We had to have our main sewer line cleaned. Tommy came and was able to fix it quickly. The cost was up there but having working plumbing is worth it.

It was a simple exterior faucet repair, but it's the small jobs that build trust so that if a bigger one occurs, that trust has been established.

Our conditioning went out at our business and manager called to set up appointment. Had to keep calling them about the appointment. Moved it back to the next day, and they still never showed up. They seem to have a problem keeping when dealing with commercial A/C issues, looking at all the other poor reviews specifically from businesses. If you don't have the expertise for this than save the world time by just not advertising this on your site.

We own a large manufacturing facility outside of Dallas / Ft. Worth that had 6 large HVAC units. 3 of the 20-Ton units had failed, and we needed to move quickly to obtain and install replacement units. The project ended up being extremely complex due to the existing structure and location of the old units. Max Air worked with us to determine the proper specifications for the project. Once determined, they were able to secure the necessary equipment in less than a week (amazing considering the lack of supply in the current market environment), work with our tenant to coordinate installation, and install the new units without any issue. Would highly recommend for any future commercial HVAC projects!

When I think of Thomas Dudley, I think of honesty, integrity and professionalism. He always does a terrific job and in a timely manner. He is an asset to your company.

Tommy Dudley came to our house within 20 minutes of me calling Friday morning about our old hot water heater in the garage spilling water. He installed 2 new hot water heaters (garage & one inside) all in the same day. We were so happy with how timely this service was and professional.

Ty came out early and found my coil frozen, which he couldn't do anything until it unfreezes. i understood that and resigned myself that i would need to make another appointment, instead he came back after 6pm, and got my system up and running after the thaw. I appreciate that and would recommend Max Mechanical. i didn't have anything major, so i can't speak to their prices on parts but I can say that they have good service people. And good people get my buisness everytime.

Plumbing (not a leak) kitchen disposal unit making awful grinding, metallic noises. Died from old age, needed replacement . Had just what I needed & the technician (Tommy Dudley)provided expert service and options . Aside from my new disposal, he offered a complete home plumbing “physical” - like water heaters, etc. Todays urgent focus was disposal however.Knowledgeable, experienced,courteous & same day service!

I contacted Max mechanical last year about my outdoor unit not working. It was time for a replacement of my system, so I bought an Amana system and had them do the install. I also purchased the maintenance plan. Fast forward to last week and they came out for the pre-winter maintenance. Checked everything and recommended the ignitor be replaced. I was reluctant but agreed. A few days later, the temperature dropped and the heater didn't come on. Looked at the unit and saw an error code that said the ignitor failed to ignite after 5 tries. Called after hours (third party) and asked to have someone come out and take a look. I was told that they would charge a dispatch fee. Since they were just out here and I suspected that the issue was caused by the ignitor replacement, I refused to pay for the dispatch. They said they will have a manager contact me in the morning. Received a call from Ashley (great customer service) and she apologized for all of the issues I was having. I told her the part should have been under warranty and that I needed someone to look at it immediately. She checked on the part and refunded me within 5 minutes and had a technician at my house within a couple of hours. The technician looked over everything and found that the ignitor was not the correct one and needed to be replaced with the OEM ignitor. He replaced it, checked the system and everything started working again. The next day, Ashley called to check on how everything was doing. She informed me that they wanted to verify that everything is in like new condition and that they ordered parts that may have been compromised because of the bad ignitor. She would be following up with me when the parts come in.Although I was without heat for a cold night, I felt that Ashley changed my attitude towards Max Mechanical, solely on her compassion. I was on the verge of yelling at someone and going with another company, even though I had paid for the maintenance. Thank you Ashley for the great customer service.

I have had multiple issues with an existing ac unit and had Ty Howell out to my house. He was not only punctual but very informative and honest. If you have an issue ask for Ty. He is the best technician I have dealt with.

Our AC went out on our hottest day yet this year, so I called our neighbor to see who they used last and they said Call Reliant. Well, we did and they told us it would be a week before they could get to us. Since I'm looking at 5 Star ratings on Google, I called Max Mechanical. And we are soooooooo glad we did!!! Unbeknownst to us, Max puts those without any AC at the top of the list and they got to us in just a few hours (and yes, we're elderly, but they didn't know that when we called). The problem was diagnosed and repaired, and we were back up and running in less than 2 hours. Our Service Rep, Ty, was just the best!! We were so impressed with the service and how they treated us that we purchased a warranty package. Our total bill was less than $500. Our Carrier unit is 17 years old and is going to need replacing in a couple of years and we know exactly who we will call!! MAX MECHANICAL!!! They're OUR HERO. We will be telling everyone we know about Max – even our neighbor!!! (Wish they had a sign and we'd put it in our front yard!!)

