Plumbing & Heating for several projects around my home and have always been pleased with their pricing, products, friendliness, workmanship, timeliness.....seriously, everything! I always recommend them to all of my clients, friends and colleagues.

I have used them a few times over the years but have never written a review. They are awesome to deal with. From the person who I first spoke with to the completion of the service call I was very satisfied. Patrick came out for a water leak and drainage issue in October of 2020 and now back for a different issue. They are very polite, responsive and competent. We had a great experience with Majeski, after a not so fun main drain overflow. They fit our emergency in during the same business day and arrived promptly. The technician was very customer friendly and clearly there to help us. He was able to take the camera and the blade down the pipes and cut through a tree root, solving the problem. He gave us a great price and a lot of peace of mind. We are very happy with the service we had.

Hired them for a furnace inspection for townhouse sale. They said the furnace heat exchanger was cracked and the furnace needed to be replaced.
Hired another tech and as he replaced it found that it was fine. Only the A-coil was dirty and needed cleaning.
They are like 50% of the HVAC contractors out there, just trying to sell new AC and furnaces.
Beware.

I scheduled Majeski Plumbing to install a sink two times. They did not show up for either appointment. I stayed home from work both times. The office will not return my calls. This place is a joke snd completely disrespectful of people’s time. If you want your job done, don’t call these guys.

Fast and friendly service. I called and they had someone out the same day, took less than an hour to resolve my leak.

Very nice men came and fixed our bathroom sink plugging. A little high priced, but prompt service!

Professional and helpful staff

Had a clog in our septic system line from house out this last Saturday. Majeski's were able to get a service man out in short order even though their snake man was out of town. They went the extra effort to send another employee out who just happened to be close by going through to RF. Nathan was his name and what a life saver. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything on my level after being told the night before by another national company that we would have to have our system pumped because it was full. NOT. It
had been pumped one year ago. It was grassy type trees roots causing the problem. Very grateful customer here.
