Lee's Air installed my new heatng/AC system last year and I have an annual plumbng/Heating/AC maintenance contract with them. Their expertise and profesionalism are unsurpassed in my experience. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Lee’s has been our go to HVAC repair service for years. They are always professional, thorough, and responsive to the needs of their customers. Even in the face of a late night emergency call they have responded quickly to fix the problem and restore comfort in our home.

This was the second time I have called Lee's with an emergency in 4 months. They return calls quickly, even after hours. They came out next day in both cases. This time they fixed my AC quickly. First case was a water heater that they diagnosed and I replaced myself. Will use them for all hvac and plumbing needs from now on.

Pao was very efficient and thorough performing the maintenance on our heating system. He meticulously checked everything out to make sure everything was running smoothly. I have used Lee’s in the past & I thought they were fantastic! Not sure what happened but they are terrible now. The person who came to check on my kitchen faucet & toilet did not even tell me what was wrong. He automatically suggested that I purchase a new faucet and toilet. He took a personal call while on the job. He did not wear a mask or remove his shoes/place a covering over his shoes even though Lee’s Plumbing claimed that it’s their policy. He seemed to be in a rush to leave but reminded me 3 times that I needed to pay the $50 service charge, which was such a waste of my money because no issues were solved. He proceeded to make a slight racial remark when he asked how to pronounce my last name. I cringingly laughed it off but I thought it was incredibly inappropriate. As he left my house, he looked at the pictures in my hallway, which I also thought was very personal & not very professional.I was able to speak to the manager Ben, who apologized for everything saying he would have this person retrained. They were both very friendly individuals. Ben also told me someone would be calling me to reschedule an appointment that same evening but that never happened. It’s been a whole week and I have not received a call. I was not even offered a refund for the $50 especially when nothing was solved. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this company. I completely understand that during Covid everyone may be short staffed, but for a company with such a great reputation, I was in complete shock! Sadly, I don’t think I would ever use them again.

Lee’s Air went above expectations! Jesse serviced our difficult leaks and replaced our kitchen faucet (which had also proven challenging to replace by ourselves). He had the right tools and a nice selection of quality parts on hand; we didn’t have to place and order and wait for parts to arrive. The job was finished on site and in one visit.

I have been a customer of Lee's Air for several years. I have them perform regular maintenance on my heater and AC. It came time to replace the very old units I had. I spoke to the manager Tyson Freeman and he introduced me to Aaron Husak who advises and configures the units. Aaron came to my home and examined the old system and fully explained the options and costs. I chose the new system. Justin Howard called me the next day and scheduled the installation for the next Monday. They were willing to fit the install to my schedule. Justin kept me informed of the project timeline. Alexander Cisneros and Jesus Echeviria came early Monday morning and got right to work. Anthony Madrid soon joined them and reviewed the project and made sure everything was right. Pedro Cervantes came a little later and provided installation counsel and assistance. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The installation went smoothly with a minimum of disruption. Alex and Jesus answered any questions I had about the equipment or installation. They were neat and tidy. They explained how the system worked and how to operate it. Everyone was positive and happy in the tasks they had. I will continue to use their services for maintaining my HVAC system.

I feel I was charged $49 for a bid. I had initially asked them to come and fix a severely constantly leaky faucet, they said they couldn’t fix it, but still charged me anyway. They were nice though, so I gave 2 stars.***Update; Josue the office manager called me back and offered to refund the charge. He was very thoughtful and compassionate, and I appreciate the refund. Lee's has thus far been the only company to give me bid, so I appreciate that from Lee's as well. Thank you Josue for the help and striving to make things right.

Lee's Air installed my heater/AC unit 2 years ago and they perform regular semi-annual servicing on the unit. I also use them for plumbing services.The technicians and office personnel are very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Today's A/C technician, Jose Moran, lived up to their high standards. They are a great company and I will continue using them in the future.

