I just had my Hvac installed by lee’s air staff and was very impressed with how the staff presented and approached their client from day one. They were very courteous and very professional. I would like to recognize Alex C., Ruben P.,Kevin M.,Kory S., Mike R. & Andy M.May I also add Daniel, Jerry, Anthony and of course Frank who explained to us how the system works and why we should get it.Thank you guys for the job well done.

Lee's Air Conditioning Company is truly the best. We called for an appointment and they were out the next day. Jose B came on time (which is so unusual these days with most companies)!! He was the greatest.....was very thorough and helpful in helping us resolve the problem and all concerns we had. He offered us some great advice, along with some helpful recommendations. He was an extremely friendly guy and so easy to talk to. Wouldn't ever recommend ANY other company then Lee's. They truly provide the friendliest and best customer service any company could ever offer.

Jesse Alvarado went above and beyond for us! Fixed our issues with the thermostat and even installed the vent in our kitchen that a maintenance guy has taken off and never put back up. He’s wonderful! Everyone at Lee’s has always been great!

I was shocked that Lee's was able to send someone out to check on our system during the height of a July heat wave in just a few days. Luis came out and checked out our failing HVAC unit. He was on time, professional, and informative as he walked me through repair options and was even able to get someone else to our home within the hour the same day to walk through options to replace our HVAC unit.

Mark showed up on time and told me what he would be doing for my service. He put fresh paper booties on each time he had to go outside and come back into my home. Mark was very professional and explained what he found while servicing my A.C. He explained the benefits of signing a twice a year contract when I enquired about it, but did not pressure me to enroll. II have used several different companies to service my heating and AC units over the years, but I will be sticking with Lee's from now on.

Pao Moua did a good job of explaining what was going on with our AC unit after his diagnosis. He was methodical on trying to drill down on the problem. It turned out that we had a bad capacitor that caused our compressor to fail. Pao is contacting the AC manufacturer that we have our warranty through and he is arranging the warranty claim. I appreciate all his help.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. I was able to book an appointment for the next afternoon. They offered to come early but I had them come on time. They were amazing, friendly and helpful. They unclogged my kitchen sink pretty fast and it was reasonably priced. I recommend them for issues such as mine.

This technician turned me off right away when he walked in to my house with out the shoes cover and another thing was he took the old filter to the mini truck for exchange the new one he did not put up the filter cover to it normal position he just let it hang there in the hall way if my child a little taller he will hit his head with the careless of the technician.I has been with Lee's air for eight years this is my first time to write the negative reviews about the technician.the technician name is Yee Yang.I hope he change after he read this review.Great service Aden Gregg thank you for your work.

Technician was great. He is knowledgeable and friendly . The reason for me to take off two stars was the price was too high compared to other competitors. To replace furnace control board. The part around 200 dollars with 30 minutes labor cost me 1500.

Exceptional. I wish I could have them do Fidelity Home Warranty work. The service rep that came was very good to instruct what the problems were. He was a pro. The company that came to reflect the home warranty on the next day gave me a feeling that I was working with rookies.

I installed my own tankless water heater and couldn't get it working right. They had me call their tech and he tried to talk me through it free of charge. I had him come out and he reset my and everything works great! The tech was certified and very knowledgeable, gave me maintainence tips to keep my unit running smooth. Would definitely call them again!

Serviceman arrived ontime and wearing a mask. He was fast and friendly while checking the performance of my new heat pump heating operation. I have dealt with a few of Lee's Plumbing and Air employees and they are all courteous, friendly, and professional.

After having a hard time trying to find someone to repair a leaking pipe, I decided to contact Lee’s and regret not contacting them sooner. Jesse G. was great and did the job efficiently. He was professional and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. I’d recommend them to anyone without any hesitation!

They are very professional and fair. I called them in the hottest part of July and they came out the next day and serviced my AC , cleaned a dirty coil and replaced leaking capacitor. I hadnt had it serviced in two years and i let the filters get dirty and clogged a couple times or it would have been cheaper but i still felt the repair was very reasonable. 400 dollars. If i serviced it every year like i was supposed to and kept the filters clean it would have cost a couple hundred.

In the middle of the hot day today my Air conditioning system Got stuck on 78 degrees. I called Lees Air and in short time I got Mr. Aaron to came to my rescue. Such a professional respectful gentleman, straight to the point who diagnosed the problem gave me photos and estimate and in a very short time my home is cooling off and my family are so happy including my lovely dogs.Thank you so much, Aaron and many thanks to Lees Air for you excellent choice by having Aaron on your team. 👍🙏

I went through 3 other companies before calling Lee's to service my furnace due to a odor of Gas coming from the unit itself. The 3 previous companies all stated they could not detect or smell a gas leak to which I was shocked because the entire closet that housed the furnace wreaked of gas while the valve was on. First 2 companies said to just change the filter and that would fix the smell obviously that did not work nor would that have been the fix for it issue. 3rd company did as the first and sprayed solution to detect a leak and said they couldn't find any. However they did clean the sensor saying that would fix the problem all while the odor of gas was lingering while they were working. Like the previous two the 3rd said they dont smell gas and i was good to use the heater. 10mins after leaving I could still smell gas. I shut the valve off and called Lee's. The very next day the Lee's tech arrived named Peter. I had turned the gas back on 5 mins prior to hus arrival and once the furnace door was open he immediately identified the smell of gas. I had explained to peter the ongoing situation and previous experiences and within minutes of arriving identified the LEAKS one off the thermostat and other off the flex pipes and began to fix the issues. Having 5 minor kids in my household and the weather getting colder getting the heat back on was paramount. Peter was very professional, courteous, and walked me through the problem and how he was going to fix it. Lee's service is who I should have called in the beginning. Peter from the start was very attentive and understanding to my concerns and frustration being he was the 4th technician to look at my furnace. He methodically went through the furnace to ensure everything was in working order and explained to me what he was doing to put my mind at ease for the safety of my family. Had I gone off the others techs ok who knows what would have happened. I highly recommend Lee's Air Conditioning, Heating and plumbing. If all their techs are like Peter you will have a tech who cares about you getting the repairs and service you need, and puts the highest quality and care into their work.

Installed a new toilet been back now it will be the second time on Monday and still having issues … the company is working to fix it and I appreciate it but it is getting oldThe company fixed it and it work’s wonderful… Michael is the very best!!!

The service technician was very friendly and took into consideration what my ac needs were. Upon his assessment, he was thorough explaining the cause and effect of my unit's failure, recommendations with options and pricing. I didn't feel any pressure for decisions that I needed to make on the spot. Office staff is also very customer service oriented and kept me updated on my appointment window, status of arrival and also follow-up.I am glad I called them!

We have been having issues with our ac unit cooling off our house for the last few summers, we called Lee’s last night and someone was out the next morning! He was so good and explained that our unit the previous company put on was too small for the sq ft of the house.

They came the next to inspect our heater and ducts. The serviceman was friendly, efficient and generous. He was on time, wore booties over his shoes and went beyond our expectations for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Armando was very polite and explained their billing procedures. I liked him from the very start. It became apparent to me that Lee's Air Conditioning is not really interested in small jobs. This became apparent after Armando was required to tell me that my small job would be charged a very high fee. I took this as a sign Lee's did not want small jobs. After paying the $49 for his coming out I concluded that paid his time to see what the job entailed. I had explained this when I made the appointment . I would rather have been told We are an industrial firm and your job is too small for our plan. I then called another firm, they had no fee to come out and did the work for less than half of what Lee's wanted. I want to make clear that Lee's did work for a relative of mine and I was there and had a chance to interact with their three workers. It was a big job and they did a great job. Since they are for industrial jobs I should have been informed by telephone while making the appointment that my job didn't meet their expectations. Kudos to Armando who was unwittingly faced with breaking the bad news to me. Kudos to me for paying the $49 without protest. Best wishes, Lee's.

John called to say he was coming out. Very thorough at explaining things. Nice company. First time I used them and I was very happy. I did leave some notes with the phone gal and she forgot to tell them not to change filters as they were changed three weeks ago. He had started to change them but they were retrieved.

My heater went out and I called Lee’s. They sent a tech out the same day. Manuel showed up on time and got busy diagnosing the problem with our heater. He found a bad switch and a clogged filter. The part was out of stock so he ordered it right away and will return when the part is in. We should have it within a couple of days. So far this has been a great experience.

Plumbers came on this visit. They were professional and courteous. I was kept up to date with emails and text messages during the day so I knew who would be arriving. I enjoy having a maintenance contract with Lee's Air. It’s one less thing to worry about!

Lee's came out after a 4 day wait and told me I either needed 4k worth of repairs or a new unit. They heavily recommended a new unit. Just the day before I received a flier advertising they are selling new units. I called LS Heating and Cooling, they came out the next day and replaced a circuit board on my unit for $699. I told my story to my co-worker and he said he had a similar experience of Lee's telling him he needed a new unit when it turned out to only need a 10 minute repair, also done by LS. Don't trust Lee's.

