Bubby's Plumbing

I cannot recommend Bubby's plumbing enough! We had a blocked drain and were unable to use any water in our house for 2 days. After receiving the runaround from another company, being quoted 1600$ just to have a look with a camera that he had to drive to London to get, and being told they would likely need to rip up the concrete in the basement floor, I called Bubby's for a 2nd opinion. Imagine my surprise when Bubby's showed up, had everything they needed in their van, cleared the clog and had us up and running again in a half an hour! The bill in the end was 250$! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you saved my sanity and my wallet! Bubby's was courteous, knowledgeable and very prompt. 5 stars, i would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We had a storm water broken pipe. He came quick to check the problem. Got the quote by email, described everything he would do, in terms I could understand. I liked I could accept the quote in the same e-mail because of the system he uses.
They worked clean, replaced the broken pipe and a bit more at no extra cost for me, which it was great, since we spent already money on this repair before.
He checked a temporary repair I had in my sump pump, because of my broken pipe. Explained what to do about it in words I could understand.
Overall great experience. Definitely would recommend him and if needed, we'll use this company again.

BUT I'm still giving it 4 stars because both times I called to book/cancel the lady taking my call was amazing which will make me keep them in mind for any future issues (hopefully none lol)

Absolutely outstanding, had an issue after removing floor tiles in the kitchen with a somewhat hidden pipe. Looks like the old, not used dishwasher pipe got nicked and sprung a very fine spray. Called Buddy's after hours, got a call back almost immediately, and was on-site within 30 minutes. Issue fixed within 20 minutes after arriving. We were so grateful, tech went over and above. Fixed waste disposal under kitchen sink. Cleaned it neatly. Would definitely recommend them.

Line seemed to be clear after the first trip, but the problem still existed the next day. Called city of Windsor and they checked their end of the sewage line, and said their end was good. Called Bubby’s again, and they looked inside the pipe with their camera. Apparently there was only a quarter size hole through where the plugged up section was.
Sooo, you’d think that there wouldn’t be a second charge for almost $500 to do the job right.
Not at all happy about them charging me again for what they didn’t fix the issue the first time around.

From the initial phone call to having the work done, everyone we encountered was so pleasant, prompt and professional! Highly recommend.

I was referred to bubby's plumbing by my realtor to install a new tankless hot water heater. I've had the system for a couple of months now and no problems. The guys whom showed up to do the job were extremely friendly and very informative. I will admit Bubby's might be a bit on the expensive side although overall amazing work and very professional.

I had a clogged drain, they arrived when they said they would, finished the job within an hour ,cleaned up everything when they had finished and was under 2 hundred dollars.

We noticed our hot water was not working. My husband flushed the hot water tank and there was not much sediment from the flush water. We then called Bubby's plumbing and set up an appointment for the next day for them to come and look at our mixing valve which we believe had failed. Nick came out the next day and was within the window his office gave us. The mixing valve had indeed failed and was in need of replacement. He had to use his heavy tools to detach it from the plumbing lines, but after a short while the mixing valve had been replaced and Nick even tested the water temp at the basement sink with his meter. :D Thank you for your assistance on this! We will certainly call Bubby's plumbing again in the future when we need their help. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful!

Second time using Bubby’s and I would recommend them over and over again. 13/10 for service, they take their time to get it the job done efficiently and properly and always fixed our plumbing problems. Not looking forward to any future plumbing concerns… but glad we at least have them to rely on

I just got home after having a baby the day prior and desperately wanted to shower. Just as I was getting in the shower I broke the diverted off the spout. I called Bubby’s and the receptionist said they were booked and couldn’t get anyone out until the next morning. I explained to her I had just got home from the hospital. She ended up calling me back 15mins later and was able to get someone over to fix the shower. I was SO appreciative. The plumbers had my shower fixed in under an hour without issue. I cannot say enough good things about Bubby’s! Thank you Bubby’s for helping this new mama out!

2 guys showed up to unclog the main line and they were done incredibly quick with excellent service. I would recommend these guys for any clogged drain issues you may have.

It was a pleasure dealing with Bubby’s from first to last contact. Jennifer quickly gave us appointment options that weren’t scheduled too far out, and Kyle showed up pretty close to when he promised, and completed the work efficiently and effectively. A leaky pipe that was bound to be a problem was easily solved by them + plus they quickly corrected an issue with my outdoor hose bib.