The technicians that came out to my house today did a wonderful job. They were able to take care of the issue that I had with too much lint from the dryer. Since they left I was able to dry a load of clothes and they dried quickly because before it was cleaned out I would have to dry the clothes at least three times. They were both very courteous, polite, friendly and explain to me in detail what they were doing and they were able to show me the amount of lint that was trapped up in the vent. I would highly recommend Lee's air conditioning to my friends. Thanks for the great service

I called the company that installed my HVAC System on a Thursday and they could get to me on the following Monday.,because my heater quit working. What???????I called Lee’s Plumbing, Air Condition & Heating and they got me on the day I called! That’s the kind of service I expected, not a four day wait. Everyone I talked to made me feel like I was talking to family. My house is now comfortable at 73 degrees, Lee’s has a new customer, because of there excellent customer service!

Had a cooling issue in the middle of a month worth of 105 degree days. Called Lee’s and had Francisco out. Francisco was professional and kind and went through the diagnostic process to figure out the issue. He found some bad duct work and documented the issues and explained them for me. This first step went smoothly. I will update the review as this process plays out further with the follow ups.

Fantastic in both professionalism and promptness! Technician came out within an hour from my call to diagnose leaking pipe joint in the attic and it was fixed the same day. Impressive! Technician was knowledgeable, communicative and courteous which made for an overall excellent experience.

The response time was much faster than expected, Cory the technician was great. I’ve used Lee’s previously for a variety of things and the service has always been great.

John arrived on schedule and even called to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly, professional, and explained in detail any issues, plus gave us options. He also was thorough and found two issues that were never fixed or detected by previous owner. Very happy with Lee’s service and would recommend John and the company to our friends.

Lee's AC sent out Matt Weeks to inspect my ac. Matt gave awesome customer service and great advice. I would recommend Matt and Lee's AC.

$1700 to clearn my AC and add 2 lb of antifreeze is a little high. Unless that the going rate with all the AC repair right now. Nothing against them but it was $800+ to clearn the AC. The guy told me he will not be able to tell me what is wrong with it unless he clearn it. That's $800+. In my mind, do I paid the $100 and call someone else to see if it's cheaper? $800 is a lot of money for 10 minutes work, but he say the chemicals cost money. So I went with it. After it's clearn. I'm $900 in the work. The bad news is my AC is leaking. Will cost $5000 to $7000 to fix it. Or $30000 for a new one. But it's out of antifreeze and it will be $350+ per pound. So I added 2 lb, that's how my total was $1700. Just putting some # out there to see if that's too high or it's the going rate. So $9000 to fix or $30000 for a new unit. Remember I bought this for less than $7000 20 to 25 years ago.

My overall experience was great! Everyone was nice and professional and my repair was completed efficiently.Sean, our repairman, was knowledgeable and quick. The team was fast too! Set the appointment yesterday with the office team and my new water heater was installed before 3pm the next day.I am new to the Fresno area and this was a great experience with Lee’s. Andy M & Alek C were just a delight to have at my home installing our new air conditioner. They were very professional and courteous. They let me know on the progress on a daily basis and when all was done they showed us step by step in how to use the thermostat which was really appreciated. I do highly recommend this company.

Mr. Yang came out to get the heater working and said we wired the thermostat wrong causing several fuses to blow. Therefore the repairs could be anywhere from $700 to $2000. I already new the AC to be working just needed some heat. So we paid him the 100 diagnostic fee and sent him away, great choice. When American Sheetmetal came out they cleaned the system and said the wiring checked out, the roof unit had a pressure switch that needed to be pressed. That fixed the problem making our unit heat again. He left me with some great advise and a $95 bill and a clean air filter. I would have called American Sheetmetal first had I knew this was going to happen 😳. I had a card for Lee's so I called them first, a family member recommended American Sheetmetal. 👍😃

This was my 2nd scheduled maintenance appointment, and Daniel was the technician who came out. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained a couple of options for me to consider, such as a surge protector for my unit, and as we were discussing the bad air, he recommended an air purifier that is installed on the AC unit itself…things I will defy consider…

We are new in the area and needed a tub faucet repaired. Lee was recommended, so we called them first. We were pleased with the job and the two men that did the job. They were profe, kind, and quick. No complaints. Will call again if needed for additional services.

