The tech they sent out was a very nice professional person who quoted me $16k to replace my AC unit since it could not be repaired due to age. Another company came out and fixed the unit for about $1,000.

Hot Water Heater quit working. I wasn't sure which plumber to use looked up Good Contractor's List and picked Larry Stinson Plumbing. What a great experience. They came out - look at my Hot Water Heater. Gave me some options. Given the age of my hot water heater, I chose to replace it. Larry Stinson Plumbing brought a top of the line hot water heater, installed it and it passed City Inspection. The Inspector said they never have issues with hot water heaters installed by Larry Stinson Plumbing. If you are looking for a Plumber, I highly recommend Larry Stinson Plumbing. They do good work, they provide fair quotes which in my case was exactly what the cost was. They didn't charge a service fee on top of the installation. It was a great experience.

I had a water pressure test performed due to a foundation leveling. Job was done by Jesus. Jesus was very informative and answered all questions with knowledge and patience. He made me feel at ease and explain in detail what the test consisted of. He was very professional and after explaining the work he was going to do, he performed his job with confidence. After completing the job, he explained the procedure on notifying Perma Pier of the results. I wish I could call him for all my future plumbing problems. You have an excellent employee. In Jesus.

Christian @ Accurate Leak worked us in when they had a two week lead time for a hot water slab leak. Everyone we worked with were professional and courteous, could not be happier with their work. We would 100% recommend this company to anyone unfortunate enough to need their services. Leaks are not fun but these guys made it bearable for us.

These guys are great! We have a unique sump pump system that pumps water from house out to city line because we are below it and mike is the only guy we found that confidently knows how to fix. We’ve had him out for several pump replacements. It’s always so easy to deal with them. Their dispatch is kind, nice and helpful and they always takes care of us. They are fair, and do a great job too! This last call they had to send a different guy because mike was busy, but he said he would make sure he could take care of me and he did. Very pleased with roto-rooter.

Our 12 year old hot water went out (of course on a weekend). We called ABC Plumbing and they promptly arrived within an hour to diagnose. Jayden was our service tech and he gave us a couple options to repair or replace. With the age, we decided to just replace it. Jayden and Dane arrived promptly on Monday morning, were professional and really great quality work. Installed, cleaned up and now we have a newly installed hot water heater.

Overpriced and untrustworthy ...!!! Charged for diagnostics when none was done. Telling us can’t perform diagnostics because we didn’t have enough gas but multiple other opinions say our gas supply is fine. Do not use...

Service was excellent and timely

The tech that was sent out was ok just seemed new and not able to answer questions. Was not happy that our 2 year old system is already having blower motor/relay problems. The tech did the diagnostic and said it was a relay. Said he bypassed the relay and blower motor worked. Ok'd the relay replacement. Once replaced, he then said it was a bad blower motor. He wasn't able to explain why it worked when bypassed but not when new relay put in. The part is covered under manufacturer warranty but still wanted to charge over $500 to fix. And this is on top of them just being out less than a month ago. At that visit, I was told my capacitor needed to be replaced. No mention of that this time around. I don't mind paying for quality work from people I trust, but ever since the Walker took over Metro Energy Savers, I'm having a hard time trusting their techs.

Doug was great! I had a leaking pipe issue and they squeezed me into the schedule the very next day even though Doug was about to go on vacation. They showed up and immediately got to work, took them less than an hour and they did excellent work fixing the pipe and even re-wrapped it with insulation for me! The price was fantastic at only $180… most plumbers don’t charge less than $300 for anything. I feel like I was getting great service and not getting screwed over on the price. I will definitely be referring Doug to anyone needing a plumber and will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