We called Lee's when our normal HVAC service couldn't remedy our AC unit operation. Plus they didn't work on weekends - when we needed the help. Lee's came right out and fixed the problem. Or so we thought. We called the next day and told them it still wasn't working properly and they sent Orlando again - a knowledgable, courteous and dedicated technician. He stayed for several hours with multiple trips to the roof in 100* heat and back into our house. Through his dedication he discovered the issue and replaced the thermostat and refilled refrigerant. It's now been working for 24 hours as it should! Nice. We couldn't be happier and will be setting up a contract for yearly maintenance with them. Lee's is 100% recommended!

Tony Saved our business this summer by helping us get a new unit installed on top of our shop! Our old unit had that had been up there since 1997! caught fire, tony came out and gave us a quote the same day. Then started the process for that next week for installation. I called Lee's and a couple days later I had a new air conditioner on top of my house! Frank came out and explained all the options for financing and units and rebates and all that. Very informative and super friendly. Jose and Kory came out a couple days later and went right to work; went into the attic, ripped out the old ducting, the next day they installed the new ducting and the unit on top of the house. These guys were awesome, super-hard workers. They answered all my stupid questions with a smile.

Lee’s Air did a great job re-plumbing my home. The crew was always on time, very polite, and completed the job as quickly as possible with a minimum of disruption to my family. Ebert, the crew leader, did a fantastic job and made sure we were completely satisfied. No surprises. Every Lee’s employee we had contact with was pleasant and seemed to genuinely try to provide the best customer service.

I am so very happy with the service I received today! He came earlier than I was quoted which was unexpected, but so appreciated. He fixed my air conditioning which went out last night. Lee’s contacted me with the option of rescheduling our routine maintenance done a few days earlier than planned. Which I really appreciated. Aaron arrived first thing morning professional, friendly, and gave some valuable information to up keep our 23 year old Central Air running. Will call again when needed. LEE’s has always provided us with great service both central air and plumbing. They are our go to people.

Had them come out and quote us $2600 to repair our water heater and $400 just for “permits.” Got a second opinion and all it needed was TO HAVE THE LIGHT LIT AGAIN. THATS IT! The other company came lit our water heater and charged us NOTHING. Don’t waste your time. Either they don’t know or are deliberately scamming people.

Orlando was great - diagnosed the issue, provided options for the fix along with upgrade opportunities and answered the questions I had. I have been happy with Lee's Air in the past and continue to be impressed with their service.

Eric was very thorough on his diagnosis of our a/c unit. We had another company do some repairs through our home warranty. It wasn't done properly and Eric was very professional in his assessment. Lee's may be on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

Our AC went out on a weekend with 104 degree heat. I used the email feature on Lee's Air website to contact them for service asap. This email was sent at about 2:30am. I received a phone call from their on-call person within 6 hours. On a Sunday morning. The tech was at our house 2 hours later. Unfortunately, the problem required a part they didn't have on hand so I had to wait until Monday for repairs. The repair was timely and worked well. They also gave me a discount for being a member of Club Advantage. Thanks, we're cool again!

We just bought a new air conditioning unit for our house through Lee's Air. We couldn't have been happier with the service and product we received. Originally we were working with another company , because they were contracted through our home warranty company. Three weeks and multiple mix-ups later, we were still without air conditioning. On a desperate whim we called Lee's Air. The company sent someone out within two hours to assess our situation. When we learned it would be more cost effective to replace the unit rather than fix a unit that was at the end of its useful life, we agreed, but were concerned that ordering a new unit would leave us without Air conditioning for a longer period of time. Lee's offered to loan us two mobile A/C units and had them delivered that very day!! The delivery and installation was like clockwork. The technicians were nice, professional and very informative. I'd definitely recommend Lee's Air. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

Francisco was awesome! He showed up and was professional from the moment he shook our hands, to walking us through our estimates with pictures. We were offered different plans and were super pleased with the pricing. Less than 2 hours later our AC was working.

Such high quality service! Lee's made it so rhat they could come earlier than expected.our guy, Efrain, did SUCH A GREAT JOB repairing and cleaning so that we could have heat again. He also educated us about our system so we know what to do now, what we need to replace so we don't have future problems. Took lots of photos if our system to educate us and show what will need to be fixed soon. Did what needed to be done today so that we could have heat in the house. My husband and I highly recommend him and Lee's- they even do plumbing! Looking forward to having him come back and serve us whenever we need him again.

We had an appointment within one day to meet with a representative, Frank Sanchez to look at our system and discuss options for replacing the units on our split system. Frank explained the new technology and we decided on replacing both systems on Wednesday and we they were able to schedule the replacement for the following Monday.The crew of two showed up on time as promised and the job was completed in the time that we were told. The techs, Dan and Mike were courteous, friendly and very careful. They cleaned up after each days work and explained the new system as the installation progressed.We are completely satisfied with the whole process of upgrading our systems and everyone that we worked with at Lee's Air.

Needed help with my grill in my backyard. With no idea what I was doing I reached out to Lee 's Air. Notably, they were the least costly and most responsive service - they set up an appointment with me the next day.I was helped by Armando A. who was very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. I didn't have the parts needs for the job, but he made sure that I knew exactly what to pick up at the store to get the results I wanted. After his explanation I feel confident in handling the job myself, and he went above and beyond to make that a fact.Despite this call being mostly informational I am convinced of Armando and this company's performance and professionalism. I would recommend their service to anyone. No brainer for the 5 stars!

Pete was super friendly! came early and was quick to solve the problem with my kitchen sink! although I could not afford him to fix my sink problem! The guy came out was nice. And they came first thing in morning. But its been few hours and the air isn't blown the way it should. We already paid over $200 today. Ebert was amazing. My husband and I discovered a small amount of water damage in our ceiling below our master bath. Being that we had a newer home this was a little disturbing. From the start I called Lee's Air on a holiday non the less and they immediately set up an appointment. Ebert arrived promptly within the window given to us. I explained the issues and showed him the damage. He checked all options including the air conditioning unit before asking permission to cut into the ceiling. He made three small holes and was able to locate a tiny leak. He explained that it was most likely the shower pan and being that we had a tile shower it would have to ripped up. He advised me to call our builders to see if this type of damage was still under warranty. I was able to locate a contractor in town who could be at the house within 20 minutes. Ebert told me that he would stay and show the contractor the issues he located. He went above and beyond his duties. He could have left prior to the contractors arrival and left me to explain what was found. He didn't. He even had a card for someone that could complete the project if this had not fallen under warranty. If and when we have another issue outside of warranty... we will be calling and requesting the Monterey Kid. Thanks for the professionalism and amazing service.

During a call for a non working blower motor Efrain spent a couple hours pulling apart the system to better understand some root cause problems He explained several options and how sustainable those options would be for longer time windows. The pricing of parts or the system takes some getting use to.

Lees was able to get us on the schedule quickly for a toilet plumbing issue that was urgent. Although I do think the pricing was on the high end (especially for the diagnosis), my husband and I were impressed with the quality of work done. A shout out to Sean and Kory who were excellent! Both were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked so hard all day. They were happy to answer my questions and explain their process to us. They even took care to remove bricks in our walkway carefully without jackhammering. They also made sure everything was functioning correctly before packing up. Thanks Sean and Kory! The technician exhibited professionalism in identifying the causes to the issues with our A/C unit. His ability to assist us was above and beyond, for being well explanatory, and offering different solutions to the fix, as well as giving pros and cons to those solutions if it was needed. To top it off, the technician was able to fix the culprit the same day, and at a convenient price. Truly, he has left long lasting impression on us with his professional ethics and skill.

Lee's Technician Orlando and his coworker were simply the best. Their professional demeanor by entering my home and dropping towels and cleaning their shoes during a rain storm was the start of how they came to repair my heating system and install an updated thermostat. Our system was blowing warm air, we feared a big pocket strain. We called the office, & got an appointment with Omar the very next day. He checked the thermostat settings, & informed us it was on the conventional settings. Within 15-20 minutes of Omar arriving at our house, we had cold air again and he was leaving. We just had our new Lennox AC/furnace installed on our roof and my husband and I are thrilled. LeesAir is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly from top to bottom. First we met Jared and San who explained what was wrong with our very old equipment and what they would do for us. Then Alexander Cisneros and Michael Ruiz spent just 3days installing our new equipment and removing all of the old filthy equipment and ducting. We were without air less than an hour! They were both great guys and did amazing work and even better than that they made a great team! We also appreciated the additional help from another Mike and Jared on the last day. We are old and electronically challenged. Alexander showed us how to use the new thermostat and app. He was so patient!! I highly recommend LeesAir!

First of all I found them on a hot 104 degree Fresno summer Saturday when my air conditioning went out and I found my old company didn't work on weekends. Someone was out immediately to diagnose the problem and Michael and Gabriel and their team were there right on time Monday morning to install the new unit. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I had full confidence in them. The work was done quickly and neatly. Lee's is definitely my new air conditioning/heating company.

