My usual plumber was booked solid for the day, and my Kitchen and bathroom were unusable until my drains were cleared so I took a chance on Rapid Rooter after reading positive reviews here.

I was not disappointed. They were busy as well, but had time to come out that afternoon. Edward called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was pleasant to work with. He spent a fair amount of time discussing the layout of the plumbing and determining the best place to start. ( Several rooms were backing up into a single sink)

Our house is over 50 years old and has some quirky plumbing. There are also no clean outs in the system. In spite of this he was able to find the blockage and break it up. He then spent time with me testing the three rooms that fed in to that waste line to make sure it was they were draining freely.

I will be happy to use them again in the future.

Eddie Came out because I had a leak on an outside faucet. Turns out it was just because my hands weren’t strong enough to turn the faucet off tight enough. After he showed me this he didn’t even charge me the service charge to come out. What a nice gentleman polite, courteous and so friendly. Just as friendly as his staff is who answers the phone. What a wonderful voice this woman has who set up the appointment who was kind and courteous to me. I will be recommending rapid to all of my friends in the hopes that they will use this service too.

We had an emergency after hours situation, double sink it kitchen totally clogged on both sides. Master plumber, Eddie, came out at 9:30 pm and had it cleared and working again within an hour. Thank you so much for coming out late night. I would highly recommend using Rapid Rooter Drain Master!!

I had them come out about 2 weeks ago to fix a leak on the hot water in a bathtub. They came out the same day which was great. My problem with them is I was charged $175.00 for about 10-15 minutes of work to put a new washer in and a few days later the faucet was dripping again. Had to have someone else come out, and the problem wasnt the washer but the seat which just tore the new washer up. I was shown this seat so I know how bad it was. Big waste of my money calling them and I wouldnt tell anyone I know to call them What good would it do to call and complain when the there was no warranty on the job, And I sure didnt want to pay that high of a rate when I had someone else come fix it alot cheaper.

I am new to being a landlord, so when I rented out my home and the tenant had a plumbing problem, I wasn't quite sure how to get it taken care of. Diane handled the billing directly with me via email and had the plumber contact my tenant direct for access and appointment time. My tenant was pleased with their promptness, cleanliness and the new disposal as well! I was quite impressed that they even do a follow up call making sure there service was satisfactory. Now, that's hard to find!

I was in the garage last night while my daughter was bathing upstairs when I felt water dripping on me. Long story-short; I looked for the source of the water and could not determine positively. I read their reviews this morning and called. Eddie and another young man came out in about two hours (I live in Kerman) and found that the overflow cover was loose and then inspected for damage. Yeah, I could've done it myself, but now I know what the cause was and now everybody can use the bathroom again. Cool guys.

Rapid Rooter THANK YOU!!!!! We had a problem with our sewer line backing up over the weekend. They came out on a Sunday to unclog, however we had a much bigger issue. The main sewer line going to the city was damaged by roots, preventing the sewage from dumping into city pipe. We were unable to use the facilities and Rapid Rooter got it to were we can use them temporarily for the night. They came back Monday to dig more and install the new sewer line and new clean-out, they were very friendly and nice and explained the entire process to me. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! I will be using them in the future for all my pluming needs.

Could not be more thankful to the Rapid Rooter crew for their quick response to our emergency! We had a pipe burst in our garage, and they came to our rescue at 9pm at night, after being on another job the entire day. They were able to come back the next morning and complete the project. They explained in detail our options, the repair, and even how to work with our home owners insurance to have them pay for the repairs. Rapid Rooter is the best in Fresno...
After three very highly rated and well known plumbing companies came onsite and couldn't help, it was Ed with Rapid Rooter to the rescue. Ed was able to locate our buried clean-out and bring it up to grade as well as showing me (with the camera) exactly where the issues were and a clean pipe afterwards.
Competitive prices are also a plus.
They are prompt and efficient and provide excellent customer service.
Ed is welcome in our home anytime.

Fantastic service. Unfortunately needed a plumber twice in the past month (disposal and faucet issue) and Rapid Rooter provided as good of service as you can hope for. Booked my appointment for the next day, the plumber was very friendly and efficient, and they even called a couple days later to ensure everything was okay. Price was very fair. Eddie was a really nice guy but could not guarantee the work because of the way the pipes laid out so he advised us to get someone who would do what he could not because his rooter was too big for the inside of the house. Otherwise he was great and we did not feel that we had been duped.

