Called Costless Plumbing because my AC wasn’t working. The guys came out and found out that I was going to need a new AC unit. Nate quickly got in contact with me to provide a quote. He was friendly and very professional. He provided options for me for financing as well. I was worried about the process as it can be costly and take time. I was relieved to find out that they offered me a great deal and were able to come out the same week for the install. A whole crew came out to get the work done and they were all very friendly and very professional. They were clean coming in and also vacuumed up before leaving. 10/10!

We had costless come out for a free estimate after 2 other companies and it was BYFAR the least expensive option for our install. We had a swamp cooler in the home we just purchased and in the valley that just doesn’t cut it . With a newborn we needed it fast as it is starting to get uncomfortable and costless had new ducts and a full unit installed and working in TWO DAYS!! We’re so comfortable in our home now . The man named Angel claiming to be the highest of them all was so unprofessional and rude! I waited 6 hours in 93 degree weather. I missed a couple calls due to my phone charging but no knock at the door so they can reschedule me 2 days later, mind you I had already been waiting 2 days plus the 6 hours??

On a Sunday morning I was turning off a backyard spigot & it came off in my hand, turning into a giant fountain. I had to shut off water to house to stop it. My husband was working out of town until evening, so I called Costless. Gerardo arrived 45 min. later, problem was repaired in about 20 minutes! He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient! I was grateful & relieved!

Regino and Bernabe were professional and personable. They did their best to reduce dust and dirt, and warned us about the amount of noise prior to using the jackhammer. The cleanup was excellent! We recommend this company.

Work not completed correctly, trash left in my attic near unit,lack of cleanness, I do not recommend there service.
We had over flow pan replacement and the new was not installed like the original,. The required straps not done, condensation line not reconnect correctly, attic access cover left very dirty, drag Mark's on wall near attic entrance, the service vehicle leaked oil on my driveway, attic insulation left on the floor around attic access on my laundry floor.

We use Costless to maintain multiple rental properties. By far, Costless has the best service and best pricing in the area. One aspect of their work that shines is the fact that instead of throwing parts at something or just going the easy route with replacement they will look to try and fix the issue first which in turn normally saves money for the customer. I trust Costless with my personal properties and do not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Call Costless if you want an 8 hour window from 9 to 5. If you leave the house, the technician will NOT call you 30 min before he arrives and you will have to sit by the door, because they are so busy they can't wait more than 5 minutes.

I called the office after waiting for 3 hours for my appointment. I called to see if I could leave and come back before he arrived. They said, yes no problem. Until I got back to the card on the door!

When I called they said they are too busy to call, or wait at the door. The office staff told me The technician can not wait longer than 5 minutes, we have too many customers CALL SOMEONE WHO CARES AND ISN'T TOO BUSY! I called PR Plumbing and they gave me a 2 hour window, within 15 min of the time I called for less than the price Costless quoted for the service call. Funny huh, Costless was more expensive with poor customer service.

Yes I have had service from them company many times. Erik is one of the employees and he does an excellent job. He has services my unit a few times and I have been pleased. All of the employees work hard so if you use Costless A/C Repair you can’t go wrong.

We had a cracked sewage line upstairs that was leaking through the ceiling. Nathaniel told us to call the office and they would take good care of us. Boy, was he right. The ladies in the office setting appointments and dispatching plumbers were great and really understood the urgency of our issues. My A/C stopped running on Sunday morning Labor Day weekend. This on a day when the expected high temp here in Fresno was 108. I immediately came to Yelp to look at HVAC companies with 4-5 Star ratings. First, I'll tell you that I didn't think I would be able to get anyone to come out on a weekend, let alone a holiday weekend during the busiest time of year for HVAC service! However, I used the Yelp auto-fill service form and hoped for the best. Long story short, and to my surprise, Costless Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning promptly sent me a message saying they were available and can send someone out TODAY. I called the number provided, spoke to a young lady named Veronica who said the technician would be out to my house between 2-5p. The technicians (2) arrived around 2:45p -- a mere two hours after I called and spoke with Veronica. My rooftop dual-pak unit is only 13 months old and I suspected my thermostat, not the unit, was the problem. The tech checked the thermostat first and confirmed what I had suspected and quickly fixed the issue. However, the service call fee included a HVAC unit check-up and complete servicing. Even on a holiday weekend the price was very reasonable, not outrageous. The two guys were on my roof at 3:00p in 105 degree heat. The service call, troubleshoot and thermostat fix and servicing of the dual-pak unit took all of 40-45 minutes. Even in the scorching 105 temp, service technicians Daniel and Jose could not have been more respectful or polite. I will definitely use Costless in the future as needed, highly recommend the company and will gladly recommend Costless to anyone who asks.