I would love to be able to leave specific reviews about Ernesto, Raoul, and Frank. I have lived in Clovis for 19 years and I have never had the experience of working with such competent, accommodating, and polite technicians. Each of them performed their part of the process with friendly professionalism and answers to every question posed. Each one was here at the time range that was set.Ernesto took pictures of the unit to show us the problem. He even provided the background so that I knew it was my air conditioner. Ernesto gave me all the information and all the options I had to choose from. He explained the process for each option. Because of his deep bank of knowledge, he was able to build rapport, confidence, and the ability to make a comfortable decision. He was without exception - EXCELLENT!Based on Ernesto's recommendation, Raoul delivered a temporary room air condition to give us some relief with sleeping. He was polite, complementary about the Company, understood exactly what was required to set up the room air conditioner. He was able to answer all the questions that were asked. After Frank left, he recommended that another temporary unit be delivered. It was 109 that day and within hours, Raoul was out again to deliver another unit. I could tell he was hot from perspiration on his face and in his shirt. But he showed no sign of frustration - he stated that the company priority was to make the customer happy and comfortable. For the first time, I thought maybe we would be able to stay in our home and not in a hotel. I wish I could award Raoul 10 stars out of a scale of 5!Frank came next. He was able to use metaphors to increase the understanding of the air conditioner situation. Within the time he was here, he was able to explain exactly why the unit was not repairable and what caused this condition. I understand what we need to do with this unit to extend its life. He was able to explain our role in the air conditioner's demise without making you feel incompetent. His knowledge was extremely broad and he was able to provide relevant information before we thought of the questions. As he left we had a peace of mind that we were making the right decision.No one likes to spend $ 8 - 12,000 on a new A/C, but to do it with confidence of the integrity of the company and its employees makes it a lot less painful! He was also able to explain the PG&E rebate program rebate and how to interface with that. I would recommend Ernesto and his colleagues in any situation.

Needed a clog in my drain cleared. When I first contacted the company I informed them that I had the drain cleared by another company 2 months ago. Ask if they warranted their service. Was told it depended on the type service preformed. I told her the drain was backing up. She told me someone would have to come out. When he came out I explained the problem to him and ask if they would provide a warranty for clearing the drain and he said no. They do not provide warranties for drain clearing. Now I am out $49 and my time to hear something that could have been told me over the phone. OUCH!

Luis was the technician who came to my house to evaluate and possibly repair my a/c unit. He was friendly, explained in detail the problem, as well as showing me the issue. We also discussed at length whether to repair the 22 year old unit or consider an entirely new system. Luis explained how the new unit would work (electricity rather than propane) and gave me a ballpark cost for a new system. I was comfortable and pleased having Luis as my technician.

Erik was fantastic!! Unfortunately, due to our system type, he wasn't able to juat install a new thermostat. However, he was honest about what was needed to fix the problem and was very helpful in putting UA on the right path.

Derek was phenomenal in diagnosing, giving a variety of repair options, and in 48 hours (less) provided a high-quality, efficient, and effective solution to a burnt out controller. With the surge-protector he installed, we also will be protected from foreseeable future problems.

LATE POST: We were needing emergency service on a Saturday with a heat wave in progress. Ernesto M. showed up on time as promised and immediately went to diagnosing the problem with our AC unit. He took roughly 5 minutes to tell us the issue and what our options would be to repair. We agreed on what course to take and he had the unit fixed and up and running in less than an hour tops. We were extremely happy with the customer service all around and will definitely call Lee's Air in the future.

Very fast response! We had an AC issue during this crazy heat wave. Lee's came out within the next day or two. Their technician John was very friendly and informative. Prices were reasonable and fair.

We had a leak in our master shower. I found the necessary part to fix it, but it was jammed on pretty tight. Lee's was very friendly and responsive to our needs. Juan was the plumber to come and make the repair. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very courteous and explained what needed to be done and what we might expect. They used the part I had and deducted it from the cost of the repair. The repair took less than an hour and we are happy with the end results. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Our air conditioner was just replaced by Lee’s Air. They are very friendly and professional. When they came into our home, they always wore shoe covers. They replaced the vent and cleaned up all bits of debris that fell and left everything very clean. We immediately noticed the difference in our bedrooms. Very nice and comfortable. Wow! This company is wonderful! Needed plumbing on a Sunday and within 2 hours Ebert B. was at our house to save the day! Very professional, great service and explained everything to us to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. Went above and beyond. In fact, we needed to replace our AC unit sometime this year and Aaron was able to come out the same day (Sunday) within one hour to inspect it. i was very impressed with their service especially on short notice. It was 106 outside and my two year old AC unit wasn't providing cool air. I knew it was going to be hard to get someone on short notice in this weather so I first started my hunt with the reviews as I always do. I saw the reviews for Lee's and decided that this was a good place to start. I went to their website where I noticed an online form to request service. I was a bit skeptical in that I needed someone soon but I used it anyway since they were closed when the air first stopped working in the night. Amanda was on top that website request. Within an hour of opening for the day she tried to call and also sent me an email to call her back. She was able to squeeze us in that day. Matt contacted me 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was running a little late. I was very appreciative of that. He was very attentive to my questions and showed me the readings on the meter explaining what part needed to be replaced. He gave me his recommendation but yet offered other options as well to save money. He had it running in minutes. I asked a few questions about the air flow to certain rooms, he quickly checked the ducting and explained the long runs were being split reducing the air flow to those rooms. He determined there were no dampers to control those in the attic and explained how to best adjust the registers in the other rooms to help. He furthered explained the dampers and leveling out the air flows throughout the house. I would not have known that this was available if he had not explained it so now we are thinking about doing that. Great service from everyone.

Lee's was able to get someone to look at my AC the day after I called. Aaron, the repairperson, was on time and had the issue fixed within a few hours. He was communicative about what was going on and efficiently made the repairs. The whole experience from the initial phone call to the repair was extremely professional and organized.

After calling several companies to have my AC unit serviced after it stopped working, Lee's Air Conditioning was the only company able to schedule me in on the same day. The technician was prompt and sent a text message with his photo letting me know that he is on his way. He then followed up the text message with an actual call informing me of the exact time of his arrival.The AC unit was diagnosed in a timely manner and was informed from a third party vendor that the part required to repair it was going to take a week to a week and a half before it arrives in their warehouse. Mark, the technician, went above and beyond calling all of the vendors who sold that part and found one who could get it to us in a day and a half. He called me up immediately and let me know of his findings and so I quickly agreed to the work order. On the day the part arrived, Lee's Air Conditioning coordinated a time a full day before the projected date of repair knowing we were without an AC unit in triple digit heat. Again, Mark was sent out to conduct the repair work and he ultimately performed the work in the time frame he specified. He again displayed why Lee's Air Conditioning is a top rated company by working expeditiously, and even did some bonus work for me free of charge to ensure that the AC unit was working in the most efficient manner.I was extremely impressed with Mark and the company he represents. I will now be using Lee's Air Conditioning for all of my future AC unit issues! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone desiring great service and professional technicians like Mark!

The tech who came out to inspect my AC unit was very honest and knowledgeable. He didn’t blame the cause on something major, but actually found out that the issue was something minor. Now my AC is working again, and I’ll call them back for future services.

The engineer came by my house to check the problem and also provide us with the replace alternates and cost estimate is very professional and also very patient and polite. We do appreciate the service, however, we still shopping around to make our decision based on our budget plan. By the way, they have a pretty good 1 1/2 year 0 interest rate installment plan.

Efrain was very professional and knowledgeable. He was careful to recheck all his work and was able to remove a plastic piece that have somehow fallen into the fan of the unit. He was also very careful to protect the flooring and clean all debris prior to finishing. Very nice gentleman to invite into our home.

They installed the new heating/air conditioning unit with air filtration and have serviced it once before scheduled and twice on a call from us. All times they were on time, professional, polite, clean, and efficient. The last call they sent the wrong filter but returned to get the correct one. All went well after that.

I paid with my MasterCard over the phone and Eric took it upon himself to sign for me without my permission. Then he was not truthful about getting one of the adults that was home at the time to sign the work order. He told me he already had Lucy sign it. When I called Lucy she told me she never signed anything. Eric was on his way up to the front door. He ask her sign after the fact. I will not be using this business. their Technician was not honest in my opinion. To me that is a reflection on the whole company. I'm not comfortable utilizing Lee's Air Conditioning service at this time.

Fresno summer is no joke. When my parents AC went out on a Sunday, I was able to schedule Lee’s for repair the next morning. Our repair person, Matt, was friendly, on time, & efficient. He was very knowledgeable & explained all our options clearly. Would 10/10 recommend.

Manuel followed up as soon as the part ordered during the first visit arrived. We were able to schedule immediately. When he arrived Manuel installed the new switch and filter within 30 minutes. The price was as quoted and the job was done as expected....and we lived happily ever after.

My toilet started making terrible noises. They set up an appointment, got here on time and fixed the issue within 20 or so minutes of him getting here. Sean the plumber was very nice, explained what the problem was and answered my questions. I was referred to them by another plumber that wasn’t able to get here when I needed. That is how business should be done. I’m very impressed with all parties!! I highly recommend Lee’s!

Lee's didn't come and just sell us a new heating/AC unit. They sat down with us right at the start and asked us about our home and explained everything in detail. Alex was enjoyable and easy to work with. My house heats quickly and the furnace doesn't run forever. Can't wait to enjoy my A/C this summer. I would heartily recommend Lee's Air.

