I am so appreciative to Chris for repairing our dryer. We were able to get an appointment quickly, he was within the appointment time frame, and he repaired the issue quickly. He was also very kind and personable. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend to anyone needing a dryer repair.

Matthew is such a nice guy! Last week, my boyfriend and I purchased a sofa from a store in the University area and Matthew noticed we were having trouble fitting the sofa in our car, so he graciously offered to help! He loaded the sofa in the bed of his truck and followed us home and helped us carry it upstairs as well. We will definitely be giving him a call if we ever need home repairs!

Tyler did an amazing job! He was the 4th plumber we had out to work on our issues and the only one to not attempt to sell us something we didn’t need. Quick, responsive, and honest. We will be sticking with Hope Plumbing in the future!

Mike replaced p-trap and line plus ran a new line for the ice maker on the refrigerator. Was done in less than an hour.

I contacted them last week. On April 5 I got an email asking for my address, I responded, and that’s the last communication I’ve had with them. I don’t know if it’s their usual habit to go this long to get back with a potential customer.

I was very happy with the work done. They were very clean and did a professional job. The problem is they started calling after my service to do a complimentary inspection of all the pipes in my house. They would call every single day and sometimes twice a day and Saturdays. When I declined they continued to call me until I got nasty on the phone. This went on for multiple weeks. Because of this I would be hesitant to use their service again or recommend them to friends/family.

Brandon showed up on time and ready to work. He replaced the toilet in a very efficient manner and was very friendly and patient answering some of my questions. And best of all, he kept the work area clean. I will definitely refer them to my friends.

Repairs were made at by current owners, because under previous owners, sloppy work (not up to code) performed in 5/2022. Dominic knew what was wrong and how to correct, very professional. Although I had been told repairs would be at no cost, current owners left it to Dominic to inform me otherwise, possibly hanging the messenger out to dry. I thought he did a great job very quickly. However, other contractors spotted a gap between the pipe he just installed and the wall to the outside, as well as another gap that had been there for a long time, so I had the other contractors fix, since I had already given 1-800 Plumbers 2 chances.

Luke Lewellen, the Service Technician, from Mr. Rooter Plumbing, was early both times and he provided exceptional service in a friendly manner. He explained exactly what was required to resolve the problems and made extra trips to acquire parts when necessary. We were very impressed with Luke and will definitely request him for future jobs.

The serviceman was prompt and courteous. He made the $ sticker shock easier to take. I believed him when he said that they will honor their 6-month warranty. I have had other sewer companies say they would honor the warranty, but then hassle me about it later.My only complaint is the amount they charge. $309. is way too much. (Very little overhead - too many layers of management). I will not use them again because of it.
