I was very impressed with Controlled Climates. The service was wonderful. Acquiring an appointment time was short, and the problem was solved quickly. I was impressed that suggestions were made to alleviate future problems, but there was no pressure as to whether to do them. Foot coverings were worn in the house and an inspection of the heating unit was done even though the problem was with the cooling unit. I even received a new filter. I would and have recommended Controlled Climates to anyone that needs service.

The AC unit on our master bedroom started blowing cool air instead of cold air. we only ran it at night for the weekend until we could get it serviced. Ray showed up early and was personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He took pictures to show me what he was seeing with the unit and told me Controlled Climates keeps a service record with the photos so they will always know our unit and what they've done for its upkeep. I was referred to Controlled Climates by two friends and their recommendation was on point. I had a fantastic experience and am so glad to be connected with them for this job. I needed a full remodel of my vents/duct system and a brand new A/C unit. So, it was going to be a very expensive job. With that amount of money, I wanted to choose a place where I can have full confidence and trust in their quality, work , fair prices. and that I would be taken care of if there were any issues in the future. Controlled climates exceeded every expectation. Ray, Brandon and their team were very knowledgeable, informative and extremely nice. Listening to them discuss the system was like listening to the guys on big bang theory, except we're talking A/C. They made sure that every detail and every calculation was on point. They made sure I received all the information in full detail and it was up to us to make a decision. They were never pushy and I never felt pressured or obligated to do anything. My calls, texts and emails were also answered right away.

The team worked around the clock in hot environments and was always so pleasant regardless of the horrible temperature conditions. After the job was completed, they continued to check on us to make sure that we were comfortable and if there were any adjustments that needed to be made. Although we felt comfortable, they still changed little things here and there to get as close to perfect as they can. We LOVE our new system and it was worth the investment.

Called on Memorial Day for A/C servicing and they showed up that day. They gave me a 2 hour window for when they would show up. Raymond from Controlled showed up sooner rather than later in the window. I got a text shortly before he arrived. Did a great job servicing and answered my numerous questions about getting a new unit, ( mine in 40 years old, still running!) without doing the hard sell. When I eventually do get a new A/C I WILL be calling Controlled Climates.

Ray at Controlled Climates is an honest and knowledgeable technician. He came out and used his diagnostic tools to show us the health of our 17 year old AC unit. He gave us a recommendation based on facts and for that he has earned our future business.

The tech was on time and very professional. He taught me a couple things to look out for and did a very thorough job of cleaning my furnace.

Service technicians were on time and communicated well. They performed the services quickly and took the time to answer my questions. They even showed me photos of the unit and the readings they took on their diagnostic equipment. One of the technicians went the extra mile and cleaned my rain gutter after they used the garden hose to wash off the coils on the unit.

Excellent work. Our extremely old furnace was giving up and we decided on a new one. It works beautifully and Controlled Climates did a wonderful job on the installation. Now that summer has rolled around, our old air conditioner is on its last legs and Controlled Climates Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. has given some new life.

Controlled climates has repaired our AC twice over the past 10 years and also installed ductwork for an
addition. Every time they've been honest, courteous, competent and fairly priced. It doesn't get better than that.

Called them during a summer holiday and was expecting an answering machine, but instead I was able to talk to a friendly staff member :-) Did some trouble shooting over the phone and was eventually determined that a site visit was needed.

After some time spent in the hot attic, the technician was able to fix our air conditioning problem. And the nice surprise was, he didn't charge us for the visit!

We have been taken care of by Controlled Climates Heating/Cooling before. Appointment was easily set up by Katelyn and Raymond came out at the scheduled time with a text notification letting us know he was en route.
This company is courteous, prompt, and efficient. Raymond spent a good 90 minutes diagnosing the issues with our thermostat, and did some maintenance/performance checks on our AC unit. Throughout the service, he informed me what issues needed be addressed, what to monitor , and made recommendations.
We have used other companies before and my only regret is that we did not find Controlled Climates Heating/Cooling sooner. Each time, they have been thorough, efficient, and continue to give me confidence that we have found the right company to rely on when we have issues with our HVAC unit. They are worth the investment and they take pride in what they do.

They came to check heater because was told by another company needed new control board but there was nothing wrong with heater. The technician took pictures and showed me everything that he did.

