Horrible experience! Before even working on the water heater, I was told that I needed a new one and it was going to cost me at least $600 to install. The reason for a new water heater? It was more than 10 years old. The thermal couple was replaced but they said that it would probably not fix the problem. They left the water heater off because they could not get it started. That evening, I smelled gas from the water heater so I called the gas company. The gas company came, noticed that the fittings were very loose and leaking plus they got the pilot on and the heater working! I got a second opinion from another plumbing company and they did not see a need for a new water heater since it wasn't leaking water. More importantly, their install (with modifications) was nowhere near the $600+ estimate from Pacific plumbing.

Every person we came into contact with at Pacific Plumbing, from the sweet lady that answered the phone, the owner Dave, and the three plumbers (Eddie, Jerry, and Dustin) that tackled our disaster were quick to respond, answered all of our questions, very easy to work with, left our bathroom and yard better than they found it, and all around fantastic!

We have used this company on two occasions. They resolved our issue on both occasions. For the water heater, Ed was very responsive and helpful.

I was referred to Pacific Plumbing through my home warranty company for a hot water issue. They were the 3rd plumber to come out for the same issue. They proved to be the most efficient of the 3. They had to replace the hot water heater, so I also installed a hot water circulation system out of my own pocket. The techs, Nico and Eddie were fast, professional, and pleasant. I then had Pacific Plumbing install a whole water filtration system on my house and install a water line for an ice machine on my patio. I recommend working with this company.

Pacific Plumbing Co. did a great job diagnosing and repairing my broken sewer line. Nico and Eddie were hard workers that had to dig through my hardpan soil to reach the large root causing the problem and they did an outstanding job. Tony and Dustin were able to identify and resolve a problem that 3 plumbers previously couldn’t. Every plumber that came to our house instantly tried to visually diagnose an issue that was non visible but these guys did the work and got our plumbing up and running. I highly recommend this company and these two men.

My shower located in the master bedroom had a leak behind the tiled wall which I was not sure was covered under my home warranty as my homeowner's insurance denied coverage for the repair. The leak had seeped into the bedroom wall causing damage to the wall and carpet in the master bedroom. I called my home warranty company around 8:30 a.m. and within a hour I received a call back from a friendly Bianca at Pacific Plumbing who wanted to schedule a technician to come out that same afternoon and troubleshoot the leak. Dale and Tony arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the source of the leak. Dale explained the problem and the process to fix. The guys called my home warranty customer service to get authorization for the repair, shut the water off to the house and completed the repair --all within 30 minutes. I was more than happy and relieved to stop the leak and further damage to the wall and carpet. Dale and Tony were courteous, polite and efficient throughout their visit to my home. I would without hesitation recommend Pacific Plumbing to family and friends in the Fresno/Clovis area in the event they are in need of plumbing services.