Replaced the three leaking valves in my 100 year old shower/tub with a new system! Diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done (including cutting into the tile), and what the end results would look like. Cleaned up all the dust and mess after. Love the new faucets!!

Gino provided excellent and timely service today. I rent so I usually don't have to worry about paying for repairs but my landlord snuck some language into our lease that makes us responsible for plumbing repairs. This will be the only plumbing business I request from here on out. We had a main sewer clog and everything was backing up into the house all weekend, 2 toilets, 2 showers, very stressful. He came out same day and was very knowledgeable, honest and fixed the issue. He charged me less than half of what the guy I originally called quoted me (I made an appt and he never called or showed up either, thanks for nothing Plumber 911). Very happy with the service and cost, now I know why so many people on Facebook and Nextdoor recommended them. PS, I talked to 2 different females when I called, both very helpful and friendly. I discovered Costless several years ago as it is owned and operated by a relative of a friend. Over the years, I’ve had them out for both plumbing and air conditioning issues with excellent, quick and professional service.

I’ve had three neighbors use a different company here in town to upgrade and replace their HVAC systems and have told me, “the difference is like night and day” with their comfort in the home. So, with the high cost of my last two PG&E bills, and a home energy audit from about 8 years ago that suggested I had a 25% leak in my ducting, I decided to look into an upgrade myself. My next door neighbor gave me a copy of his invoice from the other company so I had an idea of what to expect. They have a split system and only replaced the AC unit and ducting.

I contacted Costless and Nathaniel respond promptly and was out in 48 hours. He went over several options and gave me recommendations but always let me know, “we’ll do what ever you want”. There was NO heavy sales tactics at all. He answered all my questions at that time, and even more impressing, responded to all my follow up questions that I submitted via email, within hours and on the weekend too. On a Sunday, I decided what system I wanted, Monday Nate had emailed me the contract, Tuesday I took the signed contract in, and Wednesday construction began. (I just got lucky on availability) and by Friday the new unit, all new ducting, all new vents, all new registers, and demolition and removal of the old system was completed.

Rafael and Jose, the two main installers were beyond professional. They graciously put up with my asking questions through out the three day job. End of the day clean up was excellent each and every day. Thanks to these two gentlemen, things could not have gone any better. But they were not alone. Various other technicians were on the job site too. I’m guessing maybe 6-8, and all were professional and courteous.

The pricing could not be beat. Professionalism of everyone I came into contact was beyond rapport. From the owner of the company Angel Hernandez, Nathaniel, to Lyndsay in the office who let me be creative in my payment method (building up frequent flier miles) and everyone in between. I can not recommend Costless Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning more.

Costless was awesome throughout the entire process. I acquired three quotes for getting air to my house and Costless was the most competitive on pricing with better equipment. From Nathan the comfort advisor coming to our property and taking a look at our older house. He was able to build me two all electric high efficiency systems for my two story story home so I can accomplish my zoning and high efficiency desires. Since I’m going all electric, they also were able to retrofit my old tanked water heater in the basement to a brand new heat pump water heater. They also were able to connect me with a solar company that would give me rebates and credit for me to now offset all my electrical usage! The whole crew that Nathan delegated for our home was extremely nice and laid plastic throughout the house as they installed our new ducts and installed our new systems. They kept clean and scene cleaned up after themselves at the end!

