This is a wonderful company...from the friendliness and follow up of the front office to the competence of their plumbing/work. I owned a service company for 30 years and - thus - can speak from experience. Called with a frozen pipe issue and they fit me into a long day...plumber came with a truck loaded with every conceivable fitting in inventory and found/fixed the problem in short order. Followed up with a reasonable invoice.....all in timely manner. Exceptional experience, for a tough occupation!

I called more than a month ago to ask for connecting my house to city water. I was told that Larry is on charge and he will give me a call. I got the call and we set a date to check my house then I waited for a written estimate about what needed to be done and the cost. It took more than a month waiting for an answer or email. Every time I call there is no Larry when I complained about waiting for more than month just to get an estimate, one of the staff named Margie was rude and she said go somewhere else if you don’t want to wait. I told her that I have been waiting for over a month and she said yes that’s how it’s and she hang up the phone. Very unprofessional and not responsive. I was very patient but I learned my lesson and I will never wait this long for someone to provide a service for me that cost thousands of dollars. By the way the only take cash and if you want to pay with credit card they charge 3% . I don’t recommend this play at all.

This is my first google review and I would strongly recommend Budiac Plumbing for any plumbing services you may need. My hot water heater died last Sunday evening and I called Budiac Plumbing early Monday morning. After verifying that the hot water heater was no longer under warranty, a plumber was scheduled for mid afternoon to do the replacement that same day. Dan did an excellent job removing the old hot water heater and installing the new one in about 1-1/2 hours. Especially unexpected was the care taken to cover the floors and steps as not to damage the finishes while getting the old hot water heater out and the new one in. Dan is very personable and was able to answer any questions I had. Cleanup was not a problem since it was addressed before the work started. Thanks again Dan for a great job! We were glad to patronize a local business and receive such prompt, professional service.

Budiac Plumbing really came through for us when we needed to have our sump pump problems addressed quickly. They are a top-notch organization that I highly recommend.

They also followed up multiple times to deal with an erratic float switch problem with the sump pump. Each visit was on a no-charge basis and the issue was finally resolved by replacing the float switch under warranty. Very pleased with their responsiveness.

We were getting very low water pressure in our showers--barely enough pressure to get soap out of your hair. The house is only two years old. We called Larry Budiac and asked if they would put in a pressure booster. Just over the phone, Larry said we should first try removing the shower head and cleaning the small screen and flushing the pipe. Magic!! We found all kinds of dried glue from the initial construction (CPVC pipe--should have used Pex) and the screen was caked with goo. I scrubbed the screen with a brush and re-installed. We now have terrific pressure in all three showers. No charge and no $5000 pressure pump! Thank you Larry and Budiac Plumbing! They also installed a hose bib in our garage last year and that was a great experience. Professional, knowledgable, great quality. I can highly recommend Budiac Plumbing!

We have used Budiac Plumbing for years, often in an urgent situation. Larry responds quickly to assess the situation, and either repairs the problem himself, or schedules one of his staff to do so. Last week, Larry and Vince stopped over to find out why our sump pump was running on and off every few seconds. They found the problem, Larry left and Vince fixed the sump pump. He not only stopped the cycling, but made changes so that it won't happen in the future. The crew is always friendly and polite. And Marge is such a pleasure to talk with on the phone. We wouldn't use any other plumbing service.

Updating our old kitchen required plumbing work, including: installing a new faucet, sink, reverse osmosis pure water system, and bringing in gas lines to replace an electric stove with a new gas stove. We contacted Budiac because 1) our neighbors use them, and 2) the previous homeowner had used them (their sticker is on our hot water heater). We sought out a couple quotes for a significant water leak, which required copper piping, install of an exterior faucet, and a toilet install/replacement. We contacted our previous plumber who we have used for years, and they were struggling with the influx of work as a result of COVID. However, Larry Budiac was responsive in quickly getting onsite for the eval and soon after we received a quote, which exceeded our expectations. We then worked with Margie for scheduling--and were able to get on their schedule in a timely manner. Once the team arrived, professionalism and quality as well as a noted regard for our property was the primary impression we had. Upon completion and inspection of the work, besides the improvements, it was as if they were never here. No need for post-job clean up. We will definitely be using Budiac for all of our future plumbing needs. Thank you!

I've used Budiac for several years and I'm always really impressed with everything about this business. I once called at 2 am about my failed sump pump and they returned my call almost immediately. They came out early the next morning and ultimately installed a new system that was reasonably priced and works great. Most recently I called about a dripping toilet. They sent someone out and when it really was almost nothing, didn't charge me for the call. Their service personnel are all professional and explain everything they are doing. The office staff is really wonderful and responsive... and they have the best on hold music on the planet!

Our basement was flooded because of our Sump Pump and I called Budiac. Marge answered the phone and she was so sympathetic and was able to have a plumber at our house in an hour. Justin was the plumbers name. He was so polite and courteous and found the problem quickly and fixed two of our sump pumps. We had never experienced anything like this before, Marge even recommended a Restoration Company to restore our basement after the flood. Since moving to Milwaukee 5 years ago I have used Budiac plumbing for a variety of jobs around our house. They have installed a dishwasher, replace a sink and counter in our bathroom, replaced a basement faucet, and one or two other jobs that are typical in a house this age. They have also worked in our son's house -- everything from unfreezing a pipe this winter on very short notice, to installing a sump pump, to installing a new sink. Larry's workers are always prompt, neat, thorough and price their work fairly. I recommend them to anyone for any kind of plumbing work.

