If you had wonderful service with this company, and you don't live in an apartment complex, the residents at this apartment complex should be envious.It was either the 19th or 20th of last November, Thanksgiving just around the corner, and this company was set to work on only 1 water line in our complex. Instead, they allegedly found one problem after another. Next thing we know, we're about to go on day 5 of no water.To put it in perspective: over 300+ residents were not just inconvenienced. We faced a very real health/hygiene crisis. Some of us had no money for a hotel, no family close by, and no way to flush, wash our hands or bodies, do dishes--none of it.Now they're back. We had no water from after 0800 - 2000 last night. Now it's *back off* --allegedly, even our complex's OFFICE was unaware!-- and should be on within the hour.After what this entire complex faced last Thanksgiving, I would never, in any frame of mind, ever hire this company (personally) to work on plumbling and heating. They might leave us without a way to clean ourselves for another 4-5 days and then call it an inconvenience.Again, very happy if everyone else has great experience with them. But the 300+ residence of this apartment complex most likely DOES NOT feel the same way.

Jesus and pete were very helpful and did everything possible to ensure that I took advantage of the warranty coverage so that I could save a good chunk of money on the repair of my heating unit. PR Plumbing actually has honest and knowledgeable humans answer their phone. They sent a tech out the same day I called. He made an adjustment/ repair to my water heater instead of trying to sell me new water heater like the others guys. PR Plumbing will be my first call next time.

Toilet was slow to fill, and sometimes not at all. Replaced both the flush valve & fill valve on my own, and toilet started to fill work again. Checked the nxt morning & there was water leaking all over the floor from the bottom of toilet. Called around & got quotes; Allbritten never returned my call from msg left, & the other smaller names were quoting anywhere from $145 - $280 jst to come out, with some of them answering & returning calls with very little professionalism. PR Plumbing quoted $90/HR for private pay, and stuck to that, even on a Sunday (where they cld have easily charged more). Tyler was dispatched to take of things, arriving promptly, remaining friendly & professional thru out his time in my home. He was done within an hour & replaced a few parts, charging just over $100 for everything (parts included). Would recommend Tyler & PR Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for any issue you have! Job well done!

Close to a month ago our AC stopped working mid day…I was in a bit of a panic and called a number of places who weren’t willing to give a time frame except for PR Plumbing, Heating and Air. Richard came out the next morning and had our AC running within the hour. He was very professional and the price was very reasonable. Even the woman I spoke to on the phone, I want to say Ashley was her name but I could be wrong (sorry), was extremely professional and empathetic. I will definitely use their services in the future and recommend them to others as well.

We thought we were going to have to get a whole new water heater, but our PR plumbing repairman discovered that the previous owner of the house had done some Illogical modifications of our hot water line. Our repairman put in a lot of time and effort to figure out what was wrong, and was able to fix it at a very low price. We are so totally pleased with PR plumbing and highly recommend them!

I had two different A/C companies for our home warranty come out to try to fix my leaking problem with no positive result. Then Juan came out fro PR and when he left so far my leaking problem was resolved. Juan was courteous and kept me informed of what and why he was doing. Management sent them over because my AC wasn’t blowing cool air in my apartment. They found the problem my motor is giving out so during this holiday weekend nothing could’ve been done until management’s approval. The employee of PR I believe his name is Jesus was friendly and managed to make AC blow cool also suggested to keep AC on until repairs are approved so I wouldn’t have to deal with these Fresno heat. Helped my daughter move to Hanford to an apartment complex that called this business to fix a main that was broken. Ken was here when I pulled up and was a very nice professional plumber. He even can in and made sure all was working and running well. Thomas with PR pluming is AWESOME!!!!! I had a problem with a main drain on my property that had been Roto rooted a few times only to back up again a few weeks later. Thomas came over with PR Pluming selected by my home warranty company and did some tricks with his machine the other guys didn't and I haven't had a problem sense, been almost two years now. Thanks Thomas and thanks PR for having such a great plumber on board.

One of their employees came into my home and went into my bathroom to steal my pain meds. I reported it to the owner and i was told he would be fired. When i had to call my home warranty company again a year later they sent this company out again. I asked the employee if the guy was still working there and he said that he was. I didn't tell him why i was asking though or he probably wouldnt have told me. Then i tried calling the owner to follow up to see if this was true and after leaving multiple messages i never received a call back. A few months later i called again and no call back. I mentioned why i was calling in the voicemail so im assuming thats why he didn't call me back. They hire sketchy people. I will never call them out to my home again. I didn't have a choice of who the home warranty company would send out but I've canceled the warranty and I have no regrets. I never had any problems with their work though except for the timeliness. They did improve the timeliness issue over the years. I could have written this review years ago but I still had the home warranty so I didn't want bad service because of my bad review. If the owner sees this you know who I am and you know who the guy I'm talking about is. I only wanted to know why he was not fired. I was able to get your employee to admit what he did and he lied about why he did it. I'm sure he went on to steal from multiple elderly people who put trust in a technician.