Dallas came out to service the new A/C unit they installed two years ago to make sure it is ready for winter. Everything checked out and is good order. Thanks to Dallas, It was a pleasure to see him again.

We have used Controlled Climates maintenance services many times since they installed out AC unit about 4 years ago. We are very happy with the service they provide. We did not have to wait a long time for them to come to our home. They are reliable and very efficient. Our technician (Fermin Cruz) was very knowledgeable and efficient and explained everything he was doing as he went along.....no surprises. Fast, efficient service with fair prices. Kaitlin scheduled my appt. but I cancelled because of a cold. She was great..texted details of my appointment...my cancellation and yes I rescheduled. My technician was Dallas. A godsend. I am disabled and low income. I was terrified. Praying for repair not a replacement. Dallas showed up wearing a mask and a WHITE pressed uniform shirt. He was very thorough. He showed me pics of my unit, explained my options for present and future. He spoke well of his company..including his boss Ray. Control Climates was the best choice. Called Controlled Climate about a broken A/C unit. They gave us a window for the next day of between 10am and Noon. Received a text right before 10am that they were on their way. Ray was our technician and he immediately found and resolved the issue and the A/C is working fabulously! This company and Ray are exceptional and I would highly recommend them for all of your A/C and heating needs. We will be going through them again this winter to have our unit replaced as it is getting up there in years and I don't want it to nickle and dime us to death! :-) Was told that the new units now come with a ten year warranty and for a few hundred dollars more you get 10 yrs of free technician service! Brandon was very thorough in his explanation of what would be needed to get the HVAC system to be replaced and running well for my home. I appreciated the time he took to review the information. Called on a Wednesday morning about my mother in law's a/c being down....they booked a 4pm appointment for us, by 5:30 pm the air was back on. They replaced the mother board (it had caught fire) and the scorched wiring. Can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and timeliness. Made themselves look good and made me look good with the mother in law! Job well done.

It was a great day when we discovered Ray Montes, owner of Controlled Climates! We had just spent a lot of money on a new AC install from another company but were not happy with the results. That large company would not correct the problems without charging us a lot more money. Our neighbor (who is a very pleased customer of Controlled Climates) suggested that Ray take a look at our situation. We were very impressed with Ray's knowledge, his expertise, his honesty, his work ethic and actual concern for our situation. For very little cost, he remedied our AC challenges so that we were finally comfortable. Our cul-de-sac neighbors are such great fans of Controlled Climates that 3 of us schedule our semi annual maintenance visits for the same day. We only wish we'd found Controlled Climates sooner!! Highly recommended!

Recently had complete duct replacement and insulation upgrade by Raymond, Dallas, and Eduardo. Complete professionals, very knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. This was a 3 day installation and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Katelyn was also very helpful with follow-up and explaining what and when the install would be done. I also appreciated the arrival notices I received from the technicians so I always knew when they were on their way! Raymond and his crew were very flexible as there were add on tasks not previously scheduled...such as replacing the old thermostat with a new Nest Pro (I love it)....Price was also a factor and was far more reasonable than other bids I received. Air quality is MUCH better and I can breath a whole lot better!! I will call Katelyn and schedule regular maintenance on my A/C unit!

Let me first start by saying you will not find better service, period. I hired Ray to do a complete system replacement. Kate sent along a comprehensive estimate for the work to be done. Not only did he replace it / upgrade it but he customized it to my home and our needs. He gave us portable heaters while the system was down, and was on time every day. All this and he has the utmost integrity, ethics and knowledge. They exceeded my expectations for sure so if you need AC work and want someone in your home that you can trust to do quality work, look no further!

Great to work with. They are always on time and if five minutes behind they will call to notify. They cover their work shoes just before walking into the house to keep your floors from being damaged. You get a discount on parts if you sign up for their twice a year maintenance service. I’ve used them at my last house and my current one and have been a satisfied customer.

I made an appointment to get an estimate to replace an old gas heater wall unit, Ray came inspected the unit and told me that I did't need to replace it yet, that it could last for a few more years, he only suggested I do a yearly maintenance or they could do it if I wanted, best of all they do not charge for estimates, I was very impressed, he is a very honest person, I would recomend him any time.

