I hire Don to help install three new toilets I purchased at a discount store and Don did a great job, even showed me how to return and exchange one that was cracked inside saving me money. Don is now my only call for plumbing needs

We hired Don for a small plumbing job on short notice and had no issues with getting the work done in a timely manner. Job was completed as quoted with a very reasonable price. Don didn't do what some other plumbers wanted to do which was charge a fee just to quote the job which we appreciated.

Excellent advice on water osmosis systems!

I have never posted a negative review for a business before, but my experience just now warrants saying something. I was looking for a local plumber to fix a toilet and saw the great reviews for Don Dunn Plumbing. I was happy to support a local business and called right away, but I was very disappointed with how rude he was on the phone - we had a somewhat poor phone connection and at one point he said I don't care what your name is, what is your business? I politely told him I would be looking elsewhere for a different plumber, he responded Fine whatever, and hung up on me. Not a great way to get new customers.

This plumber sure does have issues with customer service. I don’t think after reading these reviews I would ever call Don Dunn Plumbing. What a joke. It seems like he’s rude.

Don Dunn plumbing has done many repairs plumbing jobs over many years at our home excellent customer service at a fair price we always call Don Dunn for our plumbing needs.

Nice guy, but of a character, but fast and friendly service. He replaced my water heater(very tight space) within 12hrs of call then came back the next day to re plumb my shower!

Sadly Don passed away.

We hired Don Dunn for a bathroom renovation project and had a horrible experience with Don taking our deposit without completing the job. Don is extremely unreliable and pulled a no-show on several dates he was scheduled to work. Additionally, when both myself and my general contractor asked Don questions about the project Don was extremely argumentative, rude (cursed at our general and hung up), and short-tempered. We paid Don a 50% deposit plus added material costs (which he ended up having us buy) and he has since stopped showing and will not answer phone calls: he left us high and dry mid project which both delayed our renovation and forced us to find another plumber on short notice. Be warned and do not hire Don Dunn Plumbing.