Pretty great experience! Decent price. Plumber was very nice, quick, and knew what he was doing! No bs. :PMy kitchen sink clogged and water started backing up, filled up the bottom of my dishwasher too. Wasn't sure if it was my fault or not since I installed a new sink/pipes. So my girlfriend called up these guys since they were open on weekends.Plumber, Damien, came by within an hour and immediately knew the problem. Took him less than 30 minutes, and presto, no more clogged sink! He gave me some pretty good advice and was overall just good company, pretty cool dude! 😎And no, it wasn't my newly installed sink handy work causing problems, it was old grease clogging up the pipes! XD

Really great and timely service! The guy that came out was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Not only was the price great, but he actually suggested we do things a different way to save money. I'm no kind of plumber, so take it with a grain of salt, but everything he did seems to be top notch. I will definitely be calling them any time I need a plumber!

Damien did a fantastic job repairing plumbing leaks to 2 water heaters. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He also checked our garbage disposal which was filling up with water. It was an easy fix but it took his knowledge as well as resetting the switch. Prior to I reset the switch but it did not work! It took Damien’s magic fingers to turn it back on. Many thumbs up to Damien!

Appointment was for 9-11am. Rob, the supervisor, arrived at 9:35am, on time. He assessed the problem and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. He was very nice and courteous. Would be glad to recommend others and use again for service

Richard was amazing! Very professional and respectful of the unit. He definitely took his time to make sure everything was working while being short staff. The AC/ heating unit works amazingly and way better than before!! You can tell he is passionate about what he does!!

Called and spoke to Libby, the friendliest and nicest lady. She promptly got me on schedule for the same day with a John who gave me options and pricing. I chose and he had Libby schedule the work the same day between 1-3:00. I got a call later from Libby asking if I’d like them to come earlier. I said yes, asap. She told me a Codie and Eric would be coming and I’d like them a lot. Codie called me shortly and said he’d be here in about 10 minutes. Libby called me when they arrived. I met them as they got out of the PR identifiable Van. Codie and Eric got out, introduced themselves and took a look at where they’d be working. Within minutes they began working Job was completed and they cleaned up afterwards. Needless to say, I am quite pleased and that’s why I’ve now used them twice. Talk about service! They all went above and beyond for me. I wish I could give them 100 stars. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

If ya'll are looking for any Plumbing repairs I would 100% recommend PR Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning...!! To make a long story short... We had our main water pipe bust under the house and my entire hardwoodfloors were flooded... It was really stressful 😪.... I must have called 10 to 12 other companies. NO ONE answered the phone and still a week later, I never got a call back from any of those companies. PR Plumbing was the only one that answered my 1st call and got Robert out here the next day. The 2 ladys in the office were very understanding of my problem and so very nice. Codie and Noah came out first thing Monday and were here all day until it was completely fixed. These two gentleman were kind, professional, they answered all my questions, and did a great job cleaning up ...HANDS DOWN the best company 👏 🙌... Quoted a price of $350 for plumbing work. Showed up with incorrect sized parts and then quoted me a price of $550 for the same job with the correct parts.

John knew what he was doing. The 18 year old circuit board in my Reem heater had a few cracked solder joints in the Molex connector. John gave me the board, and being a hobby guy let me touch up the solder joints. And it worked. All good, however a few hours later the heater failed again. Did I say this was a Sunday morning? Called John back on his personal cell, and asked him to please order a replacement circuit board. John told me he will get a new board and install iat no extra labor charge.Good family man, good Company,Nice experience.-Drew

Pacific Plumbing came out to clear a clog from my kitchen sink. The plumber didn’t have the correct snake for the clean out in the kitchen so he went in from the outside of my home. In doing so he broke my master bathroom toilet. I sent a email and picture to David at Pacific Plumbing he called me apologizing and said he would install a new toilet at no cost to me. They came today and installed a new toilet even upgraded it to handicapped. Thank you David

We had a busted pipe, American Home Shield and London Property referred this company. The first day they were prompt and very professional. The day they came out to do the work the owner was in a hurry said these other two guys would do the job, they were nice and did a good job, but that night the water heater was pouring out hot water, we called just to ask a question, got some rude woman on phone, unprofessional, no return phone call, said we had to file another claim, they wouldn't even answer a question and we had water pouring out the side of the house. We turned off water, waited for Monday and called insurance, we were told they would be out Tuesday between 8 am-10am, this time they didn't show on time or call that they were going to be late, I guess we are not owed that courtesy since they have already been paid for main job and its not them going without hot water. I think they could do a better job on advising if there not going to show. Well I am still waiting, lets see how well they do on this situation or if we have to call another company. I will keep you posted.I can't say I hate them because so far the portion of work done was good, but geez, if we cant take a hot shower still then its as if it wasn't fixed. Lets hope they make it right.

I came home today and found my main sewer line was backing up. I have been using PR Plumbing for years, so they were the first company I called. I knew with it being so late that I may have to wait awhile before someone could come out. Thankfully Zack called me quickly and arrived within five minutes. The secretary is incredibly rude and simple questions are answered with a horrible attitude. At one point I was told to calm down, and in reality she was the only one escalating the unfortunate incident. I eventually got fed up with her attitude, hung up and got a contract with another wonderful company with good techs AND a very sweet and respectful secretary. PR Plumbing, you should look into employee reviews, it might save a few lost customers or lost contracts a month. It's a shame to have such talented techs when the face of the company is so rude and disrespectful.

