I've had Matt from Budiac come out to my house twice now. Once to replace a giant iron filter and install new copper pipes to run to it and once to figure out what was causing a sewage smell from my bathroom. Both times he did a great job. Both professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Budiac to anyone in the area looking for a plumbing service.

Had pipe leaking into a wall over a vent. Called for emergency service. Leak was hard to get to but David did a great job and explained everything. Very professional and I would not hesitate to use Ben Franklin again (but I'm hoping not to need to).

Bob the owner asked for pictures of drain pipe to be repaired, the ceiling was opened up by my son. I sent several photos, he quoted me a price of $155.00 for time and materials. When Bob arrived on time the next day. He started asking if I had home warranty, who was my Insurance Company what was my deductible. Because suddenly after he see the ONE drain pipe it the bill becomes 600.00 to 1,000.00 if it was an hour worth of work and 1.25 for the labor I would be surprised. I had to ask him to leave my property. Very Sad giving respected Plumbers a bad rap.

I gave a description of what needed to be done and had a fair price quoted. My problem was fixed quickly and in two days. I will use this service from now on.

We can't speak highly enough of Rich and the work he did for us. He replaced our old hot water heater with a propane fuelled one. The end result has been excellent. He was also kind enough to replace a couple of faucets as an additional side project while he was here. From the start Rich was a consummate professional: he returned calls quickly, came out immediately and gave us a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job in a timely fashion. He will be a our go-to for all future projects. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give Mike, Brad and Chris ten stars! We discovered water leaking down concrete stairs to our basement. Called Mike, who diagnosed it as a hole in our line to the sewer. Gave us a solution and price the same day....scheduled the fix for the next. It was a big deal. Our pipes were clay..probably installed in the late 1950s. It would have been easy to say we had to break up concrete and dig up our backyard. Mike found an elegant solution that bypassed the old pipes and rerouted our plumbing another way.Brad and Chris came the next day to do the work and even improved the solution. Worked hard to complete the repair in one day, so we could stay in the house. Cleaned everything. Helped us with our insurance claim. Were respectful of us, our property and our elderly dog.We HIGHLY recommend them!

I called Milwaukee Plumbing on a Friday afternoon to fix my clogged kitchen sink drain. I figured the soonest anyone would come out would be on Monday. To my pleasant surprise, the dispatcher was able to send someone to my place that same afternoon. Jesse and Luke tackled a particularly challenging kitchen sink drain clog, working tirelessly and efficiently. The were very professional and conscious of keeping my kitchen clean as they handled the messy job. And they were great guys to chat with as they got the job done right! I highly recommend Milwaukee Plumbing!

Second time using Bubby’s and I would recommend them over and over again. 13/10 for service, they take their time to get it the job done efficiently and properly and always fixed our plumbing problems. Not looking forward to any future plumbing concerns… but glad we at least have them to rely on

i had malone`s install my furnace with the we energies program and couldn't be happier now it looks as if i`m going to have to ask them to put in my hot water tank as well hope they have time for me ....THANKS GUYS JOB WELL DONE
