I called and they responded to my call the same day. Taylor was prompt and took care of all of our plumbing problems. We had installed a garbage disposal incorrectly and it was causing a leak.He not only fixed that but also fixed our dishwasher as well. He did awesome job! Professional from start to finish. From the moment I made the phone call to receiving a text because they couldn’t get through to me by calling.and still coming over to our home to fix our plumbing issues shows absolutely nothing but dedication and a desire to please that customer!!! Have a free-standing jet tub that was never installed correctly - and we had wet grout lines surrounding the tub. We had a different plumber out on 3 visits that never resolved the issue.
Doug immediately had a hame plan, and had a genuine interest in resolving the problem for good.
Felt that he was honest in his assessment about whether he could help us - and worked efficiently to get the tub back to working order!

I Highly recommend this company!! My hot water was not coming out; I called early in the morning and Doug and co worker were out Within the hour! My pipes to tankless hot water heater had frozen, they defrosted them before they burst in and out super. fast. Super professional, clean and polite! And did not try to rip me off on price they charged!

Move to Southlake two years ago and since I moved in he used them several times for repair work in my house very polite and professional to work with will definitely call them when I need something again they do good work!!!!!

Needed something fixed before we could sell our house in DFW. We were already living in another state. He was great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MD Dutton plumbing especially Doug or Taylor for all of your plumbing issues, maintenance and repairs. Mike assisted us SAME DAY with an issue in our master bathroom sink that would not drain. It was inconvenient and Doug fixed quickly with a smile and expertise. We needed help again when we noticed water flowing out of a ceiling vent. The entire team was so helpful even though it was a Saturday afternoon. Taylor arrived Monday to assess and was phenomenal! The hot water heater pipe had burst. He not only fixed but alerted us to a very dangerous and serious issue we had no idea about! Apparently our flue pipes were disconnected from the hot water heaters allowing noxious carbon monoxide gases to leak into the air. Very dangerous and VERY THANKFUL Taylor was knowledgeable and fixed immediately. He also advised us to install a carbon monoxide alarm in the attic to prevent a situation. Call MD Dutton for everything-they are trustworthy and honest!

Very trustworthy team. Have used them for years and they are always able to fix the problem. Good communication and fair pricing. Good guys!

Doug was great! I had a leaking pipe issue and they squeezed me into the schedule the very next day even though Doug was about to go on vacation. They showed up and immediately got to work, took them less than an hour and they did excellent work fixing the pipe and even re-wrapped it with insulation for me! The price was fantastic at only $180… most plumbers don’t charge less than $300 for anything. I feel like I was getting great service and not getting screwed over on the price. I will definitely be referring Doug to anyone needing a plumber and will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Water was clogged up in our second floor bathroom vanity apparently from a blockage somewhere in one of the pipes. They came and brought some special equipment to detect and fix the problem. We have not had any problem since. They were very professional, courteous and prompt. I will definitely use them again.

The greatest service was the installation of my outdoor pool shower, done in ONE day!! A perfect job, easy to communicate with for what I wanted but their input to what I needed! Placed floor coverings down as they had to work in attic, and left with a smile on my face👍🏻

We have two story house. One Sunday morning we woke up to what sounded like a heavy rain storm. But it was in our kitchen! Much to our surprise our daughter was taking a shower but bad no idea that the valve had failed. The subfloor had filled with a ton of water. The kitchen ceiling had burst open in one place and was sagging in others. We have used Doug over the years, but nothing as catastrophic as this. Doug told me what to do to save the ceiling and was on site in minutes. He had me punch wholes in our ceiling at the bulges. He had the valve replaced in no time. Since we had drained the subfloor he suggested that we give it a day to see if the stain would go away. It did! The drain wholes were repaired the kitchen was repainted. He saved us a ton. Who are you going to call??

Great experience with replacement water heater and faucets throughout the home. More than reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Mr. Dutton and his associates are always on time and very thorough. They have fixed all issues I’ve had. One of the issues I’ve had them out for was a leaking water heater inside my home. I had to call on Sunday evening and I was able to get ahold of him right away. Not many companies will answer or call back on a weekend let alone on a Sunday!

Doug came out on Christmas Eve to repair a freeze break. It ended up being not 1, but 2 separate breaks. Doug fixed them both, tested the system and made plans to come back in warmer weather to relocate the outside faucet. He was here over 3 hours. He went above and beyond, apologizing for having to cut into our dining room walls, thoroughly explaining the issues and writing up his bill so it was clear for the insurance company and discussing the issues and resolutions with the project manager for the restoration. We have used M.D. Dutton for other small plumbing issues and have always been pleased with the service and results. Highly recommend.