Just the best ever! I’ve been a homeowner for nearly 40 years. I’ve been through LOTS of plumbers and air companies. You’ll be hard pressed to find anyone better, within a reasonable price point, on time, courteous, AND responsive!!!!! So many times a company or individual will drop you……not PR…..they will find the problem and FIX it right!

Horrible horrible company. The worst customer service and constantly lied to by employees and most of all James the project manager is not a man of his word. I purchased an A/C unit in July of 2021. Everything thing was good until the rain came. Woke up to my living room covered with water. I go in the attic and see a big leak that was dripping into my attic and that water damaged my sheet rock and livingroom. 24 hour service is a lie. Called from 6am to 830 am until I reached someone. Someone came came and stopped the leak. When the new AC was installed PR did not seal off previous stand holes. Poor craftmanship and total neglect on their part. After the leak it took me 2 weeks yes 14 days and a lawyer to get a hold of someone that wasnt a sales person. They did not want to meet with me or my lawyer but instead James contacted me and gave me his word that it would get fixed properly to my standards and he would compensate me for my lost wages at work due to me having to be home for repairs. Repairs got done and it looks horrible. I am not satisfied with any repairs or paint. James assured me when the paint dried we would talk compensation. Well it's been almost 3 weeks and numerous messages to James but that guy still hasnt returned my calls. I called him today Dec 27, 2021 and Amy answered the phone I asked to speak with James again and she said he was In another meeting he would call me back. Heard that before. I let Amy know that I would be heading down to the office today with my Lawyer then she put me on hold to tell him. He told her to tell me he needs to speak to the owner of PR Plumbing about the situation and call me tomorrow. So once again a 3 week wait and still no response from James. Dont use these people or company $10k I spent with them I wish I took my business elsewhere. I'm a home owner with 3 children and they could care less about the home you put all your time and investments into. They just want their money and wash their hands with you.

I called PR Plumbing to replace a faulty water heater. Thomas arrived and verified what size was needed and that a new lower stand was needed to replace the damaged one. He was very thorough. Thomas came back to do the install and was very quick in replacing it. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I seldom write reviews, but our experience today with P R plumbing deserves being shared. The young man (Thomas) that came to our rescue was polite, knowledgeable, thorough and we greatly appreciated him. He did a great job under very stressful circumstances. We had multiple leaks in our waterline in a vaulted ceiling (about 18' high). Thomas worked at it from both directions, until he had repaired every leak, explaining what and why for each step. Normally I go through AHS because this is seasonal issue with the tree roots backing up my sewer line. They had always used PR Plumbing that's how I know the name. However today they did not!!! And they sent some jack leg Plumbing co out WHO DID NOTHING and my service fee was gone. And I MEAN NOTHING!!! I fussed and cussed then I said you know let me just call PR myself because they have been here many times before and have always got the job done!!! Once again they DID IT !!! After going thru my a home warranty company and having two different air conditioning companies come out I was referred to PR. Juan came out and listened to what the problem was. He took the time to look and clearly explained how he was going to fix the problems. He was ready to work and had all the necessary equipment. He far exceeded my expectations for service.

Over a week and a half ago, my condo's mgmt team contacted Pr Plumbing, heating and air cond., to repair my air conditioning. After four days, they showed up for the scheduled appt, at 1PM sharp. Their window was 1pm-3pm. I was on my way home from another appt, and the tech called me to tell me he had to leave because he had been waiting 18 minutes already. I pleaded with him to stay because I have two small children that have been suffering the heat for a week now, and he stated yeah well I've been here a long time now and I gotta reschedule with my manager. I asked him if it could be later that day, and he said I'm not sure it's up to my manager. I informed my mgmt team and they tried to get a hold of this repair company for three hours, but could not. This morning they call and they inform me that I'll be waiting another two days. I inform the lady of how long it has been and she doesn't sound concerned, stating eh well Im not sure what happened, we came out on Friday.

They have fixed a clog in my pipes that affected my toilet, have fixed my heater & just installed a new wall-mount kitchen faucet for me. Arrived didn't greet or offer his name didn't have tools didn't ask what the problem was used my plunger and plunged the sink with the garbage disposal on which splattered water all over the floor. Said it was fixed asked who was paying for it. Threw my items back under the sink. He was suppose to snake my sink. Was in my house all of 3 minutes and charged me 110. Really didn't do anything. I could of did that. So I would say they are the worst I ever experienced in and I wouldn't refer a enemy to be this company. Bad bad business........

Plz read all reviews carefully. These guys have history of denying legitimate claims via warranty companies. Very unprofessional.They are the absolutely worst plumbing company of fresno. I had them through AHS for washer drain clogging and they denied and said they can do separately for 575 dollars!. My local plumber did for 140 dollars!This is the second time they have denied claims. Earlier it was for a different rental last yearTrust me these guys are the absolute worst of worst!

I had an emergency need and all the other 24 hour locations have still not returned my phone call. Not the case with PR plumbing. I contacted them about 9:00PM. Their dispatcher said someone would call me back, and they did! The repairman called and said I would be about the third in line that evening and that if he came after midnight there would be extra charges. I so appreciated his honesty and decided it could wait until morning. He said that he could have the office call me in the morning, which they did at exactly opening time. They had a serviceman, Jason out to my house within an hour. Since I was at work two minutes away, I asked if he could call as he was on the way, which he did and I met him at the house. Within about 30 minutes everything was repaired and the cost was affordable. I will only use PR plumbing from now on.