Before Pacific Plumbing was involved my home warranty insurance company sent 2 other agencies. The main issue was Roman tub faucet low pressure and hot water did not heat up. The first agency was a horrible experience and 2 plumbers later with their bad communication and customer service I refused to let them back into our home. After contesting and arguments I finally was able to get the insurance to send out another plumber but after proving my case from a home inspection done before we moved in stating the plumbing was fine. The 2nd plumber made the issue worse, and now we had to shut the main water supply off because he broke a valve on Roman tub that did not stop leaking water everywhere. The next day the insurance company sent him out again to fix the problem, but I had to spend a few hundred dollars to have a tile installer cut through my tile on Roman tub just so he can work on replacing the faucet, because the insurance company said they don't cover tile repairs. There's more to this nightmare, but I feel cut this short. Finally we had ourselves somewhat of a break with insurance company. After calling back on my home warranty I had one of the worse experiences ever with a rude agent for my insurance company. After being on hold for an hour the agent basically said my insurance won't cover my problem and refused to get me a supervisor I requested of him over three times. He said he's going to hang up with me. He rudely hung up without any solutions or transferring me to a supervisor. So, the lucky break was when calling back to file complaint with customer service I ended getting an agent with integrity, initiative, and excellent customer service. He said usually these circumstances required a separate service call but he will send out one more plumbing company to try to resolve the issue, but after this there's not much more that can be done. So Pacific Plumbing arrived. By the way, not all reviews are legit as they are customers opinions and some people just give bad reviews just because they weren't happy for one issue. Anyhow, I believe the majority of reviews usually have some truth behind it. The other plumbing companies my insurance sent, horrible reviews. I looked up Pacific Plumbing, excellent reviews. Long story short, Pacific Plumbing had a challenge trying to find the issue why hot water side of faucet wasn't getting hot even after a few plumbers later. In the process they fixed and replaced cartridges on two of my faucets hoping to solve the problem of water possibly mixing from pulling cold water from shower, a common problem with Roman tubs if shower valve or cartridge is bad. Well Dave, in charge of it all was definitely on track. Let me tell you this, this hot water thing with the tub not heating up was a mystery to multiple plumbers and I later found out the original owners couldn't find the issue. So to shorten this issue leaving out many details. Pacific Plumbing was professional, they didn't abandon problems, they wouldn't give up in finding the problem, no matter what it took. Finally after Pacific Plumbing was out with 3 plumbers 3 separate times and also Dave over the phone making strategic decisions, involving 4 plumbers total, the best was to come. These plumbers went into our attic and found a mixing system in the attic dedicated to the only the Roman tub. This system is to prevent scolding and mixes cold and hot water before it reaches the tub. Even the original owners of this 2013 built home couldn't figure it out, and that was after the fact they had the builders and contractors of the home saying everything is running perfect. So they by passed the mixer to my request and for the first time, we have hot water in our Roman tub. It was a long journey, and I only written of some of these details. Bottom line, hats off to Dave and Pacific Plumbing. Thanks David, and thanks to your dedicated plumbers and techs. I will recommend you and always use you as my goto plumber. Job well done!

When my hot water heater stopped working I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent Pacific Plumbing to my home the next day. Eddie and Jerry diagnosed the issue and determined I needed a new one. Eddie and Jerry were great, they managed to light the pilot and got the old going long enough so I was able to take a shower and do some dishes. To my satisfaction, Pacific called the next day to schedule the install - and the were able to do the work the very next day, a Friday before the long weekend.

Eddie and Jerry came out and did a great job on the prep work and Dustin and Tony installed the new water heater. They even cleaned out the closet when they were finished with the install. (Swept up the floor and disposed of the debris that was under the stackable washer and dryer - which they had to move in order to get the H2O heater out.)

All told, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They came at the exact appointed time and finished the job in 75 minutes. I am very happy with my interaction with everyone at Pacifuc. Nancy, the dispatcher was very helpful and curtious in scheduling everything and coordinating with Fidelity. I will definitely use Pacific Plumbing in the future - hopefully I will never need their service again! Keeping my fingers ceissed!

So I had an issue with my garbage disposal, it got jammed. I called my home warranty about the issue and they placed Pacific plumbing on the job. I met a gentleman by the name of Blake who was a total Rockstar! He came through with this crazy looking tool and a impact gun and worked some magic. He was able to break loose my garbage disposal and gave me some tips on how to prevent that from happening again. He was very pleasant to talk to kept things fun and light and I felt comfortable having him in my home felt like having a buddy over I haven't seen in a while. I definitely would recommend these guys.

They came out to replace a valve on my tub/shower, they soaked my bathroom, including my antique cabinet, and left the tub where you can’t turn the water all the way off. They left as 6 o clock on a Friday and now have declined and potentially blocked my phone number refusing to speak to me habout fixing it. If you want one problem fixed only to have a worse one left behind, go with this company. I’m a single mother, and don’t have any spare time or money to be dealing with this

Pacific plumbing canceled coming to my home to fix my water heater and told my home insurance they came to my home. We were without hot water for a month because they lied. They late changed sorry and said they called and that was the appointment they never came out and lied about it.

Ed, Jerry and Nico were fast, efficient and did a quality job on converting my shower to a single valve/handle. The cleaned up and were in and out in less than 2 hours.

