Dale's is the best PERIOD!!!! Within 45 minutes they came by as we were treated like part of their family. Installed a new garbage disposer and fixed a clogged drain fast. We have been using Dale's services over the past 4 years at our residents and satisfied with everything they do. On time performance and professionalism go a long way. I would recommend these fine folks to anyone in the Jacksonville Metro Area.

Dale's Plumbing did an amazing job. They showed up to evaluate my situation. They came out the next day to fix the main pipe that runs from the meter to the house. About a month later my JEA bill was still high. They sent someone out to do a recheck. All was good with the meter. He even checked the toilets to make sure they we not leaking. We are now having the water softener checked. Great to work with, priced right and they get the job done. I would highly recommend Dale's Plumbing.

I have used the company twice now- they have done great work both times. The first time I needed a toilet removed for new flooring and they were able to come out remove it and then reinstall right on schedule. I then had them out to install a new outdoor garden faucet and they did a very clean professional job. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I called and left a phone message on Sunday night. I received a return call Monday morning promptly at 8:30. My kitchen sink was completely blocked. Josh arrived earlier than the scheduled 9:30 time slot. He snaked out my sink and was leaving by 10:30. Josh was friendly and professional . Dale’s Plumbing exceeded my expectations and the cost was very affordable. I will definitely be a loyal Dales customer. Thank you Christina and Josh !!!! Called Dales plumbing at 8a on a Monday and they were at my house the same day. The plumber did an amazing job fixing my hack job that I caused. He used my own part which was another plus. Plumber was professional, courteous, and clean. The price was just right. Will use this company again!

My 90 year old father-in-law has used Dale's plumbing in the past so when we needed a plumber asap we didn't hesitate in contacting Dale's Plumbing.I called at 8am gave a brief description of the problem and was told they would be at the house by about 1pm the same day. The plumber arrived at 1pm. He diagnosed the problem swiftly and had to snake the main sewer line through the roof (clogged toilets backing up into tub and shower). Told me the what and why's of the problem and told me what to buy to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. Also fixed a leaking shower knob. Total cost $100 which was less than I expected. Price may be higher or lower for the same service for someone else and probably depends on the severity and difficulty of the job. I know someone who had the same service through another company and it cost them $150.The plumber was very nice and polite and the job was done quickly.I am saving Dale's contact info in my phone because we will absolutely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family.

Big shout-out to these guys for help locating drain and shut off valve to our house. Used another co. in the past and no one's ever looked like these guys did. Thanks for the super job on install of valve and dishwasher adjustment. Highly recommend them if you're looking.

This family run business has now began its 3rd generation and has continued the same excellent service and professional work performance. My family has used Dale's for every plumbing need we have had and we have always been extremely satisfied!

Called and set up an appointment for someone to come out and diagnose a leak in my master shower. Was given a time slot of between 0830-0900. At 0915, no one had shown or called to say they were running late of not able to make it. I called and no one answered the phone so I left a message. As I was leaving for work at 0930, I received a call back. As I mentioned that I could no longer wait and I was upset with no phone call, the gentleman on the phone explained to me that he had another appointment and the secretary had called in sick and that he could come out at that time. I explained I had to leave for work and might call them back to reschedule. He proceeded to tell me I am only 30 minutes late, have a good day and hung up. I was not able to inform him that he was 30 minutes late calling and would be even later arriving! Where did customer service go?

Very down to earth people.They came in, explained what needed to be done (they were comfortable talking to you as if y'all been friends for years), and completed the job in a timely manner. Had a few jokes to boot!Pricing was perfect for my tight budget!I would definitly recommend them to everyone!

Great experience all around. Called at 830 and they were at the house by 930. Called them for one problem and they fixed 2 other minor plumbing issues while they were there. They didn't charge me any extra for it. Great fair prices and everyone I dealt with was super nice.

Just had a clogged shower drain called about 1 he ended up fixing both. Prices are great and such a friendly guy. 10/10 would suggest to all my friends and family.
