While waiting for the inspector and through to out the process of replacing our clay pipes, they continued to check in and make sure things were good. They are awesome about texting with any updates. I called Larry Stinson after a very poor experience with a different plumbing company and this one couldn't have been more opposite. Throughout the process, Larry Stinson's team has been professional, communicative, and wonderful to work with. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, they called multiple times to alert me when the technician would be here with a tracking link, and sent over a profile of my technician (Scott) so I knew who I'd be working with. Both guys who showed up were friendly and helpful too. They also informed me of the charges before they started which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend calling this company over the others in the area!

We had plumbing set up to convert our fireplace to be able to use gas logs. Our plumber Clannad did an excellent job! KMP Plumbing has excellent customer and are very courteous and nice to work wit. I would definitely recommend them.

I am deeply disappointed with Ben Franklin Plumbing for wasting a few hours of my time this week. Their initial plumber came to my house on April 1st, diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed parts. It was agreed I would be contacted when the parts arrived to set up a time to have them installed. This past Monday I received a text and set up an appointment for what I thought was to have the parts installed. When plumber #2 arrived, he was unaware plumber #1 had been out to our house. Once I informed him, he checked with someone and advised me the ordered parts would be in-by Friday April 8th. On Thursday April 7, I received a text and an an email asking me to confirm an appointment they scheduled for Friday the 8th between 3:30pm-6:30pm. I confirmed that appointment and waited at home during the 3 hour window. No one showed up so I called their office at 6:35pm to see what happened. The young lady at their office was apologetic but stated it looks like the ordered parts had not arrived yet. She had no explanation why an appointment had been scheduled. Fortunately I am far more patient now than I was in my younger years so I politely informed her that I would find another company and have no intention to use or recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone.

Great service! John and Mary are a husband and wife team. They came and replaced a bad wall valve and toilet valve with all new parts. They didn't waste time and made sure the job was done right.

Metro technician came out and did a quick test and try to sell me a whole new ac system for 14k. Called my insurance, they sent out their technician, he said my compressor was out. Paid only $345 for the 10lb of freon and a new compressor. Saved 14k. Horrible tech! (Waymon)