My home warranty referred me to a company that had come out multiple times over the same issue. I requested another company and was referred to Pacific Plumbing. They had come out previously, and being that the problem wasn't solved, I ended up having to go with another company. Though, looking back now, I think it had less to do with Pacific Plumbing and more to do with the home warranty company. That said, the same issue presented itself and I am very happy that Blake from Pacific Plumbing was sent out. He went out of his way to ensure that the issue was taken care of, spending his time to make sure everything was clear and that the issue was resolved. He went through each of our lines along our laundry/sink/main to ensure that there were not any blockages, going above and beyond what I think any other plumber would have done. We couldn't be any happier with the service provided. Thank you!

Dustin came out and evaluated my water heater. He determined it needed to be replaced. The job was done promptly and well! Highly recommend.

I had my water heater installed by Pacific Plumbing in March. It has now failed 3 city inspections. Owner David Mendez complained that I was telling him how to run his business (which might help with this situation at this point)

All in all, there is lots of wasted time and I had to pay $250 for extra modifications and taking time off work to accommodate this issue. I hope it passes on its 4th inspection! Will edit review if the water heater ever passes inspection or if the company does something extraordinary.

David came out to fix a problem with what we thought was a tree root in a sewer line. He discovered it wasn't a root problem after all, got everything working, back to normal. What great service. Highly recommend, honest and sincere.

****DONT USE THIS COMPANY ****SCAMMERS**** This is the worst pluming company around and they are scammers. The lady in the office by the name Nancy (I believe) is very unprofessional w/ no customer service skills. The plumber they sent out to my mom's was 2hrs late. Then before entering my mom's home to even see what the problem was he immediately advised her that he would need to dig up her front yard to fix her plumbing issues and that his boss (Nancy) would give her a great deal of $700 for $1500 job. My mom suggested to the that he might want to come inside to look at her drains first before providing a diagnostic. The plumber came inside looked at both toilets & showers then asked where her main line was she advised him there was one in front at the curb and one in the back by the pool. He went to the front yard and ran water down the pipe lines for about 5-10mins then then knocked on the door and said everything was running fine in the front. My mom proceed to tell him the last time this happen where she had a lot of company over for a long period of time and the toilets became backed up the plumber that came out ran the snake down her main shower in the Master Bedroom then in the main drain out by the pool. The plumber from Pacific then went out his truck grabbed the snake but on his way back in his boss (Nancy) contacted him and advised him not to run the snake to push the offer to dig up the front yard for the $700. My mom proceed to tell him she was not paying them $700 when they had not even attempted to clear the clog. Nancy the contacted my mom stating that it was too risky to run the snake and refused to run the snake. Advised my mom she need to sign the paperwork stating the plumber showed up and pay the $65 to cover her home protection plan for them to come out and that if she wanted their service she would need to pay the $700 to dig up the front yard. If I could give her a zero star I would because they dont even deserve the one star.....

I forgot to add that my cousin came by with his snake and plumbing chemicals to clear the drain and it cleared my mom's plumbing right up and didn't cost her $700 dollars in fact it cost her less than the $65 she paid the scramming Pacific Plumbing for coming out and doing absolutely nothing.

As for the second opinion that my mother requested it was denied because Pacific Plumber lied on their report stating they checked and did things to my mom's plumbing that they did not do. And when Nancy called back days later to check to see if my mother was now interested in the offer to dig up her front yard for $700 she was shocked 😲 when my mom advised her that her plumbing was clear and that we uses a snake (and the snake was much smaller than the one they had) and it didn't break....

Nancy's comment below is all lies and I think she makes fake profiles for her 5 star ratings... Please don't be fooled and if you have a home protecting plan make sure you tell them not to send Pacific Plumbing because you will be very disappointed and it a waste of your fee that you have to pay... ***SCAMMERS***

I have AHS Warranty, and I am thankful they use this contractor. The first contractor AHS recommended could not repair until next week! Tony w/ PPC came out the same day, and repaired all! Thank you PPC for employing an exemplary employee. Tony's a hard worker, deserves ten stars, and a raise!