My A/C stopped working and I contacted Controlled Climates to diagnose my problem. I scheduled a time and received a text message confirming my appointment and another one indicating they were on their way. Ray was on time, professional and friendly. Ray explained what was wrong with my unit and explained it to me so I completely understood what my problem was. Ray explained my options, which were to replace the unit (which he would gladly do) or to patch the unit in hopes it would fix the problem long term (which he was not willing to do). I researched my options and the information that I was given and his assessment was right on. I hired Ray to replace my entire A/C unit and I couldn't be happier. As a business owner myself, I pay very close attention to how someone runs a business and treats clients. Very few times have I dealt with a company so professional and responsible. Ray is top notch and I will continue to use him for my heating and A/C needs and refer him to anyone needing these services.

We had our AC unit replaced and our system updated by Controlled Climates in early 2019. We’re now in the midst of our 2nd summer on the new unit and it has made such a difference.

We chose Controlled Climates because of how they communicated with us while we were shopping around and getting quotes. They weren’t the cheapest option we had, but they went above and beyond to help us make a sustainable plan for our HVAC system.

Called controlled climates to check a slow running toilet In our two story house. They sent their new plumbing partner, Armando Who did a top to bottom inspection and tested the water flow In every toilet and sink. Armando was extremely professional, the work was fast and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I would reccomend Controlled Climates for any homeowner's heating, air conditioning, or now plumbing needs.

I was in Clovis a couple of weeks ago from Atlanta to be with my 80 year old elderly mother who just got diagnosed with cancer. She lives in Clovis on her own. On the last day I was there, I noticed the temperature of her house was at 60 and her thermostat was set at 72 -- blowing cold air. When I got back to Atlanta, I googled HVAC companies. Controlled Climates had good reviews, so I called them to see if they could go to my moms home and check what the problem was and possibly fix it. They were very nice but told me that the earliest available time they had to go to my moms was I think the 2nd week of Dec. I told them my moms age and that she is sick and needed more immediate attention so I would look elsewhere. They told me they could possibly bump it up to the week of Thanksgiving. I told them that was not good enough and I would have to look elsewhere. They then told me to hold on and that they would call me back. When they called back, they could miraculously be there in 1/2 hour. How nice I thought. How lucky I got...I thought.

They arrived at the time they said. I called my mom and told her to have them call me as soon as they were finished diagnosing the problem. I spoke with the technician after he was through, and I was informed that unfortunately the furnace had all sorts of issues and was going to be over $1000.00 to fix. I was told that realistically everything was in such bad shape, it wasn't worth the fix. He recommended a brand new furnace with an air purifier -- a total estimate bill of $4,400.00! Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed over this news. Because of the cost, I declined their immediate services, and opted to get a second opinion.

The next day, I found another HVAC company to come in and check out the problem. They were in and out in less than 45 minutes. They told me it was a loose 24v cable to the gas valve causing the problem and saw no other issues. They fixed it for $85.00, and my mom had heat. I brought up the problems that Controlled Climates had mentioned to me, and I was told that if they saw anything like that they also would have brought it to my attention, but they didn't.

I'm not accusing Controlled Climates of any wrongdoing. I'm just stating facts. They say they have pictures and insist they did everything on the up and up. They defend themselves very well. I however, inconveniently live 2500 miles away. And they knew that. What can I do at this distance except question something that sounds pretty extreme. My mom is elderly and very trusting. I however, not so much. I'm glad that I called someone else. A week and a half later, and with a savings of $4,315.00, my moms furnace is humming along just fine after a thorough inspection and fix by another company.

I received a very professional phone call from the owner Mr. Ray Montez. After reading my review he expressed how sorry he was and didn't like knowing that I felt that way about him or his company. He told me that sometimes one technician can spend 1 hour trying to fix something (which is what he did) and not be able to fix or find the problem and another can come in and get lucky. It can happen.

I was really satisfied with his attempt to repair his image with me more than his concern about his review online. That is what I really respected about his phone call. He didn't tell me to take down my review. He came across as courteous, professional, ethical and honestly sorry about not being able to find the problem. He offered to refund my money and provide some maintenance services for free. I declined.

I really appreciated his phone call and wish him and his company well.

He checked for a leak in the front bedroom and informed me that it was NOT due to any pipes, but suggested I call a roof person at the first rain. The timing is like clockwork. One truck was taking away my old unit and was only gone for just a few minutes when the truck carrying my new BOSCH unit came rolling up. I can't even hear the new unit it's so quiet. I've only had it for a few days, can't wait to see how it works during the hot days in Fresno, CA.

Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough about this company. We had a mini split installed by someone else, and they did a horrible job! They left exposed wires, and didn’t even cover the hoses that were going around the room. Our installer left a hazardous mess, and our unit even stopped working a couple of weeks later. We googled Controlled climates, and decided to have them come out and fix our mess because we were so unhappy with our first installation. The lady who set up our installation was so amazing over the phone, and set up A reinstall. Once our appointment date approached, the installer (Raymond Montez) Came out, gave us tons of information about our equipment, and how it worked, explained in detail exactly what they were going to do and walked us through it. The job took all day, because technically, they had to do double the work by tearing out everything our first installer did, and obviously, this was a huge installation to begin with. Raymond was very particular, and very detailed with each step of the installation. When they were done installing our unit, it looked very clean, and professionally done.

We needed to have a maintenance check on our AC unit so after using Angie's list and Yelp, we decided to give Controlled Climates a call. From the start the operater was very polite and explained my options. We ended up doing the annual maintenance plan. The repair man came out a few days later. I was texted to know he was on the way. He did a thorough job checking out the AC unit. He showed a new part was needed and then took the time to show us on the manual of how the unit was not performing correctly. Then he tested it again and showed the unit was back in properly functioning parameters with the new part installed. He then re insulated the cabling and caulked and sealed them to prevent insects and moisture from getting in our househ He then went on his way. The process took most of the two hour window that we had scheduled.

I was very happy on how thorough he was on the unit. I also appreciated him taking the time to explain to me why I needed the part instead of a just trust me attitude. I learned some new things. I highly recommend this company for your servicing needs.

These guys are great! They always arrive on time (sometimes even early!) so I'm never waiting around for a possible no-show. They work quickly and give me a thorough rundown on my system's status. Couldn't ask for more!

I think $450 to replace a section of the ducking maybe 3' and took 30 minutes to do it's a little high! They were on time,and professional.

Called Controlled Climate in the morning to get a drain unclogged, and requested they come in the afternoon when the tenant would be there, as I couldn't. That afternoon the tech texted me his ETA with photo, (which I forwarded to my tenant) arrived on time and fixed the drain quickly and at a reasonable price. Thanks again!

Overpriced for service. I was quoted $550 to fix AC parts (under warranty) including $97 to claim or process warranty parts, but got it fixed under $100 from another service provider. I would recommend to shop around and compare quotes from different providers.

Both Dallas and Ray are very professional and knowledgeable. The problem with my AC unit comes from when the builders AC company installed the unit, they way over charged the unit with freon. 3 times the builder sent out the other company and they said it was normal. It's working great after Controlled Climates has worked on it.
Now I have to contact the builder and get the other AC company to pay for the damage that has been done to the unit. But Controlled Climates will be doing the work.

This company worked with us to get financing for the unexpected but necessary replacement of our heat and air system. They were professional and careful to explain the process, including the financing, the installation and the inspections. And though its very disruptive to install an entirely new system in an old house, they were respectful of our home life and tried to be as non-invasive as possible. The onsite crew was friendly and responsive to questions and suggestions. They went above and beyond to remove old ductwork both in the attic and under the house, and set up a duct line for a future output (for when we enclose our breezeway). They even handled our extremely tight attic space with good humor, even if it was also with a fair amount of grunting and gasping. Would definitely recommend.

You will not find a better company for AC repair. Controlled Climates just installed our new unit after years of our old one not working and being sold parts and services we didn’t need from other companies. We spent $3k last year on things that didn’t work. These guys work hard and are so thorough. They are honest and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I can't say enough good things about Controlled Climates and Ray. Our heater broke and Ray came out to fix it. He was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He put down a tarp and wore covers on his shoes to keep our carpets clean. Ray quickly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with his professionalism and I will definitely be calling them again if I should have issues in the future.

Refreshingly professional! Excellent, prompt service. Before arriving for the appointment they provided (via text) the name of the serviceman, his car make and license plate #. I really appreciate the effort they put into the service they provide. My heater wasn't working in the middle of winter, of course, and they came the next day to fix it. They explained the problem and provided pictures of the problem, (as the furnace is up in the attic) and took pics of the final instilation of the new part. Had to call them back because the heater stopped working that afternoon. They came back the next day to fix it. (A wire attached to the wrong connector on the new part.) They were very honest, polite and cleaned up on their way out. Would definitely recommend and call on this buisness again!