Ebert Bisset took good care of us in assessing our issues and resolutions. He and the Lee's team installed a new tankless water heater and recirculation system for our home and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.

Heating unit stopped working over night. Lee's air came the same day, made the unit functional and will return to replace the controller. I am happy that I am no longer cold in my house.

An excellent experience! We’ve had Lee’s replace our water heater already and had Matt Bilodeau come out today to look at our air conditioning system. Our Technician Jesse was very professional in trying to find our shower odor issue and did. We do highly recommend Lee’s A/C and Plumbing for your home needs since we wasted more money trying to go through our Home Insurance who were a waste of our time and in the end not experienced enough to handle a house call because they care more of the quantity of services performed and not the quality of work to take care of the customer. We do not recommend other services such as City Plumbing who states they don’t investigate and definitely not T & N Plumbing And Electrical who stated he could not smell the odor which was obvious at the time and changed a spout that was not the underlying issue. Lee’s is the way to go in our experience for future issues.

I had problems with both of my toilets overflowing, and I was so nervous! I called Lee's and the technician, Sean was out so quickly. He discovered the problem was a clogged line, and fixed it in no time. Fees were very reasonable. I live in an older home, too. I was very happy with the service and would use Lee's again!

All air conditioning companies were booked and could not come for 3 days.I explained to Lee's that I was 83 lived by myself, was just getting over spine surgery and really needed my air conditioning unit fixed as the temperature was up to 88 degrees and it was over 100 degrees outside. They called me back within the hour and said they were sending someone. Tom Howard arrived and fixed it right away and we were back to a comfortable temperature in no time. We had installed a new havoc system last year. Whenever we used the air conditioner, it would ‘rattle’ when it shut down. We’ve had several technicians who thought they fixed it, but the rattle would return.Rudy was the technician who came today to fix the rattle. After listening to the history of the rattle, Rudy begin troubleshooting and he was able to identify where the rattle was coming from. Of course, the weather has cooled, but I am confident Rudy fixed the problem by moving the unit a little father away from the house.Thank you for sending Rudy. He was professional, courteous and diligent in locating the problem.

Aaron arrived a little earlier than our appointment time. He was professional and knew exactly what to do so we didn’t have any future issues with our AC. Since it is an older AC, he showed us pictures of the mildew that was on the condenser. Got it all cleaned up and replaced one of the capacitors that was now doing so well. I called about going from electric to gas. It was pricey but the tech that came out was great. Talked about the different things he would do, and what we needed to get what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the process, and had answers for our questions. He was very friendly on top of that and made us feel like it wasn't just a job he stayed a bit after to talk a little more. I'm sure we will end up getting the work done primarily because of him.

Lee’s Air confirmed diagnosis that Central Air needed to be replaced. I had a 23 year old unit that was becoming unreliable. It also used R22 refrigerant which is being phased out. Frank Sanchez gave me several options which included replacing both furnace and AC as well as an option to just replace the AC. When compared with a competing bid Lee’s was the best price for a a very efficient unit. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and we made an appointment to install. In The meantime Lee’s sent out a large capacity window unit free of charge. During the bid and installation process I had comminication with various company representatives all of whom were informative and courteous. I never had to wait on the phone or made a call that went unanswered. From the time I placed my order until installation was only 4 days. The install took one day. I highly recommend Lee’s. The most important part Of choosing a new HVAC system is choosing the right contractor .

John, Tyler, and Alex from Lee's Air was absolutely fantastic. I loved that John called me letting me know.if was 15 minutes away. He showed up and couldn't have been friendlier. He stayed and looked at our AC for almost 2 hours and talked to us along the way about what the problems were. When we decided it would be best to buy a new unit, John had someone at our house within 20 minutes to talk options. Alex and Tyler showed up a few days later to install the new unit. They were also both very professional. They were very thorough and kept us updated the whole time. The did a fantastic job! Love this company!

I called Lee's to fix our broken water wipe in the backyard. They were very friendly and helped me understand the problem without panicking. Juan Cabrera, their serviceman, located the source of the leak immediately. With 20 years of experience, Juan explained the problem and the solution in an easy way to understand. Juan earned our trust immediately. He was a professional, hard worker who showed respect for the property and was friendly too. These guys were great. I called on a Saturday about 10:30 AM. By 12 noon somebody was at my door. By 1:00pm they were done, and I had cool air blowing through my house. That’s great service. The only reason I didn’t give a full five star rating was because I paid a little more than I expected. But I was glad to pay for the service that I got.

we had an entire repiping of our house and they did a great job. Carlos, Kory, Shawn, Tony, Samuel and Raul did an amazing job making sure all the pipes in the house were properly replaced and were very professional and completed the job each day in a timely matter. having such a big project is very stressful and they made sure we wouldn’t have to worry about another water leak for a long time. big thanks to Ruben as well for always being a phone call away.

Lee's Air Conditioning has the best service in town. They have emergency service and also excellent check up service. We had the install an new air conditioner and furnace last September, they were knowledgeable, took care of rebates and explained everything. The men were clean during installation and put everything back in order. They just came for a checkup and again the service was excellent.

Severo Rosales did an amazing job. He was on time and did thorough work on my hvac unit. He even went the extra mile to ensure that my heater would work though the cold night while we waited for a part. He followed up with a courtesy call to announce his return an was on time again. He repaired and performed maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the unit. He also explained he made adjustments for better gas efficiency. 👌💯%

My A/C was not blowing cold air, and it was approaching 90 degree weather. Lee's Air Conditioning was able to come out the next day, showed up early, and fixed multiple issues. The technician Francisco was very professional, efficient, and had 3 separate parts replaced in about an hour. I signed up right then for their service contract. I recommend Lee's Air Conditioning.

They installed Daikin Room Airconditioning in 5 rooms. The main unit is on the roof of our 2 story home. They worked on our house for 4 days, covering floors, furniture, etc. in the areas of where they worked and walked in with shoe booties on! They were also very communicative as the work progressed letting us know each step so we knew what to expect.

Not right to leave a whole in the walI and not fill it or at least tell me instead of covering it with a plant. Would have appreciated being told that my plant dropped. It’s a black orchid that grows once a year and a lot of the dirt is spilled over in the mud. It probably won’t grow. If you moved things to do your work, did I need to ask for it to be moved back. They knew I’m disabled. You charge top prices, complete honest work should be expected.

Co had installed ac unit and ducts in June. I had requested a ladder to be brought back to residence as requested by city inspector to complete inspections. This was done in a timely manner and my inspection was completed Thank you for your attention and quick response,

I called Lee's for a gas leak I had discovered in my attic crawl space. Unfortunately, they were not able to get to me as quickly as I needed, but they refunded my service call fee and recommended some other companies that might be able to help.In summary, I needed a fast repair of a gas leak. They were fully booked for the near future and recommended some other companies that might be able to help sooner.

Andy, and all of the people from Lee's Air have been great to work with. It has been easy to schedule service times, and they have been here when they said they would be and done the work they said they would do for the price I was quoted. They have all been very pleasant. If all companies worked like this, the world would be a much better place!

For the past two summers our AC would run constantly, hitting 80 degrees inside when outside temps were in the high 90s or 100. I finally called Lee's Air and Matt W. arrived right on time for an AC inspection.He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was all set for bad news, i.e., new AC unit, but he recommended cleaning our air filters (!) and adding refrigerant to the unit. Instead of paying thousands we paid less than $300, and this included a maintanance contract for a heating check in the fall and an AC check next spring. He didn't even charge for the new air filters.I can feel the house cooling down as I type. It's also less humid. The next few days are going to be 100+ but I say, bring it! Thanks, Lee's Air!!UPDATE: 7/7/17I wish I could write a separate review (maybe I can, can't figure it out?) to give Jesse M. all props for his excellent work! Had a couple of leaks to repair as per our home inspection. Selling our house. Jesse M. was timely, polite, and did an excellent job! He tried to save us money on the initial inspection (how does this business STAY in business if they keep doing that? : ) but found he needed parts for the sink leak. He came back the next morning at 9am (totally on time) and fixed up the sink in half an hour. Even fixed a condensation leak on the side of the house at no charge! Lee's Air is the best!! I was very pleased with the overall experience, beginning with Mary who took my call and assured me that a tech would arrive within a few hours. Jesse came sooner than later and was able to fix our leaky faucet and shower in no time. He was very professional and explained to me what the problem was and showed me the broken parts. I had a new AC unit installed, Kevin M. And Alex C. Were the two servicemen who handled the difficult endeavor. I was very very satisfied with them both, the 2 of them worked amazing together, learned they were work partners for a while and it clearly showed. I mainly talked to Kevin, and he was super personable, he himself spent a solid 3 hours up in my attic in 108 degree heat connecting things (that alone deserves a medal). Both men worked very hard with no complaint, and basically made the experience very pleasant. They both clearly enjoy their job, even when it has parts they dont enjoy, and it shows in their hard work, but also how well they get along and can joke and have a good time while doing it. Would would definitely love to get Kevin and Alex every time I need my AC serviced!

He walked me through all the different options, set me up with the best rates, and guided me on how PG&E and the State will provide a small reimbursement/voucher to reduce the total cost by going Electric. He made my husband and I feel like family, not just a customer in the short amount of time we sat together. Thank you for him and his professionalism. I won’t go anywhere else but Lee’s for my heating and cooling needs!