Rapid rooter did a great job coming out and checking my leaking water heater, Alex, checked my old water heater and realized it needed to be repaired. He contacted my home insurance company and was able to order the new water heater and update my water heater and bring it up to code. aside from my insurance failing to put the order in, once rapid rooter received the okay to pick up the water heater, they were able to get my water heater installed within a few days. The secretary was very professional, under pressure and she was very thorough to follow up on how well the job was done and if i was happy with my water heater. I told her I appreciate all efforts rapid rooter did to get my water heater fixed. i would very much recommend others to give them a call.

My elderly mother had her kitchen sink backup and I was not available to go over there. I called Rapid Rooter Drain Master and Eddie was extremely responsive and quick. When he got there he made my mother feel comfortable and called me with my options and diagnostic. Originally it was going to be pretty expensive but after we hung up Eddie talked with my mother for another 10 and found out if was only a piece of food stuck in the pee trap just below the garbage disposal. He got it out quickly for an extremely good price. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the furture.

They didn't fix the water heater. Just started the pilot. The office person was professional but the plumber was not. He wouldn't listen to me about the problem. I think because I am a woman. I asked him questions, he just ignored me. The water heater leaked out a lot of water, you could see the water stain. He said it was just a drip from the faucet. Then told me how to fix it! That night we had hot water, the next day the pilot was off again. It's been 2 weeks with no hot water. Now, we are waiting for a new water heater to be installed.

Edward and Diane were great! I really didn't know what I was getting into until Edward came by and inspected my problem. Edward was very honest , educated me on what my root cause could be, and took the time to break down what we will be need to fix my sewer line. I called Rapid Rooter in the morning after we had a toilet clog in our new house. They were at our house within a couple hours. They sent me a text verifying my appointment window and a text letting me know they were en route to my house. Once the owner got here he assessed our problem and immediately told us our options. He was very informative and open about what should be done. He talked with us for a long while before we finally decided to proceed with a service. Before he left he gave us a thorough run down of what occurred while he was here. I would definitely recommend Rapid Rooter to anyone and use them again myself!

WARNING HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
On 1/4/19
My home warranty company told me to give Rapid Rooter a call to expedite scheduling. I called, lady said it would take about an for her to receive the order from the home warranty and they would call me to schedule a time for them to come out. I had to call them back after waiting hours on them to call. The lady in the office had an attitude. She basically said because we were going through our home warranty we're not priority and they had 48hrs to respond to our work order. She scheduled someone to come out today (1/5/19) between 1pm and 4pm. No one showed up nor did I receive a call from them. I waited until 4:20pm then gave them a call no answer. I let ten minutes pass and called again this time I left a message. Never received a call back. I had to call the home warranty and they were able to talk with someone. Rapid Rooter said the person that was scheduled to come out was behind and they would be able to come out later this evening or I could wait till the next morning. I couldn't wait because my toilet was backing up into my shower. So I agreed to having them come out later in this evening. Then they changed up and said they wouldn't be able to come out this evening because the guy wasn't in the area. Horrible service.

Our first experience with Ed was 9 years ago when we were moving into our brand new home. Our toilets were not flushing properly. We called Ed to come in and diagnose our problem. He sent an inspection camera down into our plumbing system and determined that there was a dip in our sewer pipe. The best fix that all of us including the house builder and our plumber, Ed, came up with was to put in more powerful flushing toilets. This was better than digging up pipes on a brand new home. To this day, we still haven't had any issues our toilets. This brings us to one week ago when we called Rapid Rooter to look at our low water pressure issues. We have had low water pressure in our house for about a month. We had the city come out and run an inspection to see if the issue was on their end. It wasn't. Rapid Rooter to the rescue. Ed diagnosed our problem. We needed a new water pressure regulator. He installed a new one and our problems were resolved. No more water pressure issues. Yay! Thank you to Ed and Rapid Rooter for your fair prices and great service. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a backed up drain outside my house. I called yesterday and requested services for today. The Plummer on time as promised by telephone service rep last night. The Plummers name is Edward and he was excellent. Edward explained the problem, provided a quote, and even explained what I needed if I wanted to do it myself.. Thats says a lot about a company.

Within 30 minutes I was provided with a quote that was very reasonable so I did use their service. In closing if you want an honest quote and execellent service then I recommend Rapid Rooter.

