Charlie and Victor of Sharp Plumbing installed my new water heater yesterday. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous.
They did an excellent installation job! I had also received a quote from a national, well-known plumbing company. That company's quote was 30% more than Sharp's so I am extremely happy with my installation. I will certainly keep Sharp in mind next time I need plumbing, heating and cooling work done in my home.

Anchor Air which is Arthur, Jacob, Rudy and his brother are great. They came to my house and got me taken care of ASAP. They’re out there in 105 degree temp busting their butts getting my system installed. I not only recommend them to anyone, I’m in the Real Estate business and have already got them more customers. You can’t find good people to do good work, but these people deny the odds. By the way, after getting my system installed, I got a call from one of the big box stores that I asked for a quote. The callback was 1 week later after I got my system installed.

We had a complete duct work. We had AC old water cooler. We replaced we Refrigerated AC. The duct work was a big difference. They do out standart work.

If I could give a zero I would, worst company I’ve dealt with. Called the owner and he wouldn’t answer and when he finally did he kept interrupting me so i told him to let me finish he laughed at me and hung up on me as well. I called back and he said I was being ridiculous and that I was yelling when I clearly wasn’t, before the call it says calls are recorded so Arturo you can pull up the call and listen to it. Problem is that air is hot not cool and they messed up with the electrical so back lights go on and off. I told him I have two little ones and it’s too hot for them. Arturo I work in customer service and I know for a fact this is not how you deal with your customers even if you are the owner that doesn’t give you authority to laugh or hang up. Have more respect for your customers and accept your mistakes and fix them instead of acting immature and hanging up.

Super hard to get a hold of does not answer your calls unprofessional I do NOT recommend this business at all!!

I’ve utilized Sharp for years now and they always have done an excellent job! From our refrigerated air to our tankless water heater, they are professional, timely, and reliable. I tell everyone I meet about them. Arthur is great and the commutation makes me feel like they care. Great customer service! I’m a happy customer!!

I've used Sharp for close to 2 decades now and they have always been very professional and quick to respond. I have referred them to many of our neighbors.

I just had my evaporative cooler and heater converted to a central heating and cooling split system and what a difference it has made in our home. Arthur and his team are honest, trustworthy and professional technicians I will recommend them and continue doing business with them because of the excellent service they provide.

Ok so first off this company goes by
Multiple names and the only reason I know how to get ahold of them
Is they have texted me and so I direct text when I need something. They respond efficiently though. They have serviced my tankless water heater under sharp but my AC under anchor. So….not sure if you will be able to find them- however they do a good job and they expeditiously helped me when the AC failed and it was 106 outside. Prices seem reasonable.

Very professional and courteous service. Installation was perfect. I recommend.

Great service, fast and knowledgeable. Had my system leaking and previous tech could not find leak, they took it apart and found the leak same day, had new system installed next day.

Arthur and Anchor Air have been a blessing to me. I have property in Fabens Texas that needed the AC checked. Due to the very hot temperatures everyone is having challenges. He MADE TIME to travel to Fabens and check in the AC. I called him in the morning and he was there by the afternoon. That is what I call SERVICE!

Very poor work ethics does not know how to talk to customers hangs up on customers this guy is not responsible!

Very good work, professional and on time. Explained and showed me each step of the installation even showed me photos of the work that was done on the roof since I cannot climb on the roof myself. Cleaned up the area where the work was done. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Called to get kitchen sink & washer unclogged told them last plumbers from diff company ran a snake and didn’t work said they would try something else and get it fixed sent two guys for about 5 min to just run a snake after I had literally told them we already ran a snake and didn’t work plumber who showed up and ran snake said there was nothing they could do as I had “ collapsed lines “ still charged me $100 asked for a quote to reroute plumbing when they didn’t even offer it as a solution to them “ breaking the floor had to be done “ & was the first and only solution they provided I had to be the one who brought up re routing instead of breaking … would not waste my time with them didn’t even get a call back to get quote for re routing piping paid another company $500 to reroute my piping sink & washer work now horrible experience

My experience with Sharp Plumbing has always been positive and today was no exception. I called shortly after 8 this morning to ask about a toilet repair. It is not even 1 and they already came, did the work, cleaned up and went on their way. Adrian and his son were very friendly, respectful and efficient. Great job!

Father & son Adrian & JJ came to fix our clogged toilet. They were friendly, respectful & professional. A previous plumber told us he would have to break our cement to fix the problem and quoted us an outrageous amount. Adrian said this was unnecessary and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We are very grateful that they didn’t take advantage of our vulnerability. Highly recommended!!!!

Technician was professional and informative. Explained the system and replacement of the filter. He did the preventative maintenance without stating I needed other services done. That's honestly and integrity for me. Great job, Sharp!

I had service scheduled and they didn't show up. I got a call at the end of the day rescheduling for the next day. again they didn't show up. didn't answer my calls and didn't return my voicemail.
