Wambo's Waterworks

Everything about our service was great. The price was fair, the installer showed up on time, and the repair was done in a timely manner. I would use Wambo’s Waterworks again and will recommend them to friends.

Still waiting on repairs to toilet. Been over 3 weeks

Wambo's Waterworks were professional, on time, friendly and repairs were done in a timely manner. I would use them again and again!

They said the job had been scheduled but never confirmed completion. Took several messages before someone would at least say they would check on what happened but they never followed up. Several messages later, they say no one was at home which is not true since virtual school has someone at the home all day with kids. Asked if they could add back on their schedule & still have not received a reply. Keep in mind there is still a plumbing issue. After several weeks, I just gave up. Never knew how hard it was to give money away. Im glad others had a good experience but i'm leery to have this company water my grass.

Over the weekend, our water heater decided to stop doing it’s job, so we had no hot water. Monday morning, I called Choice Home Warranty to get someone here to fix it; however, they scheduled someone to come out 7 days later. I called Wambo’s Waterworks to see if they could come out and see about the water heater. I have to be honest, when Ronald said he would call me back (because he had a busy schedule for the day and wanted to give me a definite time) at the EOD, I didn’t think I would hear from him. You know, life happens!! People are working and tired, they forget, etc., so I said I’d just ring him the next morning!! He kept his word though and called back just like he said. I was so happy and really appreciated him getting back with me. He came by the same evening to check our water heater. I didn’t know anything about water heaters, but he was very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the problem and the solution. He was very professional and kind. When he was done, he said give it 2 hours and you’d have hot water and I didn’t wait a minute over. I was so overjoyed to have hot water again!! 🤣🤣 Thanks again for getting me on schedule same day, coming out, and fixing our water heater!! Wambo’s Waterworks provides great service, so don’t hesitate to call!! I’m happy to say that we now have someone to call for our future appliance and plumbing needs.

This plumber is the best. He is easy to schedule. He fixed a repair job that a handyman did for me. Another time he came an repaired a stopped up disposal. Both times he gave me helpful information about my appliances and house, without trying to upsell me on anything. This is a guy you can trust. To top it off my mom was coming home at the same time he was getting a tool from his truck and he noticed her tire was too low. He pulled out a compressor and aired up two of her tires, checking all of them! Talk about going above and beyond. I'm beyond thankful and will be calling him every time I need some plumbing done.