We've used Tommy for ALL plumbing issues for almost 10 years. From replacing outside faucets to installing new bathroom and kitchen faucets, changing shower heads, rebuilding toilet tanks, everything plumbing. Tommy's work is excellent! He's extremely knowledgeable and thorough, no matter what plumbing problem we had. He also completed a comprehensive diagnostic on all plumbing in our home.

Tim is an excellent representative of the company. To me he is the face of the company, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy.

We recently bought a new home (to us) in Keller. Our home was built 20 years ago and the HVAC systems were in really poor shape. A day after house cleaning you could write your name on the furniture, the particulate matter was so bad.I got bids from 3 companies to replace both units. I was very diligent in making sure that each bid was for the same equipment. Andy's bid was $4,000 less than the nearest bid. The crew of Robert, Steven and a couple of other guys were at our home the following day. The installation of new heaters, new air conditioners took a day and a half. We also had them install in-line electrostatic air cleaners on both sides of the house.We are very happy with the system and the way these guys worked with us.

Employee was extremely patient and professional did all he could to help me. Got ac working in this heat.. Unfortunately a whole new unit is outside is outside of my budget.

Patrick Hall did a thorough checkout of the entire system, even the outside condenser unit, although it is not used during the heating season. He explained what he found on the blower unit fan and how the deposits on it decrease the efficiency of the system. He provided an estimate for removing the deposits. I give Patrick a 5 star rating.

Having your AC go out is never a good thing but ours went out last week during the hottest days of the year. I was suspicious using a bigger company but I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience this was. The AC randomly went out during July in Texas and the house became insanely hot. I called them and told them we had little children and our elderly parents living with us and needed asap. They were able to come out about a hour later and fix everything. Excellent service!

Tommy cleared a kitchen drain, and then removed and replaced the water heater. He is a true master of his profession. It was a pleasure to watch as he practiced his trade. I will definitely request him again any time I need plumbing services.

The tech who came out was Ty or maybe Todd not sure of the name but he was super friendly and patient! He took the time to explain how a compressor works and assured he would find the issue making the noise. He was able to fix the noise and he managed to extend the warranty!

Called them about replacing my A/C, they quoted me and began looking for the replacement, but never called me back. Then when I called back they said they couldn't find one. Couldn't be bothered to let me know. Asked them for potential alternate solutions. Was told again they would call me back. Guess whether or not THAT happened. Horribly unresponsive company. Not recommended.

We called Max Air to come out and fix the AC at our office. They told me our chiller pipes were rusted out and they were unable to repair the system without replacing everything. I had a second person come out who was able to fix the issue in 5 min, said the valve was simply stuck.Max Air did come out quickly and was very professional in their work. My only complaint is the tech was unable to diagnose it properly.

Missed two appointments, said their equipment might not be working correctly and came unprepared.

It started with our call and how pleasant the woman was answering the call...she acted like we mattered...a delight! I'm sure she gets tons of calls, but you couldn't tell, her attention was on our need...no ac and over 100!! And then Edger!! Let us know when he was on his way and so polite and pleasant...helpful and straightforward (we knew bad news was coming, the unit was 23yrs old). He acted like he liked his job and was happy to help us...another delight!

WASNT IMPRESSED AT FIRST....Initial person from contact told me he would be back to do some of the work on a certain day. A crew showed up on a day they weren't expected and we were out of town. They came back on the day they were expected and a piece of equipment broke so they werent able to finsh the whole job. Was told they would be back on certain day and they did call me to tell me they would be late because of a crew shortage.I was not here the first time so I met Miguel yesterday when they came to finish the job. I asked about something that was not done the first time around and Miguel immediately got on the phone with the office and got that taken care of...they finished it as I expected. Both guys in that crew were super helpful and apologetic.The whole process was finished, but the disorganization up front was pretty bad. Im pleased with the overall job so I gave them 4 stars. I cant give them 5 because of the lack of communication within the company. To be honest, if the crew yesterday wasn't so willing to work with and for me I would have given 2 stars.