Ernesto with Lee's Air came out to do a preventative maintenance inspection on our A/C before our 100+ degree days start. The customer service Ernesto provided was really above and beyond. He really knows his stuff when it came to our system and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. If he needed to change a part, or service the unit, he tells you exactly what the part does --or why servicing is required, what it should do, and why it's not doing what it's supposed to. I never had to take his word for why something needed to be done. His work has earned Lee's Air our continuing patronage. Thank you!

Plumber was unable to clear my plugged up sink drain due to his faulty equipment.

I've had several jobs done by Lee's Air and I have been happy with the consistent quality of their customer service. Most recently, for a tankless water heater consult with Ebert Bissett. Very personable and funny all while maintaining professionalism. I had the consult Tuesday and am scheduled for the install on Friday of the same week. Will update after the job is done.

I saw that this company had really good reviews, so I was hopeful that that meant they also had good customer service and would answer an email, because I don't like calling people. And they did answer my email. And also have text servicing as well. Which was awesome. So I made an appt to have my AC checked on since my electric bill increased too much in a month period, and they sent someone out on monday. They gave me a two hour window, he showed up an hour into it. Did a full AC check up, found some issues, fixed them, and was out. Hoping to see that the work that was done makes a difference on My bill next month. Definitely would recommend this company though, especially if you are hearing impaired/Deaf and prefer to email / text.

Our 1940's home needed some work done and we used Lee's for new attic insulation, new ductwork and a new AC unit. They were amazing in getting things done quickly and were completely professional in every aspect of the project. Very impressed with the finished work and level of customer service from each individual we met.

Lee's just came out to fix our dryer and get it hooked up properly. Service was great and very professional! The technician was on time and prepared with all that was needed, no extra trips to the hardware store. He was very friendly and efficient. Get the job done, double check and go. No wasting time which is just the why I like it. And the cost was very fair and affordable. I will definitely use Lee's again.

Alfredo was awesome. During a checkup, he found that our capacitor was almost dead. Then he found that the balancing damper was turned on making our bedroom hot. Crazy, we never knew anything about that. We have had two other companies tell us that we need to close other vents in the house to get the air back there. The other one asked me to review the ducts in the attic. Alfredo did nothing of the sort. He was very professional and listened to our concerns. He even gave me a choice in replacing the capacitor. He could pay their charge or get it and install it myself. He helped me pick the correct one from Amazon. We will definitely keep his card and call them foe all future repairs and checkups.

Frank sanchez gave our initial home evaluation and explained carefully all of our options. The work to replace our old system was started promptly. The installer's, Michael Treas, Christian Solis, and Thomas were polite, prompt, knowledgeable. They kept us informed about the daily progress. They cleaned up after themselves each day at the end of the workday. The last workday was very long, and Michael and Thomas stayed late to make sure everything was done properly. Michael took extra time to make sure we understood how to use the new thermostats.

Lee's Air and Plumbing is the type of company others can learn from. Made an Appt for a routine service. My tech Efrain Roque contacted me when he was on his way. The tech was friendly and very informative on what he was doing. He explained to me what the gauges meant and that i needed a capacitor after checking my furnace. He explained why i needed it and how it worked. My system was low on refrigerant also. He told me the cost per pound before he added it to my system and about how much it could take. They take pictures of all work done and closeup shots of the gauges. Bottom line! My A/C works GREAT!

Tech from Lee's came to see what the problem is with my ac.. I was charged $99 to tell me it would cost $14,000 to repair! Doesn't it cost less to replace? I called to speak to a manager and of course no one bothered to call me back. On top of that they broke a sprinkler by the ac, which i will also have to pay to replace. What a rip'off!

Julio and Phillip did a very thorough job adding a new return. They worked many hours and cleaned afterwards.

Jessie repaired a “plugged pipe in the bathroom at my rental at 4848 E Amherst. I was Very pleased with how he kept me informed, by phone, about the problem and how he would be fixing it. He told me it would be a little more expensive the way he had to get on the roof to unstop the pie, than I was expecting to pay for the repair job, but I understood that because it is an old house it had to be handled differently. We had our AC go out one night and the next day we called Lee’s and they were able to dispatch a specialist to us that Morning! Daniel Swann showed up within the time timeframe they stated and got to work in figuring out the issue was. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me. As a new homeowner alot of this stuff can be a foreign to us, but he answered all my questions and concerns. Within a few hours he had our AC running and working alot better than what it was. I called them last year for a heating issue because of the stellar reviews they had. They were professional in handling the call, setting the appointment. They treated me with respect, and respected my home. However, they misdiagnosed the problem and charged the $100 service fee. They insisted that I needed a new unit and rushed to suggest an appointment with their sales guy. I believe this company pushes sales too hard because that's what they make most of their money on. During the summer, the same issue that occurred with the heating occurred with the AC. That led me to believe that they had misdiagnosed the problem. My home warranty company sent a local contractor who diagnosed the problem to be purely electric. Heating is working as expected. Lee's Air did not earn my trust due to a problem that was misdiagnosed that could have cost me $10,000 (the cost of a new unit).

Christopher was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He talked me through everything he was doing and gave me multiple ways he could approach my issue, with the probable outcome of each. I truly appreciate the level of honesty and clarity this organization brought when them when helping me out, and would be happy to use Lee's again. Thanks!

Super happy I chose Lee’s to call for my water heater. Sean did a great job getting my hot water up and running. He got the parts quickly and had my house back up and running in no time. Sinks been clogged for weeks and my husband tried everything, went to the store and bought everything he thought would work but no luck. Called lee's and they showed up in the next few hours and the jobs done! Super fast and efficient only complaint is I thought it was expensive for a 10-15 min job.

Treated wonderfully on the phone.(so rare these days) I do not live in Fresno. Had to rely on the yellow pages. I think I chose the best! I have been treated wonderfully on several phone conversations. The work was done shortly after I accepted the quote. I saw all the good reviews and I see why. Jesse G and Jarred C were timely, friendly, didn't mind and even took a moment to pet the little yappy dogs, and had my leaky pipe fixed in literally about a half hour along and even put a valve on the pipe for my dishwasher (waiting on someone to install it now) so I could turn the hot water back on since this is an old house and there was no on/off valve specifically for the dishwasher. They even set up an appointment for eval for AC installation which was something I've been meaning to do for a while. Price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend their services. Eric is a high quality professional. He came to our house after hours on a Friday and didn’t rush through the repair. He diagnosed the entire system, presented easy to understand repair proposals and had the parts in his truck and had our system up and running in no time. I was so stressed and concerned once my AC went out in the middle of summer. After trying with a different company and hitting road blocks and only leaving me more concerned, I called Lees. They were out the same day evaluating my system and telling me exactly what to expect. They helped me with financing choices and were so kind and had portables delivered that same day so we didn't have to leave the house. Turns out my 33 year old system was outdated, so Lees came the following day and replaced and updated every part of the HVAC unit. I had no idea my old system was working so poorly but I can already tell a major difference in functionality and efficiency. Justin and Jonathan as well as the rest of the team we're so helpful and assuring I can not recommend them enough! They were amazing, kind, professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything is now up to date and running smoothly.

Our 30 year old AC unit died this week. It was not great timing since I was leaving for a Young Men's Camp and Lisa was having elective surgery. Yesterday in a blistering 108 degree heat, Lee's Air spent almost 11 hours installing our new system. Thank you Armando and John for your hard work and professionalism. Last night we were able to have a wonderful night's rest. I would like to thank Lee's Air again, and I hear the owner is pretty cool too!

This was by far my best experience with any contractor over the past 20 plus years of home ownership. Because of the confidence I had in Ebert and his abilities I will call Lee's plumbing and request Ebert for all future jobs. This is some of the reasons for my rating.Upon arrival he handed me a card and I was able to compare the photo (sent by Lee's plumbing) to the person at the door. He also asked if I had received the text and took off his sun glasses so I could better see him. As a women in the home this was a very big deal for me. He arrived on time, put on shoe covers to protect my floor, and left work site clean and neat. He fully explained what needed to be done, with what parts, and why. Any most importantly he gave a fair quote and at completion of the job the actual bill was the same as the quote.Thank you Lee's Plumbing and especially Ebert.

Just had technicians Pedro and Luis repair my AC. Great guys! This blasted Fresno heat strikes at the worst times like a 107 day. My AC capacitor was replaced with a much better 'heavy-duty' unit. They also serviced and cleaned out the AC. Hope I didn't hover over them too much, but they provided great information about my AC and other unrelated electrical questions. Lee's Air was extremely busy this past weekend, but they arrived on time ready to go. Pedro and Luis' work and professionalism is to be commended. Thanks again, JA

Rudy provided exceptional service for an ongoing duct issue we’ve been having for the past 2 years. The former Lee’s technicians said they couldn’t access the duct. Our entire HVAC system was built and installed by Lee’s 5 years ago. How could a duct not be accessible?? And how could Lee’s not have found this issue the last 3 times we had techs out for a duct issue??Rudy went at it from 3 different angles and didn’t give up. On the the third attempt he got as close to the duct as possible. He found the problem, took photos and showed us, along with letting us know that there are many signs of large rodents under the house. Clearly seen in the photos. Finally we know what the issue is and what to do about it!Rudy explained everything thoroughly, recommended getting an exterminator before getting started on repairing the duct. He explained how he will make the duct accessible going forward and got an estimate for repair within an hour or so. Also, this service was free of charge this time.He has an extremely kind, respectful, patient and warm personality, which I find so important alongside his expertise. We’re making him our preferred tech!Thank you Rudy!

