It pains me to have to give them even one star. We had the worst experience with this company.

1. Over an hour late to start the job.
2. Helped themselves to the tools we had without asking. (They were a different contractor’s tools) The two workers had their own tools in their van, but were too lazy to walk out to the driveway to get them.
3. Drilled the wrong holes in the shower and had to replace it the next day.... only to crack the new shower surround when installing it. Told us that “it’s okay... the trim will cover the crack.” So we have a broken shower before we have even used it.
4. Scratched the shower head pipe upon install, and only replaced it when we asked about it.
5. Scratched our new drywall to hell when putting in the shower and then told us that the surround would cover it. Spoiler alert: it did not. So now we have drywall that needs to be replaced.
6. Left a huge mess on our new wood floors. Snow, water puddles, boxes, tools, cement dust everywhere. Didn’t even bother to clean it up.
7. Did not take responsibility for all of this and wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount. We will need to hire MORE work to be done after those idiots were in our home. After many calls to their office, we still ended up paying way more than I thought was fair.

Do yourself a huge favor and google someone else for any plumbing projects in your home. If you go with this company, please prepare yourself for problem after problem. Absolutely horrible.

Brandon came out to replace a worn out shower valve cartridge. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I had questions about my boiler unit and in-floor radiant heat system. He got on the phone and scheduled Tim to come out and assess our heating system. Tim was also prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He spent over an hour explaining repair, replacement options and pricing. Thank You!!

Joe was the repairmen who helped me. He came on time after I called him to check on my heater which had stopped working. He looked at it, and then came back the very next day to fix it. He did the job quickly and very efficiently, and I am a very satisfied customer.

We are a commercial business in the Alpharetta area. I had a leak in one of the room in a hotel. I called the office and spoke with Ms. Sam and she was so nice, professional and helpful. She scheduled their Master Plumber to go out there. I know they were very busy but the squeezed us in so there was no damage from the leak in the shower. Ms. Sam kept in contact with me to let me know when to expect the plumber. They went out assessed and resolved the issue. Thank you for your amazing response and professionalism. I will absolutely call them again.

Taz plumbing was contacted by my rental company after no one could figure out why the front hose spiket was not working. I was contacted promptly on a Friday and had an appointment scheduled for that Monday. They showed up on time and even gave a call to say they would be at my home soon. As soon as he looked at the spiket he knew what the problem was. It was fixed quickly. I was very happy with how everything was handled. Thank you!

Gray came out and helped us with our drain as well as our water heater and he was great. It is hard to get service because you never know if you can trust what the technician is saying but I really felt like he was being honest and helped us fix our problem. We have used other techs and always have great service.

Great experience with Yett getting my water heater replaced. I was lucky he could get me in next day with quality hardware. He handles permits and setting up inspection after. Feels good to have the system fixed and up to current codes. Don't fret when what should be dry seems wet...just call Yett!