I had a hot water pipe burst while bathing this morning, water leaking into both bathrooms and the kitchen. I shut the water off and cleaned up before work, but coming home I knew I needed to call someone.

Remembering my deceased father had put a refrigerator magnet of a plumbing company on the fridge years ago after an incident (I don't remember what happened but I know he was satisfied enough with their service to keep the magnet), I found it and gave them a call.

As the house was sold at auction and I am moving out by the end of the month, I was a little disturbed to find out that they would have to jackhammer into the foundation to fix this leak at the cost of at least $1,000. That would mean I'd be spending thousands (including re-flooring, etc) for a house that will be ripped apart in a month anyway. However, the gentleman I spoke to, talked me through shutting off my hot water valve so that I could at least have running water again without it leaking. I might have to take cold showers for the rest of the month, but Pacific Plumbing really saved my hide.

Had a problem with my sink clogging and leaking for a couple years hired multiple people to come and fix it to no avail. Decide to give this place a try got an employee named, Tony. Tony was courteous, efficient and knows his work, he fixed my sink! Thank you! Drains faster than it used too!

Service man came out to fix A couple repairs he seem knowledgeable but after he left had a couple leaks called the Company owner answered he was extremely arrogant and told me how was going to go there just out to make a buck and their customer service definitely lacks wouldn't recommend them

I tried this company after reading their reviews on Angie's List. They were as good as they said. ON TIME, friendly and they really took the time on the phone with me with all my gazillion questions. When Dan came out he was so nice and they put me in a good mood and made me laugh and before I knew it, the pipe was all cleaned out and I was good to go. They even cleaned up while I paid the bill and it was like nothing ever happened. Love them!!!

If you need a plumber in Fresno be sure to call Pacific Plumbing. Their service is fast, clean and excellent. Be sure to ask for Blake. Blake got the job done right. He called before he came out. He arrived on time and he was super nice and polite. I've never been called sir so many times in my life :-). And before he left he made sure the area he worked in was clean. Absolutely excellent service.

HORRIBLE service. David, the owner, could not handle things worse. We experienced flooding in our bathroom after using the washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. Pacific Plumbing sent someone over to help. They established that a tree root was growing in the pipes. They came the next day to remove the root. They had to tear up the backyard which was necessary to remove the root. During their time here, the got mud on the walls in the bathroom, removed the toilet and replaced it crooked breaking the bottom seal (as seen in pictures) and the landscaping is HORRIBLE (seen in pictures). David said the landscaping looks phenomenal. We sent him pictures and then he said “you should expect that from plumbers”. It is now a sink hole in the place they fixed the pipe. David said they will come back and “do a good job” for $400 more. Two men left our house without even telling me or checking to make sure that the flooding issue was solved. I also flushed the toilet and the reservoir was not refilling and the water in the toilet bowl was not refilling. I called David to tell him the toilet was not fixed. He got extremely sassy and said they weren’t hired to fix the toilet. After I argued with him and my husband talked to him on the phone, he agreed to send someone out the next day to fix the toilet. Before the guy showed up, I posted a negative review on yelp and David called my husband and said I need to take it down or they wouldn’t come. Pretty gutsy considering we hadn’t paid them or signed anything yet. Unfortunately, we have to bite the bullet on the landscaping which is absurd, but do NOT USE THEM. The one star is for Dale who was so kind and apologetic and fixed our toilet the next day. David is the one to blame.

I was assigned this company through my home warranty service for a broken water heater. My issue was very poor customer service after a scheduling error btwn the warranty company and them. When I was unhappy with having to wait longer for things that weren't my fault, I was basically told that if I needed a replacement, they wouldn't schedule it until later if they got service calls after mine AFTER... Sounds like they try to pack in the clients, overbook, to cash out rather than take good care of the ones they already have. Nancy, one of the owners apparently, was so rude, argumentative, and defensive on the phone, I did not even get to the point of having a technician come to my home. I canceled, with a broken water heater. What I saw as a simple scheduling mistake that could be fixed got turned into Nancy saying So your calling me a liar, me thinking there was a conspiricy against me (Nancy's words not mine) and me not understanding the .process. I was also told this has never happened before unaccountability much?. It was insulting and while I might not understand the process, I do understand customer service and business and this was not a good example of either. After reading these reviews and the companies responses to the poor ones, I am obviously not inaccurate in my opinion that she was unprofessional and argumentative and I am happy I did not use them...maybe I'll get a rude, argumentative response to this review, or maybe (hopefully) instead of being defensive with customers online, they'll spend that time taking care of future customers properly :)