They were able to take care of my problem but the price was outrageous. They seem affordable with the $45 service charge but once they diagnose the problem the charge for the work is ridiculous. They said they would apply the $45 to the work being done if they made the repairs so I paid $170 to replace a cartridge in my shower when the part was only about $30, which means the labor alone, which was about 25 minutes maybe less totaled $140. Outrageous! Had I known their labor was so expensive I would have looked around...don't let the $45 service visit fool you!!!! Shop around

These guys were sent through my home warranty service. I had a clogged sink in the master bedroom, most likely hair. Before calling the Warranty company I removed the P-Trap to see if the clog was at the elbow. This is very simple process, maybe slightly more complicated than using a plunger. Well the clog wasn't at the P-Trap, it was inside the wall so I called the Warranty company to set up a visit.

Rapid Rooter was dispatched and when I showed him the sink, the technician's eagle eye spied my channel locks still laying under the sink. I explained what I had done to clear the clog, plunger and clearing the P-Trap, no biggie right? Well, evidently the technician didn't want to earn his money this day so, before even turning on the water to evaluate the clog or bending over to look under the sink, he made some kind of excuse and left.

I waiting a couple hours and called the Warranty company for a status. Well, turns out this eagle eyed plumber told the Warranty company that I, the customer, had attempted to fix the problem and therefore Rapid Rooter refused to complete the job. Yep, he saw my channel locks under the sink, figured he had himself a quick $65 without having to do any work so he fled. Basically, Rapid Rooter quit the job after 1 minute.

Now, my Warranty company expects me to pay Rapid Rooter $65 for a 1 minute visit. Fat chance. I'm fighting this rip off and if my Warranty company doesn't relent I will not renew with them and they will lose $600 and Rapid Rooter won't get their $65 anyway.

I called another plumber and he had the clog cleared and sink back together in 30 minutes.

Dishonesty is why this company gets my vote of 1 star. Very dishonest.

Call was dispatched and picked up by them six days before they made contact. I left a message on second day. On sixth day after dispatch they phoned with no apology or explanation of why the delay or ignored messages. Plumber came out ran water and gave me his unsolicited opinions on issues that were none of his business. Not impressed at all. Lack of professionalism was overwhelming. Disappointed. Plumber DID NOT wear a mask in a customers home in the midst of a pandemic.

I had a Home Warranty problem on one of my rentals on March 11,2015. My Bath & Shower faucet was leaking.The technician from City Plumbing did the service call and reported to the Home Warranty Company that parts were missing from the faucet and therefore the repairs were not covered.This was an outright lie, as no parts were missing, it was just the cartridge that needed replacing.

I requested a second opinion and the Home Warranty Company gave the assignment to Rapid Rooter.
I was impressed that Diana called me the following morning and had her technician, Andrew, meet me at the Condo.
We both inspected the faucet and concurred that there were no missing parts and that the faucet just needed a new cartridge.
Andrew went and purchased and installed the parts.Everything worked as it is supposed to.
My tenants and myself are really happy with the service that we received from Diana, Andrew & Rapid Rooter.

Diana again followed up the same day to see how the repairs went etc, etc.
Now this was really good service and PR from Diana.
I noticed when Diana called me the 2nd time that her phone number was programmed in my phone as Tracy from Roto Rooter.
Then I confirmed that Roto Rooter and Rapid Rooter are one and the same with Eddie & Diana as the owners.

This was the 2nd time in about 2 years that Eddie & Diana were asked for 2nd opinions. Both times they took care of the problems as they were covered under warranty despite having been told otherwise by the Home Warranty Company who was relying on the report from the other Plumbing Technicians.

Eddie & Diana and Rapid Rooter are an excellent company and I give them 5 stars.I will recommend them to any of my friends that need Plumbing Services as I know Eddie has a wealth of experience in this field.
I will try to request their services every time I call for Home Warranty Plumbing Services because their track record is excellent and I know an honest company when I deal with them.

I wish Eddie, Diana & Rapid Rooter continued success and all the best for the future.

Eddie and his team provided professional, quality service. I have had a lot of experiences with plumbers throughout the years of being a homeowner and Rapid Rooter has been the best service experience I have ever had. We had a toilet that clogged and we also started seeing water backing up into the bath tub. We called Rapid Rooter and they were there within the hour. Immediately Eddie knew where the issue was and quickly investigated our main sewer line. It turns out we had roots growing in the sewer line and a cracked pipe. He used the latest technology to pinpoint the exact location of the issue and walked me through the whole process on the camera. Once it came time to repair Eddie and his crew were there early and on time. They walked me through the repairs and what was done real time as they worked. Rapid Rooter is my go to plumber now!