The previous owner of my house seemed to like connector to connector to connector, and there was an issue. Glad I called the pros in to get the job done right.

I will never go anywhere else! Very professional and very courteous. I had them switch out old corroded bathroom faucets, and when the job was done everything was cleaned up with zero mess. I have them on speed dial on my phone!

Bubby's did a complete refit of all my plumbing in my house.
I wanted all the Kitec removed before I ran into trouble.
From the original quote to the Boss to the Plumbers and to the drywall repair, every trade was punctual, professional, courteous, very personable & accommodating, and happy to go the extra mile. The cost was very reasonable and included cutting out the minimal drywall sections, the entire refit and then total drywall repair right down to priming. There was no inconvenience to us and were very respectful with no mess made and their clean up was as professional as their work.
I am overly impressed with there professionalism, workmanship, and friendly attitudes. I even learned a few things they taught me.

Brandon and team installed a sump pump and back water valve for my older home. Very courteous and amazing worth ethic, these guys were here all day and I did not even notice them taking a break! Couldn’t get the job all done (as they have to rely on our horrible city administration to inspect our he job) in one visit but Brandon explained next steps and that they would come back when they can coordinate with city. Excitedly moved into my new home last summer only to experience a barrage of problems. After the initial basement and yard flooding I had a plumbing leak from the upstairs washroom that subsequently partially took down the ceiling in the spare bedroom. Turns out the plumbing was running uphill. Bubby's came in and completely redid the plumbing and I could see it was a challenge. It was apparent during that job that the toilet upstairs required a new flange so I just had them replace both toilets in the house so I would have no more issues. The shower drain upstairs had been installed incorrectly and Bubbys repaired and replaced parts... now it drains beautifully!
I wanted a new double sink to replace the single, sink in the kitchen. The single sink was an undermount under granite and the new double sink I bought was not quite the right size, also getting to the plumbing under the sink was a big challenge just to fit someone's shoulders to get in there and work. Again, the original plumbing was wonky and needed to be redone. This job was absolutely amazing. The owner himself came over to do it.
Finally, one thing I had budgeted for was a new dishwasher so I recently treated myself and bought a new dishwasher. Again, another challenging install for the guys. It required moving an electrical outlet in the basement, new plumbing and levelling (nothing they found was level with the old diswasher) and some pretty creative work to get it to fit in the existing cavity. The old dishwasher looked absolutely terrible the way it was installed and the new looks amazing.
This company answers the phone in person; actually they also have an anwering service and can take calls and messages when the office is closed. They make a booking for you, show up on time, have an automated billing process and you can send etransfer easily if you like.
The one thing I noticed is that each and every time workers came to the house they were all happy and they all spoke highly of the company they work for. Obviously they are treated well. If you have read this far, thanks, I know you will be happy with Bubby's Plumbing.

Fantastic experience. Bubby’s kept problem-solving until our toilet was unclogged (including getting the boss to come over spur-of-the-moment with a more powerful tool). While I hope to never need their services again, I do still have a toddler and a house full of cat toys… so if we face another clog, they’ll be top of our list to call!

I had Mark attend my home this week to replace a few parts of my toilet, it turned out the whole thing needed to be replaced due to expired parts and a break that couldn't be fixed. Mark was responsive and kept me updated the whole time and had a new toilet installed within an hour of realizing this was the course of action he needed to take. He was clean, professional, and incredible and I am so grateful! Bubbys exchanged the plumbing in the entire house. The team was professional and efficient. I felt the price charged was a goid value for the amount of work thst was done.

Fast and easy to deal with, they removed an old cracked cast iron drain pipe from our kitchen and retrofitted some new PVC piping from the sink/dishwasher drain to the main line in the basement. In and out in less than 1 hour.

I had them install a tankless water heater and they do really nice work and are very fairly priced. It's nice to see a contractor that takes the time to explain how the job is going to be performed (where they'll mount the unit, where pipes will be routed, etc.). They also offered to do the job in either pex or copper I chose copper to match the existing plumbing. The pipes were all run parallel to each other and everything was tucked away neatly close to the wall where nobody will run into them. Very satisfied.

Our basement flooded, the plumber cleared the clog and sent an inspection camera down our sewer pipe at no extra cost to provide preventative options. Very friendly and professional.
