Michael has been out to our home twice in the last week or so. He is always thorough, considerate and friendly. He has done a great job on out shower/sink repairs and replaced our water heater, which was no small task. He has been so polite and is always welcome here. Thank you Michael AND Master Repair Plumbing for rescuing us once again!

The whole drain system of my house came to a stoppage on Saturday 4pm. I called 2 plumbing services and they did not have an open spot until Sunday and the other I was placed on a 4 hour wait list. I decided to call Metro Rooter and they answered within one ring. They said they will have someone out to my house within one hour. Joe arrived and assess the situation. He started with the back clean out and within 15 mins he new the stoppage was upfront. He went to the front clean out and within 10 mins the line was cleared. The price that was quoted to me over the phone was the price I paid. Too many services out there will tack on additional fees or try to sell you a membership. Thank you Metro Rooter and especially Joe. You run a customer service oriented and honest business.

The house was replumbed for the new gas line. I couldn't have asked for a better group of men to be working inside and outside the house. Respectful of property, me, and one another; clean, efficient, pleasant and although a very long day, their attitudes were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.
...and yes, I am sure that I have the right Benjamin Franklin location. I did my research before writing this comment.

Overpriced and untrustworthy ...!!! Charged for diagnostics when none was done. Telling us can’t perform diagnostics because we didn’t have enough gas but multiple other opinions say our gas supply is fine. Do not use...

I've used Ernie's Plumbing in the past and was very pleased but NOT THIS TIME. I had a tech come out on 6/28/2016 and charged me $1600.00 for service that I feel was not worth it but felt helpless if I didn't pay. The tech refused to complete the job we wanted done unless we agreed to an estimate of roughly $14,000.00 which the tech is claiming that we have twenty five feet of bad cast iron piping underneath the slap running from the garage to the kitchen.(The house is 57 years old). The tech told me and my wife that low spots in the pipe where the camera is underwater is deemed unacceptable even though we can see clean clear water running through the pipes with no leaks whatsoever while using the camera. Now what Ernie did not know is that we had two different plumbing companies come over prior, to scope the pipes for leaks and damages and neither of the two other Plumbing companies have found problems with the pipes other than a broken drip pan for the washer machine from underneath the slap. (And we only called Ernie to fix this because of the great service we had in the past). All we wanted to have repaired was a new drip pan for the washer but again the tech refuse to complete the job unless we agreed to the $14,000.00 estimate. I did talk to another Plumber from a different company and was told differently. Such as an estimate like that is to have the entire home done not twenty five feet of pipe. Also, something else that was recommend by Ernie's tech is: (if we agreed to the estimate, is to have jetting done). The other Plumber from a different company said that if you do that to the cast iron pipe, it is guaranteed that the cast iron pipe will be ruined and will need to be replaced for sure. To Ernie and your staff if this is how you conduct business, if so then shame on you. I will be contacting you very soon.Follow up to your response:I'm sorry that you feel that my review is bogus and also I do not work for a plumbing company. I am or was one of your customers. And like I stated before, the service my wife and I have had in the past with your company was excellent, except on 6/28/2016. If you really care about customer service and want to get to the bottom of this, then take a look at the estimates that were written on 6/28/2016 in Bedford, TX. Then explain to me why I would need to pay $14,000.00 for drain pipe to be replaced. Especially when there are no leaks in the pipe. The bottom line is that your plumber refused to complete the repairs unless my wife and I agreed to the $14,000.00 estimate.
