Best Commercial Plumbing Maintenance in Fresno CA

Really appreciated Aaron’s customer service yesterday during the AC maintenance. He explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. He actually found a water leak that had been missed by their team in previous years. Today he came by and repaired the leak. Again explained everything and answered all my questions.

Jeffrey came a little earlier then scheduled because he knew I had a medical condition he did a very good job he’s very kind and I would recommend him and your company to anyone who needs a plumber. Martin stop by and he was very kind as well. everything got fixed. He was very clean he picked up after himself and he was a pleasure to have come into my home and help me and I thank you for sending him and have the owner come by as well to check on everything

I use Controlled Climates Heating & Air Conditioning for routine maintenance every six months. Thus far, they have been a great company that is professional, prompt and just overall great service.

Eddie was a really nice guy but could not guarantee the work because of the way the pipes laid out so he advised us to get someone who would do what he could not because his rooter was too big for the inside of the house. Otherwise he was great and we did not feel that we had been duped.

Referral from a close friend; she maybe embarrassed now.... Definitely get a second opinion! This guy shows up with his son that’s fine; but don’t show up acting like you don’t have time to do the work or act like you have no idea what was discussed prior to you coming over and only spend a total of 10 mins... I asked when the work could be done and stated he couldn’t do it that day. Mind you; was intending on paying him upon completion of work that day... Said he’d go back to the office to draw up a quote... cmon you couldn’t have done it right there?! could have been way more efficient! The list goes on. Wouldn’t recommend.

That still doesn't address the fact that nothing got done.. I don't know anything about toilets and expected you to try other things; rather than just throwing your hands up in the air; saying oh you need a new toilet... I called and expected something out of the appointment. Maybe you should consider retiring.

On Friday my water heater was leaking so I called a well-known plumbing company here in Fresno. They told me I needed a new one. I said OK go ahead and install it. They said they couldn't do it until Tuesday. I'd be without hot water for 4 days. Saturday morning 7AM, I contacted my son-in-law, Bob, and told him the problem. He said I have just the plumbing company to help you. I will call my friend at Art Douglas Plumbing and I'm sure they can help you. He contacted them and called me back. He said someone from Douglas will call you at 9AM. Sure enough, at 9AM, I received a call from Michael to let me know that someone was on their way. Josh came and evaluated the situation and I had my water heater installed and working by 7PM same day. Josh, the technician, gave me superb service. He even came by this morning to install a steel metal plate to cover the damage that the water had caused at no extra charge. He didn't have to do this but he did. That is what I call good customer service. Guess what? Next time if I have a plumbing problem the first one I will call is Art Douglas Plumbing. Not only did I get good service but I saved $1200. as the other company was a lot more expansive.

Andy M & Alek C were just a delight to have at my home installing our new air conditioner. They were very professional and courteous. They let me know on the progress on a daily basis and when all was done they showed us step by step in how to use the thermostat which was really appreciated. I do highly recommend this company.