We have been using controlled for years now. They installed two A/C units two years ago and have been doing our twice a year maintenance. The company is professional and never cuts corners and is willing to answer any questions you might have. Dallas is usually our technician and he is such a pleasant person to talk with. You can find cheaper A/C and heater service in town but not any more professional than Controlled Climates.

Controlled Climates' semi annual HVAC maintenance service is a great value. The Tech is professional and on time!

Dallas done a great job very knowledgeable and he doesn’t mind doing a little extra for you. I ask him to re-install a smoke alarm in my attic since it was difficult for me to get to it. He got the ladder and replaced the alarm for me.

Installed split AC in one bedroom. Timely and professional installation. Very happy with service, highly recommend.

Controlled Climates came to our rescue and very promptly was able to determine that it was time to install a new dual-pac. Ray was able to present options, pricing and variables quickly. Installation happened quickly and enabled us to get a nice rebate from manufacturer and govt. I can’t express how thoroughly Ray checked our ducting and airflow after the install, AND he was surprised and very honest in telling us that the results were very good. He didn’t see anything that could require further work.

I was very pleased with Controlled Climates. I contracted with them to install heat pumps for our house. First off, I was very impressed by Brandon who came to look at the job and talked me through all that was necessary and gave me the quote. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and he returned calls with questions very quickly. The installation workers were all friendly and hard working and very careful with the carpets and cleaned up every day before leaving.

First Visit (AC Maintenance):

On time. The technician (Fermin) was very professional, friendly and respectful in his demeanor. He explained the entire process of the AC Maintenance Service being performed in detail. He even encouraged me to stay and watch the process I guess in the name of transparency. I appreciated that, plus he took multiple photos of all the items he checked using his electronic testing equipment while I left the area temporarily and then he patiently explained what the test readings meant. He completed the AC Maintenance Service without issues and kept the area clean and tidy before leaving. I will definitely call Controlled Climates again for service.

Second Visit (Heater Maintenance):

On time. We had technician Fermin again which I appreciated for the excellent work completed previously. The work completed today was exceptional just as I reviewed last time (above). Fermin appeared very knowledgeable in his trade and very detail oriented which I appreciate, because I’m like that too. I did mention a family member was still asleep and he took it upon himself to quietly move about and did his work with the minimum amount of noise which I appreciate. So respectful. I truly believe that technician Fermin should be recognized for his overall hard work and his importance to your company Controlled Climates.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Armando who came to the house and did some plumbing repairs.

He made sure we understood everything, and he is extremely knowledgeable.

Found this company years ago, and so glad we did! Ray and his crew are always on-time, courteous and we’ve always been given options... never told what we HAVE to do. AC/HEATER are obviously SUPER important here in the Central Valley, and we will never call another company. I legit trust these guys!

Ray came out and put it together with his other partner. These wall units are the best to have. I'm very happy with the service that they gave me. They are cool to talk to and they take their time to get the job done right. They came out during the hot weather and worked non stop so that we can get cool air as soon as we can. Had one issue with the wall units but they came as soon as they can and took care of it all. This company really takes pride in what they do and I'm happy that we chose to go through them.

Found climate control through some good online reviews, and the reviews didn't lie. Ac unit went out, called and had an appointment the next day. Ray and Dallas came out to diagnose the issue. Very polite and honest on the replacement parts, recommendations, and they're suggestions. Had some complications along the way and the receptionist Katelyn was very helpful and patient with guiding me through the application process through the phone. The whole process took a little less than 2 weeks to complete. Very satisfied and would totally recommend their quality service.

I am so thankful for Katelyn and Ray (and Eric). They have been so helpful assisting me with my decision on whether or not to replace my AC unit. Our air conditioning unit was not working properly, so we had to shut it off. We called Controlled Climates and we had a person come out the next day, find what was wrong, and fix it. He did not leave until our air conditioner was working properly. And of course this all happened when it was over 100° outside, so we really needed it fixed. Dallas was our service tech and he was extremely professional, he knew what he was doing, and he got it done. We will always call Controlled Climates to service our air conditioning/heater.

They have me on maintenance and they work directly with my property management that then passes on the tenants information to them. In today’s world you just don’t see that anymore.