First I needed a kitchen faucet fixed because it was leaking badly. PR Plumbing was recommended to me by a coworker that used this company. They sent someone out for the repair. JR Plumbing only helps when it's convenient for them. They don't care about good customer service nor helping people with broken A/C's when it's 105 outside. This, in spite of the fact that they said they would come out and take care of the problem. They don't even have the courtesy to call you when they've changed their minds and decide they won't come out. When I hadn't heard from them 6 hours after the initial call, (they made ME call them), the reason they gave me for not showing up was, It's the 4th of July weekend. We'll be out on Tuesday. Why didn't the rude secretary tell me that from the get go? Well, at least they enjoy beer and fireworks. Do yourself a favor, call someone else first.

We had a cascading series of issues that started with me replacing a kitchen sink faucet. That wasn’t the issue. The big issue was that our main water valve wouldn’t shut off. We called PR because my wife had used them years ago when she did property management. They come out and took a look at a hot water leak which they confirmed was a slab leak (we assumed was the case) they said they would provide us quotes to get the slab leak fixed or re-pipe and charged us $99 for the 10 min after-hours visit. After a couple of days with no hot water they sent us only one quote for re-pipe and said they don't do slab leak repairs. We then had to restart the process with another company who does both and their quote was $1500 less then PR's re-piping quote. Most frustrating part is their delay on communication which wouldn't be a big deal except we have 5 kids and no hot water is rather tedious.

Great service. I called on a Sun. expecting to get vm & maybe a callback Mon. Instead to my surprise a real person answered the ph. and told me they could have someone come out the same day. Also to my surprise they told me weekends and after hours (24/7) were regular price no additional charge for off hour calls. So they did in fact schedule to come out in approx 2 hrs from my initial call. They said the technician would call before arriving which they did. They told me on the ph what the charge would be not including any parts needed. They called before arriving looked at my situation, got their equipment set up, took care of the problem. Told me the same price as quoted. I paid and problem solved. I'm definitely a happy customer, they did what they said and fixed my plumbing problem very satisfactorily.

Under our Home Warranty program. Needed a simple drain cleanout. First time only lasted a day then backed up again. Second time lasted about two days then they tried to sell me a whole new system which would require them to first camera the line (not under warranty) and then dig up my whole line to replace it (also not under warranty). All so they could do a clean out effectively.I decided to call another company and paid $95. This company was out within an hour and was done in 20 mins. Haven't had an issue with our plumbing in months now.Spend the extra $30 or $40 and get it done right the first time.

I called yesterday and needed a quote for a hot water heater replacement right away. I was not only given an amount which they stated which might be more if needed, but explained it covered the permit and hauling off the old tank. Another popular company quoted me a cheaper price but no explanation. I called that company back to see if it included the permit, no, which made me cautious of other add-ons. When Ken from P R showed up today and the price did not increase, I went with them instead because of their integrity and he did a great job!

Zack and Rob came out today and were absolutely amazing, they first looked at the water heater and said might need to be replaced, but they were able to save it installed a new piece on the unit and now the unit works better then ever!!! Zack and Rob were beyond professional and easy to talk with and put my mind at ease definitely will use them in the future!!!

Plumber didn't know what he was doing. When asking him why it couldn't be unclogged he said he didn't know then said it was a bigger problem. I decided I would call another company and asked how much it was going to be for his visit. & Again, he said he didn't know and he'd have to call someone to ask. He didn't seem to know what he was doing and was unprofessional. Maybe, I got someone who was unexperienced or new, but I don't recommend this plumbing company and I will definitely never call them again.

Our kitchen sink backed up on Saturday night. The plumber that our apartment management team called didn't show to fix the problem. Zack from PR Plumbing was dispatched on Sunday morning. Zack arrived with the time window that they designated. He used the plumbing snake to fix the problem within about 30 minutes. He was even willing to explain what caused the problem.PR has always been reliable in my experience. This time was just as good.

I have consistently used PR plumbing and air for plumbing jobs around my house. When I had an AC issue on a 2 year old unit, I became fed up with the run around being given to me by Monarch Home Services who were subpar, left my AC off for 4 days in summer, and charged 3 times what PR charges.The tech from PR came out and found the problem in 5 minutes what had been ignored by three other techs from Monarch.

Jason was here within the time frame given. I initially called for one issue but he end up fix three of our issues. He was professional and courteous. Absolute JOKE! Should have known by the fact that they were going business to business dropping cards to advertise for work, we were currently w/o AC waiting for my normal trusted guy to come the following morning. Salesman says he can have a tech out in an hour, it’s now the of the day, the guy comes in, never accesses the roof, tells me it was my thermostat, to give it some time to get back to working. Then proceeds to tell me if it doesn’t to call the after hours tech. I was stacked with clients in my chair takes my payment, & leaves. The following morning the trusted company comes out to tell me in fact I have a blown motor!!! There was NO WAY it was running at all! Original salesman now calling & I let him know the findings, how upset I am. He shows up in my salon with cupcakes, & had the nerve to tell me maybe it blew AFTER their tech was out!!! UH NO! I’m female but not Stupid. Thank You for charging us when the proper job was not done!