Raul was quick to respond to our outside leaking pipe. Our AC drain had backed up. He was very thorough and did a great job! Very courteous and professional. He analyzed our AC units and answered all of my questions. Max Air has a very comprehensive plan for all things AC, including a membership to come out every 6 months to maintain our AC, furnace and plumbing needs at only $14.95 per month/unit. Financing options are available too. This company understands the need for professional technicians, easy to understand assessments, financial options and an inexpensive way to help maintain units to create less issues and consistent care. I would highly recommend Max Air and Plumbing!

I honestly can not say enough great things about Max Mechanical ! Everyone from the office staff, the tech, to the owner, truly some of the kindest people I have ever met. Not to mention they are always quick to respond ( I have used them about 3-4 times over the last 10yrs and I have referred numerous friends to them), they always resolve my issues very quickly, and always have beat other companies prices. The last time I used their services, 1 month ago, the tech came and had to basically fix some DIY repairs we had tried and failed at miserably. He came the same day I called, he got to the house and went straight to work, repaired the problem, cleaned the outside unit up, and was gone in less than 2hrs. January 2023. These guys are absolutely awesome. I HAD deteriorating plumbing that forced gutting the master bath and also repair an additional 16 feet of line down to the main 😟 which I was tip-toeing around and dreading for the past few years. Josh & his team came in and did an AMAZING job. I made it clear I planed on replacing my system when I called but wanted to get it charged until i made a decision. instead of just being honest. I was told it was illegal to charge my r-22 system. I formally worked as an electrician at an HVAC company and made a few calls. and while it’s expensive it can still be done. it’s charged and cooling well while I shop other companies for a fair quote. there car salesman tactics will be passed along!

They took over a local plumbing company (Charlie’s Plumbing in Arlington). They came out to replace a toilet tank valve. He tried to charge me $90 for diagnosing (I told him problem), and wanted $370.00 to replace valve!!! Told them I wasn’t paying a dime. They did not tell me about diagnostic fee. Finally got them out of my house!!! Do not use!!!!

The tech they sent out was a very nice professional person who quoted me $16k to replace my AC unit since it could not be repaired due to age. Another company came out and fixed the unit for about $1,000.

AC quit working last night with 100+ temps expected for the week. Called Max Mechanical and they sent Ty out within an hour and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Since we did not have AC Ty moved some other service calls around, got the parts, and had our AC working by the evening. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I will use them again.

This business is highway robbery and even one star is too much. The plumber came and wanted to sell me for $470 an outdoor faucet I can buy at Home Depot for $15 (he claimed high quality) I sent him back but had to pay the $89 service fee. Stay away from them!!!

Thomas (Tommy) from Max Air & Plumbing provided superior service! I initially called for an estimate back in late Nov for installing a faucet and updating the p-traps for newly installed vanity. Tommy came out for the estimate but also informed me about replacing my shut off valves. All the information was helpful and he gave me a few options to choose from for my estimate. He offered the option to include Max Air's service plan and the benefits. He wasn't pushy about it, just knowledgeable and allowed me to make my decision.Out of all the estimates, they were just a tad bit higher than a few but not the most expensive. Regardless, it was Tommy's customer service and helpfulness that led me to go with Max Air. I requested to work with Tommy again, and he was able to come for an appointment shortly after. He installed the faucet and other items and everything is running and looking great so far! I plan to use Max Air & Plumbing again in the future and I would highly recommend them to others. My husband hired them to clean out the AC and in the course of cleaning it out serious person broke a valve and we were left without any hot air the next day. My A/C system went down late Sunday evening. A service man showed up 30 minutes later, he confirmed what I had already suspected. I needed a new indoor/outdoor units. The next day I received a call around 8:00 A.M. my equipment was on its way. I’d worked 20 years in the H.V.A.C. field and know from experience a lot of people may be waiting for new equipment for several days. I’m extremely happy I use MaxAir for all of my plumbing and H.V.A.C. Issues.

I had a clogged drain that started leaking into the dining room. I called max and their tech named Eric showed up 20 minutes later. Eric was friendly, explained the problem, recommended a permanent solution and installed the chlorine strip for a reasonable and fair price. I will use them for ALL of my needs!

