I never leave reviews but the way my repair from beginning to end went well, above all expectations. I called in and the receptionist knew who I was and asked how my Tankless waterheater is doing...I was blown away cause they installed it over 2 years ago. Then after I explained my leak situation (not related to their tankless install) their plumber (Chris) was here within 30 minutes (unheard of) and gave me several options for repair. Now, repair done before noon and looks really clean. Sorry other plumbers, I won't call you cause I got my go to plumbers 100% of the time here with DO It Right Plumbers.

Contacted Do It Right Plumbing with an issue involving replacing the Anode Rod in my water heater. Upon arrival of the plumber named Ryan who assessed the problem thoroughly, it was decided that the replacement would not be possible. He determined, with great surety, that the old rod would required a greater cost to remove than I had anticipated. Although, Ryan continued trying several other removal methods we mutually agreed to stop any further attempts. Ryan was very pleasant, personable and professional. He communicated very well, every tactical possibility to meet the challenges of the service call. Ryan is a valuable asset to your organization and should be recognized for the favorable image he displays in the name of Do It Right Plumbers. Ben was amazing!!! Ben was really friendly and professional and definitely recommend him to anyone who is having issues. I had an issue with my toilet and he took his time to listen to the issues I had and understood exactly what they were and gave his professional advice with several options to choose from. He explained in detail of all the options and what to expect making sure we fully understood. There were no rushing to get quick answers and really gave us time to think about it.
It was my first time calling a plumber so I was nervous about it but talking to Ben was very reassuring.