If I could give this place Zero stars I would, they came out multiple times, charged me each time and were so incompetent they could not even snake a drain properly, then to cover up their own inadequacies, they said I needed to pay an additional 1500$ to install something that I have never needed in the past, this place is hot garbage and they will try to screw you over at every turn, and if you don't have their clean out system, be prepared for them to aggressively try to sell it to you, literally refusing to finish a job until you do, So if you like terrible work, and terrible business practices, this is the place for you, if you like actual good work, done for the price your paying, go with literally anywhere else. The lady that answers the phone, is so condescending, and patronizing it's an absolute miracle this joke of a business is still open.

I started with getting 8 different estimates for a Heat pump installation. Costless would NOT be beat!
We changed to a heat pump from a traditional HVAC system, due to having solar. We are on propane and it just wasn’t efficient, especially with the rates of LP. We were very specific with what we wanted 20 seer or better, top manufacturer and a reputable installation company. We had two units installed. We went with a Bosch 20 seer 4 ton and 3 ton heat pump system. Nate, Angel and the crew were fast, clean and professional. From the day Nate gave me the estimate to the day the job was completed was 10 days. I would recommend this company and team any day! It only took 2 days to install the entire system!!

Of all days Thanksgiving my toilet seemed to back up some so before it could create major issues..I called my warranty company and they said to give it 24 hours.. I panicked and called Costless, they had just closed but the nice young lady said she would see if someone could come by. Immediately she called back and said someone would be there within the hour. I feel bad but I don’t remember the first guys name but a second guy came, Jose. Both super nice and very professional. They cleared my line quickly and all was good. The next day I called again on a line they cleared in my kitchen. Jose came back out and worked for over an hour to clear the kitchen sink line and and laundry sink line. He made some recommendations and left w no charge. Third day my sons shower backed up and flooded his bathroom. I called Costless again and they sent out Kenny and Jose again. Both very very nice and professional. Kenny was actually able to clear the lines in kitchen and laundry room but they said I have some plumbing issues under the house. Anyways…not only was their service exceptional the price they charge is what I pay my warranty company for my copay. I highly recommend them. I have them programmed in my phone and will call them first before homeowners or home warranty! I appreciate the great service from my initial call to the very end!

We have been wanting to upgrade our kitchen sink & faucet for some time.. We searched reviews on multiple companies in this area and for Costless everyone has nothing but great things to say, from their reasonable prices to excellent quality service.. we knew we just had to call! I called 4 places to get my air conditioner fixed this morning and a few last night none of those called me back. All of them didn't have a technician available today and they all mentioned $99. Diagnostic fee. Then I called Costless Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. I asked the very polite woman if they had someone available and do you know what she said? She said of course. Music to my ears and it was only $85 to see what was wrong. She explained when they would be here and they would call before they arrived, which they did. So Angel wearing a mask (thank you ) and another man came out checked the thermostat and the unit outside told me what was wrong. I gave the go-ahead and now I am cool again. I am going to recommend this company to everyone. A

So happy that I came across this company on google while looking for an ac company because my heater took a dump over night. I called Costless to provide me a estimate for a new 5 ton heat pump retrofit since I wanted to eliminate gas along with 6 other companies to see which had the better value and best equipment for our needs. Nathaniel came out quickly and provided me with all my options on the table from good to best. He was the few that took the time to explain carefully on each option and what would suit my need the best. I received quotes for a new 5 ton heat pump and duct work from $20,000 all the way up to $68,000 from big name companies. I was shocked on Nathaniel’s estimate for how price competitive it came for the same high end unit and high efficiency r8 duct work. The job only took 4 days since I have a home with a lot of duct work in a small attic. The installers were all great and friendly during the entire installation. They cleaned up after themselves the entire time to be cleaner than what it was before. Now after a month of using this system, I’m happy to say my PGE bill dropped by half & only pay gas for my gas stove and no longer my heater. I will only this company for any plumbing issues and future ac service

Called Costless Plumbing on a Monday afternoon and spoke with Martha, we expressed our concerns with our leaky and outdated shower handles. Martha sent out a few of their guys the next day (Tuesday) around lunchtime. Nathan the Comfort Advisor did an amazing job at communicating with us the next steps, their estimated time of arrival, and an accurate quote for our job. Overall super impressed with their amazing customer service, knowledgeable and timely techs, and the great job they did on our bathroom. It was definitely the upgrade we needed, delivered at an amazing price with kind service! We will be coming to them for any future emergencies and to upgrade our AC system very soon, definitely recommend.

