This is a great company. Professional, competent, and they do what they say. The people in this company are conscientious and really care about the quality of their work and helping their customers. Added bonus: they are very tidy and clean. No mess for me to deal with. A real testament to locally owned business!! Travis and crew are simply awesome. Now I’m spoiled and I’ll never use anyone else!!

The main line water pipe had a significant leak in it. I’m not sure what the going rate is for this type of repair, so I can’t say if the price was good or not, but the service and promptness was top notch. I’m glad other reviews expressed an honest opinion and gave good reviews. We are happy with the service we received from Travis at Goode Plumbing. We will use them again if needed.

Called Travis first thing in the morning about a leaky water heater at my rental. He responded right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide me with a quote. Unfortunately it was a total redo. But he said he could do it right away. He provided me with a quality American made water heater with a 10 year guarantee! He completely updated the entire thing thing for me from top to bottom!! I can't say enough what a piece of mind it is to know that it was done by a professional! Thank you Travis!!!

Perfect for when your electrician husband thinks he is a plumber, and your closet wall and floor are filling with water you can't stop! Not only did Travis answer on the first ring, on a Saturday, late in the day, but he was here FAST. He was kind, understanding (despite the state of panic in our house, dogs included), and fixed issues with our shower we didn't even know we had. The cost was surprisingly reasonable considering the late Saturday emergency call. We had called several places first, all went to voicemail as expected on a late Saturday, and when one of Goode's competitors called me back later, even he said we were in great hands. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future (hopefully not on an emergency basis)! A big thank you again to Travis and his team for stopping the water, and the F-bombs coming from my master bathroom.

The previously mentioned electrician husband would also like to point out that their service truck and tools were clean, organized and well-maintained.

Travis and Jonathan were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate the time they took to help me and also explain what they were looking at and inspecting.

I called Travis first thing on a Monday morning since our hot water heater broke and he came out to my property after hours on the same day to check it out. I also showed him some issues we were having with our bathroom sink to see if he could fix that as well. He sent two guys out to my property the following morning to replace the hot water heater. They were both very nice, professional, punctual and explained everything they were doing (they were also very kind to my dogs, even throwing the ball a couple of times for my pit bull lol). They were able to replace my hot water heater that day, as well as change out our bathroom sink faucet but had to reschedule to have them come out again to fix the issue of our sink not draining. Travis came out to snake our drain two weekends later but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. He then sent his two guys out the following week to do a little more extensive work and that fixed the issue. Overall, I'm very happy I chose Goode Plumbing and would definitely do business with them again in the future. They did a great job and continued to be up front and honest with me every step of the way.

Short review: everyone needs a house filter system and GOODE PLUMBING is an excellent choice for the job.

We hired Goode Plumbing to install a house water filter to resolve problems with the galvanized pipes rusting and tainting the water inside our home. We had two solutions: Repipe the house or install a water filter to eliminate chemicals that were degrading the pipes to prolong the life of the pipes.

While considering options, Travis Goode came out and provided technical information about the install and the logistics. He explained how the filter works, how it would be connected and was careful to not over promise this would solve the problem. I really appreciated his honesty before the process.

Travis and Zack were professional, friendly, responsive and careful during the work. The pricing was fair and did not change. The install took 2 days because of the trenching work. However, The installation did not interrupt our water supply.

When done the water improvement was immediate. Our water looked clearer and tasted worlds better.

I know this might not end the issues with the galvanized pipes rusting but am hopeful this will extend the life of the pipes.

While they were here, they also solved three internal plumbing issues quickly and efficiently. I will hire them again for future plumbing work.

Also I am really excited about the taste AND cleanliness of THE WATER. I know I will be saving hundreds of dollars in costs related to water bottles and internal filtration.

My water heater stopped working, so my landlord called Goode Plumbing to come after regular business hours to take a look at it. Travis was very knowledgeable about the issue and was able to repair it the same day. He explained in detail exactly what he was doing and went above and beyond the regular customer service you expect from a plumbing company. Enjoying my hot showers once again!

Professional group. Straight forward help. Answer all questions in easy to understand terms. Fixed another septic groups previous inferior work.
Installed two 75 foot leach lines along with a distribution box with flow levelers. Very clean, accurate work. Left minimal footprint when completed with job.

I had experienced a water leak in the attack and had called several other companies as they were all too busy and no one was able to come out right away. I called Goode Plumbing in the morning and the gentlemen who answered my call was very responsive to my situation and stated he would call back shortly to arrange a visit. Within 30 minutes he called back and one his techs arrived at the scheduled time. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable and addressed the issue immediately. He also pointed out some other potential issues to look out for in the future. I will definitely use Goode Plumbing again and will recommend them to others.

I am glad I hired this company, they performed the job as promised in just two and a half days. Zakk and john were friendly ,showed up to start job on time and explained the process of the repair. I had a broken main water pipe off my well pump and called Saturday in AM. Travis (the owner) returned my call soon after and arrived to my home in the PM to completely repair/solder the disconnected pipe.

No one needs more stress during these times of social distancing so I was pretty upset to find a leak in our master bathroom. After calling a few local numbers with no luck of catching anyone Goode Plumbing was there. The service was quick (even more so considering it was after 5pm) and to the point. Definitely would recommend and will use again.

Master bathroom remodel. They moved drains, added steam shower, relocated faucets. They were on-time, clean and very courteous. I would strongly recommend them if you're looking for a plumber that knows what they're doing.

Travis has a throw back attitude toward customer service. If he tells you something, he means it and will follow through. He is prompt with returning messages. The soft water installation was done expertly. Travis answered follow up questions two weeks after the installation, taking the time to make sure I understood. We had an emergency leak in the ceiling. Travis came out right away. Their work is super clean. Vacuumed dust as he was cutting into ceiling to ensure dust didn't get everywhere. He wasn't cheap, but he did great quality work, and that was most important to us. I would recommend Goode Plumbing to anyone, they do great work.

Our main iron water line was recently replaced due to a leak. Travis et. al. were all very professional throughout the project. They were prompt, courteous, customer oriented, and reliable. The clean-up phase of the project was a 5 out of 5! The crew (Zak and John) took pride in their trade depicted by their action of cleaning all their tools before putting them away. Returns calls promptly, takes pride/ownership in/of their work, good to instruct about maintenance of newly installed products. Like a great restaurant, they are busy, and you may need to wait your turn, but they move as efficiently as possible and are well worth the patience 👍🙂

We had a cracked pipe that turned into kind of a nightmare. Travis returned our first call the same day and was prompt and personable throughout. The cost was reasonable. So many contractors are so unreliable. but Travis is dependable. Couldn't improve on the service, it's the best. Would hire again anytime!

Goode plumbing fixed our water main leak. They were, by far, the best value out of 3 quotes we received. They fixed and got our water turned back on quickly. They had to dig up our grass and take out a sprinkler to get to the leak. Everything was put back together, new pipe, sprinkler and grass, just like new. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We noticed an outside leak at the back of our house one evening after normal business hours. We were also heading out of town the next day and knew we couldn’t ignore it. Travis from Goode Plumbing came out that evening and started the process of finding and repairing the leak. His guys showed up the next morning at the time they said they would and started the repair. We left town with no worries. They called us as we were on the road and assured us everything was fixed.
