The plumber, Bruce exhausted every tool at his disposal and finally was able to clear the pipe. I was expecting to have to take out a 2nd on the house to pay for all the work he performed but was shocked at the price. In some cases it was less than some plumbing companies wanted to charge me just to drive out 2 my town.

I hired Great Plumbing Service in November 2021. It is now the end of January 2022 and I am just getting a refund from them. They are unprofessional and do not complete what they start. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company really live up to the Great in their name because they have amazing customer service from the scheduling down to the Workers. I highly recommend them!!

I had a problem with my plumbing and they were quick to get my issue fixed. They worked around my schedule to get to me as fast as possible with no problems. The lady in the office Jamie was sweet as can be and very helpful. She worked everything out to my convenience. The man that showed up was very nice and did an excellent job. We’ve had no issues with our plumbing since they came out and fixed it. This place is excellent in customer service and at doing their job. I wouldn’t call anyone else!!! They have my business from now on. I’ll definitely never call anyone else since they are the only ones I didn’t have any problems with. After having bad experiences before with other companies they definitely were a god sent. If you’re needing a plumbing service this one is the best hands down!!!!!

Great people and great prices.

First, Ken listened as I fumbled my way through describing the problem, which later turned out to be problems. Each time I needed more work done on first, the kitchen sink and hot water heater, then later replacing faucets in both bathrooms, Dirwin and Ken were responsive, kind and friendly. Not only were all the jobs done professionally and quickly, they made me feel as though they sincerely cared and didn't charge me an outrageously high price. I advise all senior citizens to call them first for all your plumbing needs. You'll have a positive experience from the beginning when Kheomi schedules your appointment, through getting the job done, and finishing with an affordable payment. I am grateful for my own experience and will call on GPS only from now on.

The gps truck showed up, the license number was 74223 I searched las Vegas, Henderson, North las Vegas, Clark County and Nevada. And that number doesnt match anything in this business license database So to my best guess they are not a licensed company. I would stay away from them 100 percent. I am editing my statement to reply since I cant just reply to you.........The truck that pulled up had the license number listed above, and when searched through las vegas, Henderson , North las Vegas, Clark County or the state of nevada it came up with no responses. I would share a pic but cant seem to do that either. How can you be trusted when you cant be easily searched through the entities you work in? As far as I understand you have to have a license in each of the entities you do business in. Is all your truck says is license 74223 and that doesnt match up with anything how can I trust anything you say

They installed our water reverse osmosis system, it was easy , affordable and good value.

GPS plumbing is a very professional business that values putting the customer and their needs first. I had a great experience with Derwin this morning, who came to the rescue last minute. My water heater blew late last night and I called to put in a claim with my Home Warranty. GPS called me first thing this AM and was able to squeeze me in before the holiday weekend, knowing that it’s the middle of winter, I have kids, and we need hot water! I’m so thankful for their quick response, great communication, professional attitude, and understanding heart! Derwin is a hard worker who is knowledgeable and observant. Safety was of his concern when he noticed an improperly installed vent and valve on our water heater and fixed it for us, in addition to swapping out the whole thing! I also love that he was willing to answer my long list of questions and explain the process to me. Thank you, GPS Plumbing for doing such an amazing job!

On a side note: the plumber who came tried to upsell me their product; claiming that it need a bigger snake tool on a 1 1/2 inch pipe not very logical.