Instead of fixing a $15 tub leak problem, we were told we weren't pushing hard enough and to soak it (?? It's a faucet attached to a wall ??). This is a warranty service for a rental that we aren't supposed to fix ourselves. Now we have another call in for them to come back out... More time wasted over a simple fix. Maybe they'll fix it this time around. Here's hoping!

**edit - because apparently you can't add a second review when they come back.** They came out again (at the end of the 9a-12p window) and this time I videoed the dripping and me pushing hard beforehand. Same guy came out and had the replacement part with him this time. No issues with replacing the part. He was pleasant and cheerful.

I'm sure this whole thing was a problem because they don't make money on warranty calls... But NO ONE wants to take off two separate days of work for a 10 minute fix. It would have been better for the company if they'd just replaced the part the first time.

If I was able to leave a second separate review, I probably would have given them 3 stars on the separate post (because 5 stars is reserved for friendly, quick, and efficient service... Edward was great. He came out to check on a clogged shower pipe witch I was told my another company was going to need major work. He looked at it and found some debris in the line and with in 30 mins it was out. He could have given me the same story that the last guy did and I would have probably gave in and had the work done. Instead he got it out and fixed the problem and also gave me some info on what was not needed on my house witch the other guy told me I did. Edward is a strait shooter and is a good guy and a great plumber. I have already given out his cards to people in my family and told them this is the company to call if you need work done. Edit: Originally had given a bad review but as it turns out, it was the referral service I had used to find them and not Rapid Rooter at all. Within half an hour of posting this bad review I received a phone call from the office manager - within 24 hours a call from the owner himself. Fantastic plumbing service! They sent me a text message 20 minutes before arriving so I knew when they would be here and could run errands before they came if needed. I have a home warranty through fidelity . My kitchen sink was leaking, so they came out and supposedly fixed it. My sink was still leaking, I called the company to notify them that my sink was still leaking. I called the office there was no answer and I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. I called the next day and. The lady _Diane) gave me an appt between 1-4. The guy who was going to fix it (Mack) text me @ 4:05 to tell me he was on his way. I never got a call or text that they were going to be late. Very bad customer service. These people dont value their company or the reputation. My contract ends soon with Fidelity home warranty and I will not be renewing with them. I will definetly make sure not to do bussiness with them anymore. I will also let me friends, family and co workers know not to use them for any issues. . Wost company Ever.

The guy that came out not only didn't know what he was talking about but lied to the insurance company so they denied our claim! 2nd off he tried to extort extra money from us on top of the insurance payment and because he lied the insurance company won't refund our money! Plumber showed up with the owner, they were sent out by my home warranty company. They told me snaking the drain wasn't covered by the home warranty, but our drains were clogged throughout the house so I told them to clear it anyway.they charged me $350, plus the non refundable $75 the warranty company Took to send them out. Took them 2 hours and my bathroom flooded again the next morning, I called them back and they told me they'll have to charge me again to come back out. We complained to our warranty company and got all money back, fortunately. Hired another company and he got the problem fixed, haven't any issues since. I cannot recommend using rapid rooter. The owner, Eddie, will try to get as much money from you as possible. He estimated over $3,000 to install a two way clean out on the sewer line. The guy from Allbritten the Barefoot Plumber flipped out and said he would do it for $250 if I dig the hole for him.

He could have used a snake to unclog and personally made more money for the service a and I wouldn't have known the difference. However, Eddie (the owner) did what was best for the client. I do feel like he tried what he could without damaging the toilet. He did offer a possible solution for a shield from Home Depot, so we'll try that.

We recently had a gas leak somewhere in our lines which had been uncovered by PG@E as they came to restore our service following a fumigation Rapid Rooter was called and they went through the crawl space under our house looking for the leak but failed to find. So they repeated the test and checked again but no luck. Not willing to give up they returned the next morning and noticed a gas pipe up on the roof which had been entirely forgotten. Thanks to the diligence of the plumbers we were able to get our service restored. They also hydro flushed our kitchen drain for us where other plumbers had failed. I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing problem.

When I had a plumbing emergency (water valve wouldn't turn off), I went to Google and started making frantic calls down the list. I called six local plumbing companies and was told by each of them that they were unavailable for at least two days. (I shut off water to the house and really couldn't wait 2+ days for running water.) When I called Rapid Rooter I was told they could be there in a few hours. Ed showed up even before the 2-hour window began and he finished the job quickly, professionally, and personably. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We just moved into an older home. Last Saturday, we were hosting a gathering of friends and the night before our bathrooms went out. My first contact was with Diane. She was very nice and called her tech/husband, Ed, out to my house. He was there within an house.