I had to have my garbage disposal replaced. Tony the technician came very promptly. He stated his name and the company in which he worked for. He swiftly assessed the issue and replaced the disposal, cleaned up the area and politely reviewed the closing documents. It was a pleasure working with this company.

Called AHS warranty company, have had bad experience with them in the past. They assigned me to a different plumbing company at first but I saw bad ratings. I decided to go with Pacific Plumbing and their secretory from the beginning was very helpful to give me the soonest appointment. She was candid and helpful. They found the leak from the interior and the leak was fixed professionally.

Back in August, our warranty service sent out Pacific Plumbing to troubleshoot our plumbing issue. At that time, after reviewing the problem, they snaked out our line and we were up and running. As time went by, our plumbing issue came back. Once again, we called our warranty service, this time they sent a different plumbing contractor. They opened the cleanout plug, took a look, and did nothing else. Two more times, they were sent out over a period of 3 or 4 months. Each time costing us money and doing the exact same thing as before. Our issue continued to grow and we had to call our warranty service again. This time we requested Pacific Plumbing. They came out, surveyed the problem and ran a camera down the pipe land found the reason for our problem. It was a relief to know just what we were up against.

I had a major blockage in my house. I called them and the owner David said that “people call us when others can’t do a job or when they don’t know what they’re talking about.” Well, their employee came here wearing slippers. Charged me $1000 and only partially cleared the blockage. Moreover, they advised me to change cartridges for exuberant money which I later found out didn’t need to be changed. When I complained to David on Friday evening, he replied by saying, “they’ll have to let me go as a customer.” Just when I needed someone the most that’s when they provide with such a reply! On Monday they did contact me and were asking to charge $100/hr per employee (working 4 employees at a time) for however long it takes.
I hired another company they were far more competent and professional. They figured out the problem in no time and didn’t need to break up the garage floor, like how David had advised. Unless you have a small job, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They take advantage of person’s vulnerability and lack of knowledge.

Invoice #15573 (Paid you every last dime). Not only you and your employees are incompetent, but you sir are also a big liar!

I needed to call the office several times and Nancy was extremely professional and helpful each time. Blake replaced our water heater and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Pacific Plumbing again.

I have used Pacific Plumbing twice and both times Jerry came out. First to replace my garbage disposal and second to unclog my tub. He was beyond professional and fixed the problem quickly. He was very friendly and will be requesting him specifically for future plumbing needs. They were able to accommodate me quickly and efficiently.

We had issues with our water heater. Tony was fantastic. He did a wonderful job replacing it for us in a very timely manner

Dave and Nancy where great to work with, we had a leak under our sink and they got to us right away. I really appreciated their professionalism and prompt service, Thank You Dave and Nancy!

On their website, they advertised 24 hour plumbing service. I called them Friday evening, the guy who answered said they don't do weekends anymore. Ended up doing the work myself. On a positive note I probably saved some big bucks repairing a busted water main line.

Had a plugged up kitchen sink, shower and tub. Daniel came out Monday afternoon. He didnt have the snake so he had to go buy one at home depot. Kitchen sink was cleared but he couldnt figure out what was wrong with the shower and tub. Said he will come back with someone and never came or called. On Tuesday, we called and left messages. Repeated calls through out the day. Nancy finally picked up and said she will find out whats going on and will call back. She never called back and no one ever came. Called our home warrenty and they said to wait for them to come back to diagnosis the issue. Today is wednesday. Still no reply from them. So we called the home warranty again to find out that they reported our plumbing was not up to code. Not up to code? How? When Daniel couldnt figure out what was wrong with it and never came back from the first day? We are very unsatisfied. It was a waste of our time. Their communication skills and plumbing knowledge are wack! I would not recommend this buisness.