The service man and the office secretary were very professional and communicative during the air conditioning service. He was thorough and took two hours for the maintenance. He showed me the before and after photos of what was dirty and cleaned after. He was explained what he did and how it would help the efficiency of the air conditioner. Been having leaky sink/faucet issues that we thought had been solved. Ebert came out and did an excellent assessment and provided high quality service and gave trustworthy recommendations. He was also very polite, easy to talk to and friendly.

At the onset of the heat wave, wouldn't you know it? Our air conditioning unit conked out. It was 110° outside, and 97° inside our home, and we were miserable! Lee's Air advertises on KMJ so I thought I'd give them a try. James Buschman arrived on time and diagnosed the problem....we needed a new blower motor. He immediately called his parts department, placed a hold on the blower motor, drove back to Fresno, grabbed the part, and returned within 2 hours to install the new motor. We received outstanding service by James, so much so, that we signed up for the Lee's semi-annual servicing of our AC and Heating unit. Thank you Lee's Air for hiring such great technicians such as James Buschman.

It was a pleasure to deal with Eric. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He inspected my system for a rusted condensate pan and suggested improvements that would make for easier maintenance and prevent problems in the future. I had an estimate within a few minutes after Eric completed the diagnosis. The estimate was for less than I had anticipated, and as usual, I'm very happy with the service from Lee's.

I had a great experience. I had a number of plumbing issues and I could not reach my plumber which I have used for yrs. I finally couldn’t wait for my plumber to get back to me so I started looking for plumbers on line and I took a chance and called Lee’s and Ebert was the plumber that came out . He fixed everything that could be fixed and explained the problems and showed me what happened which was great and he had a lot of knowledge very friendly and I thought they were reasonable considering all the issues I needed to have repaired. I actually scheduled them to come back and do a garbage disposal install on Monday. Michael was punctual and quickly diagnosed the source of the water flooding a crawl space that we could not access. Capped off the water lines and cleaned up the mess made from insulation. Never once did he say a word without a smile on his face. Pleasant and good communicator.

Waited 365 days to leave review. Lee's answered and responded quickly. Came out immediately and made a diagnosis: my unit was too old to repair. Needed a new unit with a rough estimate of 4500 but needed a sales person to get the exact quote. Called Mr cool and they offered to get it going that day with a 500 generic part that may not last or the exact part that would take a few days for 750. Went the 750 route and we're still working.

Was told had a leak in H-vac was going to be 4,000 or get all new unit 10,000 plus started at 99 was paid then 249.00 check leak . Fyi had other company come in zero leak . Up sale was on the guys mind handycap man here sad people are like this ..out 349.00 on there bill very lucky not get up sale on new unit.

Sean has come to our home three times, for three different bathrooms. Each time, he has exceeded our expectations...prompt, respectful, experienced & trustworthy. He has provided us with diff options/quotes at each visit. We have 3 kids & 3 dogs, so good help is a huge deal for us. I would highly recommend Lee’s - specifically Sean if u have plumbing needs.

He gave us options on how to solve our problem with the water heater and didn’t pressure us into choosing the most expensive option but let us decide on our own explaining the pros and cons. We would definitely use Lee’s Air, Plumbing, and Heating again if we ever need service in the future.