We had our Tankless water heater go out, I emailed Lees at 6 am on Sunday and they called me before 8 am to set up a Tech to come out. This company was recommended to repair my air conditioner. The tech was friendly and worked quickly. BUT the part that he spent 15 mins to install cost us $330......I can purchase the EXACT same part on amazon for $65. I’m all for some product markup but 5 1/2 TIMES the original cost of the item is ridiculous. Called and asked to speak to a manager, still waiting on a call back. Will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them either.

M. Sanders was very professional. We called for a leak at the base of our toilet and he was able to have it fixed within an hour. He was very clean and even took out the trash bag in the bathroom. Not only was he kind with me but took the time to briefly chat with my kiddos. Would definitely recommend Lee’s for plumbing and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Our a/c went out last night, was able to enter live chat at midnight via website alerting that we needed service asap, received a phone call at 7am from dispatch, service arrives at 8am and I have COLD air at 9am. Our A/C was not working properly over the weekend. I scheduled an appt in the evening and a representative named Nareah (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) called me within an hour to further assist with my scheduled appointment. Christopher Camp called prior to arrival. He was very professional and a good communicator. He even went into more detail to my husband via FaceTime! He located the problem and resolved the issue. Lee’s Air has been there for us since 2019 and we love their service!

Lee's AC and the technician (Anthony) they sent were very professional, courteous, and thorough. Anthony called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do. When he was finished servicing our two units he took pictures of the units to show us their condition. He took the time to again explain the work done. Paying for the service was seamless and easy.

Tony, and Lee’s Air Install team did an excellent job! They fully replacing our 40 year old water cooled system. Our building is older so they had to work through some difficult challenges, (electrical, attic space, ducting) but they took each one in stride and handled each with efficiency. The sales experience was excellent. Tony took time to understand our needs and bring solutions we could work with and as a bonus, the follow up after the sale, ie. taking care of any issues… was prompt and effective. Our church building is now poised to take on the challenges of the 21st-century.

These guys were the best. Jesse and his bro went above and beyond in installing a fitting for my outdoor gas line. They provided me all the materials I wanted to attach a hose to my gas line. Went above and beyond by helping me set up my outdoor wok by hooking it up and valves and hoses to it. These guys were awesome and a pleasure to be around.

Tried to extort $651.00 from my 84 year old mom on diagnosis if her problem with her tankless water heater. Was there 40 minutes and said he would fix it. Couldn’t fix it so you pay $7.000 for a new one or three thousand to fix it. What a crook. Fernando was the repairman that came out. We called other companies and they do work for less than hss as of of what LEE’s wanted. Don’t do business with these crooks. He did not fix anything.

Shout out to Ruben! I recently moved to Fresno and did not know who to call. My teenager broke the handle of the shower faucet trying to adjust the water as it was coming out too hot (another problem). Lee's came out the next day, answered all my phone calls, Ruben is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will use them in the future. Was pricey but well worth it.

I am impressed with this company. Excellent service and peace of mind for me. Example: I called on a Sunday and not only did a real person answer, they sent someone the same day. Every employee interaction by phone or in person has been excellent.

I had no problem with Lee's they didn't try to price gouge me or sell me anything I didn't need. He came out and cleaned my AC unit and suggested a possible upgrade/repair but didn't pressure too hard. I believe the techs name was David.

Technician gave truly above expected, and professional service. Upon his arrival he listened to my inexperienced analysis without making feel like a fool(much appreciated). After I had finished, he gave his thoughts on what I experienced and explained his ideas before he began the diagnostics. Initial results were mixed so he tested things out to ensure he had the correct game plan and to give me the available options. Upsell wasn't pushy and he thoroughly explained the different choices. Once completed, we had some friendly banter with responses to my amateur Q and A's, going so far as too actually applying a piece of sealant tape to assuage my concern about a really unrelated observation. It's the little things...Thanks for the honest work and job well done, Orlando. Highly recommend.

Everyone was super helpful, from speaking to Sarah on the phone to Ebert coming over to drain our water heater.Because we have some pretty old, faulty pipes we ended up having some more issues after the water heater was cleaned. Ebert came back over later in the evening (at 9pm) to make sure all our faucets were running properly. He could've charged us quite a bit for all of this work (over an hour) being that it wasn't a part of the water heater cleaning and was a result of our poor piping. I was really blown away by his kindness and his efforts to get the job done properly.I would highly recommend these guys. Top notch.

June 2017 Lees put in my new AC and heater. They were great. Water heater needs replacement now. Only people I considered calling were Lees. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but from past experience with Lees they do the job for the price and don't low ball and then charge more. Job is complete. Well done.

We highly recommend Eric Rohowits from Lee's to help with any air/heating problems you have. He was professional, came on time, touch base with when he would arrive, got right to work to diagnose the problem with our ac system in over 100 degree weather. The first day he came was to diagnose the problem with our ac system and discusses the necessary solutions needed to fix our ac system. Before leaving, he took the time to discuss with my husband who just came home from work what the problem was, even after informing me first what the problems were. He could had clocked out at 5pm but didn't and it really showed his professionalism and going beyond what he had to do.The next day he came back and worked both on our furnace in the attic and the ac unit outside, again in over 100 degree weather. Never complained, just went about his work and he discussed in details the repairs he did afterwards. He cleaned up afterwards and left the area where our ac system cleaner than before.Ask for Eric when you call Lee's if you have any ac/heating problems.

Excellent customer service. The gas went out on my water heater and I couldn't get it fixed. Sean came out, earlier than my appointment time (heck yes!) and was able to diagnose my problem. They've always been stellar with their customer service and quick response times!

Lees is one of they places that says what they do and does what they say. What they quoted was exactly what they charged. Unlike contractors that nickel and dime you tell you they are only charging what they do. Lees charged what they said. They even deducted the cost of the work estimate. The plumbing technician Sean was very knowledgeable and courteous. The only negative as they move the work date twice and ultimately it was a day later that the original date. I would definitely use them again.

David and Nicholas were especially kind, and responsive. Very friendly, on time, professional! A pleasure to work with and would absolutely recommend!

I would have to give a one star review to this company, although this is not specific to this company. I, like many during this time had a problem with my AC unit which was not blowing cold air. I called LEE's based on google's blasting reviews. 100 dollars for a diagnosis. I said it's fair, if it would be included in the repair price. They said yes. Next day appointment, thank you very much! The tech was very professional, on time. After checking my AC unit, he says that the capacitor needs to be changed. Then he drops the bomb. 640 dollars with 30 days warranty. More than 2000 dollars with 5 year warranty! I was perplexed. For most of you that have not idea what a capacitor is, please google it. It costs around 20-30 dollars and it takes 5 min to change. I said to the tech, look, I know how much it costs and how long it takes but you have to be reasonable. You cannot charge me 640 dollars for 30 minutes of work. Not event the most expensive lawyer in this country makes 1200 dollars/hour. Anyway, I paid for the diagnosis and bought my capacitor for 33 dollars and installed it myself. 5 min job. I would like to say that I called other firms and they all quoted similar prices. Unbelievable.

The technicians are always communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.Daniel provided our service today and provided a picture walk-thru of the HVAC unit systems he worked on, the condition of attic ductwork, and of course worked hard to upsell us on some system add-ons (and was very polite, not pushy with the upsell).Our unit is close to retirement age so Daniel also helped set up an appointment with a Comfort Specialist to plan for replacement.Another excellent experience with Lee’s.

They are good they make your appointment relatively low disruption to your day. They show the specs and the numbers before recommending a repair if all they did was come for maintenance. If you agree to a repair the most part they get the part quickly and install same day.

Had another great visit from Lee's Air today. John came out to do our maintenance this morning. John was really nice, friendly and courteous. Everyone at Lee's Air does an exceptional job, from field technicians to office staff.

My husband and I live in a 2 story house and our AC decided to break down right in the middle of a heat wave. We contacted Lee's Air for a repair quote and the tech came out a week later. He told us it was broken and suggested we get a new system because fixing the old unit would be very expensive. We agreed and that is probably for the best. Then a second individual came out, made some observations, then said he would email us a quote. It has been nearly 3 weeks now and after several calls from my husband and myself, no email. We are now facing another heat wave with no AC. They still want us to pay $100 for them to tell us it's broken which we already know. For $100, they could AT LEAST give us an estimate for a new AC. We now have to reach out to another company, pay another $100 but hopefully they will help us. I'm incredibly disappointed with Lee's Air. $100 down the drain when it could have gone to a company who would of at least helped us. I own a small business and I would never neglect my clients like this.

