I’ve had these guys at my house a few times for somerepairs and am always happy , recently they had to tunnel under my house to fix my shower drain, I was surprised how fast they got it done and it was a great price. Not calling anyone else.

The master plumber that came to my residence was very efficient. Excellent communicator on the project. Had to remove mortar and brick to replace leaking outdoor water spigot. Did a really neat job. Brick fit right back in and just need to put some mortar back in. Thank you for your help!!

James and Jacob performed exceptual work despite very difficult conditions. Winter Storm Elliott arrived the same day work began. In three days they replumbed the entire house, brought all plumbing features up to current building codes fully insulated every line and left me extremely pleased that Dial One Johnson Plumbing was the firm chosen for this project. Metro Rooter came to help me with a really tough clog that I couldnt clear myself. The plumber came out on time when they said they would, had a really hard time. They had to come back with some heavier equipment but they got the job done and charged me exactly what they said. Would recommend them to amyone

Shawn was so nice, and I will definitely be hiring this company again in the future. I had another plumber come look and tried to demolition our shower in order to correct a leaky faucet and not working shower due to the faucet. He was quick, reasonably priced, understanding, and professional.

Do not bother doing business with these folks, they have No quality of work and over charge you on top of it, please pick a better plumbing service.

Called MES because of good reviews and because our in laws have used them for over a decade and recommended them. Our system was running for hours nonstop and not cooling, staying at 78/79 on 100*+ days. The tech came out and said it was the copper pipe and that the outside unit didn’t have a drier so that meant the Freon was contaminated and we needed to flush that out and put new one in. It came out to be $1,800 but we went ahead because we really needed our house cooling again ASAP. Long story short, it didn’t work at all and we called the tech back out 2-3 more times. Side note: my father in law went out and saw for himself that there actually was a drier in the unit which alone was about $200 when the tech said there was not. Not sure if that was intentional or not, but watch for that kind of stuff. The biggest thing, though, was that the Tech was very defensive and would not budge on his “copper pipe” diagnosis even though we kept telling him the house was still hot. It was honestly a thoroughly terrible experience dealing with him and not being believed, being talked over, etc. day after day that we ended up calling a 2nd company which ended up figuring it out. I then began calling the office asking to speak to the manager to get a refund and when that didn’t start off great either, i was almost sure they were going to try to take the money and run. Although my interactions with the manager didn’t start off great, they ended up issuing a partial refund for the misdiagnosis after the manager came out and reviewed the house and saw everything for himself. We closed off the interaction on a positive note with an apology, handshake. So although I am happy the company made an effort to rectify a wrong, it still was not a positive experience.

Our old water heater rusted through. My husband called Tankless Gas Water Heaters immediately and they were at our house with a new water heater in the same day. They are very professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. I would recommend them above anyone else in the Arlington area.

Replaced 2 50 gallon water tanks with much smaller and efficient tankless recirculating Rinnai system. VERY RESPONSIVE, smartest team ever seen and great service by Wesley and Cory, and the owner Patrick who personally stopped by to check in on us. The crew was on time, thorough, explained what we needed to know, and cleaned up afterwards. Now our ‘go to’ company for ALL things Water and Plumbing!

Ernies plumbing came out to work on our hot water heater even though they were super busy doing to the recent weather ! I cannot say enough about Carl . He is an amazing young man who got things repaired , replaced and cleaned up In no time at all !!!! I recommend to anyone their service. This is the second time we got Carl as our tech . But have use d Ernies for years. And will continue to do so
