We had to have our main sewer line cleaned. Tommy came and was able to fix it quickly. The cost was up there but having working plumbing is worth it.

My house underwent a foundation lift and Blacktie did the plumbing work. Two years later I had an issue with my sewer line. I reached out to Blacktie and asked to speak with a manager. The manager listened to my issue and even though the warranty period had expired, he offered to help me resolve the problem. During the entire time he was always responsive in answering my questions. He got everything lined up to expedite repairs. It took a couple trips to make the final repairs and perform a leak test. Not only did they fix the problem but also analyzed the underlying cause and fixed that too. The techs were always courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained what they did. Whenever I called the main office, the scheduling and information teams were always very helpful and friendly. They returned calls promptly and made sure I was taken care of. In the end I felt that the price they charged was more than fair and I am a happy and relieved customer. Thank you Blacktie. Travis and Steven did a great job of taking care of my plumbing issue. I called in the very late afternoon, but Travis still managed to make sure I received service that day. He was polite, considerate, and very helpful. Travis's colleague Steven was the plumber that arrived to resolve the issue, and he was equally considerate, honest, and straightforward. I'll definitely work with Drain One again!

I can’t rate this company highly enough. The office staff is friendly, extremely efficient, and helpful. The plumber was here in less than an hour after they opened the office in the morning. The job was done in 20 minutes, of course it was a tad pricey considering we could have done it ourselves, but it would have taken us longer to go buy the parts and replace it. In this case, convenience and time saving were key. We will be contacting them in the near future for some other plumbing issues that need to be resolved.

Not only were they responsive, but leak detection was methodical and completed without any excess damage. Our problem turned out to be a mixture of water heater issues as well as drain plumbing issues.. both were repaired efficiently and at a very fair price. Absolutely would do business again

Accurate Leak was very easy to work with and everything with my situation went as expected. They were friendly and diligent in performing the worked I needed. Hopefully I'm done with plumbing problems for a while but the next time i have an issue I'm calling Accurate.

Charged me; $300 didn't fix anything. Ended up needed a new water heater. I could have just saved the $300 and applied it to that. They just charged me the service trip. Lied and said they fixed it but didn't.

The gentleman came in nice friendly. He showed me the part that needed replacing and got it fixed fairly quickly. Then something went wrong and it stopped working after I paid and he left. I called the company back and soon enough the technician came in and found he'd goofed and fixed the issue no charge. Out of three companies I had bid on just diagnostic they were by far the cheapest. They will be my first call if anything happens in the future.

I had a clog in both of my bathrooms toilet and tub I called this company and Devante was my technician he was very polite and respected my home by covering his feet he diagnosed my problem quickly and knew what to do. Not only was he Swift with the job he was very informative and set me up with a membership I am very happy to be a customer with this company.

Replaced 2 50 gallon water tanks with much smaller and efficient tankless recirculating Rinnai system. VERY RESPONSIVE, smartest team ever seen and great service by Wesley and Cory, and the owner Patrick who personally stopped by to check in on us. The crew was on time, thorough, explained what we needed to know, and cleaned up afterwards. Now our ‘go to’ company for ALL things Water and Plumbing!

Ben was great I called early in the morning asked if they could come out the same day and they did. He was responsive, gave me a time of 12-2 and around 1 he let me know they were still working in a job but would be right over once completed. Gave me a new eta and texted me letting me know when they were on their way. They cleared the drain quickly, were friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend, will be using again!

Horizon Plumbing Service came out to replaced 3 toliet pumps - eliminating the noise of leakage and improving the flow when flushing. Joel was very friendly and professional. I hired MD Dutton to provide me with a quote for a tankless water heater, they came highly recommended, they were very honest about what I needed and didn't need in my home. I highly recommend them and value them as a trust advisor.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
