ProRooter is very friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. They pumped our septic tank and repaired our leach line promptly. Very reasonably priced for the Central Valley area!

Called in as an emergency. No running water for 4 days, kids at home, workers on the premises building a fence, dishes and laundry need washing, and home warranty did not cover the main valve outside. ProRooter came to my rescue. They were there in minutes and job was done in less than 1 hr. Thank you Darren and your daughter. You saved me from a horrible headache!!!!!!.

Had a late night plumbing issue the night before Thanksgiving and they were able to send someone here within an hour to fix it.

I never thought I'd review a plumbing company until recently when we really needed one. I'm in town visiting my girlfriend who lives in Visalia, and we came home to a major disaster with water everywhere. I called 3 companies I found locally on google and Pro Rooter and Septic offered us the best best price and quickest response. Scott was at my girlfriend's house in less than an hour and problem solved. It was evident he knew what he was doing when he took the time to explain the foreign language to us on what was happening. I would highly recommend this company based off of their integrity and honesty alone.

Thank you Darren and crew these guy's were honest fast friendly and efficient saved my mom thousands of dollars because they saved her septic tank before the tree roots really dug in. Worst septic service experience I've had! I don't think anyone there knows what they are talking about. Horrible customer service as well.

Promised Monday morning. Phone call to inform me of time. No call. I called @ 2:00 and was told they would pump my tank later before 5:00. Sent me a conformation text without a time. They called back and I was told that they could not do the job until Tuesday morning. Received a call saying they could not do the job until Wednesday. I informed them that I was leaving town tomorrow morning and could not be there for 3 weeks. The response was between 3 and 5 on Tuesday. @ 1:00 I was told they cannot do the job until Wednesday morning. They intend to call me while I am on the train going out of town. My sole reason for calling Roto Rooter was the name and 4 1/2 stars. Don't be fooled. If I had not been led on so long I could have called someone who could handle the
job.

I called Pro-Rooter to schedule an appointment for them to come out for a water line repair. The fella I talked to over the phone (Ryan) asked for some details on the issues. He happily walked me through how to temporarily fix it until they could come out the next day, which he could have easily taken the overtime fee to come out that moment. The next day Ryan was very professional and just down right friendly while he was here. I’m very thankful for his input and service.

Paid 12000 for a new septic system, didn't work after 2 years. Wouldnt use them for septic systems especially with the infiltrator leach lines

This is the second time I've used Pro Rooter and Septic, quick response time, fair pricing and excellent service . Very pleased with this company!!!

THERE'S TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY.

The driveway that was broke was only broken because there was a large cavity,void, large amount of space around 4' x 10' under the driveway. When I pulled up to there house they said it was ok to use the drive way and we needed no help digging I had my own helper but these two guys insisted on helping they kinda kreeped me out I told them I had this but they wouldn't go away after a while of digging and talking they turnded out to be real nice guys finally uncovered the septic access started pumping and about half way through the job the driveway collapsed it scared the daylights out of me I jumped in the truck and barely got it out I showed the home owner and
Also showed her the huge gap under the concrete she then agreed it was a bad install
Then this other person which wasn't even there wrote a bad review she's trying to get something for nothing I'm sorry about the driveway I drive on 100s of driveways a year yours is the only one that broke.

I have used this company in the past for my rental properties, never had a problem. The bill was always exactly what they quoted me by phone. Not today. Not knowing the power needed to be on so he could have water I sent him out to pump tank quoted 450 to find dig up and pump. When he got there he told me he would try to find tank. Called back 8 minutes after arriving at the property to tell me he couldn’t locate tank and that it would cost me 800$ to locate uncover and pump after I turned the power on. Shocked with that price I immediately knew I would not be using him for this job seeing his phone price was double what his wife in the office quoted me. He hung up then called me back asking me to pay 300$ for his service call in which he spent 8 minutes at my property. How can you spend 8 minutes at a property not pump or find anything and charge me 300$ when pumping locating and digging up should only cost 450$ according to the office. Which wasn’t done. They didn’t mention anything about water needing to be on or power or additional costs. To charge someone 300$ for a service call that took 8 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. I then contacted sequoia pumping and was told he would locate dig up and pump for 450$ NO HIDDEN FEES. Flat fee no matter the situation and if for whatever reason he was unable to do the job he would only charge a 75$ service fee... needless to say I have found a new company and will not be using this company ever again.. my advise is to call Sequoia Pumping. Sincerely an unsuspecting customer who got gouged by pro rooter.

Beware! Dishonest Septic Technician (Driver)! Operator Yells at Customer Over the Phone! Pro Rooter and Septic Charged an elderly man $500.00 to clean their septic tank and left their house without solving the problem. Look out for a history of Better Business Bureau Complaints!

Awesome customer service over the phone and their technician was extremely professional and friendly. They showed up on time and ended up being really affordable. Pro Rooter & Septic is my new go to and I plan on recommending your services to anyone within arms reach.

James drove to Visalia from Fresno to replace an old toilet. He was early (so he was on time!) He was quick, cleaned up any debris left behind from the replacement and made sure to explain the warranty before he left. His price was also fair! I would use again!

Ryan and his crew are always very responsive. We have a campground and when the Septic system gets full, we don't have time to wait for an appointment. They get to us right away and have never failed to show up and pump our tanks. We do recommend Pro Rooter to anyone who is looking for service!

This company was amazing. I called at 9am on a Fri and everything was taken care of before 11am the same day. Absolutely the nicest people, honest and caring. I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else to work on my septic system

Rude customer service! I called for same day service. The rep ( older female) scheduled it but I never heard back. When I called to cancel she accused me of not scheduling the first place. Of course when she got the address she said that it was sent to dispatch already and told me “good luck finding someone”. So unprofessional! If you’re working from home please find a quiet spot instead of hearing a child call for grandma.

In January 2014, they came out to my parents house (elderly) to empty there septic tank which was in the front of the house. First problem is that the person that came need help digging the hole to the septic tank. But the biggest problem is that they did not take responsibility for what they did to my parents driveway. They originally parked on the street which is not far from where the septic tank was but because in my opinion they was being lazy and my parents had a circle driveway they decided to drive onto the circle driveway. Due to the weight of the truck and them emptying the septic tank my parent driveway broke. The driver said that is was not his fault and my elderly mother should have known that he should not have parked on the driveway. Then we complained and a couple of other gentlemen came out and I spoke with them and they told me that they would fix the problem. From that point we never heard from them again. We have tried to work with them even saying that we would pay 50% but we just think they should be responsible for some of it. They do not follow there word. I would not recommend them to anyone.

has done an excellent job getting an old septic system running
smoothly. Ryan has shown up on time, done efficient work, and
charged a very reasonable fee. ProRooter will always be our number one choice for septic and plumbing issues in our home.

Needed repair from the creek fire. Responded quickly with all the right equipment and finished in much less time than I anticipated. Very knowledgeable in the craft and helped me to understand more of my own system. Septic in general is a bit pricey but if you listen to the professionals it’s only a payment every few years if not more. Highly recommend!!!

I would never use these people again. They complained the whole time about everything. Basically they don't have a good work ethic. Make sure you don't have rocks in your soil. Okay, I'll say it, they are lazy!! I'll stop now, I want to stay nice.