Eric was my Serviceman today. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Eric identified the problem with my A/C unit right away. Repair was completed in a timely manner. And he let me know about a program Lee’s offers for scheduled maintenance on my A/C unit so hopefully I can prevent future issues. I was happy to sign up for it.

Don’t use Lees- this is an Updated review ( forgot I left the review in 2019 but google just reminded me) it won’t let me leave 1 star so here’s 2 by default . I used Lees for dryer vent cleaning in 2019- in 2021 my dryer kept alerting me i needed to check vent (I empty the screen after every ) due to scheduling I went with another provider. What he found was alarming- not only was my vent not clean it had broken cleaning brush stuck/blocking the vent with dangerous levels of build up. When I tried to communicate this to Lee’s (with pictures) I was told someone would have to call me - but the follow upContact never came through. It is scary to think they actually caused more harm than good . Pictures of my vent can be found on SafeSmart - it was so bad they used it as marketing/collateral, for their excellent service .

Eric came by and gave us a variety of option to have our AC unit working. Motor went out. I appreciate all that he did for us and definitely would call on him again!! Very pleased with the service. Thank you!!

We had a plumbing issue which seemed minor but ended up being a root infestation far down in the pipes. These guys went above and beyond with service! They gave clear information/explanation every step of the way, continued working inside the house and outside, even removed plants that were overgrown and in the way of accessing the drain. Cleaned up well after themselves and left the property tidy. The drain works great! And we got information about the plumbing system lay out and help with understanding what was causing the plug. I highly recommend Lee's Crew, they have about 20 plumbers and get the job done!

Severo gave us very good customer service. We reported a noise coming from the A/C system. He was very thorough in trying to locate the problem. The noise subsided.

Duct work: Nisan, Emily, and Jesse are an amazing team. They work in unison, were positive, worked together cohesively like they’ve been doing it for years, and could answer all of my questions. Very amazing team!

The worker was excellent. He unplugged the kitchen drain pipe and got the system working. However, the company set the appt for between 8 and 10 AM. I called again at noon to see what the holdup was. I had to leave a message that the business guaranteed would be returned. An hour later I called again and after some more time on hold was rescheduled for 3 to 5 PM. The worker arrived just before 2 PM but did not call that he was on his way as the company said he would. There was a breakdown in their system. I will most likely not use them again.

After several months of researching local Ac Company’s and getting 4 different quotes to replace two full AC/heating systems I chose Lees Air. President Tom Howard personally addressed my needs and concerns. My Installation Specialist were Andy M and Servero R. They were very professional, knowable and respectful of my home. I would highly recommend them.

Francisco Ramos was just here to do the followup inspection on the HVAC system Lee's installed in my house. He did a very thorough job, taking pictures of every step of the process. He answered all my questions and showed me how to properly replace my filter. I'm totally sold on Lee's.

Matthew Bilodeau with Lee's air, plumbing & heating was very professional, knowledgeable of his trade and went out of his way to quickly fix the issue with our HVAC system. The needed replacement part was overnighted by chance so Matt added our repair to his schedule the next day instead of having us wait till the proposed repair date four or five days later during 100° heatwave.

The service all together has been a huge improvement over JC Melton. They failed to inform us multiple times that the furnace was failing due to corrosion, and they offered us no solution . You guys have almost completed the installation and I still have not heard from Melton 2 weeks after they came out for an inspection. You guys began the process to get us temporary units the same day you gave us an estimate. The professional service was a huge difference than what I have been used to from Melton.

The technician, David Vasquez, was outstanding in doing a diagnostic visit on AC explaining everything about how my air conditioning system works including how to use the google nest thermostat more efficiently. I received same day service in an emergency situation and I couldn't get an appointment for two weeks with the company I had been using for months. I scheduled my appointment for a ‘tune-up’ of the AC unit of my HVAC system. Tommy scheduled the appointment based on my request. I received reminder notifications for my appointment the day before the appointment. I received a notification that the tech was on his way the morning of the appointment. Further, I received a call from the tech, Francisco Ramos, letting me know he was on his way and when to expect him. He arrived on time, and got right to work after introductions and a few questions. He answered some questions that I had and was very methodical and thorough about finishing the task at hand. When he was done, he cleaned the work area, documented the work he had done, and summarized it for me verbally. In addition, he suggested the addition of an enhancement to the system that might prolong the life of the compressor. All of this defines OUTSTANDING customer service! Bee was great. He was on time. Completed the work quickly and SAFELY. Safety was a big concern, it was 2 roof mounted units on a very high 2 story house. Very nice guy. AC was up and running 2 hours after my initial call, very important because we house a couple of disabled people with temperature sensitivity. Bee from Lee's is my new favorite AC guy.

Was disappointed with their prices. I called about getting a toilet reset ( new wax ring , bolts and caulked ) . No prices over the phone but $50 to come look at it. After a couple minutes at my house he said it’s a flat rate of almost $500 😳 . I paid the $50 and called around and was quoted half the price or lessI warn you shop around first - I see why now that they won’t quote over the phone.

We called Lee's Air on a Monday night because our AC stopped working in 100+ degree weather. The next morning Aaron came over. He was very friendly and helpful and we decided it was time to purchase a new AC unit, new heater and some duct work. Early on Friday, Pedro and Kody showed up, they even called us when they were on their way. They were very polite and professional, they explained what they needed to do and immediately got to work. They worked hard for almost 10 hours determined to get it done so we could have AC that night. They took great care and went the extra mile as far as customer service goes. They wore booties so they didn't get the carpet dirty, they even vacuumed when they were done. Our AC works great and it's all thanks to the team down at Lee's.

We wanted one of the A/C units checked to make sure it was operating properly. Mathew was excellent, informative, changed a filter and made numerous suggestions as to how to improve efficiency. Ver satisfied.

I recently purchased a complete split system HVAC unit from Lee's. I worked with several different staff and each one provided excellent service. They were thorough and they followed up when they said they would and to coordinate the inspections. The technicians/installers Kevin and Andrew are some of the hardest working men I've seen. They worked hard and long hours, in the heat!! They knew what they were doing, very knowledgeable, trustworthy; a neat and clean job for sure. They went over and above to make the customer happy. The service guy was great and they came quickly, but their prices are so outrages I cannot recommend them to anyone. I upgraded from one star to three as they tried to make it right, but it shouldn’t take a bad review for them to charge reasonable prices in the first place.

Excellent! I took advantage of Lee's Free Fall Plumbing last inspection last week, and this was my second appointment with Lee's. They were so great to work with last summer in fixing my AC problems, I bought their Sprng-Fall Tune up. Ben was very professional and thorough during the plumbing inspection. I wonder if they clone their employees... everyone is so pleasant from the first phone to Lee's to their visits for repairs. Heating system was not tested when purchased in July due to high temperature. When cold came, heat would not work. Lee's sent a man out who repaired the same day. I'm please with quick response and no charge.

The wrote down the wrong address. Then they never called. Probably called the guy with the other address. They insisted on running my credit card before doing anything. Three days later no heater, I was able to fix the problem myself and canceled on December 15th, 2021. Now on January 27th at 10:37 pm they reschedule me for another appointment I didn't make. I expect them to go to someone else's house and charge my credit card at this point! Totally unorganized and unreliable.

I had my spring maintenance by Adam from Lee's Air Conditioning. Adam is very personable. He's very thorough in his inspection of our A/C unit. They come out in the spring and fall to inspect our heating & A/C. It's really comforting to know that they will be coming out to make sure the equipment is A-OK. I really like this company and every employee who has come over here. . They are the best.

I had recently had them come check my ac unit because it was not blowing cold air. After maintenance and inspection they told me that my unit was outdated and the parts was no longer available because the system was a r22 . But in there statement for repair it says they needed R410a recharge. They took a picture of the unit factory spec and it clearly say R410a. I also had a friend who’s done hvac and had verify the unit to be R410A. I trusted them with my ac service and try to rip me off. I no longer can trust them and recommend them to anyone. Please be cautious these company are just trying to sell you a new unit with there lies.

I had routine maintenance on my AC system which was done by Keal. From what I could tell, he was thorough, very professional and even happy to answer any and all my questions. I am very pleased with the service that is provided by Lee’s! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had an appointment for a check up on 7/17. The office called to say there was a cancellation and we could be seen today. This worked out great and Mark showed up promptly and was professional and friendly. He changed the filters and cleaned the coils along with an inspection. This is the first time using Lee's air, but now will be a regular customer.

Ebert was dispatched to repair our under-sink plumbing in the kitchen. The metal trap rusted through, and water would run out whenever the faucet was turned on. He was great! He called an hour ahead of time to let us know when to expect him; and he arrived 10 minutes early. He took a look under the sink; and gave us 2 different estimates dependent on the severity of the damage. He showed us a clog in the drain, which he was able to clear out of the pipe and get the new trap installed. He quoted me a price to replace the kitchen sink; and processed my payment....all within less than an hour of arrival! He is very good natured and thorough at what he does. I recommend Ebert to anyone that runs into a plumbing problem! Hs is very neat, and cleaned up after his work nicely!

Heater issues that were happening over 10 visits. When the service specialist arrived he did a great job finding out the problem and fixing it himself. He told us to ask for him if it happened again.

