They were very friendly and quick to address my issue.

We've been requesting quotes for a recirculating pump. Not only were the representatives of Black Tie less professional looking than all the others, they quoted us 5 times as much for the same work. Needless to say we won't be using them.

Michael and Logan were great today! Both came out to check everything with my plumbing and hvac. They are very knowledgeable and offered suggestions as to what we need fixed and what is working. We have used KMP for several years and will
continue to in the future!

This plumbing service is great! I will say that they arrived an hour late but it was okay since plumbers can't guarantee times for each client. They fixed the slab leak and helped with the pipes. Also they are open on Sundays so that's also a plus. Would really recommend and they are nice people.

We have used Ben's services more than once and both times he has been on time very curteous, knows exactly the problem, extremely clean and cleans up after repairs, very respectful, latest equipment, and great competitive prices. After using another big company for years who over charged for sloppy work I'm glad I found Made's plumbing and will definitely use their services again.

Very honest and great service. I called late on a Saturday and they sent someone right away. I thought the problem was going to cost a few hundred dollars but the honest HVAC tech informed me it was a very simple problem to fix and I was only charged for the service call. I would highly recommend this company.

Doug was great! I had a leaking pipe issue and they squeezed me into the schedule the very next day even though Doug was about to go on vacation. They showed up and immediately got to work, took them less than an hour and they did excellent work fixing the pipe and even re-wrapped it with insulation for me! The price was fantastic at only $180… most plumbers don’t charge less than $300 for anything. I feel like I was getting great service and not getting screwed over on the price. I will definitely be referring Doug to anyone needing a plumber and will call them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Awesome people and service! Purchased a new water heater from a store that contracts with installers; water heater not installed properly, open wire not capped, still no hot water and could have burned our house down. After contacting Michaelangelo the next day, Mike drove from a job in Fort Worth to SE Dallas in rush hour traffic and didn’t leave our house until 9:30p, making sure we had hot water before he left. He was very knowledgeable in what needed to be fixed and came back a few days later to finish doing everything correctly.

Javier with RCA provided amazing service to repair a few sprinkler heads that continued to be an issue and he resolved a big issue with an underground pipe. He had to analyze the issue and worked with my Warranty company to resolve everything. Prior to Javier coming out the Warranty company sent two other Plumbing Companies that were worthless. He will be my plumber for anything moving forward.

Bobby was great. Super professional and very quick to diagnose and repair our sink drainage issues. Would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
