Purchased various plumbing products for new home here, all functioning well. Bought 10k worth of kitchen equipment (Wolf) all of which failed in the first two years! Unfortunately, these guys don't have a service department. The people that handled the service work took weeks to fix, thank God it was all still under warranty. Painful experience for high end goods!

Thanks to Bruce Spencer for his professionalism in assisting us in providing plumbing replacement parts. You cannot rely on this place. On drove in from Beeville and arrived 10 minutes before 12, their normal closing time and they were closed. I called and all they could say is due to a software update they closed 30 min early. Google maps showed they were open.