I recently moved into a new home and it definitely had some plumbing and AC repairs that needed to be done along with my mainline being backed up. I was referred over to Costless Plumbing Heating & Air and I’m so glad I made the right choice. The technician came out with his supervisor and provided me a couple recommendations with no pressure and throughly explained the work that had to be done. Their quote was so reasonable for all the repairs & installations that had to be done so my home can be just perfect to my liking. Costless came the same week with their crew to run water lines and install a drain for my new tub along with other miscellaneous plumbing repairs that I wanted done. I also thought I was going to need a new split system since my AC wasn’t turning on. Luckily all it needed was a new part and a cleaning for it to be back to cooling! Other companies I had prior for quotes were wanting to replace the split system for over $12,000!!!!! I’m super thrilled and happy with all the work that was done. I’ll definitely be using costless for all my plumbing and cooling needs

Kitchen sink was plugged up and we called costless and thy sent out Jose and he got everything fixed and back together in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for any future issues.

I discovered my AC went out when I got home from work on the hottest day of the recent heat wave. I contacted no less than 12 different AC companies, some never called me back, some gave outrageous estimates for my system, but costless not only responded to my inquiry the same night I contacted them they did it for about half the cost of the other guys and for a better system as well. Nathan and the team at Costless saved my butt. They took an install most companies said was a 2 day job and did everything in a single day to accommodate my busy work schedule. I can't recommend these guys enough and halve already told my friends and the guys I work with about them.

They were able to get us a top of the line HVAC unit, replaced all of our old ducts, added a second return and got it all done in 4 days even when it was raining during one of them! We hired Costless Plumbing to replace our 30+ year old AC and furnace after being outrageously quoted by a few different companies. They were able to start work 3 days after we accepted their affordable quote, and they managed to get the whole job done in one day, by having almost their entire crew come in to help. Which was nice considering its supposed to reach the 90s the next day and no one wants a non working AC in that. Absolutely recommend this company, especially Nathaniel, if you want affordable HVAC work, done well, and in a timely manner.

Had a leaky/outdated bathroom handle so I called a friendly dispatcher from their office who was able to send out a technician same day to identify the issue. They gave me a super cheap quote when compared to previous experience with other companies so I went ahead and authorized the repair. They were able to come back same day with the special handles and knocked it out within the hour!

It’s been a few months of use and we’re overall super happy and would definitely call again!

Our air conditioning system went out on one of the coldest nights. Luckily we used Costless Plumbing Heating & Air for some plumbing work at our office and decided to give them a try for an estimate for a new heating system. I called in the morning and the friendly comfort advisor, Nathan came out to see our system and diligently worked on presenting all of our system options. He answered all of our questions and explained the process for each option. We happily chose a new Bosch system due to us on solar and Nathan quickly went to work. The same week, we had a full installation team replace our split system and we were back to heating the same week! Nathan and his team got us back to heating before the rain storm. Costless is the Only company I call for all plumbing and HVAC needs. I've had them do multiple inspections on home purchases and have used them to repair broken systems. They recently also installed a complete new HVAC at my primary house and a new hot water heater. Most companies would have taken 2 days to install everything, but the Costless crew and the owner Angel worked diligently until it was completed all in one day. It works great! I have rarely been impressed with any contractor in my life but this is no ordinary business. The whole crew is an exceptional team. I can't thank them enough for being so much help to me and my family.

On August 10th 2022 these people were supposed to show up I got a time frame from 8:00 to 4:00. No one showed up until after 7:00 p.m. . I told him I had dialysis but they came anyways. I called today and they told me that they came at 3:00 p.m. but no one really showed up. They called and said they had a job that they were at and that they would be here shortly. No one showed up until after 7:00 p.m. when I was already in bed from a hard day at dialysis. The receptionist told me that they called and that no one answered. Which is not true I was by my phone. And so was my mother. Very unprofessional. And I can't believe they lied. I mean WOW! They really lied to me.
