Dustin was phenomenal! We had a leak issue and needed a plumber quickly. He came out same day, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, kept us informed about the problem with our pipes and what he was doing to fix it, and made sure the leak stopped. He was kind and considerate of our high-risk home. Later we called again for a leak in a different area of the home and Dustin arrived to check it out. He located the issue and though it wasn’t a plumbing leak, he was able to tell us the source and potential next steps. We will definitely be calling Bow Tie again for our plumbing needs!

They were great. We had to have a hot water issue and leak fixed. They got it done quickly and explained the process and how to get more life out of the hot water heater and other appliances. He even took time to show me how to turn off my water if I ever had an emergency.

When our hot water heater went out Bow Tie Plumbing was able to get us in the same day and even able to fit us in even earlier than expected. Bobby was polite, straight-talking, quick and efficient. He gave me maintenance instructions and how to care for it.

Bryson from Bow Tie plumbing came to our house to discuss installing a new water heater. He is a very knowledgeable man and he is willing to share that knowledge so it makes it easier for us to understand what and why about the work he is doing. He gave is a clear quote up front and installed the new water heater as agreed. Very professional install and he cleans up after himself. Would definitely call them them again if needed.

Moved into a new house that needed quite a bit of fixes— had been having trouble getting reliable plumbing help until I contacted Bow Tie. Very happy with the results.

Bryson replaced a bathtub spout pipe with only accessible through the shower wall tile. The job was performed neatly and only one 6x6 tile will needs to be replaced.

We saw Bow Tie Plumbing reviewed on nextdoor and decided to give him a call. Travis came and immediately saw where the leak was at the disposal and gave us three options. He also noticed our kitchen faucet would be the next thing to give us problems, and again gave us three options. We chose each option and I asked if he could install a faucet I had purchased earlier for our half bath. He gave me the price and we gave him the green light. He came back the next day and completed everything quickly and cleaned up before he left. I would definitely refer Travis to friends and family and we will use him in the future.

Had an emergency plumbing issue downstairs, my washer and downstairs shower were both suddenly not draining, rendering them unusable. After being stood up by 2 different companies, these guys came out at 5pm and took care of my issue in about an hour. Bobby and Byron were thorough, professional, and took care of my issue incredibly fast. I'll only use them for anything plumbing related, they rock!

I am happy with the work. The total is expensive to me. The total charge was $900 including some connectors and the labor to connect the PVC pipes.

Called Bowtie after receiving several notifications of high water usage and noticing a soggy yard. They came out quickly, diagnosed the slab leak and came up with a plan of action. Bobby came up with a different solution that didn’t include tunneling under the slab. I was ecstatic to know a different solution may be possible! Bobby took the time to do all the necessary testing to ensure the other option would work, and it did! Bobby went above and beyond to take care of us, stayed late and completed the reroute to make sure we had water before he left! I love Bowtie Plumbing…. They’re my plumber of choice, every time!

My experience with Bow Tie Plumbing was great from beginning to end. Bobby showed up early, and even though i was not ready for him, he was patient with me and worked around my schedule. A gas leak had been detected by Atmos and I knew next to nothing about what i had to do to get my gas plumbing fixed. Bobby took the time to explain the possible scenarios and put my mind at ease. I really appreciated the professionalism and competence of Travis and his team. I found them via Angi. Travis called me in the morning, confirmed what was going on with my tankless system. He arrived to do the free estimate and had the equipment and parts on the truck to do the job. The original plumber who installed the unit did not put in the proper clean out valves. Travis built those out, flushed the scale and sediment from the system, and cleaned up, all within 4 hours. I highly recommend supporting this locally owned, very professional plumber.

This place is great! I spoke with Travis on the phone and he set up an appointment with me immediately. He even followed up with a courtesy call to let me know the pro was running a little behind but that they were still on their way.
Bryson was incredible! He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We had to have someone come out and look at our garbage disposal plus a separate leak in the garage. He was able to immediately diagnose the problems and explain the solutions in a way that helped me understand and put my mind at ease. He even provided a few tips on how to maintain and avoid issues with our 1972 original pipes. When yearly reviews roll around, give that young man a well deserved raise! He is an incredible front line representation of your company and you'll want to keep amazing talent and hard workers like Bryson within your company!

Just wanted to give a well deserved shout out to Bow Tie and Travis. They showed up on time, fixed both sink and the bath tub pluming issue. Travis even found a couple of poorly installed PVC pipes that wee unrelated to the job, and replaced them. Pretty clean job, organized and professional. Only if all the service providers I've dealt with were half as good in every way. Travis seems to be a really cool and friendly dude too! Great job, keep it up!

After waking up to an active water leak in my attic, I started calling local Mansfield plumbers around 6:00am.
Company #1: we will have someone call you when they get in the office…
Company #2: we can have someone out there tomorrow between 12pm and 3pm…

Today, I needed a water heater replaced quickly. I called around 7:30am and spoke with Travis who got me on the schedule for today and told me Bobby would be out to help between 10:00am and 12:00 noon. Bobby arrived right at 10:00am, quickly assessed the situation, proposed solution options, and patiently answered my many questions. Bobby had a new water heater installed and running before 2:00pm. He also gave excellent instructions about how to maintain it going forward. Thank you Bow Tie team for the tremendous service!

We are in the process of closing on a house and the initial inspection revealed plumbing issues throughout the house. Travis and Bobby at Bow Time Plumbing were able to come out next day (right before the Christmas holiday) and do a thorough inspection and provided us a detailed written report and estimate. Highly recommend Bow Tie Plumbing. They've done 2 jobs for me: 1) tankless water heater maintenance and 2) installing a pressure reduction valve. They were very responsive, courteous, professional, and answered all of my annoying plumbing questions that I kept asking. Prices were much more reasonable than bigger name brand plumbing companies, and they didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't really need.

Bow Tie Plumbing has been to my house for several different jobs. We will continue to use them. They have always done an excellent job, and have even cleaned up any mess that was made in the process. I wish all home service professionals did that. They don’t. But Bow Tie Plumbing does!

We got kitchen drain stoppage, found out by the team that it was because of the grease build-up. Bryson and his coworker came out as soon as possible and got it fixed at a reasonable cost. He doesn't hesitate to share what they did to resolve and tips on keeping it trouble free. This business is also one of the plumbing businesses without service trip charge add-on like a few plumbing places I contacted, just the charge for what they do.

Sewage line clog and broken pipe repair. Had an issue during the repair process, but after talking with Travis, they were quick to rectify the problem. In today’s world, it’s not too often you find a business that truly cares about its customers. The team at BowTie stands above the rest. Look forward to working with them again in the future. I live in Southside in one of the older houses, not one of the new replacements/remodels that keep popping up, for context.

I've dealt with plumbers and contractors over the years and initially picked Bow Tie because they responded to my inquiry quickly, did free estimates, had good reviews and had online booking.

Their good reviews are well deserved. Dustin not only showed up during the scheduled window (a first for me), but called when on his way. When he arrived, we explained the problem, he gave a quote right then and went to work. He was having some difficulties (old home) and called out Bryson to assist. They were so nice, tenacious, and efficient. We've had plumbers in the past that upcharged due to the age of the pipes or that either didn't want to work on the issue or would only work on the issue after they fixed the other issues they discovered during the quote phase that had to be fixed prior to making the repairs we had called about. There was no games, no attempts to wring as much money as possible out of the call, just efficient work from very non-creepy guys. Will def recommend to everyone!
