Made's did an excellent job tackling 30 years of build-up in the drain line from our kitchen sink that had utterly prevented the sink and dishwasher from draining. Ben and his apprentice were quick to diagnose and remedy the issue. Now, everything drains like the day the house was built. It was nice to observe Ben teaching the craft of plumbing so you can be assured you're in good hands when you call Made's Plumbing.

Made’s Plumbing was super awesome! At a time when pipes were bursting all over Dallas cause of the cold weather, they were able to come within one day of scheduling even though my home was a little out of the way for them! They were very communicative about when they would arrive and were on time. They found the leak quickly and did the whole repair in under 2 hours. My water is back in action thanks to Made’s plumbing’s truly great service!

The other companies came out and gave me outrageous estimates, including Ben Franklin which had a hothead that got into it with my neighbor over a $4,000 estimate. I called Made the next day. Ben is super friendly and you just know when you talk to him, you can trust him right away. He was very thorough and wanted to solve the problem - not just make big bucks. He diligently worked on my yard leak and was very reasonable on the pricing! Job is all done and he did a great job with a great attitude! I cant even imagine calling another plumber. Wow! Talk about amazing service. Yesterday I called in the am about a split in a spigot pipe. They fit me in, got to my place. Called to give me a summary and their thoughts about the fix. Within two hours, the spigot was fixed and I sent them their fee (very reasonable) via electronic payment. They will be my plumbers! They should be yours too!!

I experienced a leak in my house in my water filtration system attributed to the level of water pressure coming into the house (it was too high). I needed a pressure relief valve installed. I called one company and received a very high quote including service that was not necessary. I called Made's and Ben came out that afternoon. We discussed the issue, he gave me a very reasonable quote and started right then on the repair. He finished everything off the next morning. Service, quality, and professionalism was excellent. Highly recommend him!!

Woke up to a leak outside of front room window a few days ago.Got in touch with Made's Plumbing on Saturday afternoon via website. I got a quick response from them via email for an appointment on Monday. They were on time! They did a thorough check of the house plumbing and were able to find the leak.Very good work.They wore shoe protection coming in and out of house.They always let me know what they were doing.We have running water again! They Also noticed an issue with a spigot on the side of my house that I will be scheduling that repair with them.Its not always easy to find great work for a fair price.I highly recommend their services.

We had a toilet not wanting to drain. Made the call to Made's Plumbing, they made time for us and a perfect time slot. Very professional, and informative. I would definitely call on them again!

I had a family member install a toilet and the installation only lasted a couple of months! It quickly showed signs of a nonprofessional ignoring issues and installing a toilet anyways.
I called Made’s Plumbing and they not only worked me in the same day, but as they looked into my rocking toilet issue, they discovered there was a lot more going on underneath the base. Apparently, the homes original 1999 parts were half broken off and needed extra hard work and an experienced plumber.
Mr. Garcia went above and beyond to find the replacement parts and correct my problem and all my unforeseen issues. Very professional, clean work, thorough, productive fair and experienced.

Our second bathroom sink was clogged and couldn't fix it ourselves. We made a request online and got a call shortly after. They were able to come out the same day. Gave us a quote and fixed it the same day.
This review is a month later and everything is working fine. I would definitely use them again.

Ben came over to fix what we thought was going to be a fairly simple issue that ended up being an all day job. He was at my place from 10:30 in the morning and didn’t leave until after 7pm, he explained everything as he went and was more than fair in his pricing. The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge! I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions. He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work. He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises. I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

Ben and his team did a fantastic job with my house in South Arlington near Mansfield. Quick and efficient, discovered the problem with the drain system and resolved the matter quickly. Set expected arrival time and communicated a potential delay well in advance. Professional assessment of my refrigerator water line issues and offered several options for solution. Very pleased with the work and commitment of my satisfaction. Fixed fee model so price was given before work is done. Price was not the lowest but great value knowing there would be no surprises at the end. I needed an adjustment (I forgot to request) and he came back at no cost when he had an opening a few days later. You can feel the straightforward approach they follow and have already requested he install a water line for a new refrigerator being placed in the garage. Will definitely call Mades for future plumbing needs.

We were plagued with leaky faucets in the shower and an exterior faucet on the side of the house. I found Made’s Plumbing from google. I called Ben 7am in the morning and he was able to fit me into the schedule of the day. He stopped by and took a look and gave me his diagnostic of the problem and what he would do if I were to accept his proposal. His cost was very reasonable and was very professional in how he carried himself.

He had trouble taking apart the shower handle at first because the set screw was stripped and he had to saw it off. Above that, the brass adjusting stick inside that was used for adjusting the temperature broke off due to age and the whole thing was stuck. He fought to pull out the stuck piece for a bit. I was amazed he was able to get it out TBH, if it’s not for his experience and go-getting attitude, many plumbers would have gave up and suggest other more invasive approach. After that frustrating blocker got out of the way, he was able to swap out the shower handle and fix the other problems on our old house shower in less than 10-15 minutes.

After that he went worked on the exterior garden faucet that had been leaking for some time. As I said, the house is old and the pipes were rusted and stuck. Again he fought it and was able to get it out and swap out an extremely nice anti-freeze faucet for me.

He work very cleanly, was very respectful to the home owner by wearing the shoe cover the entire time, and cleanup the place after his work. He did not overcharge me for his time and hard work on getting this seemingly easy but turned out to be much more difficult job. Like I said, extremely professional. He gave me a very trustworthy feeling where I can definitely rely on him to fix any our house’s plumbing issues.

Overall I highly, highly recommend Made’s Plumbing! 👍👍 I give him two thumbs up!

The work and the part replaced was non-standard. The outside hose bib had been poorly installed from the time the house was built. The part they replaced was 12 where they are usually 4. The price quoted, while not super cheap, included parts and labor even though they had to leave to find the part. There was no nickel and diming.