May 2, 2020Had to call Lee’s again for our primary home. Our 8 year old water heater was failing and even though it’s a Saturday and they’ve already had a full day, they triaged our needs and Ben came late after all their work was done. I had a propane leak. I worked with my home warranty company to get it repaired. They sent out a plumber from Modesto. They showed up, basically said they couldn’t help. I was then authorized to hire my own plumber. I didn’t have one so I started calling around. No one was willing or able to fix the leak. I called Lee’s Plumbing. Finally someone was able to help. At this point I had no hot water, heat or stove for almost a week. They sent Michael out. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and sympathetic. He diagnosed where the leak(s) were quickly. My home warranty company again wanted their own people to repair the leaks, so a few more days were wasted before they agreed to let Lee’s do the repairs. When I called the office and explained the situation they had Michael and Ruben out the next morning. They finished the work and went above and beyond the call of duty. After coming home on a Monday after noon to a hot house , AC would not turn on, only house fan would work, I called Lee’s at 6:30 at night and they were at my house first thing the next morning. It was a conductor. They fixed it, AC worked, and I came home to a cool house that evening. I was so happy, no whole new unit needed (house & unit is 15 yrs old) . I am one happy camper! Plumbing repairs of hot water line damaged while I was drilling holes into studs. I called around 2:15 Saturday afternoon and Sean completed the work by 5 PM.

Our family has used Lee's for years and we have always been satisfied with the services they provide. I had originally posted a bad review because I was not satisfied with a previous service. I didn't feel as if the person who came out explained what was wrong with my sink and toilet. Rather than telling me what the issue was, he automatically suggested that I purchase a new faucet and toilet. I felt like it was just a sales pitch and he wanted to get out quickly so that he could finish off his day. He wasn't very professional and didn't seem to have any proper customer service manners.After I wrote my review, I appreciated the fact that the manager Ben personally called along with two schedulers to try to reschedule, come out to my house, and make things better. I was issued a refund for my originally scheduled visit and Ben made sure to come out himself along with Ruben to check out what was going on with my sink and faucet. Both Ben and Ruben were extremely respectful and professional. They thoroughly explained what was going on with my sink and faucet and they were able to fix my issues without having to tell me to go spend a ton of money on new ones. This was the kind of service I had seen in the past, which is why we have always chosen Lee's as our number one company. They even went above and beyond to help me change out one of my smoke detectors because the battery went out. They were super friendly and willing to take the time to answer any of my questions or show me things around the house in case I needed help with anything else. Just when I started to think customer service didn't exist anymore. Ebert came along. He was polite, informative, and genuinely caring. I asked a lot of questions even after the install. He never made me feel like I was bugging, which I probably was. He and another tech installed our tankless water heater, gas line, and drain upgrade. He also noticed our faucet was leaking and took the initiative of replacing it for us. THANK YOU!! We signed up for there club advantage and started saving right away. We have had Lee install AC and Heating unit in addition to a hot water heater and 2 toilets. We never have to think Twice about who to use for installation or servicing. Today was an emergency toilet clogged affecting the other toilet, sink and bathtub. Friday is never the best day for plumbing problems but Lee came through for us. We once again had the best luck when they sent Master plumber Michael Sanders. Michael is without doubt one of, if not the most knowledgeable technician Lee's has. He analyzed the problem of course figured it out and got busy with fixing everything. It was exactly what I knew would happen because Michael is not only knowledgeable, professional and to top it all off a perfectionist. Trust and believe if Michael Sanders comes to fix anything you can take a sigh of relief.

I called two days before Christmas and had a technician at my home the following day for diagnostic testing.The technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed me pictures of the part that needed repair and explained it’s function. Although the part has to be ordered and won’t arrive for another week I was very satisfied with the service that was provided.

I was a little panicked when everything backed up. I couldn’t clear it myself. I called Lee’s, Michelle who answered the phone was exceedingly gracious and friendly and put my mind at ease. Then Michael showed up and took care of the problem quickly, efficiently, and was probably the nicest service provider I’ve met!

This business has a consultation fee just to talk to their customers. They will waive the fee if the customer uses their business. So for people like me with a large expensive project that needs to be done, it isn't a fair business model to try and force customers to use them just go get the initial consultation fee waived. There are other plumbers around that do not use this business model.

