Samuel was great! After an initial quote from another local company, I called Donovan for a second opinion. Samuel took the time to go more in depth on the problem and fixed the issue on the spot. The first company told us we needed to replace the entire unit (quote of $15,000). Donovan saved us thousands and thousands of dollars. Will definitely be using Donovans from now on.

Great PR over phone but poor follow up on info requested.Overall good Techs who tried to fix heater but not successful. Experienced difficulty getting answers to questions for additional research. Missed phone calls with no phone number left. Difficulty hearing VM.

Dave showed up within the time frame scheduled. Came in very professional and friendly. Looked everything over and got to work. They removed the old unit installed the new unit and left everything as clean as they found it. Would recommend them to everybody.

Our toilet broke and would not flush. Best Jacksonville Plumbers helped us with it, and they were cheap compared to the other plumbers. Will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.