PR Plumbing was sent out to repair 2 broken toilets, one with a rusted chain that broke and 1 that was clogged, in a rental home we had just moved into. Two clean cut plumbers came out and them were friendly, professional and fixed it so quickly! Both had on masks and were respectful to keep a distance from us due to COVID precautions.They realized that the home had a clog in the main drain, and they had to clean out our sewer main. When tools had to come into our home, they were careful to cover both ends to protect our floors from drips.Tyler told me they even tightened the chain on the clogged toliet, because it was running constantly. I have never had such a good experience with a plumbing company. They were a blessing to a family already wore out from moving, only find out we had no working restrooms.Thank you PR, for wonderful service!

We had a clogged drain in an old house and needed a toilet replaced. Replacing the toilet was easy. But because the pipes were old and rusted out the technicians couldn’t unclog the pipe. They had to cut a hole in the wood floor, remove dirt, install new pipes, replace the floor and set a new vanity. It was a complicated job and took several visits. They got the job done and we are pleased with their work!

I had two toilets that were leaking from the base fixed not long ago. They started leaking again so American Home Warranty sent out Thomas from PR plumbing. Today is 5-23-23. PR Plumbing was hired again & they were here today. Installed a new water heater. They also had to replace old drainpipe in garage (been there since 1959) as overflowing and causing major problems for us. My AC system stop putting out cold air on one of the hottest days of the year, my indoor temperature went up to 100 degrees! We had a notorious toilet problem at our business. The business next to our is a restaurant who keeps dumping grease down the drain plugging up the main line. I a few plumbers came out and could not get it to clear. A friend of mine recommended I call PR pluming and ask for Thomas, he said if anyone could clear it would be Thomas. Thomas knows his stuff, he did what others couldn't and it's been clear for about a year now. Just saw a PR truck go by and wanted to get a review up. Still have a card he gave us and we'll be using PR and requesting Thomas for all of our pluming needs from here on.

in 2011 we had our HVAC replaced by them. We recently were informed by the county that they failed to complete/close the permit on the work and there is still an open permit on our address. We are in the middle of remodeling our home and now are stuck unable to move forward because we cannot pull permits due to they're mistake. Upon contacting them with this problem (which has now been nearly a month) they have told us the file is archived and they need 2 weeks to retrieve the file because it is peak season (after they initially told us it would be a couple days). We have been calling and they are unwilling to do anything until someone has the time to go get the file. We have contacted the county and gotten information on exactly what needs to happen, which is a step they won't even do. Working with them has been a very negative process and they appear to have a complete disregard for customer service, or responsibility for resolving a problem that was their fault to begin with. We have also received a letter from the county that we will be fined if this isn't resolved, but we actually cannot do anything to fix it. So not only are the renovations stalled due to them, but now their mistake could potentially end up costing us more money. I called to let them know we were being advised to file violations, etc and her response to me was, If you are going to call and threaten me, I don't see why I would rush taking care of this. All we want is to not be stalled an additional month due to their lack of urgency in resolving this matter. If we are shown some form of urgency on this and the issue is resolved I will remove my rating.

Bottom line is this company is a disorganized mess. I've been waiting 4+ days for someone to give me a price quote to fix a unit they came & checked. Been calling daily to check, still no answer. Meanwhile I can fry an egg in my house on be floor.UPDATE:After many phone calls to the office I was able to get a technician out to the house, they solved the problem & also did some minor fabrication for a separate install. The technicians all seemed friendly and knowledgeable. After all said and done, all situations were resolved, just maybe not as quickly as I'd hoped, but they did respectable work.

Tried doing business with this top rated company twice but I guess they are too busy?First we tried to get someone out for a plumbing issue. We called their office multiple times and was told by a guy someone would call back to schedule nobody did. Made an online query with no response. Finally, at one point a lady on the phone told us a plumber would show up the next day but they never did. Another company ended up helping with our plumbing issue.Despite previous rejections we tried again considering the reviews are so good. This time for quote to replace our HVAC unit. Same thing. Nobody returns calls. I'm not sure what the issue is.

Rob did awesome job. Very polite, efficient and took the time to explain the problem and some preventative measures to maintain good water pressure from my faucets.

Plumbing leak issue. They took care of it same morning I called. Responsive, professional and reasonably priced.

From our phone call to make the appointment to the completion of all the work, we were impressed with the PR Plumbing experience. The phone agent knew what questions to ask to refine their knowledge of the various tasks we needed done. We are chemically sensitive to second hand smoke and often companies send out people who smoke and we have a hard time breathing, even with air purifiers running. We did not have that issue today. The technician looked at all the issues (7) and checked them out and kept us abreast of what he found and could/would do. He fixed them all quickly and basically cleaned up what our previous plumber messed up .... a guy with lots of experience and highly recommended. We are happy we made the switch. PR Plumbing is our go to company, not only for plumbing but also four our heating and AC.

The tech was experienced, efficient and got a not so easy under the house job done in a very descent time. He was also very courteous and respectful. I would request that individual if I needed their service again.