My experience with Max Air and plumbing so far has been great. For the last couple summers my home has felt like a furnace. I sat down to speak with Mr. Kelly and he helped me select a system that would fit my needs and budget. What I appreciated most from my experience with this company is their complete honesty. Bob sat with us for about 3hrs and thoroughly explained our options and worked within our budget. Bob never tried to “sell” us, he simply educated us on what our hvac issue is and here is what we can do to fix it.For our initial walk through, Bob and his team were at our house for over 2hrs (one of the techs was in our attic space inspecting the unit and I swear it was over 100 degrees up there). What I also appreciated was that they showed us video of what they found and didn’t just tell us what was wrong. The team really wanted us to see with our own eyes what was wrong.We had 2 hvac companies come out to our house and told us everything was “fine” because our unit pushed out cold air. My AC went out in August 2019. I called several contractors to get estimates and information on replacing my 15-year old unit. Max Mechanical was the last one I scheduled to come out. Overall, they were very responsive.Bob, the sale rep, was very professional, informative, and low pressure. Additionally, I didn't feel as though he talked down to me because I was a woman. He was able to get someone out for an install the next business day.Javier and his helper arrived at my home and got right to work. They were efficient and easy to communicate with. I had cool air well before the sun went down on the same day. Javier did have to get filter parts for my unit and come back a second day. When he returned, as promised and on time, I got the same good, professional service. The only reason for the 4 (rather than 5) star rating is there was some minor damage and dirt to my floor and walls that I'm going to have to touch-up, but nothing catastrophic.I appreciate that I received the same level of service from Max Mechanical from the initial phone call to completion of the job. I would recommend them to a friend or colleague in a heartbeat!

Joe was our technician & he did an excellent job. Our 1 1/2 yr old unit had never worked properly. The installer had come out 6 times to correct the problem but still it was not repaired. After I described the problems we were having, Joe quickly diagnosed the situation, repaired, and now, finally, everything is working properly! Joe was very polite & professional and showed me the defective part while explaining the problem. He tested everything to make sure it was working to our satisfaction before leaving. Professional, courteous, efficient service from Cody this morning.

Everything came off as a sales pitch to replace both units. When all I needed was a blower motor and a capacitor.Started by putting down the fact that the unit is a York. Then the age b/c it is 10 years old. Then the fact that we could just keep replacing parts and in the long run cheaper to replace the unit. Then he want on yo point out the second unit is 20 years old and the Freon is running end of life.. it all just seemed like a big scare tactics to spend thousands of dollars which is not what is needed. When I did get a quote to replace the two parts which are needed the price was very high. The labor to replace the motor was 4x cost of the part. The labor to replace the capacitor was more than 10x. Total parts to buy online is less than $300. Technician’s total bill was $1,677.80. There was a small savings if I would agree to sign up for an annual maintenance agreement and fee. No thanks.I paid the $89 diagnosis fee and decided to do it myself.Not sure what has changed with the business model. In the past technicians did not try to take advantage of the customer with such hard sales tactics, scare tactics and huge prices.

Just had a service visit from Max Mechanical to inspect our heating systems. We use natural gas heating and have two furnaces that split the work between upstairs and downstairs.The service technician for this visit is named Joe and I was very impressed with his appearance and professionalism. He did a thorough inspection of both furnaces, one at a time, physically inspecting the system and then turning the heat on/up to inspect function.Since we are on a maintenance contract, there was no cost. Joe took plenty of pictures and patiently explained to me what I was seeing, what caused it and what I needed to do about it. For the most part, I need to do nothing, but there were a few items that we need to follow up on.We've been using Max Mechanical for many years and we remain very happy with their responsiveness, their work, and their people. Highly recommend them.

On Saturday, the bottom of our water heater fell out and began flooding our house. Max Air was the 1st company we called and while I was on the phone w/ the 3rd company we called, Josh Dudley showed up in a Charlie's Plumbing truck, said he saw the call & was close, so came right on over. He got the sitation under control, discussed the pricing and gave us options available as to the cost and got our WH up to code. We chose to let him bring the new water heater to install rather than enduring the hassle to go out buy and try to get one ourselves for him to install. He came back Monday with Darius and got us all fixed up. Josh and Darius are very nice, professsional & the best! They're our plumbers from now on. I tried their plumbing service that is included in my membership for the very first time. Tommy is the assigned plumber. He went through all pipes and explained in detail which part works well and which doesn't. He is able to answer my questions and teaches me a few things. He then replaced and repaired what needed to be done on the same day and did not make any mess :). A great service, with a knowledgeable and experienced employee!

