Metro Rooter came to help me with a really tough clog that I couldnt clear myself. The plumber came out on time when they said they would, had a really hard time. They had to come back with some heavier equipment but they got the job done and charged me exactly what they said. Would recommend them to amyone

Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. I had questions and Tankless Gas Water Heaters always called me back in a timely manner and explained everything to me.

Lacked professionalism and was not upfront with costs. Charged me $80 to confirm a kitchen faucet leak (for insurance purposes) that I had already identified and charged another $140 to cut into the dry wall to determine shower leak was not due to plumbing (which I’m ok with this part, but person was not upfront with the cost). Plumber also argued with someone on the phone and with his partner in front of me. Also would glare at me when I asked questions.

Chris employee #613 was great, very friendly, professional and he explained everything to us on what needed to be done. Next time I need your help I will be requesting Chris.