Our issue was with leaking shower handle and also a leak inside the wall due to which we switched off our entire water supply.
We called them to tell that the issue was urgent and they came after two days.
First the guy on the phone is always rude, the plumber tony fixed the issue but got the hot and cold pipes on the opposite side, we called back so many times, even texted and not even a single reply and even the lady on the phone said she would ask her manager if they could fix it, no reply there too.
All I was asking was if the issue could be fixed or not.

Overcharged for a simple job. They take advantage of customers and treat them very rudely. I do not recommend this company.

I have had nothing but horror experiences with plumbers dispatched from our home warranty company! To my surprise Pacific Plumbing was the complete opposite!! They showed up when they stated they would, received a courtesy phone call to inform me they were on their way, and came prepared to work! The gal at the office even confirmed the work to be done! So when they arrived they had their tools, equipment and replacement parts needed!!! To my surprise they competed the job in less than an hour, and even cleaned up after themselves!!! Jerry and Eddie restored my faith in Plumbers and I will request Pacific Plumbing for any plumbing needs I have from now on!!! Very professional from start to finish!!! Great customer service! Thank you Pacific plumbing!

Blake was a great worker he really knows what he’s doing.

Had leak in slab. Blake and Eddie came out and really did a complete estimate and explained process. I felt confident in them and the company by the time they left. Whole team involved in repipe where polite and professional. Very minimal intrusions into walls and areas left clean. I would recommend them.

Fraud, please do not use this company
They abused us due to desperate situation with attic water heater leaking and no time to check on the price and made me pay extra in addition to home insurance copay $450 for 4 plumbers to lift it up. They did NOT do the job properly and insurance had to call another company which fixed all the problems and notified me that special normally used by all plumbers hoist ( less than $25 cost) lift should be used by one plumber which was covered under my policy.
Manager Nancy refused to refund stating : Thats how we do our business
Writing this to warn you to avoid fraudulent charges and poor quality work by this company.

We had a leaky toilet and got pacific plumbing through our home warranty program. They called immediately (less than 12 hours after I sent in the claim) even though it was after “regular business hours”!! When Jerry came to the house he was kind, courteous and very quick - first with a call to let me know he was on the way and subsequently let me know immediately what the problem was and fixed it - all in less than an hour!! He cleaned up the area as well - huge plus!! Thank you, Jerry for a great experience with your company!! I’ll definitely be using pacific pluming in the future!!

Entire house backed up. 100+ yo house had no cleanout. They were at my place in 2 days and installed a new clean out. The price was much less than I thought it would be. They saved the day. I will definitely call them if I have any plumbing problems I might have.

My company has been using Pacific Plumbing here in Fresno for quite a few years now. They have provided excellent service at a better than fair price. From the office to the technicians that come out, they are awesome!!! And I can tell you, we have put them through some pretty rough situations. If you are looking for dependable, courteous, and efficient plumbers, call them.

Pacific Plumbing was assigned to us by our home warranty company. Pacific Plumbing replaced what we thought was the main shut off valve. turns out it was not, they replaced the wrong valve. we called them back out thinking the main valve was broken again. they came out and turns out what we had them replace was not the main valve afterall. it was on their second visit wherein, they pointed out our main shut off valve was located in a different area and works fine. Wish that had been caught on their first visit since we ended up paying for them to replace the wrong valve. Unfortunately, the valve we thought was the main shutoff was originally pointed out to us by our home inspector - turns out he was wrong. Pacific Plumbing was responsive and punctual.

We would like to thank Pacific Plumbing for the wonderful job that they did replacing our water heater outside.
The estimate and scheduling were quick and the replacement has work is working very well.