One of my go to’s for Plumbing and HVAC contracted repairs needed for my community and most of our local communities. They are reasonably priced, come out during the window of time they set and always follow up. Enjoy working with them, from Ramie, Libby and Jose in the office and all the techs that come out! Asked them to come out for a quote to install a 3 stage whole house filter. Their estimate was ridiculously high. Seems like they doubled the labor and the parts and sent me the estimate. Had installed from another company for less half than the price of their estimate.

Was provided this company from my First American Home Warranty Company. First Tech was named Steve, did a terrible job and I called back into the office. The office staff was very reasonable in getting me a return tech within 3 business days. Jeremy and Keith came out right on time - even after a 3.2 mile dirt road drive. They immediately identified the problem from the previous owners cats clogging the A/C with hair and never cleaning the unit. After charging the system to the correct #'s and allowing it to run a couple of hours we now have perfectly cool air! First Tech (who I found out no longer works there) could have saved this guy alot of trouble. But I'm sure glad he came out. Thank you Jeremy and Keith!!

Richard showed up within the time frame. Quickly looked the problem, checked his van for the part but didn't have it. Got the part within 10-15 min came back and installed the part and problem fixed. He installed a new motor for the AC condenser. The old one was seized up and not spinning at all. Now my family can sleep comfortably through this heat wave of triple digits. He was professional and down to earth. It wasn't a rush job. He didn't mind making small talk or me watching him and asking questions. His co-worker Zack showed up at the last minute as Richard was finishing up. He was a cool guy also. They did a temp check and finished up and left. It's good to see co workers looking out for each other. I would recommend them.

My a/c wasn't cooling the house so I called PR because they had helped us by repairing our main sewer line before. They came out and replaced the capacitor and cleaned coils. I didn't even know my fan hadn't been blowing the way it should have been. Within about 30 minutes the a/c was fixed and working better than ever.They are always friendly and professional. They don't overcharge and for our main line the owner actually waived the charge for the camera because he wanted to take care of us. I have only great things to say about PR plumbing and air. Wont ever go with anyone else.

When he was done he said your total is $405. $225 for labor and $180 for for the filter?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Why didn't you tell me before you replaced the filter how much is going to cost???!!!!He just replaced it and charged me 405 for 2.5 hours of labor and 1 single cartridge ice machine filter. I called in and they told me they apologize, that's not what they stand for and customers should know the price before proceeding and they will not do this to future customers. But there's nothing they could do for me. That is OBSURD and a RIP-OFF.I was ready and planning on scheduling my next appointment to do the same cleaning service already ahead of time but NEVER. Not any more.

Beyond RUDE. I had to use this company due to my home owner's insurance. They started off polite and nice, but that soon turned into not following through on what they said they'd do. This created delays in getting my A/C installed. When I called out Dan for being dishonest, he flipped out and hung up the phone on me. My insurance had problems with scheduling them. They told my insurance on a Friday they'd install on Tuesday, but when I called my insurance on Monday to confirm, PR told my insurance that they didn't have me scheduled. This was what I experienced earlier that week. They say one thing and do another. They said insurance hadn't sent paper work over, but insurance showed they had. They said they'd call in claim the same day as information taken, but claim was called in until later the next day.The installers also left a mess. Dirty hand prints all around the air vents, so now I have to go paint these areas. I had to vacuum up plenty of messes. They installed a different unit than what was ordered, and I was never informed that it was going to be different.There were a couple bright spots. A couple of the techs that came out were nice and quite polite.This company was a total nightmare. I haven't been treated this poorly as a customer, but they probably don't care. A/C problems in the valley during summer...they'll have plenty of business.EDIT: The AC Unit wouldn't cool our house. They send out a tech to check and he says to use different filters. Still nothing. Another tech finally realizes THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG SIZED UNIT. A new unit was finally installed, but the installer dented our wash machine and left a mess for me to clean up. Just when you think they can't get worse, they get a lot worse.

Prices were reasonable, so I was able to afford not only a new heat exchange system, but also a mini-split for the bedroom. They communicated well addressing my many questions and keeping me informed of schedules. The guys were so polite and cleaned up after themselves well. It's early to tell how well the systems will run, but I'm put at ease by their warranties that include labor!Next spring: All has gone well with the previous job, so now I had them return for a plumbing job. He was pleasant, effective, and went above the call by fixing it all. He let me watch so I could learn, and responded well to my input and requests. I will definitely call them again!

Plumbing was backed up in the entire house. PR sent a technician out in less than an hour on a weekend no less. As soon as Tyler arrived he began looking foe the source of the problem and quickly detected it. He got to work right away and before long the issue was cleared. PR Plumbing has always met or exceeded my expectations. They schedule an appt and always meet it. If they are running a little late, they call to advise you when they will be there. Once they arrive, they are always careful to wear slippers to eliminate bringing in outdoor dust/dirt. They cleanup after themselves and are respectful to their surroundings. As for the reason for coming, they make sure everything is in working order before leaving. I recommend them regularly.