Basement floor drain was backed up, discovered on a Saturday morning. After calling around to multiple businesses, I received a referral to Budiac from a sewer company. Larry called me immediately after receiving the page from the weekend answering service. He did some troubleshooting over the phone and determined the pump in our wastewater crock had failed. He had offered to send someone out that day and also walked us through what we would need to do to to get through until Monday morning. He then had Margie give us a call to schedule the service. First thing Monday morning, Blake arrived and replaced our pump and necessary pvc. He was kind, thoroughly explained the process and worked efficiently! We are beyond grateful for the whole team approach Budiac uses. Each customer service point of contact was excellent! Cannot say enough positive remarks. Thank you!

So my plumber was on vacation when my water heater started leaking on a Friday night. I called Budiac on a Saturday and they walked me through what to do until Monday when they could come over and fix it. They did not try to scare me and convince me to pay emergency rates for them to come out on a weekend. In fact, one of their plumbers even said if they couldn't come Monday or Tuesday, they would recommend one of their competitors to come and get it done. Needless to say I was baffled at their honesty and integrity. I have called Budiac Plumbing on more than one occasion in the last couple months. Both times I was shocked with the service. The first time I needed a toilet unclogged and they had one of their guys pop by my house on his way to his calls for the day and took care of it immediately. The second time I had a leak in the basement and we couldn't determine if it was plumbing or HVAC. Larry Budiac himself popped over to take a look, identified the problem (error of a contractor who needed to fix it) and then called me later in the day to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend them for the service and follow thru.

Had a badly leaking pipe for an external water spigot. Budiac was able to send someone quickly (in less than 2 days). The assigned plumber (Blake) was excellent. This is my first google review and I highly recommend Budiac Plumbing for their professional service and a job well done. My hot water heater died on a Thursday and I called and spoke with Mary on Friday. The unit was 18 years old and I needed a replacement. She requested that I e-mail pictures of water heater and hook-ups so that they could have the necessary replacement parts ready for the new installation. Demand for service was high and due to the weekend she informed me that Wednesday was the most likely day I would have the new installation. With my job and available options for hot water that was doable. However Monday morning Mary called me and was able to reschedule their service calls and could it be done early this afternoon (she knew I had no hot water). Yes! Dave called me and picked up my new A.O. Smith ProLine 50 gallon and single-handily removed the old unit and installed the new one. Thank you Mary for your scheduling finesse and thank you Dave for your awesome installation service! Larry's company is a fine example of family owned small business pride in Ozaukee County.

Budiac is the only plumber I will use for as long as I live in Milwaukee (and I dread trying to find another one if I ever move).
Quality, skill and honesty is what you will find from Budiac. Are they the cheapest? No. But, they will get the job done correctly the first time.

We had a sewer back up right when we moved into the house. One plumber charged $400 to add a new clean out in the main stack and didn't fix the problem. A second plumber tried cleaning the lateral out and gave up---said I needed to spend $7000 on a new lateral.
Budiac saved the day and cut out some roots from the lateral and scoped it. We are now on a clean out plan every year for $150 and don't have issues....saving us $1000's.

Larry and his team are knowledgeable and will not try to make the job bigger than it needs to be. Highly recommend them!

We had a odd smell in our basement not a sewage smell but something not right. Dave from Bufiac Plumbing Inc. looked at a few possibilities and suggested he runs a smoke test. Dave described the procedure and general costs clearly before he started and shortly found the problem. After repairs he ran the tests again to see if there were other issues and he round none. I called Budiac plumbing after performing what we thought would be a simple toilet install. After install it seemed to work well until we noticed water dripping into the basement after a few uses. Upon further investigation I noticed the bolt to hold the toilet down was no longer attached to the flange. I called Budiac plumbing as I have seen them in our neighborhood and was so glad I did. They were able to come out the same day even though we had other bathrooms to use and I told them it wasn’t an emergency. Blake called to verify the problem and to make sure he would have the right supplies to do the job. When he arrived and looked at the issue he explained to me what the problem was and how he planned on fixing it. He did a fantastic job. He was very professional, efficient, polite and clean. When he was finished with the job my bathroom and basement were cleaner then when he arrived! I definitely know who I will call if plumbing issues arise again. We had some leaking in the ceiling over our kitchen. Some pipes needed to be replaced that are as old as the house - 1937.
Doug and Vince did an excellent job with the quality of work and clean up.

It seems like whenever a 3 day holiday weekend arrives I have a plumbing problem. This year it was the 4th of July holiday weekend. The kitchen sink was stopped up. No garbage disposal. I called Budiac Plumbing praying that there would still be people working. They were!! Fantastic staff in the office told me they had to make some phone calls, and rearrange a few things, and they would get back to me ASAP. Well, they got back to me and we went through some options with their schedule and my schedule and we worked out a solution. Blake arrived the next morning 15 minutes earlier than expected and had the drain cleaned out and working in 25 minutes. It saved the holiday! Blake couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional. These are great people to work with.

I had this firm out to my home to do work, and paid them promptly for the service. They told me they would come back the next day to bring a sump pump cover, and look at completing some work. They never came out. I called, they apologized and said they'd send someone out, and yet again, no follow up. Then weeks later, I called again - because my home flooded due to not having had the work they said needed to be done complete. They came out and, yet again, recommended I do the work that I already asked them to do. I said yes, I'm waiting on your tech, they apologized again and said someone would contact me. Yet again, no contact... so I called them 3 days ago and they one more time said someone would call me back the next day. Guess what? No call back. An unresponsive and unprofessional firm. I won't use them again, and I'll recommend the same to my neighbors.

Yesterday, July 26, 2022, your employee Blake arrived at our home to repair a leaking shower that was leaking water into our kitchen.
It was a difficult to access the drain above the kitchen ceiling. As a matter of fact two other plumbers had turned the job down stating it was too difficult. No problem for Blake. He was extremely professional and with his knowledge and professionalism he had it completed in no time. If he is an example of your employees you should be extremely proud of the Budiac organization.