Francisco came out to inspect a leak, to see if it was coming from the AC system. As it turns out, it was actually coming from some pinhole leaks in the water pipe system, and not the AC. Despite the fact that he couldn't help me, Francisco went out of his way to video the location of the leaks and schedule an emergency appointment with a plumber. From my perspective, this was thorough, thoughtful customer service. Thank you Francisco!

I finally got tired of waiting for a plumber (from 3 other companies) to actually set a date and time to come out. I looked on the BBB website and found these guys (with minimal complaints). I called, they scheduled an appointment for the next day. They had an earlier time, so they called beforehand and ASKED if an earlier time worked. Then, Javier showed up clean and professional looking (unlike other plumbing companies that have come out). He gave me a quote and was able to complete the work after running for a part (to be fair we have an old house).Lee's make sure you reward Javier. We've had Lee's out for our AC before, and it went just as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, professional, courteous service with your heating, plumbing, or air.

First off, the phone rep was very polite and expeditious in getting me the fastest service possible. My AC unit went out in the evening and I was able to get my AC unit serviced the first available slot in the morning. Aaron the service technician was 10 min. ahead of schedule, professional, polite, and wore a mask at all times during our interaction. He got up on the rooftop and immediately diagnosed the problem. The technicians sent out to investigate my issue with a faulty water heater, Ebert Bissrtt and his apprentice, determined the leaking was too severe to wait until next week. Inspire of other issues they got to work and completed the tear down and installation within a 3.5 hr timeframe. They were understanding of my personal issue of travel starting the next day and the impending week delay in fixing my problem. They came out last year for emergency repair and sent a commercial tech and he was very professional and addressed our issues. Fast forward a year later and I'm having cooling issues and they sent out someone with very little knowledge and I felt like throwing him out of my house. I signed up for their servicing program and that was yet another mistake. I'm not sure what changed over the course of a year but I'll never use lees or recommend them to anyone. The tech was very fast on recommending a new unit and said it's not recommended to repair my unit. That was a load of bs...I called another company for a second opinion and my unit is now fixed and working like before. I'll eat the service program cost and walk away never to use lees again

Luis was great listening to all of my concerns as this would be a 3rd compression pump on my newer unit. Obviously something is wrong with my unit and I am seeking that it be replaced with a new one. Luis made sure I would have portable units delivered today and was even willing to deliver them himself if needed. Jose delivered them and set them up quickly. I will update this post as I find out the outcome.

Water heater started leaking yesterday (Sunday) and I needed it done ASAP. I called them Monday morning 5/25 (holiday) and they sent someone out right away. Arrived on time and had to replace the entire setup to get it up to code (replaced a 60 year old water heater). Work was done in a timely manner and Jesse was very nice and explained all that he was going to have to do and quoted a price. He had it done in about 5 hours. I would definitely recommend them if you need any work like this done.

I cant believe we were overcharged by $100 even after speaking to Jimmy about this last week and speaking with Mary about it today. Mark was the diagnostic tech sent out by Lee's Air to troubleshoot my AC unit. Not only was he exactly on time but was very systematically thorough in finding this elusive problem. After figuring out it was a malfunctioning part called a contactor and putting on a replacement, he generously explained to me what it does and how it works. During this process he noticed something wasn't right inside the old part, so he poked and prodded, then tapped it on the ground where upon a large, very dead insect fell out. After a good laugh, he explained that the bug carcass kept it from making electrical contact. He concluded the part was still in fairly good shape and he would gladly put back the original part and retest the system. My AC was back running perfectly and Mark saved me several hundred dollars. He then went over my AC system telling me various things to look out for as the unit ages and giving me informative estimates without ANY pressure. Also, he gave me some tips on how to maintain the unit throughout the year. I'm impressed with this company's high tech professionalism, but especially with Mark M. who I found to be a real pro who likes his job and the people that he helps.

Jesse did a great job. I think the service lasted 60 to 90 minutes? I appreciate that Jesse was wearing PPE when he entered the house. I appreciate the professional service. I would like to have Jesse back for my fall service.