Do not, absolutely DO NOT use this company! If I didn't HAVE to put at least one star to publish the review, I would truly have given them zero. I was contracted through them through my home warranty service and have had problem after problem. In the miserable Fresno summer heat with a house that got as high as 99 degrees inside, the people I had to deal with were unprofessional and rude. I was told when they installed my new A/C Unit in July of 2012 that a check for $550 was also needed to have an inspector come out to inspect the new unit. Exactly one year later, I have had zero contact with an inspector by phone, mail, email, etc. Upon reading the other reviews for this company, I see that the City of Fresno Permit Department says that this company is notorious for pulling stunts like this. In addition to not being contacted by an inspector and getting the run around from Josh at PR Plumbing regarding that matter, now I have been told by another company that a leak in the coil has caused all of the Freon to leak out which has caused unnecessary stress on the compressor which may have to be replaced. What a miserable joke! As far as the one positive review for this company, is it me or is it an uncanny coincidence that the receptionist's name who answers nearly every phone call is also Desiree?!

I moved into my house last summer and never had a problem with my AC unit. This summer, it started acting up and it would randomly stop working. I have had these guys come out and take a look at it 4 times, and they have not been able to come up with a diagnosis. Only ONE of the techs was super helpful and seemed to genuinely care, really going out of his way to help. He at least was able to figure out that the system was freezing. It's amazing how several of the technicians have come out an just told me we ran all the tests and it works fine. Obviously it's not. Completely incompetent and the last time I called I told them it was over 90 degrees in my house and they just said no one is available to come out tonight. Complete disregard for someone's health or the concerns of sleeping in this kind of heat.

I've left a previous review about 2 months ago about excellent Service from Juan. Today Sept 6, 2018 I needed a part replaced on my AC and when I opened the door, there was JUAN. SO Happy it was Juan. I received EXCELLENT service. He explains things, hes pleasant and very nice. I plan to stay with PR with all my AC and Heating and I might need some plumbing in the near future. Thanks PR for being there and prompt service. Tammy.Juan came and introduced his self. I totally forgot my puppy was out. My dog started to run out the door and Juan kindly picked him up and gave him to me. I had laid my phone down by the door when trying to get the dog. I put the dog back in his crate for the time being while Juan was there. After I finished with putting dog in crate, Juan handed me my phone that I had laid down at door. So thoughtful. He was just an all around awesome guy. Thanks Juan. He then went straight out to the AC, found out what was wrong with my AC quickly, had it fixed, and checked everything. Totally Pleased. Will use this company again. Awesome !!!!!. Juan was great. PR Air is Great. On time within the 2 hour window they stated. This was a warranty repair.

Josh at PR Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning was able to send technicians Jeremy Gale and David Pafford to replace the condenser on our A/C yesterday, even with their schedule being very tight. Initially their earliest appt would have been 4 days away, but I shared my concern about the expected triple digit temps and that we have 5 kiddos and our 6 month old had a fever, they made it out to us. I was very appreciative that they were able to accommodate us. They even returned today after I called, this morning, with a concern that the thermostat wasn't working correctly. They replaced our thermostat without hesitation, to ensure that we wouldn't have the issue again. They were hard-working and took the time to explain what they did and offered advice on how to care/maintain the unit. I am very pleased with the service we received.I'm looking forward to setting up regular maintenance with PR Plumbing, Heating and Air for our A/C Unit.

The service tech came out to service my AC and recommended to replace it. He was friendly and professional; however, I do not feel he was honest with me regarding the condition of my AC. He showed me pictures that I do not believe were even my unit. He informed me that a salesman would contact me to go over my options. I did not hear anything for 3 days; on the 4th day the salesman showed up with no appointment and did not call letting me know he was coming over. He quoted me an unbelievable amount for work that I now know was not necessary. I would not recommend using PR Plumbing.

Poor customer service, poor experience overall. we filed a claim with our home warranty company and got our heater replaced by this company. they did not do anything that they promised with permits, never followed up with the city, never did anything that they said they would do. We have filed a claim with the BBB and still do not feel that this company adequately did what they were supposed to do. Even the city permit department said these guys are known for pulling this.I would advise anyone to steer clear of this shoddy operation if you have any choice.

They work around my hectic work schedule and service me on a Saturday which they normally don't work Saturdays (thanks Dan!). The staffs are friendly and very courteous. I would highly recommend P&R Plumbing to family and friends.

Jason is very professional and did an excellent job. I have home warranty but did not use the home warranty because some of the plumbers they use are not very good. I use PR PLUMBING because I trust the company and their employees.

I had called around to a handful of contractors to get a quote on cleaning my air ducts, turned out be challenging because many of them didn't do it or didn't have time in their schedule. But PR answered the call, came out and gave me a quote with details. It was expensive but the guys did a good job, they were professional and very informative. I'd use PR again.

PR Plumbing is very unprofessional and highly incompetent! I had a horrible experience with this company, and to this day I just get so frusterated that my homeowners insurance stuck me with this poor excuse for a company! A year later this company has not pulled their final permit with the building department, nor will it even pass without further work, and from reading the other comments, I see this is there track record. I would definetly think twice before using PR Plumbing, no no no I take that back simply, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!If your homeowners insurance sticks this poor excuse of a contractor on you, you have the right to REFUSE AND CHOOSE A REPUTABLE COMPANY!

