Gavin has fixed two plumbing issues for me over the past month (air conditioner and a leaky drain). I cannot emphasize the fantastic quality of service he provides. First, Gavin is considerate of my schedule and is very communicative and punctual. I have not had to block out an afternoon for plumbing. He is here when he says he will be. Secondly, Gavin has always explained the problem to me in detail and explained the reasoning behind his solution. As a single woman- this is an amazing attribute I truly appreciate. Additionally, he has helped me pick up parts and directed me in purchasing so that I can save money. My house is never a mess when he leaves and the entire service is a pleasant experience.

Gavin repaired broken sewage pipes and put in a new shower drain. He was
very professional and punctual. He gave us a very fair price. We will definitely use him again.

Amazing plumber, he is all for the customer he save me from a city inspection that a previous plumber never completed a job. But he came by check ✔️ the problem charge me a definitely a fair price. I had called a couple of plumbers 🪠 before him .. and I like the way he made me feel over the phone comfortable that the issue would get fixed and it did.
with all of he's effort & help. Very dedicated to helping customers and not looking for an extra piece of pie like other plumber's I have used before. he is hands down the best!

Great experience with Yett getting my water heater replaced. I was lucky he could get me in next day with quality hardware. He handles permits and setting up inspection after. Feels good to have the system fixed and up to current codes. Don't fret when what should be dry seems wet...just call Yett!
