Our home renovation was stopped due to a bent curb stop riser. Franks came out, dug it up by hand to minimize yard damage, and fixed us right up at a great price. Even put sod over the hole for us at the end

We had an outside line break just days before below zero degree temperatures. I called 6 businesses for help. Franks not only got back to me quickly, but was able to come fix it the next day before the freezing temps set in. I only ever heard back from 2 others, who didn't have time to deal with it. I was prepared to spend quite a bit for the fix unfortunately. Once they dug, they found that it was not my line, but the main line. They contacted they SID, met with them, and got everything handled with them. I didn't end up having to pay for the fix, or deal with the logistics.
They saw the whole thing through and even did a great job fixing the hole which was minimal. The break was also just beyond my sidewalk and they didn't damage the sidewalk at all. I was very impressed with their service. Honestly, if it wasn't for them, I'm not sure what would have happened.

Franka is great

We contacted Frank's trenching in April to set up a time to have our sewer drain replaced. Frank told us just to give him a couple weeks notice once we had everything worked out, and he would be ready to go. When we called him in July, once we had locked in a time for our landscape crew, Frank told us he absolutely wouldn't have time for our project, leaving us without a trencher 2 weeks before our project was to begin. We will tell everyone we know never to use this guy. Worthless service.