Not very good they installed 2 units broke my attic ladder and never returned to repair it. Caused leak in attic never returned to fix that either. Never received any paperwork showing any warranty on the products they installed.

Receptionist and tech were very polite but let's be honest, this business is just another of the hvac racket. Tech changed a transformer and billed $235 for the part. I found the same part online for $82 (probably cost half that from the Trane supply store on New York Ave) Was then told it may need a new inducer motor and that would run between $600-$800...haha the sad thing is people pay this much everyday because they don't know any better and it's more difficult to get parts if you're not licensed. I did decline further attempts at a repair. Nearly five hundred dollars later the furnace still doesn't work and no definite solution to the problem, but who can afford exploratory service at that markup! Again, it's not just this company, it's the whole industry. I have no problem with the service call fee, or the hourly fee, but let's replace parts at least near what they cost...to me that would be the Christian thing to do for a Christian based company. To those of you who are happy with your service I'm happy for you, but if you knew how badly you were swindled by these companies you would be pissed as well...but hey, maybe I can wrap this invoice up and give it to my kids for Christmas!

The first day the technician called me and I gave him specific instructions to go to the mall access to our unit and the mall staff states he never visited them. Completed the service on my gas line by replacing the hose with an upgraded better designed one…and fully checked that everything was good! I am very impressed and it was completely worth the $ to know that everything is connected securely! Will definitely use them again as well as recommending their services to my entire neighborhood.

So, we have a rental property that recently had some A/C issues. Emailed the and got a response right off the bat. They have a New Customer appreciation deal for $45 to come out to your property to inspect it. I gave them the go ahead and they promptly scheduled an appointment for a convenient time for me. On the day of the appointment I get a phone call from Sam. He's out at the property and doesn't see anything wrong with the system. You heard that right. They didn't try to fleece me by telling me the freon was low or the compressor needs fixing or whatever. The problem was that while mowing the lawn, the tenant piled grass clippings on the outside unit. This was preventing efficient air circulation.Sam cleaned up the mess, checked the air conditioning and viola cold air! He called me after that and got my credit card number and such and said they'll bill me. When I got the check however, instead of $45, they charged me $90. One email and the matter was fixed within hours! There was a mis-communication between the head office and field office.It was such a pleasure to do business with Max Mechanical. I can't recommend them enough.

We had a slab leak in the middle of a bedroom. My experience with this company was excellent! I am VERY impressed!! The lady that answered the phone was kind and understanding of our situation and got us scheduled the next morning. The plumbers, Bryen and Chris were absolutely wonderful! They were knowledgeable, professional and quickly found our leak and fixed it, even with me asking questions the whole time. We have a few more non-emergent plumbing needs, and I will definitely call them this week to schedule!!!

I just went with this company after using one that came with a maintenace program from another company (when I purchased this house last year) that did okay except they never could figure out why my AC was intermittently blowing warm air. Noel with Max Air was out today and did a thorough inspection and found that the compacitor had melting wiring and was badly decayed and he replaced it along with some magic juice and other things. It will get me through until I need this unit replaced. I am so impressed with this company, and especially Noel. He was very good the way he explained everything to me so I could understand it, and showed me pictures of what he was talking about as the unit is in the attic (also the other company left a knob off to create a leak!) and he took care of that. All of these little things go a long way with me, and I am really blown away at Noel's expertise of AC systems, how to troubleshoot, and get down to brass tacks to find a solution. I have now found a reputable company I can completely trust, and I'm absolutely thrilled I have found Noel and Max Air!

Our compressor quit (on a very hot evening, of course) so I called the number of the folks who installed it. They're out of business now, but Max Mechanical took over the number and took care of me. I got on their list that evening, and the first thing the next morning, Eric Hilton came out and got us going. I'm an engineer who likes to learn stuff, so I nearly always observe repair people doing their work, but I think Eric was the first person who invited me to do so instead of me just tagging along. I used Max Plumbing for an exterior faucet replacement and diagnostic on kitchen faucet. Tommy provides the service. He was professional and explained the process up front. After the diagnostic he offered several options and gave me information to choose the best path forward. Exterior faucet looks great and screws on now instead of being welded on. I plan to shop for a new kitchen faucet and call Max Plumbing to install it. Good job!