I had an emergency where my ceiling fell out to the floor of the master bedroom. After several trips and absolutely NO HELP from Allstate insurance, Controlled Climates found what the problem was. A missing AC drip pan. They have done a wonderful job in taking care of this, they are on time, communicate and prices are well within range of being able to afford, especially when your insurance company leaves you hanging. My outdoor AC unit stop working with tripple digit temperature. Called about 14 companies and all of them are fully book and can't come on the same day. Fortunately their technician can come after hours, only with different service fee. My appointment time is 4 to 6 pm. Technician arrived I think arround 4:15 Dallas Woods is the name of the guy. Friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and stopped what he is doing when you ask him and takes time on explaining things. The part that he replaced was a little bit on the pricier side if you look at amazon. But that's part of the bussines. I would like to ding him because he did not email me the receipt or maybe he just forgot. Still I am very satisfied with his job. And would highly recommend this company. Kudos to the person who answered my call. Sorry I forgot her name but she is super courteous and friendly. If only every telephone customer service is like her.

I find myself here to enthuse on a plumbing job that became a plumbing experience. Although results may vary, CCHAC&P seems only to employ highly enthusiastic folk— cheery and sanguine but not in a creepy way. I have zero qualms about their personnel stomping on my roof in the wee hours because I know they do it with love and it shows in their work.

If you are looking for a trustworthy and honest HVAC service company, Controlled Climates is it. I have used several companies for service in the past and these guys blow them away. Communication is great, techs are on-time and they get right to work. Our A/C went out on Tuesday, called them late in the afternoon and they were here at 7:00 am on Wednesday. Dallas, the tech, troubleshot the unit quickly, explained the problem thoroughly, provided a reasonable cost estimate for the replacement parts, got immediate approval from me, and had the unit back up and running before noon. Can’t ask for much more in a service company, great job Controlled Climates.

Quality work, Professional and Knowledgeable Staff.

Controlled Climates replaced our 28 year old inefficient Carrier system with a new 3.0 Ton Trane 16 SEER Gas/Elec Package Unit. Everything from beginning to end was done with extreme attention to detail and professionalism. Ray and Katelyn made the whole process easy and they explained everything along the way. They are wonderful people and their customer service is second to none. They gave us the best price on this unit along with excellent installation. Would I recommend Controlled Climates to friends? In a heartbeat. We have decided that we will hire them for any future duct work that will be needed. We know that the job will be done right and on time.

I just had our air ducts replaced for our entire house by Controlled Climates and my experience with this company was very positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do HVAC service, maintenance, installation and repair. I have already recommended them to other family and friends.

The owner of the company came out to provided a quote with a description of the work that they were going to perform. I had a few other quotes, but I felt most comfortable with Controlled Climates - they just offered to do more than some of the other local businesses and remained price competitive.

They showed up on time, explained exactly what was being done and did the work they promised. In the end, Ray tested every inch of our AC unit and when he left I felt good about the service preformed.

Tech came out to estimate cost of ductless air system or a central air system. I waited 3 days for an estimate with no response. So I called . They told me they do not do ductless so they dropped me with no response back! Thank you for leaving me hanging. Then a few days later I called to get an new estimate set up for a central air system. They kept me hanging on the phone then hung up! Really is this a good way to run a business?

Controlled climate was able to provide me with the information and estimates that I was possibly looking for and provide useful insight on what needed to be fixed. Not only this, but we found a couple ways to make the AC run more efficiently. Lastly, we were able to do a payment plan that allowed us to not have to put down a bunch of money all at once. They have done a great job of communicating with me on sooner appointments as well. I recommend this company to others.

Dallas the tech was very helpful and explained what was happening with our unit. He was able to add the fluid required and the unit started to cool immediately.

I can't say enough good things about the whole process from my first call to the receptionist, to their followup throughout the process, to the completion of the job. I had the privilege of having Controlled Climates redo my duct work, replaced two thermostats along with insulation(removal and replace) in my entire house. Ray and Katelyn were very professional and answered every question I had during the process. Ray addressed any issues that came up during the entire process. Controlled climate installed a new swamp cooler for my house. Ray and his partner where awesome. They where on time and worked diligently in the blazing heat until my satisfaction was met. What I liked best about them was that they where kind and loving to my red and white border collie, Jasper. I was very pleased with the staff. The receptionist was super great. Friendly, helpful and patient with me and my needs. Yes, I will definately use this company again for all future needs for my home.