I am very happy with the information we were given. We have solar and Frank let us now that would could possibly be if it with a new heat pump unit instead of a propane unit. Our old unit needed to be replaced so I am looking forward to having a lower propane bill this year. Thanks Lee’s Air!

But best of all, if my AC goes out they guarantee they will get to it within 24 hours. No more nights at a motel because it’s 110 in my house and the ac guy says it will be two weeks.

Ebert did an amazing job cleaning our dryer vent! He was very professional and left everything cleaner then when he arrived. We hadn’t cleaned our dryer vent since we moved in 10 years ago- oops. I would definitely recommend them!

I called Lee's Air Conditioning on Friday to replace a kitchen sink faucet and was given an appointment on Saturday at 5-7 pm. Ebert (my service tech) called me at 11:30 am Saturday saying he was ahead of schedule and would I like him to show up now. He was at my door within 1/2 hour and in less than an hour he not only replaced my faucet but he also changed out the plumbing lines under the sink. We have a old house and everything under the sink was copper, which makes it really difficult especially when everything sold now has rubberized tubing. Ebert did a wonderful job and I am very happy with his service. Will definitely use this company and Ebert again!!

Recently had a tech service my ac system. Initial issue was the fan was running but the ac was not working. A tech came out and changed a motor. The ac worked, but when it would turn off the fan would continue to run, no complete shut off. After much back and forth and 3 visits the tech finally was able to resolve the issue. As I under stand it, the motor from the manufacturer was defective.Likes: the tech was very accommodating. Came out multiple times, one day stayed till the sun went down trying to fix the issue.The tech was able to fix the issue in the end. And I even had a follow up call on the weekend to make sure everything was still working properly. This was definitely a plus for me, I really felt taken care of!Dislike: that the new motors that were installed were defective from the manufacturer, I understand this is not necessarily something that is the company's fault. And it might not be a regular thing. But in this heat, the fact that it took so much back and forth to fix was a little upsetting.Again, the tech did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up and running in the end. Lee's has serviced our ac in the past and any time prior service has always been satisfactory.

My technician Pao was the best. I was hesitant to call Lees because they're a big company and I enjoy working with smaller businesses but Pao made me a customer for life.

We always love working with Lees. This service was no exception. Our AC started making noise and when we got the repair tech out we got he bad news that it was a blown motor. Not the news anyone wants. They informed us that our unit was still miraculously under warranty and helped us through the whole process. While we did still get hit with part of the repair bill it was no where near what the repair would have been if our tech had not double checked and figured out that our unit was still under warranty, we had no idea! They were amazing and within 24 hours of our service call we were up and running again....even during the Covid-19 crisis and shelter in place.

Ripoff with prices. Friendly, nice service person, but was quoted $530 to snake the shower. Paid their $49 dollar inspection fee and a competitor got the job done for $120.

Weather just turned from hot to cold and Efrain R. Preformed a switch over from A/C to my heating system. He did required checks to verify my heating system is safe and preforming at top level. Michael Sanders provided true excellence in his craft and in customer service. He is personable and kind. He works very, very hard and takes true pride in what he does. I cannot recommend him highly enough.First, he arrived on time, fully masked, and immediately got to work. He came to do an inspection and when he got here, he asked what the pain points were at present. When I told him the kitchen sink was clogged and that another company said we needed $750 worth of work to get it unclogged, he asked if I would mind if he tried to get it unclogged. Given thst a previous plumber had tried, unsuccessfully, with an electric snake for 30 minutes, I didn't have a lot of confidence that it could be done. But I thought, why not. Oh my goodness, I am so glad I did. Michael worked and worked and worked until that clog was 100% cleared. And with my Lee's membership, I was charged a third of what the other plumber said he wanted to charge. When I was talking with him about the Perils of being a woman using contractor services, and how often I feel that I'm getting taken advantage of, he said simply, Some people are in it for the money. I'm in it to help people. And I believe him.He did also do what he came here to do which was the inspection. He reviewed water flow and drainage and all of my bathrooms and informed me of things that are not an issue now but could be in the future. Again, this speaks to the tremendous Integrity that he brings to his work; he could have tried to upsell me and did nothing of the sort.Again, I cannot speak highly enough of this man and the work that he does.Additionally, I highly recommend Lee's membership plan. With it, I get 2 HVAC inspections per year plus 1 annual plumbing inspection, and a discount on any services that I need in either area. They also offer priority service to their members which meant that I got to have Michael come in less than 24 hours after I called. When I can tell, they also operate with integrity. And as a woman who is a first-time home buyer, that means a lot.

John Arias was here for routine servicing today and was super nice and thorough. They texted the day before to remind us of the appointment and called the day of to give a more specific time of arrival. We then received a text the day of telling us who would be coming (with a photo of the person coming - nice!) That text also had a link to click to see exactly where their staff was on a map while en route and a phone number link. Lee's always does a great job for us and their messaging format is super convenient. We're really impressed with the extra level of customer service.

Service from Rafael Rayus was superlative. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and not in a hurry though I know he had other customers in the queue.

Our air conditioning units had multiple areas of failure and were past due for replacement. We had previously used Lee's for urgent AC repairs over the last four years and had been very satisfied with their prompt service. We therefore contacted Lee's for our new air conditioning needs. We decided to go with switching everything to electric given that we plan on obtaining solar panels in the future, which included switching to a heat pump. They were very transparent in regards to the pricing. They estimated for the work to be done after four days and the work was completed and fully inspected within that time frame. Very satisfied in regards to working with us to fit our needs and our preferences. Think they are offering high quality products and therefore from that aspect it will be more expensive especially when changing everything over. Lee's has been very reliable overall and again have been very satisfied with their customer service. Thank you!P.s. No one paid me to write this. This is an honest review.

Severo Rosales informed me of my units condition and of the improper 2 out of 4 type of piping used. Found a fuse that was bad and wasn't cleaned very well from the company who had just came a couple of months before to do a maintenance check. So thank you Severo for your attentive service.

I called Lee’s for a plumbing issue and I was very surprised to hear they could come out the same day. Like, when does that ever happen. Ruben arrived and he was wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. This wasn’t my 1st time using Lee’s and it won’t be my last.

The technician was too emotional and it made me feel uncomfortable by him continuously asking if I was mad. Nothing was fixed and still was charged 169 for nothing. 😞 The technician left the side door gate open and my Husky got out. I am currently out looking for my dog.

Came out on a Sunday to assess the issue, but could not repair without the parts. They called 30 minutes before scheduled time to let me know they would be there on-time. They fixed the issue in 47 minutes and it was $100 less than the original quote! The repair person (Chad) was friendly, efficient, and professional. Definitely returning to Lee's for future needs.

I explained my problem in detail with the person setting up my appointment - I needed options & quotes for each option. The guy who showed up was only qualified to do repair, not ideas for options. He could not do the repair (something that should have been obvious from my phone discussion, since they cannot or will not do that type of extreme repair) and was not able to provide other options. (Unfortunate explanation of not my job.) No offer to get someone else out or ask the office to provide additional information to me. A waste of his time as well as mine.

We had the air conditioner serviced this past week and had a wonderful service tech Matthew Bilodeau. He is so easy to talk to and gave us honest suggestions that helped make decision to have some very important repairs to keep the air conditioner working optimally ..Matthew was professional and took pics of all parts that needed changing with thorough explanation which made us feel at ease..The air conditioner works great and we are very pleased!! LEE’S Air-Plumbing and Heating is the one to go to for any of these services ..Matthew is fantastic !!

John did a wonderful job! He made sure that we understood everything about our service. He needed to go through our master closet to get to our attic. He put drapes on all my clothing and made sure that nothing got ruined. He even vacuumed up the carpet when he left to make sure it was left better than he found it. He told us about the membership but did not oversell to seem forceful. We will now be taking part in the membership and hope to have John come back and service our AC unit again.

Lee's Air has done my air conditioner maintenance for years. The service reps have always been courteous, helpful and professional. They even put little sock booties over their shoes before they come into the house so as to not make any dirt spots. Lee's air has recently opened a plumbing division. I had their plumber install a new faucet for me as the old one was leaking and needed a professional to remove it because it was in so tight my husband couldn't do it. Jesse M. at Lee's fixed my faucet perfectly, and and the price was reasonable as well. It was well worth it and a positive experience for me.

John arrived promptly and went right to work. Did a through job of servicing our a/c and explained what he found in terms easy for me to understand. Also provided me with pictures of what he found. He gave me information about our unit that I didn't know Did not try to sell me services or a new air conditioning unit I didn't need even though ours is 22 years old. Very personable & professional. I will certainly call Lee's when I need services.

Lees Air is very good. They came out at 9pm on a weeknight to fix a blown air conditioner. Their techs are professional and knowledgeable and they do an excellent job. We use them for our A/C needs

Reuben went above and beyond with fixing our sink issues. We have a very customized house, and although it took some time, we were able to get the sinks fixed. Hats off to him seeing it through with great customer service!!

We had a water filtration system installed this past week. The two gentlemen that installed our unit were professional. The quality of the device as well as the work they performed was excellent. They send reminders to u of the service calls and then follow up with a final reminder the day of, that includes a picture of who is coming to perform the work.