Called them to do some some and they were suppose to come out on a Friday. They didn't have the equipment they needed and said they would return on Monday. Around 4:00pm I call then and ask them where they are and if they are coming. They have to get back, never do, to me and I call them back only to be told they are not coming today but can make it a couple of days later and it will be an additional $200 from the price I was quoted. Terrible customer service.

The new system (HVAC) installed has exceeded all of my expectations. Electricity cost for cooling dropped 30%. Heating (gas) cost has not increased much despite rate hikes. Although the initial investment is not inexpensive the efficiency and reliability of the new unit more than makes up for it.

Max mechanical earned our business (replaced our 3 ton unit). I called them out just for a quote not thinking they would earn the job away from another company that I was pleased with, but Mark did by being professional and pointing out issues the other company missed, as well as proposing smart solutions. Incidentally. Max was not cheaper, but I was sold by their innovative approach and professionalism.The install was done by Jeremy and his crew and did a great job. Unfortunately, I found an issue with how one of the ducts was run (my issue, I needed to have a path in the attic and did not communicate with them well before hand). I called Mark and let him know and he did not hesitate to get Jeremy and his crew back out to re-route it, no additional charge. Thanks guys, you are our AC guys for life.

In February 2023, our heat went out and we were afraid to use the air because we didn't know for sure if it was affected as well. We finally had to call Max Air because it started getting hot and we knew we were going to need air because of summer coming. When I called for an appointment, Robert Ray was the one that came and assisted us. He was so professional and he smiled alot. He seem to care about what we were dealing with as if he was apart of the family. He was quick and efficient and found the problem so fast. We ended up having to purchase a whole new HVAC system. He was honest about the pricing and he did not try to sell us the high end stuff. He wasn't acting like a car salesman lol! I and my husband appreciated the fact that he was a great and impeccable salesman and Technician that it was easy for us to go ahead and purchase what we needed. I or my husband didn't want to have to buy a whole new system but with Mr. Ray and your pricing it made it possible for us to go ahead and purchase it. Used them for years

First they will not give you an upfront estimates, so that they can charge you the $90 fee for. Then when technician comes and advised the fee will be $475 to unclog the main line. Very deceptive. They will give you a line that they dont give estimates. Every services has an estimate and now the general ideal how much it will cost. So my recommendation don't even waste your time them.

You purchased some good reputable companies like Charlie’s Plumbing and Rocket Rooter and destroyed any chance of me ever using Max Air again! $730 to pull a toilet and snake the line? This was the second time that we had hired Max Mechanical. We were having a problem with our bedroom being overheated and always being hotter than every other room in the house. They came and constructed A vent from the attic into the bedroom to alleviate this problem. But it didn’t work. The bedroom was still hot. We called and told the manager that we were not happy. They came to see us again immediately. They looked over the situation and decided that because of the way our house was constructed, the vent could not helpful and it would not alleviate our problem. They gave us a full refund! Heather, at the office, with instrumental in this Whole endeavor. They were responsible, responsive, professional, and they lived up to their motto which is that they guarantee the satisfaction of the client! Yeah called J&S air and found out it went out of business. But max mechanical bought the number so I set a appointment 3-5pm In about a hour Ty Howell called said he just finished a job in Dallas and was heading my way. In less then 20 min he was at my door. Nice guy came in check my AC found That my AC thermostat was popping the fuse to the system, he showed me and explained the problem and a new unit in his truck explained in detail how the work it how much it was fair price for a smart thermostat i check online wish was cheaper but a good product. He Installed it works perfectly AC is nice and cold he double checked a couple more things said everything was alright explain a couple details they do and if any problems and the warranty very courteous very polite . Our A/C went out in one part of our home (we have several heating and cooling systems.) This wasn't the first time, and it seemed like it would be appropriate to get a quote for a replacement. We had several comfort specialists out from various companies, and I learned more than I ever could have imagined about how these systems heat and cool your home!I really liked Tim Jones from Max Mechanical. No pressure, no hard sell, just a sincere willingness to work with us to find the correct system for our home. We initially tried to repair the problem, and they sent Richard out to diagnose. A repair was cost-prohibitive, but Richard was excellent. He took the time to look at our other system too, and confirmed what we already knew--old and tired. So we decided to replace the two systems simultaneously and just get it over with. We figure it is an investment in our future long-term comfort level.It was a long hot day in our house when they installed, but by the end of the day we were cooling again. The team, Alex, Javier, Jean and Jairo, hardly stopped working all day. They were courteous and professional and efficient! They said it could have been a two-day job, and I believe it.After we discovered one very minor problem later that night and called Max Mechanical, Jessica answered and scheduled us first thing in the morning. Our tech Alex came out first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem very quickly and solved it. I would love to give this company a 5 star rating, however each time they have been out to the house we are told something different from one tech to the next tech. They eventually get the problem corrected, sorta. We have had the until for a little over a year, and it's still not 100% correct, but they are almost there.