My first experience was great but when my water heater needed to be replaced they destroyed the door frame and didn’t bother to let me know and threw the frame in my recycling trash can. We spoke with management and were told they are not carpenters. Also that the house must’ve been built around the water heater by the previous owner. Funny since we are the previous and only owner the house has had. The water heater that was replaced was 22yrs old and the our house is over 40yrs old. There was never a problem before this with the door frame. I am very disappointed and feel they took advantage of an 82 yr old disabled woman with Covid.

I had Dustin and Jerry out today to install a new water heater. They did and excellent job. They were timely and professional. My interactions with the folks in the office was also much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Pacific Plumbing. The price was fair and the work of the highest quality.

Worst service ever. Can’t believe they have business. Didn’t show up with correct equipment. Owner called me and stated it wasn’t there fault it was my insurance co. fault. Owner rude and treats clients disrespectfully. Can’t wait to see his reply. Don’t use them.

Pacific has good technicians that seem motivated to do a good job and do it the first time. They have done several jobs for me. The last one was bid by another plumber at $8000. Pacific did it for less than half of that. I really appreciate their local, friendly and helpful approach. I really think you can trust them. By the way they support their estimates as final, not mere suggestions. You know what to expect.

One other thing. Pacific has also come out to our home on Home Warranty work. They performed well, but within the confines of Warranty agreement that limits what can be done. Pacific doesn’t control the agreement so read and understand your agreement before you use it!

It was Friday afternoon at 4:00 before 4th of July weekend and my Warranty Company could find no one until Monday am to repair a leak in my attic
that was running into my master
bathroom. I called a friend who recommended Pacific Plumbing and David was AMAZING. He had someone at my door in 45 minutes. Dale went right to work and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I am so grateful for such fast, professional and kind service.

Same as the other reviews, my home warranty company assigned them. Nancy was unbelievably rude and told me they don't have to respond quickly to warranty customers. It was an awful experience and they never sent anyone. Fortunately, Robertson Plumbing came the next day and fixed the problem without being rude. Avoid this company and Nancy at all costs!

Blake from pacific plumbing is the best and a life savior, i called home warranty for a toilet flange repair and another company”not menitioning their name” said they cant do it we cant fix it i have to hire a carpenter for $800 to put some wood down then theyll fix it. Blake came and fixed it in 30 minutes no problem whatsoever. He also installed a water heater and garbage disposal for me through warranty with ease no problems i would totally recommend them over the other companies who dont even try and just look and state they cant do it. 10/10 would recommend life saviors

Blake @ Pacific Plumbing & his partner was very professional knowledgeable went out of his way to help us, the issue we're having is complex and he took the time to explain everything. Before he arrived he called to inform us of his arrival time too. Everything from the office staff to technician Blake was outstanding. This company is the 2nd to come help, and Pacific did more in one visit than the 1st company did in 5 visits. We still need to finish the repair but I have faith it will be done with this company, we have a home warranty so it takes longer. I would 💯 recommend this Plumbing company.

First and foremost I want to Thank Pacific Plumbing for hiring an exceptional employee. Tony was our Technician, he was so professional, and personable. He fixed a leak in the pipe under the sink, he first surveyed the leak and pipes and made sure he had all the materials needed before he started taking stuff apart. He took his time, was not rushed like other companies we've used in the past. He replaced the entire pipes, and made sure everything was perfect and than after all of that he unclogged the drain and he also made sure the drain was competed unclogged before he packed up his tools. We truly admired he's work ethic. I guarantee that we will most definitely be using Pacific Plumbing for all our plumbing needs through AHS and will share our experience with our neighbors , family and friends . Dale did a really great job! We've had an issue with our garbage disposal/ dishwasher for a while now and he got in here, fixed it, made sure it was fixed and then was done! Quick and easy!

My water heater broke on Dec 30th. I know everyone is busy during the holiday time but this company made it out there to me the same day and had me in a new water heater 24hrs later NEW YEARS EVE! So easy to reach and work with and they went the extra mile for me knowing I was in a desperate situation. I will forever be grateful to them.

Worst company ever.. they tried to blame my home warranty company for there tech breaking my unit.... Worst company ever and the lady who answered the phone cursed at me I'm suing