They were fast, and David was extremely helpful in getting my unit repaired and serviced. I plan on using them again in the future with any issues I run into. David was super helpful and very considerate in helping me put away my trash cans that were out front, and even considerate in closing the gate so my dogs couldn’t escape while he was doing the repair.

They came they saw and they conquered. Called them at 18:30, and by 19:15 our technician was out. He went on the roof after two seconds of me explaining the issue. Within fifteen minutes everything was fixed, and he explained what the problem is. Saturday night and my AC is rocking and rolling!!!! Worth every penny and I’m so glad I don’t have to use crooked home warranty people anymore. Nothing but great things about this company or their people.

Lee’s was very quick to respond to our call and helping us online. Someone came out the next day and was able to fix our problem. Tim came to our home and he was very helpful and professional, he even wore a mask and gloves while at our home.I would highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Jesus got the part needed to fix my AC and worked hard in getting it completed. After he finished he reviewed the temperature to ensure it was cooling down. Very please with the inspection of our unit and the proper adjustments the technician made. My wife was impressed with the professionalism of the technician and the fact he actually cleaned the unit on top of the roof and changed filters inside. She was very happy with his knowledge and how well he explained what he did today.

I received a call telling me our tech would be arriving at a general time, then received another from the tech narrowing it down to the next 15 minutes. I received a picture of the tech in advance of his arrival. When he arrived he put booties on his feet and came in the house. He was professional and kept me advised about what he would be doing, and when he was finished he cleaned up, told me everything looked great, and had me sign the invoice.We bought a new system from Lee’s last summer: we couldn’t be happier with the product and the service.

toilet bowl and faucet issues were all quickly fixed. Found an additional shower faucet problem that was resolved in an expeditious manner which was greatly appreciated. 5 stars!

I must say, the guy came was very nice behaving BUT the company is very expensive. I had to replace a hot water copper pipe joint which is seeping in my attic, I thought to get licensed professional. There was $49 fees for diagnoses but I already diagnosed for him before coming. It was hardly half an hour job just to cut 1/2 copper pipe with two couplings and I was charged whopping $450 dollars (After discounts, I was told original work was $650). On top of it, my bedroom drywall got ripped off badly while using pipe cutter and the guy couldnt patch so he just used some foam to fill in. It looks very bad and now I have to ask some professional drywall person to fix it for me. Another $200-300 estimate(waiting for professional). I hope the pipe repairs would last long atleast since after spending so much money, I am hoping and praying that water wont leak soon.

I had a great experience with calling in to schedule an AC tuneup, the follow-up reminders of the appointment and ease of communication bia txt, and Jesse was really great when he arrived. He was very respectful of the property, and a great personality. He explained everything very well, and their process of photo documentation was superb. The price is very reasonable. I'm looking forward to more great experiences from Lee's as we look into other service needs. They also have a membership for maintenance which is a great savings.

I had no idea how old my unit was, but apparently it was a work horse that has worked strong for 29 years! Michael Sanders fixed our water heater leak after hours. He was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Lee’s and can’t say enough about the excellent work Michael put in to fix this leak fast and correctly.

I felt that this service wasnt that great of a value. The technician would only do the general diagnostic and voltage tests. The unit wasnt opened to look at the fan blades or motor themselves. *reported loud spinning noise from it turning and we used WD-40 the day before we called and I guess that worked. I wouldnt use this company again because of the lackluster job if it isnt making noise then nothing we can do approach . I wish more would of been done since the ac is really needed right now but i guess i had to call for maintenace.

The serviceman was timely, friendly, respectful and seemed very knowledgeable. However, the reason for my lower rating is because the quotes we received from Lee’s for a proactive fix were absolutely ridiculous. We factored in how hard it is to get parts and labor right now and they were still waaaaaaay over-priced. They were obviously trying to push us into doing more than the one thing that needs to be watched/fixed.