I am absolutely satisfied with PR Plumbing! I have always used the vendors approved on our list in the past, but I had an emergency air conditioner problem and couldn't get anyone out here timely. I didn't want my residents without air during the high temperatures, so I called P R Plumbing and not only did they come out same day, but the air conditioner needed to be replaced and the technician who was scheduled to be off on the weekend made an exception to install the unit on a Saturday. He was extremely professional and courteous. Today I called for a plumbing problem and was greeted with great customer service. They seem like the company to be best used for our problems going forward. Great work!!

My roof unit was old and took a dump in the middle of summer PR was the only company that would come out that day to try to repair the unit but it was just too old. Fast and friendly service. They’re available 24 hours and showed up on a Friday night an hour and a half after I called. Weekend rates are higher and they start Friday and end Monday but I’m still happy I called PR Plumbing.

PR technician came out to our home for an AC repair. He answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and honestly gave us advice on our next steps.

The individual (sorry forgot his name) who helped us with our problems with very thorough and explained the services in detail. He also took the time to explain how to unclog and get our garbage disposal working again. How to relite the pilot if it goes out. Overall the gentleman was very thorough and professional and I would gladly recommend your company.

Richard was a one man team when it's usually supposed to be two people. He had to walk back and forth up the stairs but he did it without a problem. If you want some one that's professional hard working and respectful, request to have him sent out.

The plumbing under my kitchen sink was all jacked up with strange valves and out of date piping. Two others said they couldn't help me backset they didn't understand it. But PR Plumbing came in and have me an inexpensive option that took no time to do! They assessed the problem, have me options, and left in less than 20 minutes! They're great!!!

PR Plumbing and AC has helped me twice so far. The first time I was moving from Fresno to Clovis in Sept of '17 and the AC at the old house went out mid-day Sunday. It was 105 and packing was miserable... PR came out within a couple hours, diagnosed and replaced a bad part, and the AC was on again!!! #2 was last week when they came to the new house because my hot shower was only lasting about 8 minutes. they came and replaced the water heater yesterday and I got a 12 minute shower without adjusting the valve at all!!! The installation looks great, everyone I talked to at PR was professional and knowledgeable, I recommend them highly!!!

PR Plumbing was on time and very professional. Thomas was professional, courteous, and explained the whole process as he completed the job. Thomas really went the extra mile for us! My only recommendation to the company as a whole is to look into shoe covers when entering into someones home. That being said, I highly recommend PR Plumbing and ask for Thomas!

MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE ACCEPTS BLOCKED NUMBERS their guys block their numbers. Called at 9 pm and they were booked for the night. Came out at 11 am (their soonest available). Fixed it quickly and in good spirit despite heat AND training someone while at it. My one suggestion is that they leave a message so you know it was them....otherwise golden.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever ever experienced from any company. I have a home warranty and contacted them because my air conditioning went out at my house with an elderly person living there. They agreed to take the call however said that they weren't doing any work for home warranty companies for three days even though temperatures reaching triple digits. They said if I was willing to pay them directly they could come out. Obviously they feel that the welfare of the elderly and comes at a premium. When I asked their 24 hour service answering service to speak to a representative they told me that the company does not want them to contact them directly. I found another number to contact the technician on call and discuss that with him he told me the exact same thing even when I asked to speak to a supervisor. He did not say that they did not have anybody available he just said that they wouldn't do it because I had the home warranty and even though they're contracted with this company. He did confirm that they had received the request from the home warranty company but we are refusing to do anything with the service call for another three days but not because they were overbooked. I would not recommend this company to friends or family for that matter I would not recommend them to a stranger.

Love trees not close to piping, I had a root issue it was resolved. My second issue was a broken garbage disposal which didn't take long to switch out. Big Thanks to Jesse and PR plumbing. My main drain was clogged, with shower, toilet etc backing up. I called PR and they got me in within an hour!!!! (Other places had no app available until next day!). Richard knocked on our door and waited patiently as we put our masks on before entering. He kindly asked me what issues we were having. I told him our air conditioner wasn't working and that I tried replacing the batteries in the control unit. He explained the possible reasons for the air conditioner to not work. Within 20 to 30 minutes he fixed the problem. We are very thankful!!!

We have an older home with numerous plumbing issues. The technicians with PR Plumbing have worked extensively to resolve the problems. They came out tried a technique and when that didn't fully take care of the problem they came up with a multi-step plan of action to get things flowing again. We discovered PR Plumbing through our home warranty. Even though we opted not to renew our warranty we have continued to use PR Plumbing

Was thankful that they called and was able to come out in the evening. Turned out that it was my roof. But I was turned off by the fact that if I needed my water heater to be replaced, he said it was going to be very expensive and very difficult and acted like they weren't going to be able to do it or he didn't care to do it, I don't know what he was trying to say I just don't think I would call them again disappointed that $90.00 and 20 minutes later, just didn't feel right. that was my experience.

I called early in the morning to report I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I did not have to wait very long. A very nice young gentleman came to my home and you immediately where it was leaking.He was very kind and understanding that I I am disabled and gladly lifted the baskets out from under the sink that had cleaning items Etc in them. Called and took my phone number. This is the third day still no swamp cooler repaired and no return call from company.

Called with an emergency repair on my building and they made sure that I was back up and the water running within hours of being called. They will be my first call for plumbing needs in the future.

The crew that was sent out to my home was absolutely incredible. They were so friendly and a pleasure to talk with. They answered my questions as I brought them up. They were fun to talk with.