They explained everything they were doing so there were no surprises. They cleaned as they went and left everything as they found it.

We had a water backup and Ben came out. He very quickly assessed the situation, digging in the mud in the freezing cold to find the problem. Roots in the sewer line. He was in contact with the City who didn't believe there was a line where Ben found one. Ben kept on and got the City to get involved. Ben is easy to work with and his rates are reasonable. He came out the next day to fix a couple of clean out plugs and was able to talk to the City workers and the third party contractors the City sent. I would highly recommend Ben and Made's Plumbing.

We have called this company out to our offices when we had a top name plumbing company come out and gave us a high estimate after fixing plumbing issues just to have to have them come right back out multiple times. Made’s Plumbing showed up and fixed the job and guaranteed their work while always keeping the communication open and remained very honest with us. The company is reliable, honest, and reasonable but very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for any job from minor toilet issues to big jobs as they had to remove the concrete from our office bathroom floor and completely replace old pipe that broke and flooded our building. From minor to big jobs they know what they are doing, correct the issue and get straight to the point. They are very reasonable and professional. Not to mention they are very clean and sterile with there technique as they not only fixed the major problems our building had but also cleaned up after they were finished as if nothing had ever happened. During the summer I hired, at considerable expense, an irrigation company and a local plumbing company to check for leaks that might be causing, what I believed to be, excessive water bills, considering my small household size. Both companies said they could not detect a leak. However, water bills continued to increase each month. I contacted another local plumbing company regarding the problem. They agreed that they could determine if there were a leak and repair it, but the cost would be approximately $500 just to locate the leak, and repairing the leak would cost extra, and would be charged by the hour. It would also be several days before I could get an appointment. I then contacted Made's Plumbing for an appointment based on the many positive reviews on their website. The owner, Ben, explained to me on the phone what would be done and gave me a flat rate for his company to do the work. I agreed to use them. He gave me a timeframe for when he could come the next day. The next day he arrived a few minutes after the stated time but had called ahead to let me know why and when he would arrive. Once he and his Technician arrived, they began the assessment and work immediately. Even though they had to dig up a large shrub to get to the problem, the amount quoted remained the same. Throughout the process, he communicated to me his findings, showed me where the problem was, and what he needed to do to correct the problem. I was especially impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, patience and willingness to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. In making the repairs he also voluntarily installed a shut-off valve in the repair area to make it easier for me to turn the water off if necessary, without it having
to be turned off at the meter. They also made sure that the area was cleaned up afterwards, and made other suggestions regarding the planting of future shrubs in the area of the valves. I plan to use this company for plumbing needs in the future, not only because I believe he did good work that was reasonably priced, but, in my opinion, it is so rare these days to hire someone with his level of expertise, who is also honest and has a good work ethic.

Ben actually discovered a leak on my property while he was working on my next door neighbor's bursted pipe in their yard. He knocked on my door and told me he thought I had a leak and he quickly figured out where it was. He called his excavation crew who came right out to assist him with digging up parts of the ground that needed to
be exposed in order for him to access the pipes. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained and showed everything to me the whole step of the way so that way I knew what was going on. I also feel like Ben gave me a fair and honest price. I didn't feel taken advantage of. He stayed on the job all day (about 10 hrs) until it got done and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. He then followed up the next day to make sure the excavation crew had re done the sidewalk, cleaned up, and put everything back that it was initially. I highly recommend Made's Plumbing!!!

Made's came out about 2 hours after I first contacted them about a leaky sink drainpipe. They were very professional, fixed the drainpipe leak, then determined that the line was clogged in the wall because the sink drained slowly. They ran a snake into the line, cleared the clog and the sink drains properly now. Would definitely use them again.

I called Made's Plumbing for a quote to install a Kohler Avoir toilet. Ben responded quickly, provided me with a reasonable, comprehensive quote explained any potential issues that may come up with installation of such a new product especially on a home built in the 80's but put my mid at ease as to whether this could even be done. Ben and Keoni came by the same day the toilet was delivered to install. Every step of the way I received and explanation as to why work needed to be done and y'all those Kohler instructions are crazy and not the most accurate but because of their acumen Ben and Keoni were able to adapt and it looks AMAZING! If you're in the market for a newer tankless toilet call these guys and get a quote. I'm super glad I did and will for sure send more work their way in the future.

Ben and his helper were great! I had a toilet overflowing so to avoid more damage, I turned off the water and suspected a sewer blockage. I called Made's and Ben put me on the same day schedule even though he already had other jobs lined up. They finished the other jobs earlier and came to the rescue! Very professional, helpful and fair. They went the extra mile and checked the root cause of the problem so they not just fixed the blockage but they also repair the sewer pipe that was broken and caused the issue in the first place. Can't say enough good things about Ben & his employees. Briefly: total replacement of about 75' of main sewer line UNDER the foundation of our house. Cast iron pipe completely collapsed in two places. This is not a cheap job no matter who does it but Ben bid a good $10-20,000 (yes that's thousands) under three other companies. His contracted digging team tunneled in, he and his helper went in and replaced everything, then the crew backfilled the tunnel. Can't even tell they were here...they even replaced the bricks perfectly they had to pull from my patio. All done with permits, city inspection, and an engineering study (required by code); no off-the-books illegal stuff some people encouraged me to do to save money. Ben explained everything in terms I could understand, was cordial and respectful. Even his dog was cool. Oh, and he also replaced a water heater for me a few weeks before this dig and did it $1,200 cheaper than the last company that replaced it! By all means, call this company if you need any plumbing work done.

He was responsive, gave me a time of 12-2 and around 1 he let me know they were still working in a job but would be right over once completed.
