Had a very unprofessional associate named Annie from this company call my personal cell phone number to complain about a miscommunication from corporate to get a situation rectified with NO solution because of pure feelings. She decided to pull her services then after proceeds to call my number to complain. During the phone call she showed no attempt to understand the situation nor allowed me to explain by telling me “No, let me talk.” She mentioned that “We should be grateful that the owner of the company is there to help us”. Completely unprofessional in an attempt to retaliate. Brian showed up which is appreciated which whom I talk to prior before him starting the work and tried to clear things for him so his time wasn't going to be wasted.

I am very pleased with the service That I received, it was a little slow at the start of the project. They had to replace my water line from the meter, because my original builder us cheap irrigation line not the good stuff. Enjoyed working with Crystal & Brian, I haven't received a Bill yet from them for the work.

I've been in my home now for 20 years. Herzer's name I was given to me as a recommendation from friends that had used them for years . They have serviced my home ever since I've been here. They have never failed to take care of may needs. They come as quickly as they can. They don't make me wait and they are always on time.Several years ago I had a major plumbing problem and had to have everything redone, of course I called other companies to get an estimates. I will tell you that Herzer's were more than half of what other companies were trying to charge me. Of course I went with them not only because of the money but because of the service they had always given, but because of quality of service I had always gotten and the quality of care that they have given my home.It's family owned and you can tell the the pride and commitment that they have in the company shines with everything they do.If you use Herzer's you will never be disappointed.

This is a long review but I feel all the facts need to be stated. We just moved to Jacksonville less than 30 days ago and am still in the process of updating my local vendor list for plumbers, electricians, etcI had a Moen shower faucet stem that broke off when it was being turned off on Thursday evening. I looked online at several YouTube videos and it seemed like a pretty simple fix whereby you take out the cartridge and replace it with a new one. I didn't want to try this out myself as I may damage it further and I thought it would cost between $150 to $250 to fix.I called David Gray Plumbing on Friday morning and they were able to get a plumber out here the same day afternoon to take a look at it.He first told me that he would need to replace the entire joint fixture and for that he would need to break the shower cubicle tile. I suggested that I would prefer if he didn't break any tiles and then he said that he could go in through the sheet rock at the back. He quoted me at first approx $1800. I told him this was more than I had thought it would cost. I also told him that I felt he was replacing the entire engine rather than just the spark plug.I then told him that I would need to get another opinion from different vendors before I proceeded with a decision. I'm GLAD I did. Before he left he gave me an updated quote to fix the issue which included tearing out the sheet rock and fixing the issue which came to $1500+.I contacted another local plumber (Herzer's Plumbing) that same afternoon who has been in business for 60+ years. They were able to schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon. Glenn came out here Monday around noon and within 25 minutes he was able to take the broken cartridge out with his experience and ingenuity.He then replaced it with a new cartridge (without breaking any tiles, sheet rock or anything else). He was done in 45 minutes and I was charged a reasonable $265. BIG DIFFERENCE in price and I don't have to now re-plaster the wall and have it repainted either.Thought I would share my experience with everyone.

The rep in office was super honest with letting me know what to expect. The plumber was efficient and completed the toilet repair. Prices are very reasonable. Happy customer and will recommend and call for future needs.

Herzer's was recommended to me and Brian has proven why Herzer's is the go to in OP. At first we were unsure if the toilets needed to be replaced due to clogging issues and Brain came out, did a thorough assessment, and tweaked a few things under the hood before saying give it a try for a bit and if it continues we'll come back. NO CHARGE! I was thinking I would have to pay the minimum service call fee. Nope! And whatever he did worked! In the end we wanted the comfort height toilets so eventually we had him replace two toilets for us; bathroom faucets; and cleared a nasty disposal clog that was present when we moved in.Calling into the office and email correspondence- great! Always a friendly voice and someone who can explain things prior and or answer questions about services, products, etc.Herzer's is OUR PLUMBER!

I have used Herzer's for many many years. Brian and Glen are outstanding. They always get it right and don't cut any corners. I can't say enough about their services. If you're looking for a plumber in the Orange Park area these are the people to call.

Very quick to respond and great service. Spoke with Debra this morning and she owned it from setting up, and communicating the completion of the work. The speed of their service got us up and open on time when we thought we may lose half a days business. Would highly recommend them in a pinch!

Called them this morning due to a leaking water heater. They had done a smaller job for us in March and did great work. I bought the heater at a local Lowe's, which wanted over $500 for a same-day install. Bryan from Herzer's arrived this afternoon and got the job done in under two hours for $240, including carting the old heater away. Great job, fast, high quality work. Melanie in their office is also great, very responsive with a quote and an estimate of the time for the work. I highly recommend Herzer's and would call them again for any plumbing work.

Unbelievable... had a shower issue, they came the same day and fixed it. No issues, no baloney, just showed up when they said and went to work. Got the shower fixed in under an hour and went on their way. Glenn was very polite and seemed absolutely honest. I was impressed with the whole operation from the first phone call for help, to the repair, to the price, to the ease of payment.

I would just like to to say the service this company had provided me was WOW!! I had an issue with my outside piping of my home that required the piping in my yard to be rerun and these guys called let me know they were coming; they showed up right on time and got the job done right away. I was able to watch them work and you can tell they took pride and integrity by their work ethic and that's why the best way to describe the service I received from this company was WOW. Very happy with service and competitive rate. Glen gave me confirm call day before then was on time next day. Really cool guy and knows his stuff. Took toilet out, got rid of roots and put everything back together perfectly. In and out in an hour. Would definitely use again.

We had a leak in the pipe coming from the meter to our home. Glenn was able to come earlier than the appointment window, quickly started and finished the repair and the repair was at a great price. First company I would call hands down.

These guy's have a 5 STAR rating for a reason! They are the BEST at what they do. Bryan came to our house (after I missed the first schedule with them and they were willing to come back even after I was the one who missed being there) and was friendly, professional and really did a thorough job and tested for leaks and tested our water pressure. He tested the toilets and facets and made sure there was no SLAB leak of any kind in our house. The price was less than a hundred bucks which is very affordable when comparing them to other plumbers. If you have an issue with your water or sewage or anything that they can provide these are definitely the guys to CALL!!!! A++++++

Got out of bed on a Saturday morning and stepped down on a VERY squishy carpet. I checked for the obvious to no avail. Called a plumber friend and he was out of town. He made a phone call and they had someone there in a half an hour. It took him less than 4 hours to detect a slab leak, dig through the slab (less than 1 square foot), repair, and re-concrete the floor. The pricing IS very reasonable. I am very pleased with the professionalism. AT MY REQUEST the repairman gave me a quote for re-piping my entire house. The next time I have a slab leak I will call them to repipe my home.

Very disappointing customer “no-service”. Made appointment, called when they didn’t arrive and was told they didn’t work in my zip code. Possible slab leak, waited 3 days, don’t show up then told would be at least a week before repair could be done. Didn’t know who took my call. Not recommended.

I worked there for a bit wish I still did. The owner is an awesome guy and the service is amazing and professional.

Called after 5pm looking for assistance in a plumbing issue. The lady who answered the phone was VERY rude making it seem like my issue wasn't an emergency. Never received a call back. Won't ever use them and will let friends and family know. Your emergency plumbing problems aren't theirs.

Look no further for a first-class plumber. Herzer's is the best! I don't need to say anymore, their results speaks for itself.