I had a bid from a 'large chain plumbing company' to fix my pipes... lots of tree root and build up. They showed me on the camera and said that they needed to replace some sections, jet it, snake it, and some other things. Looking at about $9500 (and that was the cheaper of the two options.) Ed came out and, for $250, put his camera down there and confirmed that YES I have a root problem, but there was no way it should be $9500.

He jetted the line and cleaned it out and then confirmed that no sections needed to be replaced. He will also be using a root killing foam solution to help too. He charged me less than 10% of what the other company bid me for. I am so thankful I called them for a second opinion!

I am a local realtor and called out Ed for a second opinion on a sewage request for repair for one of my listings. I was not impressed by the plumber they sent out. They were assigned based on my home warranty. They are not an authorized repair company for whirlpool products apparently. So he wasn't able to work on my water heater. My sink had the hot water side with low pressure. He simply unplugged the hose from under the sink and blew through it. Then he reconnected it and it was still slow. He proceeded to tell me the galvanized pipe in the wall was clogged and would need to be replaced. And that the warranty company wouldn't cover it. Except, this has happened in that past before and he didn't work the problem the same as the two others who came before him over the years. I asked if we can test his conclusion by turning on the water from the wall, unplugged from sink, to see if the pressure is reduced from there. He said yes, but all the stuff under the sink would need to be removed. Not a problem, I put all the stuff in a box. He tested it out and I had full water pressure and sediment particles. He showed me water as if his suggestion was correct. He plugged everything in and tried the hot water and it was still slow. Still saying it's the hot water line since the cold water pressure is perfect, I asked if it was possible the clogged went right to the Y joint where the hot and cold water meet and push through my facuet. He went back under and disconnected it from there and flushed the water out. Again more sediment. He plugged everything in and everything worked.
He was going to leave after telling me the pipe from my water heater to my kitchen facuet was the issue and not covered. He either didn't want to get under the sink to work the problem, or he didn't know how to solve the problem. In any case, laziness or knowledge, I was not impressed by the service call. I gave two stars in stead of one because maybe it was an off day OR, more likely the third scenario, this company wasn't compensated enough by the home warranty company to put any effort into the repair.
Regardless, the effort displayed for a work order they chose to accept was sub par. 2 stars.

I have a low water pressure issue in one of my bathrooms, and called a few plumbers to come give me their diagnosis. I have galvanized pipes in a 23-yr-old house, and the corrosion is causing blockages. Eddie came out to take a look, and was very honest in his conclusion that short of re-piping the house, low water pressure would continue to be an issue off and on as long as the corrosive material was breaking off and causing blockages in the pipes. Not what I wanted to hear, but he could have taken out the shower cartridge and replaced it, same with the sink, etc, and charged me a lot of money for “attempting” a fix he knew would not be permanent. He waived the fee for the visit, and although my problem was not fixed he did not take advantage of the situation.They were very professional, and gave solid advice, and left me with a good impression of their company.

We called Rapid Rooter later on a Saturday and received a prompt call back regarding our plumbing issue. We had already called two other plumbing companies who had not returned our call. We had a water softener tank on the outside of our house that was leaking a lot of water and flooding the side of our house. We thought we would have to pay a plumbing company to come after-hours to fix it. Consumer Beware!!! My first preference would have been Fresno plumbing. However, they were unavailable until Wednesday. I saw Rappid Rooter online and decided to go with their service. In our initial phone call with Diane she mentioned a $45 fee which would be waived if I decided to go with their services and mentioned they did not charge a per hour rate only depending on the service they provide. They lied !!!! Once they arrived at my property they later changed their mind and decided it was going to be $175 due to the time they spent at my property trying to locate the problem they also stated the weather was very hot, now I was also charged for the weather something I could not control . From a quote of $150-$225 my final bill came to $745, outrageous !!!
Later they sent me a bill and change their pricing and reworded what their total charges to their advantage on the invoice as if I wouldn't be able to notice the changes.
This company is very unethical and inconsistent with their business practices I would not recommend them . My experience with rapid rooter was by far the worst I have had .