I was worried that I might have a leak because of the random sheets of ice accumulating around my yard over the grass, especially over areas where I have sprinkler heads. No thaw had ever looked quite like this. Daniel thoroughly checked everything and checked my meter, and assured me that there was nothing wrong. Although I then felt silly for worrying, Daniel was very kind to me. I’m glad nothing was wrong, but honesty and integrity are well worth the price. Someone else might have taken the opportunity to gouge me for not being a plumbing expert! It’s nice to know I have a plumber I can trust!

Shaun was great. Several in our neighborhood have a faulty stovetop gas regulator. He helped us determine course of action and recommend an appliance repair company to resolve issue. He was transparent and honest.

We discussed one of the issues they pointed out and I am considering the other (purchasing new equipment). Great experience, so I will also sign up for their yearly service, again.

I had a full A/C system installed and on the installation, two installers had issues. I feel they wasted time on the issues and the system quit, before morning. When I called the next morning, they scheduled what they said was their best tech. When Jonathan Gallippo arrived, he got right to work to fix problems and explained what he was doing. I have very high respect for him and his work. Job well done.

They came out and was supposed to be just check out my unit. After they left the unit stop working. The tech was supposed to send me an invoice with I had to keep calling them and Everytime I call I get the after hours place no matter how early in the day I call. I will not be using them again.

Tried to charge me over $2000 with inaccurate service needs/quote : gas valve, new burner and control board. The problem was that Atomos had a gas pressure drop due to a recent cold snap. Many people were affected by this. My furnace is working fine. I knew he was being dishonest. I'm only posting this because he did it with a straightface. Service wt a smile is usually the most expensive. There should be a law against gouging people during a weather event.

Tech came out to check problem with our AC on the same day I called and we were advised we needed a new inside unit. They came out the next day and installed the new AC unit inside our home. The tech installed the new unit in a timely manner. I had a problem with what I was quoted and what I was actually charged and Robert called me and made the adjustment to match what I was quoted along with an additional discount. I really appreciate that he took care of the problem and took care of a new customer. Will definitely use them again!!

Absolutely horrible. I was at work and my wife told me the toilet and showers were backing up. I called this place. Even the least experienced plumbers would know to snake the clean out for an issue like this. The guy never found the clean out and instead of continuing to look until it was found tried to charge my wife $800 to pull the toilet and clear the vlog that way. No thanks,ill do it when i get home. I should at least get my service fee back since there was no service provided

Andy was very knowledgeable in helping us solve an air circulation problem we were having. Alex , Jean & Javier installed our new AC and damper system efficiently and they were very attentive in addressing the few minor troubleshooting problems that came up during the installation. Ryan is always a pleasure to speak with when we are having AC emergences and addresses them promptly. We will definitely continue to call on Max Mechanical for all our A/C needs.

I was very happy start to finish. Pleasantly surprised to be scheduled the next day after my initial call about a leak under my kitchen sink. Josh called and arrived promptly the next morning. He determined the faucet was the source of the leak and needed to be replaced. My garbage disposer was over 7 years old and he pointed out the fitting at the top was corroded. He suggested replacing it while he was there and I agreed. I picked out and purchased a new faucet while he picked up a new disposer at the supply company. He did a quick, thorough and efficient job of installation of the new faucet and disposer. He cleaned up his work area thoroughly and removed the old equipment and trash.

Technicians were very nice, but either inept or unethical. After 30 min of studying an inop system, they determined the compressor needed replacement, at an estimated cost exceeding $15,000. My second opinion replaced the capacitor for less than $300. I understand many HVAC technicians are paid on commission and have sales quotas. You get what they need and not what you need.