We had a clogged drainage system that needed to be serviced immediately. We called our usual plumbers, All Star Plumbers, but they were booked until Wednesday and we needed it done ASAP. They recommended us Pacific Plumbers, but they wouldn't be able to come in until the next day. After Googling Plumbers in Fresno, I came across Rapid Rooter. They were the first ones who appeared on the search, with lots of good reviews. So I called them and they told me they would be able to come in in JUST AN HOUR! They came even quicker than that, just 30 minutes minutes and they were already in the kitchen area, assessing the problem. We were told that the reason for the clog was that the pipes were clogged with grease, and that simple just cleaning it out every few days would be of tremendous help. No other service has ever told us that, they would just come and provide the service and leave. It only took a few minutes for them to fix the clogged area.
The gentlemen at Rapid Rooter were quick, helpful, and very friendly. The best part was that the service was SO MUCH CHEAPER than other plumbers that we used. Our quote from Pacific Plumbers was nearly $300, Rapid Rooter did the SAME job for almost half of that. Not only that, but being able to come on such short notice was definitely a big bonus. We were given a free bottle of their product that helps with clots in drainage systems for FREE for just writing a review about them. How awesome is that?! Plus, they gave us a 30 day warranty whereas other business only gave us a week warranty. I'm so glad that we were able to come across Rapid Rooter and would recommend them to everyone! You wont be disappointed with them!

I have a home warranty policy so they were sent to me. My window was 11-2 At 2:15 I called company and left message. After no call and no repair man I called again. This time I was told another hour before he could come. Already took off work and broken toilet I waited. Never flushed my toilet or did any further inspection. Told me he had to get permission to remove wax seal. Would come back another day. Been with my company 13 years have had other seals replaced and have never been told that. So at the end of this day I wasted 5 1/2 hours and still a leaky toilet Terrible service all the way around

I had them come out to our office as we had a backup problem with our toilets several times recently. They were able to get an appointment made same-day and were here within only a few hours on time and prepared. They were able to diagnose and offer possible solutions to our problem and made this process really easy. Going above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. Rapid Rooter Drain Master & Plumbing Experts were absolutely incredible. We had some plumbing issues with sinks and drains and they were courteous, prompt, helpful, efficient, fair, and extremely knowledgable. I highly recommend them for all things plumbing. The work they did was professional and everything works perfectly. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I have recently purchased an older home. At least six different companies have been out due to backups in the main cleanout valve. Rapid Rooter was by far the most professional company I have dealt with. Edward described exactly what he was doing to make the repair. It was necessary to run a camera in the line to determine if there were any breaks, roots, etc. He made sure that I saw specifically what the problems were in the line and what I could do to prevent future root issues. Great customer service!

My Home Warranty company wanted to send City Plumbing out... when I read the reviews I called them back and said no way. I had seen in a post about how great Rapid Rooter was so asked if they were on the list and they were. I asked them to send the work order to them instead. I followed up with a phone call (this was a Sunday) and spoke with Diane. She was wonderful, understanding and made me feel comfortable that someone would come out on Monday. At 8:05 am I rec'd a call from Ed stating he was on his way. Boy, not only was I surprised, but HAPPY. He arrived in about 15 mins and resolved the problem quickly. What a relief!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!!!! I will definitely use them again!

My apartment had a clogged tub drain. Then the tenant reported problems with the kitchen and bathroom sink drain. Joseph was able to diagnose and resolve the problem by clearing the tub drain and it solved the other drains too. He really knows his stuff. As a frugal landlord I am usually able to fix problems myself but I was in a tight spot with other issues and appreciate the prompt help from Rapid Rooter. They are fair and honest! I have used them before and will definitely call them again. And very good communication at every step in the process.

Excellent service, Edward the owner himself worked on our issue which I can really appreciate especially with the hot weather Fresno has during the summertime. He arrived on time, was able to find the problem and fixed the issue with our backed up main line. He also answered all the questions I had regarding the problem and provided tips on how to prevent it and what needs to be done in case in happens in the future. Will recommend them and will definitely call them again if we need plumbing service in the future.

Our sewage system got backed up while I was at work and my wife was home. She called me very freaked out and we both started to call local plumbers but everyone would tell us that it would take a few hours until they would be available to possibly stop by. Thankfully my wife found Rapid Rooter and boy did they live up to their name. They were at our house within 30 minutes of our call and Edward was phenomenal. He explained everything very thoroughly and was able to unclog our sewage pipe. He even provided us with maintenance tips. I really appreciate the fact that he came out on a 107 degree day and took his time to ensure that the job was done right. I will without a doubt continue to use Rapid Rooter in the future and recommend their service to others as well.
